Hello,
I was travelling to uk from 20th november 2018 to 8th december and as my relatives stay there, i was to use the local sim card throughout my stay there. However, being an airtel postpaid user, i never once did call airtel support or enquired about international roaming the same wasnt needed by me. It is pertinent to note that here, my airtel sim was not being used for a single day as throughout the trip, i was using the local card obtained by me in the uk.in the month of december 2018, after receiving the bill i was charged rs. 3894 excluding taxes for daily international roaming packs which they claim that i have used 6 times whereas i never activated these packs. How is it that without my consent or will that the service provider is activating services that are not requested/required or even asked for by me on my personal? And upon calling the customer care, everyone has a different answer to this but not one has the correct answer to this question.

This has caused a lot of problems for me because simcard has been deactivated by airtel, again for which answers are not clear. I have cleared the
Monthly rental which is to be paid every month because it is upon my consent that i activated the rental plan that i pay for but what is with the unauthorised activation of daily international roaming without my consent? This is clearly a way o[censored]surping wrongful gains from the customer.

Are service providers (Airtel in this case) really authorised to activate services that are not consented or asked/requested by the user?

In village kotli near baghla nadyala district Rajouri below peer badesar there is no network of airtel and we are suffering a lot.so humble request to increase the signal strength from the tower at baghla so we overcome from this great issue.

    I am getting unsolicited automated calls from bharthi airtel to sell me datapacks. The numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc., and many more numbers...

    I am not interested in datapacks.

    Secondly, although i had paid for unlimited talktime, i keep getting disconnected every month by bharthi airtel. I am expected to pay rs. 23 every month to keep the outgoing services on.

    I have changed my number to prepaid from Postpaid. However, I need to know the password for all the bills that were submitted to me earlier in 2018.
    I have e-mailed and trying to connect customer care but unable to get any final answer.
    Bought a new 4G Airtel sim. Waited for 24 hours and tried calling on the activation number 59059. Only message I am receiving is not working / not available. It is 4 days that I am unable to set up my new sim and unable make calls. Cannot go to the store now.

    Sir, vodafone & idea company has a system to STOP AUTO DEBIT DEDUCTION for OUTGOING CALL VALIDITY EXTENTION. vodafone system *444*24*0# after that when i reply 1. they stop my auto debit deduction.after 28 days my out going call willbe stop.but incoming runing. idea has a same system *369*240# after 1 reply. but airtel has no system.why ?

    As per the recent communication i was trying to change pack but the site does not allow to.
    this is deliberate from airtel as the new packs would cost less.
    I want to port to another network with current number. But unable to send messages to 1900. Even I have balance.
    There has been a lot of network drop since my porting back from Gujarat circle to Mumbai cirlce.
    I get 3G connectivity only even though I requested for a 4G connection.

      I activated my international roaming for 10 days in july 2018 with a rs2999 package which i was told will end in 10 days. I paid the dues.

      This time in december i did not activate international roaming when i travelled on december 16, 2018, but airtel activated my roaming without informing me and has sent me a bill of over rs9000. When i informed them that this was done without my permission or without any information, i was told they cannot do anything about it and it is valid and i as the customer should have called them.

      I was under the impression that since they activated it from their end, they will charge me the same amount, and this is a rude shock and i am appalled at the high bill. I said that i will pay the same amount as last time but they did not agree and so i suggested that at the most i can pay 50% of the bill since i want to keep my number and continue with airtel, they are saying they will onbly deduct rs1000 as a goodwill waiver. This is too high and i would like to know how i can resolve this.

      I upgraded from airtel prepaid to postpaid and provided driving licence as identity proof. When i logged in to my airtel app, there showing others name on my number. I asked customer service to change my name as actual and they refused.

        Hello I did recharge my phone no twice through paytm so what can I do it’s 399 pack i did the same pack twice at same time from paytm it actually happened unknowingly pls do help me at the earliest I just want refund or queue it .

