I understand that we have a new regulation starting feb 1 2019 for the dth subscriptions. However, my existing plan is expired couple of days ago and my connection was disconnected.

I was forced to recharge. I recharged for rs 200 and this will again expire in another few days.

I would like to know what is the current procedure to handle this kind of situation?

      I ordered a vivi11 phone from airtel online store on[protected], it was not delivered to my address, never got call or emails regarding the same. Also vulcan guy never bothered to call me evver. All i was tracking was the order by link sent to me by airtel. I am highly dissatisfied with the services of airtel as well as their assoiciated services. I am going to boycott airtel forever

        The airtel company is unnecessarily delaying my porting request.
        Though i have paid their bill, after receiving my porting request. I was told to pay the bill. I have produced the bank pass book showing the clearance of airtel bill.

        I have applied for porting and they are harrasing me using the same method.

          I have recently bought airtel hd stb with superstar tamil sd_hd pack for 1 yr. My pack is supposed to include hd channels but i cant see any hd channels at all. And also adding channels to my account is a tedious process. They didn't provide me any pamplets regarding the channels available with my pack. I have searched online but unable to find any information related to my pack. My customer id is [protected].

            All telecom company except jio is not carry forward validity of 28 days if multiple recharge done of same amout or different for validity of outgoing. They give validity of 28 days but starts calling through automayed machine 5 day before recharge expires. If recharge done it invalidates previous validity and starts counting new validity of 28 with immediate time and date.

            Can you make sure of carry forwarward validity? Is there way to make this in law for this. Or we will always feal cheated. It is not possible by everyome to buy/operate 4g phone and switch to jio.

              Ive been using airteo for the past 5 years and all dhe respect its fast in some areas like the main city n all but the internet is really slow near my home... And its actually you making a fool o[censored]s after recharging and spendi g all the money im not able to use internet data pack. Completely... Please resolve this as there are a lot of complaints... You are taking all the money from people and not providing... Showing all those ads were u put towers and all is just fake... Ive tried contacting the airtel customer care they wont even connect it to me... # cheaters... I

                I hereby request airtel, to kindly block my sim, so that no one can use this number, [protected].

                My sim with this number was in my phone which i left at bangaluru airport, took the flight to delhi. I had taken this sim/number from wanawadi airtel office, close to axis bank in the sacred heart building, wanawadi, pune.

                Since my phone is left at the bangaluru airport could not be recovered by the airport lost and found department, i hereby request airtel office to block this sim/number so that no one can make unlawful use of this number to make any unlawful calls.

                I request airtel authorities to do so, immediately, as i left my phone with this sim number on 5th january, at the bangaluru airport and is now confirmed to be lost, as they could not recover the same.

                  I am getting call from a person i don't want to talk to and he is continuously calling and disturbing i want that number to be blocked permanently and not get any notification or any sort of messages from that particular number. He is disturbing he from so many days now, kindly look into this matter and solve it.

