When using airtel 4g i'm not getting any incoming calls,
i know the reason, but i can't keep switching between 3g for calls and 4g for net. i need a permanent solution for this. it's been 4months i didn't find any solution, i even talked with the customer care people. we'll they asked me to change the sim!!!.

      I received a sms from airtel that incoming calls will be banned after 08/01/2098 unless recharging the number. According to trai regulations it is illegal and unwanted. But unfortunately i am getting this sms for the last few days. So i request the airtel service providers not to terminate the service. If do so it will attract legal proceedings from my side.

          Airtel customer care told me that your outgoing service will be stop on 24 Nov 2019 so you need to recharge minimum 35 for validity only and if you do not recharge then your Incoming service will also stop after 15 days. He also told me that you have to recharge after 28 days for validity if you done the recharge with 35 Rs. I asked to him that i will have to recharge time to time only for the validity, He replied Yes you have to recharge time to time for the validity only. But when i purchased the Airtel Sim Card that time Airtel gave me life time validity. Now Airtel is cheating to customers.

            Worst customer service ever because when I am facing Internet problem I call in customer care but when I tell my issue to them they are saying that if you are facing the problem of speed then you can port your sim to Jio. Their behaviour is very rude and shabby. I want to tell the manager of airtel that your employees are very rude and inhospitable kindly change your employes and add new employees.

              Airtel don't deserve to take 1 rating. If there would be any -1, -2 review i would have rated that way. The worst service providers in the world i can say. No proper customer service too. I raised a request to deactivate my bloody airtel number without intimation they again rejected that request simply to charge money from me. Beggar is better than you airtel. Soon you will have downfall. I sincerely suggest don't ever choose airtel. It's all bogus.

                I have just ported my number from idea to airtel. Idea gives me at least 1mb/sec download speed. Airtel claims that they have 30% fastest network. But thats not true. After porting to airtel it gives me 300 kb/sec. If possible i want refund for that. And i am going to complain about this in consumer court.

                  My customer id [protected] (Airtel dth), i am n 12months pack (Super star pack for tn)
                  On 28.12.2018 i have add the channel no 291 (Sony ten rs.100/- for one month subscription and few minutes ago i have got the same. On next day i am not able to viewing the same. Pls clarify and also tried to contact with the customer care i cant able to connect. As per the airtel portal u r giving the customer care no is[protected] for tn, but the language is hindi. How could customer contact to customer care.
                  This is my third complaint.

                    I had received massage from airtel to get free amazon prime subscription which i had opted for free. But i found that airtel is cutting rs. 934.44 since last month till today two time same amount has been deducted without my notice through my credit card. I have not registered credit card details on airtel app but still it happened.
                    Request you to pl. Look in to it and reverse the money asap.

                      On 23rd of december i had visited airtel care office and i had acivated international roaming. From the same day my calls sms and incoming everything was not working.

                      Next day i left for london and there also my all the above services were off due to which my business is very badly affected. After complaining many times it got activated for 4 to 5 days in london and again after landing in dubai the same problem was there. Had activated some sms service which also dint start.

                      Yesterday i came to india and still my problem is not solved.

                      Now what to do?
                      I went today to customer care office and got new sim but still it is not working.

                      Please give me solution on urgent basis and should we switch to another company?

                      I want compensation also coz why should i pay for the service which i have not got.

                        I am completing about network its not a 4g network in raipura hanmakonda teleangana.. They not providing 2 g net speed in here with same mobile and sim in hyderabad its better speed like 3g but when i came warangal hanmakonda its disaster, i tried so many times to call on 198 its waist of time.
                        We have 10 airtel number but due to network issue 4 user are using jio but i don't want to use both sim plz asap resolve this issue.

                          I have done a recharge of rs.399 using my airtel app on 22-oct-2018, money was deducted from my account but recharge was not done, i checked with my hdfc bank and they told that money was sent to my merchandise but still i didn't get any money back. It has been like 3 months and i still didn't get any response,

                            I wish to complain about the airtel contact number that was purchased by my father in 2012.

                            I am complaining because since past few months i am not able to forward any text messages using that number. Few days back it had had stopped all the outgoing services as well. To resolve this problem i would like you to check the issue with my number/sim and solve it as soon as possible.

                            When i first learned of this problem, i visited customer care center in phase 3b2, mohali, punjab. A customer care person had assured me that he has complaint about my problem and it will be solved very soon. After a few hours i received a call from a customer care person and after asking about all my phone settings he asked me to get a new sim. Smsc code was not being updated in phone for my sim which was causing error 96 while sending a text message.

                            After getting a new sim from airtel center in ambala cantt when my father has tested it then he found out that now it's showing error 10 while sending an sms. Though the issue with outgoing calls was resolved. My father had visited airtel center gain and they have asked him to wait for 48 hours. Now, it's been more than 48 hours but the issue is still same.

