I had done twice 1000 rs transaction out of which only once 1000rs loaded but another 1000rs debited but didn't loaded.
So i called hdfc bank then they provide me the authentication id which is 47704441 and approval code a3l8tq.
Airtel not giving my 1000rs they are saying 1000rs credited but deducted amount was 2000rs and only 1000rs credited.
Registered no [protected]
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I created the account with my nick name and i transferred money in the account in 2017 of 7000rs and airtel freeze my account and i am calling airtel form 2017. they asked to give documents but i don't have a documents of my nick name... please help me out .

    Hello sir /madam,

    I have recharged 169 to this number [protected] today... My card has been debited with the amount.. But the transaction failed.. Can you please revert my amount to my airtel wallet or to my bank account urgently.

    Note :i have done through airtel app only.

    Customer support doesn't provide proper solution for my issue. Hence i raised towards you. Its urgent.

    Airtel is looting & forcing us to pay extra 23/35 for every 28days. why should i pay the extra recharge to increasing my validity.? before sometime it was upto 2023 validity periods. Even 4G are not available in this location 110007.
    Today early morning at 12.40am, date: 8/01/19 i had recharge wrong amount for international roaming for hongkong, as i was unable to contact customer exicutive. wrong amount was Rs 1199/- which i recharged. so please do the needfull and reverse the amount.

    ByMistake I recharged, but now I called on customer care number and talked to to exicutive about my wrong recharged and gave them valid reason behind my wrong recharge ( as i was unable to contact costumer care exicutive while making transaction) they just gave me rply now we cant do anything about this transaction its your mistake. i said them Every mistakes and wrong transactions can be reversed if company wants.
    I have submit my compaint by call on 198# helpline # on 24-dec-2018 against internet not working properly.. Network fluctuation issue. But as on date airtek has not been resolved my problem.

    Request you please reslove. The issue Asap.

    I have been getting fraud calls from mobile number [protected] stating that he is an employee of Airtel and on behalf of Airtel Payments bank he has called. In his call he asks for various OTP's related to My Airtel App login and MPin reset requests.

    Request you to stop all services o this mobile number.

    Migrated airtel prepaid to postpaid from airtel app...migrated in postpaid today morning.can see the networks...but calls are ending, SMS faliures, net not starting...I opted 799 plan...I want instant solution as my banking number or ill mail to noodle..
    I port my idea sim to airtel but now after successfully porting to airtel, sim not showing network.This is very poor from airtel.

      In recent Airtel, India company take charge 35/- rupees for 28 days for sim outgoing call activation. I am a student and poor people. unable to recharge this.please see the matter.my Airtel no is [protected]. And also their network is very bad they do not solve this but always tell try best but do not solve.
      Sir please see the matter and solve this issue. They Cheat always a customer.

        Airtel number connectivity is very poor in my area from last 5-6 months, already raised query with your customer executive with no resolution which is very bad customer experience. Struggling with extremely bad network from couple of months and airtel company is doing nothing about it. Requesting you to improve the network in my area or else this issue is going to be in public forum including consumer rights people tagged in it. Hope you improve the network as soon as possible.

          unable to call number starting with 1800 from my prepaid number

          While trying to call to any toll free number starting with 1800 i'm experiencing issue. It told me like invalid number kind of. Where as the same toll free number i'm able to call from my friend's mobile. Several times i called customer care.. But it is not resolved.           Wtf add animax please. There is no way you can not show animax on Airtel DTH . You are the big and the number 1 DTH company I believe however we need this channel badly. Please add it asap!!! I will disconnect my connection for this one ### channel animax I don care what awesome and other channels you provide please add this one. There is high demand of this channel in India and you are not providing it. Please do or else you will loose your valuable customers.

            I had done a transaction from airtel bank wallet to paytm bank account of rs.8910 . transection id -[protected](rs.910)

            9673(rs.2000),[protected](rs.2000).
            transaction of rs. 2000 has been successful but remaining rs.6910 was not added to paytm debit card by paytm bank. and rs. 6910 was deducted from my Airtel bank wallet.
            i had contacted to paytm bank regarding this issue, they said rs. 6910 has been refunded to ur Airtel bank account. but my airtel bank wallet is showing 0 balance.
            kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

            t has been 8 days around and i continuously registered complaint regarding my issue and also responded on that but from airtel bank i got only one msg repeatedly, we will contact you within 2 working days. i m getting frustrated now. they are not responding properly. please take suitable action on this or give me suggestion to resolve this issue

              Arpan, sai saketh, pradeep, kunainh R U hungry beggar Fraud and having broken hands and legs that you don't have guts yo earn your income then it's really shameful to you for showing your nasty attitude towards the customers. It's better for you to take one huge big katora and sit on the roadside so that people will throw money on you. Shame on you greedy hungry fellows for doing fraud with the customers.Â

                    I appreciate your service. But one thing i would like to see in your survice is that.
                    When our battery is dead or we were busy to not attained calls, if you could send us the information about the caller it would be helpful if you could a sms regarding who has called me in that time.
                    The benefit we could get from this is that we wont miss any important calls

                        When using airtel 4g i'm not getting any incoming calls,
                        i know the reason, but i can't keep switching between 3g for calls and 4g for net. i need a permanent solution for this. it's been 4months i didn't find any solution, i even talked with the customer care people. we'll they asked me to change the sim!!!.

                            I received a sms from airtel that incoming calls will be banned after 08/01/2098 unless recharging the number. According to trai regulations it is illegal and unwanted. But unfortunately i am getting this sms for the last few days. So i request the airtel service providers not to terminate the service. If do so it will attract legal proceedings from my side.

                                Airtel customer care told me that your outgoing service will be stop on 24 Nov 2019 so you need to recharge minimum 35 for validity only and if you do not recharge then your Incoming service will also stop after 15 days. He also told me that you have to recharge after 28 days for validity if you done the recharge with 35 Rs. I asked to him that i will have to recharge time to time only for the validity, He replied Yes you have to recharge time to time for the validity only. But when i purchased the Airtel Sim Card that time Airtel gave me life time validity. Now Airtel is cheating to customers.

                                  Worst customer service ever because when I am facing Internet problem I call in customer care but when I tell my issue to them they are saying that if you are facing the problem of speed then you can port your sim to Jio. Their behaviour is very rude and shabby. I want to tell the manager of airtel that your employees are very rude and inhospitable kindly change your employes and add new employees.

                                    Airtel don't deserve to take 1 rating. If there would be any -1, -2 review i would have rated that way. The worst service providers in the world i can say. No proper customer service too. I raised a request to deactivate my bloody airtel number without intimation they again rejected that request simply to charge money from me. Beggar is better than you airtel. Soon you will have downfall. I sincerely suggest don't ever choose airtel. It's all bogus.

                                      I have just ported my number from idea to airtel. Idea gives me at least 1mb/sec download speed. Airtel claims that they have 30% fastest network. But thats not true. After porting to airtel it gives me 300 kb/sec. If possible i want refund for that. And i am going to complain about this in consumer court.
