I am not having any Airtel Landline connection. But I receive more than 5 calls from customer care team daily regarding pending payment for some unknown Airtel landline number. They are telling that my mobile number has been given as alternate number. It is very irritating me. How to solve this issue.?

    As per government, now we can choose monthly packs with reduced rate till December 26, 2019.
    But Airtel customer support is behaving like they don’t know anything. Before two days of deadline also they are just talking ### and the representatives are completely unprofessional.
    We need support for this issue, otherwise this operators never support these government rules.

      My name is Jayanta Banerjee and my permanent residential address is 235 Barisha Dakshin Para Road. Kolkata -

      700063. For the last 6-7 years I am using a number ([protected]), currently the service provider of this number is

      AIRTEL INDIA. From today i.e on 27th December 2018 the mobile number was totally stopped and there is no network at

      all.When I am trying to call on this number, it was saying that the said number is not a valid number. I was very

      astonished with this incident and hence I went to a nearby AIRTEL customer care centre, the executives present

      there replied me that the number was stopped by TRAI and AIRTEL was not responsible for the incident. The AIRTEL

      executives forced me to go for the "POSTPAID" connection to revive the mobile number. Founding helpless I was

      forced to go for the "POSTPAID" connection. I am a regular user of this number and my last recharge was done on

      14th December 2018 for the amount of Rs.35 / at 10.13 A.M.
      My request to TRAI to let me know, why my number ( [protected] ) was stopped

      suddenly in spite of regular use without any prior information.
      I will be very much obliged if you kindly see this matter and my humble request to convert the

      number ([protected]) from "POSTPAID" to "PREPAID" connection .

        Dear sir/ madam,
        Greetings of the day!
        My name is aamir basha i have. Mobile number [protected] and an add number [protected] which i purchased in the month of october but haven't been able to use the services as i purchased the same for internet facility but i am being charged for the same every month.
        I have contacted the person and have been to the store couple of time but no such solutions provided.

        I was asked to change the sim card which i did but still no progress on the same hence i have come back on the 19/12/2018 i. E. Today to again get the services.

        This part of the email is a continuation post my last visit as the manager of the store assured to me that the problem will be resolved but the same has not been done.

        Today the date is 27/12/2018 which is exactly 2 months post me buying the sim card additional one.

        It has not yet been rectified and i have been asked that the same will be done every time i come to the store. I have chosen an higher cost plan so that i would be entitled for an extra number so that i can use the same in my tablet.

        This is utter mental harresment, cheating and non delivery of the service which i am paying for, would request if the same can be looked into and a proper compensation for the harresment done to me would also be required.

        It's very sad to say again that if i don't pay for the services it will be deactivated but what is done when the services are not delivered even post paying, what is the action taken

It's very difficult to have understood that this is the way i am being treated and i would also like to request if i can port my main number [protected] to vodafone as i am done following up with this thing over a month.
        I would not want to be charged for the second number anymore as i have not used any services of it. And would request if the charges can be reversed as soon as possible.

            I got a call from a girl. Her name was harpreet she said your resume was shortlist by airtel cmpony. You just have to visit the airtel cmpony situated in mohali phase7 industrial area and first paid 3000 before the intrview or before getting the job for the laptop securty. After that she said this is the terms and condition of the company. I[censored] dnt get job it will be refundeble to you. Now tell me how can i pay for the laptop securty before the intrveiw?                 Pls change your plan like 10, 20, 30, 50&100 etc... Due to rural area peoples facing so many problem for recharge purpose. Why your network to jump to jio??? You mentioned 3g/4g given only 3g network &gb also jumping in your network. Why this type cheating to customer??? Tell me. And one more thing my area i mean562107 in bangalore monthly o4 time full day network shut down, why poor network maitanance?? Its been more than 98hrs but yet i am not receiving any text messages or otp over my new sim.also tried with the customer care services, but none of them are in contact.                   I am using airtel prepaid numbers my no is [protected], on[protected] and[protected], rs 99 (68.95+30.05) was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience.

                  Please refund the money and i request in the strongest terms to not do this again. I request you to tell me how to prevent this from happening. This is unacceptable.