                            This number is registered with all my id proofs like adhaar card, pan card etc. Also, i am using the same number for all my bank accounts as well. So i need you to help me with this issue as soon as possible. I am facing a lot of trouble due to these issues with my contact number.

                            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                              I want to port my airtel no. [protected], [protected]& [protected] to bsnl due to not spent rs. 35/- per month for incoming. Bsnl charge for incoming 35/- per six month. Call rate also high on low amount recharge. Conectivity problem also available on this no. I complain time to time but no responce.
                              Please allow to port my sim airtel to bsnl quickly

                                I am severely facing with your network considering yours the smartest airtel nertwork.. It is a complete lie..

                                I have already complained about the air tel network. Several times. None has resolved and none has assisted in resolving with communication and the network

                                1.) call connect after dialing 2-3 times some times connect but don't hear the voice. Of other or echo.

                                2.) i am loosing calls also from my regular calling people. It says this number is temporary not available... (I have nearly reported 4 time about network interruption from 6 months)

                                After reporting to the higher i got a call stating that this is long issue to cover your area. We will.. This same story i get from 6months... When i report i get this answer..

                                Ridiculously, other manager from airtel. Ajay b jamanpuri says.. That airtel signal are passing through my house.. It is a use with that other than that his network is brilliant. Pathetic reply from airtel customer service.. And infact he didnt even check what mobile i have instead directly put all blame to my mobile.. Which is my latest highend new phone.. Complaining in return to me that my mobile is the issue with not connecting to ther network.... Stupid poor airtel guy..

                                Advertisement says * smart network.. * its a lie.. *

                                If i post this on social media definitely will cross the likes as many people are suffering..

                                No proper service. Even you pay the proper payments to them

                                I want trai to take serous step to these inefficient service to the consumers.

                                I will appreciate and await for immediate actions and resolution..

                                  Hello,
                                  I was travelling to Brazil from 5th November for my Business Trip as i was to use the local sim card throughout my stay there. However, being an Airtel postpaid user, i called Airtel Customer Care on 5th Dec 18 & activated the IR Plan @ Rs 3999 for 1 Month . It is pertinent to note that here, I have clearly said that i want IR Plan for 1 Month only but on 5th Jan 19 i suddenly received a message that again my IR Plan of @3999 has been activated in my No +91-[protected].
                                  I have never asked for renewal of my IR Plan then how come its get activated again . I have received a Bill also of Rs 9790 (Including Jan month IR Rental 3999).

                                  IR Roaming in Jan 19 activated without my consent & approval.
                                  Now who will pay the amount of Rs 9790 ?

                                  Are Airtel really authorised to activate services that are not consented or asked/requested by the user?

                                  I am calling to Customer Care but not getting solution here.

                                    Port from airtel to jio stopped due to lack of communication from airtel store customer service person( RS Puram branch). No proper guidance fromsinganallur and lakhsmi mills branch.

                                    Main reason to switch network is above mentioned and not properly guided from airtel customer services.


                                    As per your customer service person miss. Mahalakshmi contacted and told me to rectify my port from airtel to jio issue. But I didn't get any response from your side. So kindly do favour I will switch to jio. Please dont ignore/stop this process. Any doubt regard this port option please kindly contact [protected]/[protected].
                                    Please do it quickly to switch network. I am totally disappointed with airtel customer service. Because mainly everyone not clearly update customer requirements in the system. Thus creating another conversation with another person. So problem increased not rectified. Please do note to rectify customer problem not to make more irritation.

                                    This problem was already raised here. They told me to arrange call back to rectify the problem. But no response. If I mailed again they start talking from 0 to till. No updated data in airtel base. So kindly note all the problem related same number.

                                    I am fully disappointed from airtel customer service.

                                    Please do the necessary to solve the problem.

                                    Till now 20days. But the complaint against #Airtel postpaid to prepaid is not solved. Without English knowledge people from north Indians calling and asking about the complaint. They know only hindi. Then how can I explain my problem.very poor and bad experience #Airtel

                                      Last recharge of rs. 3420 for one year service done on 8/01/2018. Package valid till 6/01/2019. Safe custody service availed from 26/4/18 to 25/5/18 with additional recharge of rs. 100; which period wa's to be added to my package expiry date i. E. One month after 6.1.19 means upto 6.2.19. My dth services stopped on 6.1.19 and even after a number of calls to call centre no resolution of the complaints lodged.
                                      No response from airtel and no action on complaints.
                                      Please look into and direct the company to make good the loss of time / money wasted.

Now new sim is also not working then igo again then they said this sim card is also not working i ll give u the new one then they gave me new sim card now this sim is also not working then next day i again visited airtel store then they replied sir “ maine mail daal di hai aap wait kr lo “ but still my num is not working. I dont know what is going on i am really fed up from your very poor services i really want to port my sim kindly resolve my problem and activate my number thanx harpreet singh mobile num [protected]