                      I am using airtel mobile connection for more than 15 years, my mobile no. Being [protected] – prepaid. I opted for one of airtel product for prepaid connection: plan 999 with life time validity. After i settled in my hometown, kolkata the connection was ported from gurgaon to kolkata (Wb) circle and the same plan continued without any change.
                      Recently on 27th november, 2018 i found that my outgoing call has been stopped in my mobile. I called the airtel customer care no. 121, talked to your customer service executives at three levels, 1st, 2nd and finally at the 3rd level i. E. Sr. Customer service executive. I was told that airtel has withdrawn “life time validity” and henceforth i have to recharge for validity extension with the plans available for uninterrupted service. Accordingly i had no other option, but to extend validity for continuing using my airtel mobile connection.
                      Since i was not happy with the reply from airtel sr. Customer service executive, i had to bring the matter to the next level i. E. Airtel nodal officer, kolkata.
                      The nodal officer replied by mentioning about launching of recent plans of low call rate, unlimited calls etc. Obviously these new plans are not in supersession of old plans like the one i had – rs 999 - "life time validity". Opting for any new product is absolutely the customer’s choice. He may decide to continue with the existing plan if he is happy. I was under airtel prepaid rs 999 plan (Life time validity) until 26the november, 2018 and i was happy to continue during my life time (Now 71 years of age). On my enquiry time to time (At *123#), i used to get messages that my validity is upto 2030, sometimes it said that the validity is upto 2034 etc. Are not all these “true”? May be noted that for certain section of customers e. G. Senior citizens like me, who do not need unlimited call plans, it is obvious that for them “life time validity plan” may be more suitable financially since they do not have to extend validity of their prepaid connection time to time and moreover with less nos. Of outgoing calls. I argued that the withdrawal of your “life time validity plan” (The product which was sold with certain terms and conditions) has been forced upon me, is it not justified that airtel will compensate suitably to the losing customers? I requested airtel to credit rs 999 to my airtel account as compensation and to mitigate partly my suffering.
                      Since the response from nodal officer could not address my complaint, finally i had to write to airtel highest level, i. E. The appellate authority. But the status remained the same and i was advised that i should accept the withdrawal of old plan without compensation and accept the changed situation for continuation of airtel mobile service.
                      With all these as stated above, i am lastly drawing the attention of "consumer complaints forum" for mitigating my suffering by taking up the matter appropriately with airtel so that i am suitably compensated for unilateral withdrawal of "life time validity plan" by airtel without prior intimation.

                        Dear sir/mam,
                        I went to service center in latur 4 times today. They are not giving me satisfactory information about converting a 3g sim card into 4g. Please take a proper action against them. And ask them to solve my problem. Otherwise i will port my sim to other service provider. If you are not giving proper training to your employees, how will you survive against other big players.

                          My data service is very slow then not working. I will on my data and search any website show me you are offline this problem is that very bad.i call customer service but not solve this. This problem is on last 2months. Solve this problem.
                          After recharge uc and browser gets directed to https://one.airtel.in/rcconf so i could use my browser..making my recharge completely useless .pleasa resolve this otherwise i may seek help from other sources.i hope aitel company consders consumers problems.

                              I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. I received a message confirmation about porting and when vodafone service stopped i inserted the sim it shows no signal in that sim. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                              This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

                              Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

                              I just recently bought an Airtel 35 top up voucher and whenever i try to recharge it shows this error:

                                I installed my airtel app on 15 jan 19 at about 2100 hrs and i got 1 gb complementary data with 7 days validity.
                                I used the data and data is still remaining.
                                But about 30 rs wrongly deducted from my main account balance. Kindly do the needful to refund my account balance as soon as possible. Earlier 23 rs was deducted from my main balance for 28 days validity on 7jan 19. And didn't make calls or use any service.

                                  Update for airtel mobile [protected] has been registered for sim change from[protected] to[protected]u. Sms service will be resumed after 24 hrs. If you have not requested for sim change, please call 121 immediately

                                  I have airtel mobile since 2006 bearing number [protected] .I have recharged Rs 35/- on 10.01.2019 at 7.10 PM but today there is alarming balance without any call . It presumes any thing has been attached with my connection without my consent. It may kindly be removed and return my balance .

                                      I do not have network on my airtel from more than 24 hours. just feeling handicapped. Please resolve the issue, i have complaint many times but not resolved yet. I have night shift, just imaging travelling in night without having network in phone. what will i do during emergency. Airtel is being very liberal in this issue. I cannot even make transaction because not receiving OTP.

                                        Most of the time it is happening. I am fed up with this. When i visited airtel gallery and complained about it, He said, i should port to other vendor who is offering good service. I felt angry but could not do anything. I have waited long enough to get service in working condition but still it is not resolved. Call getting disconnected in middle of conversation is still going on. If you cannot resolve it then give me in written that you cannot provide better service than this and return my all money that i have spent on buying plans.
