I have been receiving two sms from your end,
1. Thank you for choosing airtel! We are setting up your services please wait.
2. We are unable to process your request. Please retry later.
To check the status i had called your customer care and spoken to your customer care. She doesn't have any answer and just kept on telling me to wait for 4 hours. Now neither old prepaid npr mew postpaid sim working. I need immediate help.

    Complaint 1:
    Recently we are being forced to switch to v-fiber saying that it is compulsory.
    We can't switch because of 2 reasons which are:
    1) the landline number will change again
    2) our current 799 plan is not available

    Complaint 2:
    Our bill along with gst should be rs.943 but it is coming at rs.970-1050. We can't even get a detailed view of the bill because password is not available.

    Please refer to the above referred problems as early as possible.

      I recharged my digital tv account number with inr 3450 for full 1 year subscription of airtel digital tv combo pack on 5th sept'2018.
      My airtel dth customer id is : [protected].

      All of sudden from 1st nov'2018 my airtel dth services stopped due to insufficient balance, i called airtel call center more than 10 times but they didn't resolved the issue, finally after sharing whole details including my confidential information of bank account statement with online transfer proof through paytm my services resumed from 28th nov' 2018.

      Now airtel dth services actual goof-up starts : from 8th jan'2019 onwards again my airtel dth services stopped and now all of sudden my airtel dth customer id : [protected] changed to [protected] which is registered on someone mr gupta's name to whom i don't know.

      Again i tried to contact airtel call center, as usual no response and solution, i wrote an email on 9th jan'2019 but so-far there is not even acknowledgement of the issue received from airtel dth staff.

        Today i received a call from an airtel digital tv executive. She told me about some channel called relam chel and asked me to activate it. I clearly told her i dont want this channel multiple times. But she repeatedly kept telling me about the channel. After that i hang up the phone. After some time, i received a message from airtel that the channel has been activated and rs 39 has been deducted from my balance.
        I want to know why airtel is commiting such frauds.
        This is very disgusting.

          I have lost my airtel sim so i applied for a new one for the same number 4 days back. It was supposed to be activated 3 days ago but it still shows it isint registered on network. I dialed 59059 but it automatically disconnects. Im constantly searching for ways to activate sim but it keeps telling me to dial 121 or 59059. But calling doesnt work. Im unable to recieve any incoming call, message and use data.

            Bought an airtel 4g hotspot device with simcard. The given simcard is not yet activated and they told me tat time is 4hrs, today they gave me another simcard and same tat time, its been 4hrs now, not yet activated. U guys need money but u wont work. Dont u feel shame the way u provide service? I want this to be activated today if not take back ur useless 4g hoptspot device and refund what i spend. Airtel good for nothing. If not action us taken immediately, next thing i will file fir.

              On 9th jan, airtel sales guy visited my place and told me about new airtel broadband plans. I paid rs3000 for airtel broadband connection. The sales person told me that he would get internal wiring done for the connection. The installation guy later told that internal wiring is not possible and would have to use external wiring throughout the house. I could not get the external wiring done as my landlord did not allow me to. I was upset with the false commitments made by the sales guy and told him that i do not want the connection in this case, please refund my amount. Since then, there is no response from airtel on cancellation of my connection and refunding the amount. I tried calling the customer care on multiple occasions but they did not help. The transaction id for the same is[protected] and the caf id is[protected]. The account details can fetched using my mobile number [protected]

                My airtel number also got deducted 23 rs once outgoing due is over. I had 15 days incoming validity. Airtel forcefully deducted 23 rs from balance before utilising incoming facility. Either remove incoming validity if you like to deduct 23 from user on end of outgoing validity, also get confirmation from users before deducting amount. As per trai airtel should provide 15 days incoming facility. I suppose to recharge some other pack, by that time airtel deducted amount. I came to know that airtel is deducting 23 rs from all users

                  This is in reference to my mobile no. [protected], today i have received my mobile bill and found that you have charged rs. 3000/- approx. For sms charges, when i have checked the bill than i found that from dated 17.12.2018 time 18.09.03 to 04.01.2019 time 23.48:25 (My billing cycle date) with a time interval of 20 min. Approx regularly sms sent to mobile no. [protected] (Local), similarly on three national no. [protected], [protected] and [protected] sms sent regularly from 17.12.18 to 04.01.19. I have not sent any sms to these nos.in this regard i have called at your customer care no. And talk to your customer care executive, supervisor and manager but no one is able to resolved my problem, than i have visited to your airtel store at sector-4, vaishali, ghaziabad (U. P.) at 12.59 pm. Today and there your executive told me that he can not help in this regard and ask me to mail you and share my problem.

                  You are requested to take this matter seriously and reverse these full amount these sms charges. Also requested to arrange to stop the sms on this nos.

