Respected sir/madam, several time i was contacted to airtel digital tv through their customer care number for changing plan before 31.01.2019 as per your new direction, but, that company not willing entertain my request to modify my account as per new regulations.. Its absolutely infringement of your direction, kindly take appropriate action against that custumer ill treating company.

      , The Airtel is insisting for payment of Rs 824.00 which is alreday made on 15.11.2018 by way of TATA CREDIT CARD ( SBI CARD ) inn the following manner using Airtel site www.airtel.in which prompt me to login and password, payment link was used TATA CREDIT CARD CO brand of SBI Card for the month of October . I also provided the copy of my statement of account for the same by Email atleast 3 times .Also provided the transaction ID .There had been exchage of more than 15 Email but issue is not resolved .The issue was first raised on 15.12.2018 and inspite a lapse of one month the matter has not been resolved .
      Question arise what is my fault .Payment of bill made on due date that too through their site linking my credit card and evidence of payment is also submitted

          I buy a sim from him of 80 rupee I got the sim the sun is activated but the recharge is not done by him because of that any recharge is not done.
          I go many times to him he said the recharge will be done but today I gone to him he abused me used vulgar words and not done my work my number is [protected]

            Why the incoming calls are not free, you guys are charging me 23 rupees and in that you are not even giving me any special peckege or anything. 23 rupees monthly just to use my sim? My mummy uses your sim any she has just 10 rupees balance per month, but now she have to give you 23 rupees from her hard working money? You guys promised free incoming lical calls for life-time. What about that? Just give me solution or i have to port to another company.

              I am an Airtel user since 2010. Last year in June, I received an offer from Airtel regarding securing your device. I had an iphone 7 then. I liked the offer and chose to secure my handset through Airtel secure. Neither had I changed my Airtel plan nor my mobile phone since then. Everything was smooth so far.
              On 29th December morning when I woke up, I figured out that my phone was not getting switched on. I thought battery of phone would have drained and hence I had put my phone on charging. After a while I saw that it was not showing any signals of battery charging and neither was it getting switched on. This has never happened before. I tried leaving it on charging for some more time but nothing happened. Again phone was not showing any signals of charging nor did it get switched on. On 31st Dec., I decided to get my handset checked by nearest icare which is located in R City mall Ghatkopar because then I was thinking that issue may be because of the charger as well. The icare team (Maple technologies limited) asked me to submit the phone so that they can diagnose the issue. After running the diagnostic, they concluded that it is a hardware problem and hence cannot be repaired. On 2nd January 2019, I got a call from icare and they informed me about the issue and they also told me that the only option now is the replacement of this handset. As my phone was Out of warranty, I will have to pay the replacement cost. They had advised for the replacement of the handset will cost around 30, 000 Rs. Because I had secured my phone through Airtel, hence I decided to raise the claim thorough Airtel directly.
              After receiving email confirmation from icare, on 2nd January, I called up Airtel team and discussed about the issue. I asked them if they can help me with the process of filling the claim. The Customer care representative heard the entire thing and explained me the process of claim over call and shared the same over email as well. As per their guidance, I uploaded the documents on 11th January as by then I had all the documents with me as per Airtel team's expectation. On 12th January, I received call from Airtel that few more documents were required to be uploaded. As explained, I uploaded more documents. On 13th January, I received a tele call from Airtel team for verification of documents I had uploaded. The Airtel team informed that everything was ok and they are processing it further. Same evening, on 13th January 2019, I received call from Airtel team stating claim has been rejected because I submitted the claim after 48 hours of damage. I tried explaining over email and over calls to the Airtel team that that, I can only log in the claim request once icare certifies that the phone is damaged. I am not an engineer who can declare that the handset as damaged. Airtel continuously kept telling that nothing can be done now as claim has been rejected.
              I am feeling so cheated. I tried furnishing proofs of emails received regarding the confirmation of damage of handset. Had it been the case of such timelines of 48 hours, why did Airtel representative not inform me on very first call itself about filing the claim within 48 hours of damage. Even after providing all proofs of emails which say clearly that I received damage confirmation on 2nd January and logged the request for claim on 2nd January itself, no one is ready to listen my concern in Airtel. All what they have done is rejection my claim. I am feeling cheated as a consumer and hence request your intervention in this regard.
              I checked and verified the terms and conditions mentioned on the Airtel’s website to figure out if I aam actually at fault, after reading everything in detail, I analyzed that Airtel has mentioned a process which says as below (ref. https://www.airtel.in/airtel-secure-terms):
              In the Process section, they have mentioned that
              “In case of accidental and liquid damage to the device, Customer is required to call Airtel call center on toll free no. 121 or login to www.airtel.in within 48 hours of discovering the damage”
              I am repeating again, I am not an engineer to diagnose the damage of my phone, I left my phone in working condition, next day morning it was not working, obviously to get the idea what went wrong with my phone, I will get it checked at icare to analyze the issue. Only after their confirmation, I will raise my claim request with Airtel secure.
              I would request you to please help me in this regard. I am a middle class person, Rs. 30, 000 matter a lot. Airtel cannot cheat like this in releasing the claim.

