Sir your airtel manager has no manners to talk with people he cut the call without listing our problem...
Sir i call him every time but he is neglecting my call he used to keep my call on hold for long time and did not answer my call...
And sir please take care of your airtel serives and your staff really i am very disappointed from them

Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. I thought it was a phone problem but it’s not. I tried my friend’s airtel sim and it works fine. My sim is showing no network in a full network location. This is very inconvinent as i am travelling tomorrow and i have no means of communication at this point. This happened all of a sudden without any warning. This is most inconvinent and inrelaible....

Sir I dialed USSD CODE *123# to know the balance and an amount of rs 1.50 was deducted through my balance and an sms came for deduction of Rs.1.50 for sms charges.Sir will I have to pay for knowing balance through ussd code.I dont understand.Pls refund my wrongly deducted amount.

I called many times to airtel customer care service however they were not able to give the solution.

Back in June I had called airtel to check for a cheaper plan for the airtel internet services. Where I didnt opt for any advance plan of theirs I was tagged for a plan to pay close to 9, 000. After receiving sms that i had opted, i immediately called airtel customer care-they assured that I wont be charged and they will resolve this from the back end.

To my shock within few days I was charged for 11 months using my credit card...

I transfer money from my Airtel Payment Bank account using Paytm (BHIM UPI) to his Axis Bank ASAP account but not credited to my account. It shows transaction is successful in my airtel payment bank statement. But in my friend's asix bank ASAP UPI section it shows failed.

I had submitted port request from docomo to airtel.On 27/11/18 i submitted the port request and on 3/12/18 in the midnight i lose my current network and so i inserted new airtel sim.Then i got message from airtel that your service have been set up.Please restart the handset.After restarting the handset my sim showing no service.

Sir I have taken airtel lifetime plan rs 999 I 2005 or 2006. That time validity expires show 31 March 2025.but at time it's expired. Some one raise a complaint for my no in dnd. And trai send a notification that your no is in ndnc complaint, my no is post paid connection, please help me... I did a 498 rs recharge on my mobile number [protected] which failed and the money was deducted the next time it worked but the 498 rs deducted are still gone which i payed through slicepay card.

Please understand this recharge was done through slicepay card which is a pay later service and it worked the second time but my money was deducted twice as it failed the first time....

I was agree for my three air tel no.of my family members. but when i went to home, I came to know that my family members are using JIO sim. so next day I went to same store and inform to same person not to go for CUG plan. Not happy with the policies adopted by airtel stores-requested park street kolkata stores to change ownership to corporate but they converted the prepaid nos. To postpaid without our consent and now they have asked to submit the documents to convert to prepaid again and are insisting personal visit to the store to collect the simcards and are not willing to accept even the authorisation letter for collection of sims.
