I recharge mo no with rs 10 but not incoming and outgoing working

Hi Air Teal Tea,

My mobile no is [protected], I recharged yesterday with Rs 10, but I'm unable to call anyone and unable to receive a call from other number.

But when i sent a sms to the same no, I receive that message in my inbox.

I have also called to 121 and 198 but I'm not getting an option to directly talk to Airtel customer care.

I have very urgent to start this SIM, so...

Hi! I'm Yugandhar .₹37 has been deducted without notice and for no valid reason . I have enquired airtel store about this and they replied its was deducted on account o[censored]sage of data without any pack . But I have data of 10gb which was been credited by airtel . Please look into this case and let me know, is there any cause for deduction without proper usage .

    I am using my airtel number from past 20 years.in 2004 airtel came with an offer that if you pay 375 you will be getting life time incomming free. And i paid 375rs but now they have stopped incomming when asked coustomer care the say tarrifs have been changed. How can the change when we have paid for it. Airtel has been doing this from may years. The cut huge amount but when asked to coustomers care the say some service has been activated so cannot refund they have been cheating us from many years but we are busy with our works no tie to fight for justice

      I am calling airtel cust care since 20 days regarding my bill issue but no resolution till now. Airtel already barred my services for not paying outstanding bill in just 7 days of generating bill. Today some cce put me on hold for 20 mins & didn't turned up.
      Airtel is india's excellent network... Only in making excellent ads but nothing else...
      Wo kya ad hai? Ye ad vad choro aur apna network...

        I personally visited airtel show room for sim problem, at that time one employee of airtel has suggested me to take group connections.

        He said that your paying more than 750 per a month why cant you take a group plan which will gives all free calls to another 2 number, then i said ok and then they allotted me one airtel new number that is [protected] and one more number which my partner is using for business, it is pre-paid ([protected])

        Your people have not informed me that out going call will not allowed until 20 days,
        I have not informed to my partner for this group addition, suddenly out going calls not allowing, we went to recharge shop for recharge, shop keeper has told me this sim has been converted in to postpaid, that is the reason will not recharge this number

        I have loss about 20 lacs and partnership in the company

          Hi, i have been using this sim phone no.[protected] for like 9years and i don’t know why it’s been no service for two straight days? I can’t get calls nor receive messages for top and all. Can you please solve this soon? My sim is manipur airtel north east india. I don’t want to change this number as i have connected with many other important contacts. Please help get this short out for me! Thank you.

            Hey,

            My number is not working and its showing "emergency calls only" and i'm not receiving any calls and can't even dial customer support number. Please resolve this issue asap.
            As i am using this number for a long time and i cannot change to any other number. Airtel is always coming up with new problems and this is so much irritating. These practices should be stopped. Resolve it asap.

              Hi team,

              I am a airtel subscriber and have paid 1000 rupees for getting free incoming for lifetime in 2007 and the validity of sim was upto 2025.
              They promised that i will be eligible for lifetime free incoming calls.
              Now they are asking me to recharge to get incoming calls and reduced the validity to 1 month
              I want to file a complain again airtel for relying on their actions as promised.
              This is against the policy they have committed to customers.

                Hi, my sim was blocked almost 30days ago and i am trying to collect the same number since the month.

                My friends visited three customer care offices in bangalore and didnt went well. I am regulary using the sim and recharging the sim. But no idea why they blocked and not getting the proper response to get the same number.

                  Airtel cut 35rs/- from my balance twice making it a total on 70 rupees on the same day. I use prepaid airtel. And i’m no way able to contact the customer care. Please help me get refund. For now i tried and deactivated vas but i need the refund. Airtel prepaid number: [protected].
                  I tried customer care but there was no way the call went to the customer care executive. Horrible service from airtel and it’s looting its customers. Help!

                      I have been using airtel postpaid almost for year but the data speed problem is persistent and i have done many complaint but no solution they always keep saying new tower is getting installed. From last 1 year same issue. Finally when i decided to port out they are calling me like hell for not porting out. I will suggest govt. To stop their fake ad of tv for 4g high speed it is 110% fake. I am not only single victim of the same in my area 20 to 30 people that i know have the same issue area is ram nagar, wagle estate thane 400604

                        I recharged my airtel prepaid with 399 unlimited pack, and where i got airtel thanks benefits, 1.4 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 84 days.
                        But when i checked my data balance on *121*2# it shows 5120 mb left from add - on. I thought it will be used after i finish my daily data limit. But it is not being used, ever day when i consume my daily data. And when i check the data balance it shows 1 mb left from daily data limit.
                        And 5120 mb from add - on. Which is not being used. Hope it will be resolved

                          I had purchased the airtel number +[protected] on dated 11/03/2014 and was using the same till 06/05/2018.

                          I was not in town for few months and airtel has disconnected my services without giving any intimation.

                          I am following with airtel team from last many days regarding restoration of my number but there is no response / revert from their end.

                          I had send a written communication to airtel nodal as well appellate team but they are asking to me pay vanity charges for the same.

                              Ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                I have recharged my mobile number recently and i am unable to browse due to one. Airtel.in pop up ads which redirect me every time i try accessing any particular site. This has been a problem with airtel for years but instead of taking website/popup down they have done nothing.

                                I can't browse for hours what's the use of recharging.

                                Genuinely thinking about moving to more customer friendly network.

                                  This is to bring everyone's kind attention how 'airtel' deduct money without the user's consent.
                                  I am an airtel network users from years.
                                  But now i am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. From past 6-7 days, my mobile balance is being deducted with rs 3.0 in every 1-2 days. The message which i received from airtel is:
                                  "thanks for using fantasticgem. You have been charged rs 3.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
                                  I called the customer care on 121 to lodge a complaint about this false deduction coz i never activate such service. But, the executive told me that this (Fantasticgem) is some game (Which is not even installed in my mobile) purchased by me and when i cross questioned him about the game he replied that this is a service which is activated by me via sms.
                                  (Basically himself not sure, whether its a game or a service.)
                                  I even asked him to stop such service, but he said that he cant do anything regarding it.
                                  My complaint number is:
                                  Cbdov[protected]

                                  My question is why the reputed company like airtel is doing such kind of cheating to customers. You mean we have send a message and its not even found in 'sent' folder. Clap!
                                  Completely disgusted on airtel!

                                  As of now, the least i asked is to stop any such service immediately and refund of deducted amount asap.

                                    When l type *122*mobile numbber# recharge is not done by the said code. Then i try through airtel mitra app only some numbers recharge which is topup. Scheme recharge and offers recharge are not done by airtel mitra app. The massage appers on the display you cannot access this function from this hand set. I change lapu from one hand set to another but result same. Sir what is the problem in etop plz solution of this problem. Only l recharge done by airtel live portal. Why not i recharge through the said code and the said app. Or airtel mitra app
