On saturday, 22nd december 2018, i requested airtel customer service to convert my physical sim to esim, but my number/sim was completely deactivated. On the same day i visited one of the local airtel store and requested to reactivate my mobile/sim, but airtel gave a new/replacement physical sim and assured that reactivation will be completed within 24 hours.
However, today, 25th december 2018, is the 3rd day my mobile/sim is still not reactivated! For the past 3 days, i have been patiently repeatedly following up with your customer service and local store to get my mobile/sim reactivated but airtel representatives are unable to help with my issue or understand my pain.
I have almost made up my mind to throw away your sim and stop using all my airtel products/services. Thereafter please don't bother me for any due amount since airtel does not care or value my relationship even after being a loyal customer since 3 years and paying my bills on time.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This happened at TTK Road branch - the employees names were Sangeeta and Aswin