          I have recharged for unlimited local, std and roaming calls along with 28gb (1gb/day) from airtel.in login online for rs.399/- amount got deducted from my hdfc bank but pack not activated even i have not received any sms from airltel regarding the recharge pack.           Airtel deducted balance in the name of the validity without any permission. This is not acceptable.what i do? I want justice and want to refund and port the sim to another service provider, airtel is looting customers.please suggest legal action.

            Sub - though bill is paid still gets call from billing team with abusive language.
            Sub-on roaming data connection is very very bad.

            My number is [protected] and customer of airtel mobile service since couple of years. I have paid rs 389 on dec 30th 2018 to airtel for this bill which was generated on 18th dec 2018.
            Transaction reference[protected], receipt[protected]
            Even i checked the website also using myairtel where it shows due amount is zero. You billing team is shouting on me saying "r u educated" "r u mad"? This is the way u talk to your customer.

            Also prior to this i want to put big story how airtel serves roaming customer
            During july[protected] i had visited bhubaneswar (Orissa) from bangalore. My sim card was originally from bangalore. After reaching orissa i did not get 4g connection at all. I called upon almost 32-35 times. Without any result i came back to bangalore. I was supposed to ported different operator. Airtel people told your problem is resolved, next time u will not face this issue. I went to bhubaneswar (Orissa) on dec 9th 2018. I did not see any change in my issue. Still i was getting 3g, which made my life difficult again. After multiple call to customer care t nothing happened. On dec 15th issues got raised by dec 20th nothinh happened. Even i went airtel office 2-3 times, where they suggested my to changed sim card with orissa sim. On dec 21st onwards i started getting 4g. I returned from bhubaneswar to bangalore on 1st jan 2019 night. After reaching bangalore i started getting interenet issue. Sometimes 3g or if 4g comes it is for short period

            Base line is if the subscriber is in roaming it does not get proper internet connection.

              I have been facing network issues since a month. I'm unable to receive calls. It either says switched off or not reachable when someone is trying to call me.
              I have already raised a request on my airtel app twice and the issue was not resolved. I sent a port request believing airtel would take their customers seriously but received just an automated call although the was still the same.
              I'm facing network issues in my area and nowhere else. I tried calling 121 and the process to get in touch with the customer care so cumbersome, i couldn't lodge a complaint.
              It would be helpful if someone from airtel tried to contact the customers when there's a concern or a request raised.

                  I have been using airtel for a long time. The services before were fine. Now, the networks are so poor, even more, their services. It looks like they hire illiterates to handle complaints. Everytime you call them, they make fun of you by repeating the same line over and again.
                  I live in jangpura-b, new delhi. I have tried to raise my issue many times, but everytime they just submit a complaint and send me a message that a technician is resolving the issue. Few days later, they just send a message saying that the issue is with your device. I have even checked my device, everything is just fine with my device. The problem is with airtel, and their ignorance towards costumer complaints and grievances.

                      this compliant is not resolved by airtel even after 2 years. They continued to put junction box. For us, parking car in small space is daily pain because of this junction box and they are causing more trouble now. Airtel random persons are pulling wires from the junction box. Wires are put openly infront of our house walking space. While walking it can make us fall and get injured. Irresponsible people from airtel who does such work.

                      Airtel customer care representatives only posts messages in this forum.. No action is really taken in reality.

                                Hi this is arun, my airtel number from last two days not working. It is showing error of sim card registration failed. I tried change of my sim card to other phone but no use same error. I contacted siegel customer care no response till now. I am unable to do anything because this is my main contact number. Airtel management need to take a proper action against this as early as possible.

                                      My airetl postpaid cug no. [protected] plan having 2g unlimited network plan but when i am using that the network of instant number not properly functioning...

                                      In this regard i am calling to 121 customer care number which was also not providing any agent number for lodging complaint...

                                      Kindly redress my above grievance as earlier as possible..
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I loaded 4000rs frm my upi id. But whenever i want to make any transaction from it it shows you cannot debit from this account. It had ate my 4000 rupees. Neither they are sending it back to my bank account. I called the customer care but their behaviour is very bad. Bad company overall. And bad customer service.

                                        I have already send them my proof of residence and also the statement of my bank account from which i loaded the money but even that they are asking to send the proof of residence. Plz sove my case plz. I m poor i m in a need.