                I have 2 day to error b001in Airtel TV but Custer care person says you need to pay 150 for solutions. With this they are doing business also. Last Saturday it was fine but Sunday morning onwards showing this error B001.
                This is third class company don't by this Airtel TV it's 0 customer suport
                Stupid company and its staff.
                If it is not solved by 24 hrs I will go to to TRAI and lodge a complaint against your cheating.

                I am very much surprised that after this complaint, the Signal automatically came on yesterday[protected].
                No technician was came to solve this problem then why the Airtel Customer Support team advice me for visiting the technician? It is very much clear that Airtel is doing this type of Cheating business also.

                    On feb 23, 2018 I have transferred an ammount of rs 5000 by using aitel based app named airtel payment bank on mbl no.[protected] to my pnb.bank a/c ([protected]) but in real no money deposited in my bank a/c.i enquired many times from airtel bank but no action taken...I am providing u airtel payment bank detail and my mini statement of pnb where clearly showed no ammount deposited in to above acc.no. l am 100% sure dis fraud done by airtel..plz take suitable action.. and refund my money...

                      I am currently living in german and still using my airtel indian number but unfortunately the sim card has been damaged and i cannot use it any more.
                      So i have requested for the replacement sim card but the airtel needs my physical presence for their process of taking photo etc. I have sent my parents to get the new replacement sim card with my indian id proof but the airtel showroom has refused to do it. After discussing with the customer care and person from the store it seems they dont have process to replace the sim if the person living in abroad
                      Can you please advise what is the way forward do i need to come for this sim card from german to india it does not make sense to me.

                        Airtel cug 85 plan i was used around 3 more years, recently i got sms like my postpaid plan going to expire, and your plan is going to change to rs.299. Think about rs.85 rental plan to rs.299!!! Totally 300% extra plan, how ridiculous :) it was happened january 2019, so instantly i sent email to all nodal officers and airtel customer care, but they representatives are called and asked about the issue and telling me to change plan of rs.299, and they giving rs.100 discount for 12 months. What a comedy!!! Cheating fellows. Finally i decided to change portability to other network, because airtel is a big thief, so i planned to find lower level thief who is in market.

                        I would like to share one more interesting fun with you all, recently airtel withdrawn lifetime incoming validity from all users with the approval of trai, and i seen in airtel's mobile app recharge offers now having one option rs.1000 or rs.5000 recharge for lifetime validity with full talk-time... Ha ha ha, what a comedy about the trai and airtel, be aware citizen ts, again few years later the lifetime validity may possible to withdraw and they will change the recharge amount to rs.50k :) fraud corporate

                        Dear team I am unable to get my relieving letter and experience letter from Airtel because the portal is not working please help to resolve the issue...!!!
                        I'm having issues with incoming calls even with an active plan of INR 199. I'm not receiving any incoming calls while outgoing calls and data services all are working as expected.