                  Sir, My airtel no [protected] and payment of Rs 357 & Rs. 509 has been deducted through my net banking (SBI) but recharge could not succesfully. ondated 17 Dec 2018 .
                  They are charging us 800 per month for 40 mbps broadband speed. We have complained again and again for the issue. They do some trick and show us high speed. And once they leave again speed drops. Right now its just 0.07 mbps and they charge for 40 mbps. Broadband is must for us as we are in IT and have regular meetings.
                  Unable to call or even receive any call .. No use of having phone with me as both outgoing n incoming calls do not connect often.. It's very irritating .. Think to port to some other network
                  I have two Airtel SIM cards, I have recharged three hundred in both postpaid and I had to print it out. If the stop stop was called for him tomorrow then it is our job to come again and again

                    I have requested to port my num from airtel rajasthan to airtel maharashtra. First time i went to airtel store was on 29/11/2018. I kept on calling customer care, they said it was in process. After 15 days code expieed and nunber was not ported. Again went to airtel store, yhey had no idea about the request failure and again submitted the documents and eequest was again processed. Today its been a month and customer care says that the code expires in 15 daya whereas i have aready procesed the sec complain with new code.. Bill has also been generated on thia number which is not working since i hav put a porring request

                      Actually my father's phone was lost so me and my father went to airtel store which is in sector 14 gurgaon haryana. Then a madam attend our complain. My father need a new sim so he gave her the document he needed. And then she activated the sim and she said it will be activated in with in 4hrs and we left the store. And after one week of giving the sim that sim was not active yet now and now i we went to store she is saying that sim was worng your have to come again then we activate the sim. What the # is this. If she dont know the process why you aitel guys gave her a job. If she dont have sim she have to simply say no.

                        Airtel is started to charge rs 23 on monthly basis, i am totally against of this deduction because my airtel sim use is lessthan 10 rs per month, also airtel don't have 4g range in my area. Airtel company customer executive use to say they have good network overall goa but in practically i don't receive 4g or 3g range in my home or at working place. Overall i am totally against of charging rs 23 per month

                              The whole area of hayatpura is affected but the company is very careless.
                              I contact with customer cares many times but they are unable to restore internet in our area.
                              About 10000 people are suffering from internet proplem. But the company is excusing only not solving our problem.

                                    I have taken sim in karnataka five years back, staying in hyderabad from last three years.

                                      I'm Edwin, from okkiyampet, Chennai. My AIRTEL number is [protected]

                                      Been using Airtel for a year and not FOR ONE SINGLE day has the data speed crossed 2 Mbps at any period in time even though I have full coverage, where speed quoted in ads and promos was 10mbps. Even their own my Airtel app wont load. Ookla alone shows speed of 7+ Mbps while on another tab Google won't load. Ive cross checked across various speed test apps and ookla alone shows 7+ Mbps which leads me to believe that ookla also is a sham which Airtel is using to sell lies.

                                      Other networks like idea and Vodafone work perfectly fine from my location.

                                      I had consulted Airtel customer care about the same prob on several occasions and as famous as they are for the worst customer service, they failed to resolve the issue or even provide a qualitative response.

                                      On several occasions I had to turn on and turn off airplane mode, as so brilliantly suggested by customer care executives. And Everytime I use the internet I have to keep repeating the process.

                                      It's a shame that one of the most reputed Telecom companies cannot afford to cover a prime location in Chennai with adequate speed. They are either inefficient or inconsistent or dishonest.

                                      Airtel has been selling data packs at low prices but they have cheated and lied shamelessly about the speed, for which I paid. I either demand the quoted speed to be offered or I want my money back, failing which I shall take further action and approach the consumer forum.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir,

                                        My airtel no. [protected]

                                        My main balance being deducted for rs 23 and recharged for outgoing calls on 25-dec-2018 validity 28 days.. Who gave permission for airtel company to deduct amount without customer confirmation... I may or may not recharge... Its my decision... This seems to be a mere cheat for many customer like me.. I need a proper explanation from their end. I am totally unsatisfied /disappointed with this improper service.