                  Also note that i my credit limit on this no. Is rs. 1500/- than how can my bill raised to rs, 3706.40, why not you stop my services after limit cross above 1500/-.

                  Again request you to take some necessary action and resolve my problem immediately.

                    Dear sir / madam,

                    I'm venkatesh prakash, having airtel as my service provider. I'm here to complain about airtel on behalf of nearby residents also. We have very poor network connectivity henceforth we are even unable to browse and also faces severe call drops, i have complained this several times and received service request no's from airtel. Every time the requests are closed without any notice and resolution and there is no improvement for past one year with multiple number of complaints. Every time when i call will get response that "our team is working to improve the service" but nothing has been changed for past one year. We are getting wasted on the package which we adopted from airtel. So kindly intervene here and take necessary actions that airtel will improve their service since we are paying for that.

                      Someone asked me to recharge his number [protected] i did one recharge of 499 from phone pe transaction i'd is n1901111231074837941379

                      It failed so i did one more same recharge from amazon pay transaction i'd is[protected]

                      Please refund one recharge amount to original payment method.

                      As i don't have much account details like otp and other thing of the number because that person was stranger he was in need of quick recharge so i did that for him.

                      Please help urgently required my money back.

                        We wish to inform you that one of the company is installing their tower very near to residential area. These service providers and owner of that building is installing tower without doing any notice to the surrounding people. We all our neighbours want to shift that tower into other location like, vacant space or in a less crowded area, because tower radiation directly affects to surroundings people. And this is very close to residential area and also they are establishing tower illegally by neglecting all rules and regulation of telecom industry. This tower are installing without taking consent from our surrounding peoples. You know the electromagnetic radiation these emit is very dangerous rays, this carries various diseases cancer risk, birth defect, mental problem, brain tumor, headaches, genetic effects, disorder immune function etc in it. So please kindly resolve this with strict action and also shift that tower installing in other location so that small children, old people, hospital patients keep safe in this place.                           My airtel postpaid number is having no service from quite a period now. Please help. I'm using iphone.
                          I have tried restarting my phone several times.
                          Additionally, i have switched the sim to different phones to check if that resolves.
                          Also, i have changed the network selection to manual and tried.
                          Nothing worked till now. Please help.

                            The internet was working fine then suddenly from 3 weeks the internet speed was dropped, almost nil. I wasn't even able to access google. I had lodged a complaint through customer care but they misbehaved then i went to airtel gallery to change the sim (As i thought it could even be my sim's fault), still no change in the internet speed. I am only able to use internet at night, for the rest of the day the internet doesn't work and the voice quality since then has also dropped significantly, kindly resolve this issue or refund me for my loss!

                              Hello this is abhijeet singh chrema my custumer id is [protected] this is the second time im complaining to u first time it was resolved and i was told the package i chose would be done now as again i did recharge they again put the same old pack back and debit my balance i did talk to ur customer care 3 time each time was told sir we have change ur base to 219 and magic hd rs 93 and again when i ask them my current pack they are telling its of 408 its really disgusting its been 4 month i switch to airtel now they dont care my complain number is 84885692

                                I made one transactions at airtel payment bank of rs 50000, transaction successful, but amount has not credited to other airtel money account..

                                I got the message from airtel regarding amount debited in your account, but amount credited in other airtel bank account.

                                When i am calling airtel money customer care, they are only fooling me, they are always informing me that you will get your amount back within 1-2 hours.. Airtel is only cheating their customers.. What they are doing is, just taking money from customers, keeping it with themselves, and then earning income by investing these monies..

                                  I am muskan soni did my father's recharge on airtel no. [protected]through icici online banking for rs 149 on 6 jan 2019 online but recharge is not done till now neither the money is refunded. i have been waiting since then either for the recharge to be done or money to be refunded in my account. this is very bad service from company's side. atleast they should have refunded the money. i did complaint many times as well as i called costumer care but no response neither from icici nor from airtel

                                    I am having a connection given in the subject which i want to cancel as the existing bsnl postpaid connection is being changed to airtel number by the company. Since my bsnl changes to airtel account, i do not need this number anymore as i do not have any internet in this account.

                                    Hence i request you to kindly cancel this number which i no more want to use.

                                      Hi, myself deepika, i made a bill payment for airtel postpaid number [protected] on 10th of january amount 945, as i didn’t receive any confirmation message, i thought that the payment was not initiated, so i made the payment again using my vijaya bank debit card, after that only i noticed that the amount was deducted twice, please kindly transfer the double payment (945) amount to my vijaya bank account.

                                        I did the international roaming recharge for making calls from japan to india. As per the recharge done, i was expecting 500 minutes incoming and outgoing calls from japan to india. But i am not able to make or receive calls. I did the same recharge last 2 months and there was no issue. But right now even after continuous follow up through emails, there is no positive response.
                                        I would like to get the offer activated so that i can make and receive calls with india.