                        Please look into this ASAP as this is Hindering with my Day to Day activities.

                          I am facing call drop issue from last 4 month despite registering complaint to airtel csutomer care, there is no solution, instead they giving me bill which is almost double compare to normal bill charges, also without intimation they chnage my plan, and for normal calling they giving me 1200 rs of bill, and forcing me to pay it, last few days, they are harassing me with phone calls by there exicutives,
                          Need justice

                              Illegal installation of mobile tower in residential area:

                              I and few of my fellow housing owners have come across a serious problem please review to respond me at the earliest. An airtel mobile tower is installed a tower in front to my house. The land in which the tower is getting installed is only 20x30 ft. It is also situated in narrow lane (Only 8 feet).
                              We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of vinayakanagar 1st main 2nd cross, hagdur main road, whitefield post, bangalore 560066, karnataka, india, against the installation and functioning of multiple mobile phone towers installed on the said adress and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
                              . As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. The airtel mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect. The other few companies are also using this tower for mobile communication equipments also.
                              As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas.
                              We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the residential area in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area..

                                मोबाइल संख्या [protected] का रिचार्ज 95 का कराया था उसका बैलेंस थोड़ी देर में जीरो हो गया उसके बाद cutemer care में बात किया तो बैलेंस वापस आ गया बैलेंस दुबारा ना कटे मैंने narmal फ़ोन में sim डाल दिया फ़िर मैंने 3 -4 दिन बाद endorad phone में sim डाला तो शाम तक सभी पैसा शुन्य हो मैंने airtel का office गया उन्होंने बोला हम distrubuter है cutemer care वाला ही करेगा फिर उन्होंने ही उसी मोबाइल से cutemer care में फ़ोन लगा कर दिया तो मैंने बात किया तो उन्होंने तो पहले बोला की net में used हुआ है मैंने बोला net used नही किया हूँ तो फिर बोला की sms सभी पैसा के किये हो फिर मै बोला की sms नहीं किया तो उन्होंने बोला की पैसा नहीं मिलेगा मैन बार बार request करने के बाद बोला की आधी घंटे में आपका balance आ जायेगा मगर नहीं आया तब तक airtel का सिलवासा से ही बात कर रहा था जबकि दिनांक 9 jan को cutemer care में बात किया था की ऐसा दुबारा नहीं होना चाहिए मेरा 24 hrs. के अंदर बैलेंस नहीं मिलेगा तो police में writain में शिकायत कर दूंगा इसलिए writain में mail कर रहा हूँ. यदि आपने mail को egnor किया तो take action for leagel proccesor या सभी airtel का number port कर दूंगा

                                    I recharged for rs.509 today[protected]. Money debited from my account. But didnt get recharged. I received an sms with transaction reference and airtel1/del/prepaid txn# of rs. 509. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Airtel is deducting 23 inr every 28 days for extending validity for my mobile no [protected]

                                      My airtel account no.: [protected]. Landline no.:[protected]. The network is so crippled that it is not working for the past 4 days. All attempts to contact the service provider through calling the service engineer and other staff with no.:[protected] and[protected] utterly failed. Customer service seems very poor. We have no alternate than choose a better service provider. Will airtel attend?

                                        I have recently got to know that airtel have been stealing my broadband data around 10+ gb a day and they want me to pay for me these people are cheating and when i confront these people they blame me saying that i'm using it even though i have given access to certain devices and i was not even in the town and yet i was robbed and they didn't go # about it. Since the bill recycled the connection was dead for 2 days and yet the data was being consumed and in 7 days including the dead connection data they said i used 89gb data which means excluding 2 dead connection dates i should use more than 20gb a day to spend 89gb data. Here is a resent data usage in the name of fake upload and download stats they are stealing from consumers it's a white collar crime.

                                        Airtel isn't doing anything about this I've complained about this and they are blaming it on me now ### they don't admit there mistakes and they won't even consider fixing it.
