Hello sir,
I requested mnp for my idea number on 1st jan 2019, and yesterday i recieved an sms from airtel stating that my number will be ported by 5th jan 2019, 10:52 pm. My idea sim stopped working, i switched the airtel sim but the number is not activated.
I need to have the number as it is my primary number.
Kindly look into the issue.

    Airtel internet is providing worst speed. I have recently recharged for rs399 3 days before and wasted the money i want to port as soon as possible.. I am not even able to surf simple sites and even the whatsapp messages... Worst internet and there is now way to contact and complain customer care services.. They never talk and register your complain.

      I am airtel postpaid plan user. I had data issues from the airtel as was not able to use the internet services from 27/12/2018. For one day i thought there may some technical glitched and will be resolved, but the same was not resolved. On 29.12.2018 morning i had made complain for the same but no proper response was received. Lateron in evening i had again called for the issue at that time one complaint number was received stating as follows:-

      "dear customer, reference no.[protected] for your airtel mobile has been registered on 29/12/2018 18:51:42. The same will be closed within next 16 hours.. To check the status, sms sr (Ref. No.) to 121."

      Till 31.12.2018, the problem was not resolved then i again called on 31.12.2018 at 18.11 and no satisfactory answer was received and again i was told that it will take another 72 hrs. However, i had forced the junior person to transfer the call to senior person and the same was done but it to 30 minutes and 37 second. After stating that i will go to consumer court these persons started to resove the querry and in 15 minutes my problem was solved. However, due to this glitch i had lost some money in share market as was using airtel services for trading through mobile. Alos my postpaid bill should also be reduced by the amount due to whcih i was not able to use the services properly

        We install our device only to enhance the network of company. This is executed in rural and urban location both.

        But this device is install in 10 km from our existing mobile tower network.

        Benefits and term & conditions:-

        1. Monthly rent - rs 30500 per month.
        2. Increament - 10 % on yearly rent
        3. Advance - one year rent on date of final agreement.
        4. Free wifi on 4g network.
        5. Term of agreement - min 3 years and max. 12 years

        Security amount - the security amount is taken for noc issued by company after property approval by engineer.

          From past 3 weeks i am unable to receive any incoming calls and sms whenever i turn on 4g.. But the same problem is not faced if i switch to 2g.
          This is very annoying as i am missing out on very important calls and iam not able to make any otp related payments. The issue is faced by many people in this area.

            Internet service of airtel is not good in my area, hance i have requested to the local office satff to disconnect my connection, but they told me if i will not deposit my balance amount they will not close my connection. My another connection was also there and same condition was there.in that case, i have paid final bill amount but company has not disconnect my no. And issued bill for the period in which i have not used the connection. Now, i am requesting to local comapny staff to issue me immediately an evidance for close my connection after payment, but they are saying pay to us than we will inform to company and company will close connection. As per previous case, i am not sure that company wil close the connection.

                I'm an airtel user and for a past few days i have noticed that my account balance have being deducted automatically by rs.1.50 stating vas services has been used. I was not using any of these services for past few months and i have also check for any active services on my number but there was nothing.                   I have contacted sbi bank for not getting sms from state bank of india, they have checked and confirmed that no issues from bank side.
                  My mobile number - [protected].
                  Please check it and fix the issue ASAP.
                  Not received any kind of state bank of India bank sms after opening the bank account. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

                    My airtel number got deactivated on 21 december 2018. I had recharged it on first week of dec for 82 days (448 pack). This airtel number was my only number which i was using from past 7 years. From two weeks iam visting airtel outlets to get my number reactivated but the only response i get is we are trying ma'am, it will be done by 1 or 2 days. 15 days got over and still no action is taken. Iam facing lot of problems, because this number was linked to all my bank accounts and other official things. I want my number back please help me out.

                      We reached airtel customer care more 3 times from last 20 days.
                      Location 8th block, koramangala, bangalore.
                      We could not make calls and we could not access the internet from last 20 days.
                      This affects our day to day activities and could not communicate in either way (Normal calls/internet calls/internet msg).
                      The complaint they kept it active and mentioned they will keep the tower very soon....

                      I was shocked to receive an sms telling me that if i do not recharge my current unlimited pack, my outgoing will be barred from the last day of the current pack. I have talktime balance in addition to the unlimited pack... Talktime i have paid for in the past. They say if i do not recharge before my pack is over, they will deduct rs 23- from my main balance.

                      1. Effectively, airtel is not honouring a transaction i paid them for.

                      2. They are defying trai directives by barring outgoing in fact even while the pack is still valid. I believe trai ruled that a service can be barred only if there has been no activity for two months or no recharge for six.

                      3.in protest, the entire family is now planning to port all our numbers out of airtel - post paid and prepaid with unlimited packs, and even switch our cable service from airtel to tata sky.

                      It is time all consumers stood up against brands that are trying to bully them. It is better to switch to state owned operators like bsnl and mtnl whose service may be poor but at least they don't fleece customers.

                        Fraud by airtel agent.

                        Hi sir

                        I am sharing my below experience that i had with an airtel agent last week, to find that fraud agent and to help others to save themselves from such trap.

                        I applied for airtel broadband connection, an agent named harsha came to me and i paid 2, 500 rupees and submitted my documents for the connection, after that he is not responding to my calls, and airtel customer care stated that he is not their agent or they cannot find him. As a security while paying the money i took pictures of his id card

                        I am attaching all the information so that anyone can find him, if not protect themselves from such frauds.

                            I have requested for relocation of my airtel broadband connection. Engineer came once but left the place incomplete state. Till now he haven't came. It's been a month since i requested for relocation. Can i get the reimbursement for inoperative days? I have paid for 6 months around 6000 rupees.                               When i was purchasing airtel secure i was told that i can take claim as the phone bill was on name of my real brother. But today 4th jan 2019 they rejected my claim said you cant claim a gifted handset by real brother.
                              Now airtel is not listing to me and when i said for refund my money of plan they are not giving that also to me.
                              Airtel is fraud company.

                                Its been more then a year that i have been complaining about network not available at my residence which is at basai darapur new delhi 110015.
                                This time in october i lodged the complaint and was promised it will be resolved in 3 days time but is not two months nothing has been done and when it comes to charging me for the connection they keep disconnecting my facility by call barring and switching my data off.
                                To ask for payment they have so much time but when it comes to resolving of my complaint it is going on vain.
                                I am frustrated by there complacent approach.

                                  I have also raised a claim service request no. 346224. At that claim my phone display is in "usable condition with no certain damages" i have raised claim m because getting strike lines in display as i has fallen from my had, they rejected the claim telling it was due to negligence, as i was in usable condition i dint make it serious

                                  Next week unfortunately meet with accident with wounds and damage in display, raised claim given descriptions on 29th dec 2018 and added documents everything, secure assistants called me and said about missing documents/documents are not clear, i did everything as the said,. After a day, secure people called me telling that it cannot be claimed because"your 1st claim is rejected so we cannot approve this"

                                  Secure executive replied that if yours handset is repaired you need to show job sheet of first claim it seems, as my phone was in usable condition and no damage why would i go and rectify also dont know why they are so concerned about 1st claim, since now it was a major damage so i requested for 2nd claim

                                    From last 8 months i am complaining about 4g speed and network issue to airtel but still no improvement in service. I paid bills on time. Regularly i put mail and done complaints for the same. My mobile no. [protected]. Each time i am getting only one answer ‘our team is working on it’. Please take proper action to get it solved. They told me to take new sim from store. 2 times i went to store for sim once they told me that they don’t sim and second time they told that there system is not working. Really worst service by airtel. Please take proper action against them.
