This pertains to payments bank. Transtion not allowed. Customers are required to visit payments bank points and update form 60 (Whatever that is). Why not provide a link on the official website or on the app itself to update this? When visited a airtel centre, the staff couldn't help ad they were unaware as to what needs to be done. There is no facility on the in-house dashboard for the staff to search for the information. Customers are bombarded daily with sms to go and update to maintain continuity of service. A tech-savvy company like airtel can come up with more innovative ways o[censored]pdation than making customers to spend time and energy visiting the points.

    Hi,
    I lost my airtel sim 10 days back and two days back i took new sim with same number. After inserting into phone it worked for one day and later it was showing No service and signal is not coming. my number is [protected]
    Please help me to resolve this issuse. Its very urgent becasue all my transcations are activated with that number and now i was not able to do any transcations . I also rechared my number today for any response. i contacted customer care and they told all the services are activated.

      Very poor voice/data network at my workplace.

      4th Floor, CIDCO Building, C.B.D. Belapur, Mumbai – 400614

      Landmark: NEAR Belapur Railway Station Complex

      No network bar is some locations and this cause a big issue, cant hear anything from the caller and the caller can not hear me, this is happening since last 6 months before it was working fine. Other ISP such as Idea/tata are having very good network hear.

        I have been receiving call and SMS(from HP-ARTDTH) for last 10 days from[protected] by Mr. Siddharaj, Rakesh and Rahul. Message content is as below
        ”Gentle Reminder Ajej Recharge Karo Airtel Dth Ma Fakt Rs 1499 Ma 6 Mth + 6 Mth Free, With 25 Chanel LifeTime Free, 12 Mth Pachi 1149Ma12 Mnth FreeCall[protected]”

        On call they have informed me by looking into my details that recharge with 799 and your base infinity package will automatically get connverted into Unlimited Dhamaka Offer where You will get 3 months + 3 Months free so total 6 months pack.

        However, after recharging my account with 799 nothing has changed instead it is showing my balance 795. Also I got SMS from AD-AIRDTG as below
        “Request for activating airtel digitalTV long duration pack could not be processed as existing pack is different from the pack recharge done. Please call[protected] [protected]”

        I called up on[protected] as well as on [protected] to Mr. Siddhraj but both Mr. Siddhraj and customer care executive talked very rudely.

          I want unlimited plan (local+std+roaming OG/IC 24 hours per day without capping) mobile+landline, sms (local+std+Roaming OG/IC without limit 100 per day without capping) and data also (without capping) without speed reduced to 2G full and full in 3G/4G speed or without (FUP) ISD (IC/OG mobile+landline), sms also 100 sms per day data also without capping 1 or 2 gb day in mobile plan all in combined pack both in prepaid and postpaid (send the prepaid tariff) take as a feedback bring these type of plan for old, new and mnp customer in a low cost like (BSNL) as soon as possible very soon mobile number:[protected]..

              I have recharged with international pack of RS. 296 yesterday for which i have received message as follows:

              Today balance of RS. 22 deducted from my account and balance 77 will be deducted msg came as follows:

              (1/2) Dear Customer, International Roaming rental charge is Rs99. Due to low balance in your account, Rs.22.24 have been deducted and balance amount of Rs.76.76 will be deducted i
              ..(2/2) recharges.

              What is this. Please take immediate action. Otherwise I'll suit case through trai from Arab Emirates against you.

                I changed my hellotune 7 days back and it hasn't played since and also customer care confirms that they have refreshed and it has been changed but it hasn't. No call back from technical team since then. My no. Is [protected]
                I again called them 2 days back and no one called me since they told me, two times, and said that technical support team will call within 24 hours. The company who is known for disturbing customers with schemes hasn't called to solve a problem.

                  My airtel plan is of 150gb data per month. This much data is getting consumed within 20days. I continuously travel and i have my another home in usa as well. There my data consumption is not more than 40gb per month.
                  I am facing this issue for last 6months or so. I also raised concern on 121 but no help. I changed passwords multiple times but still its not fixed.
                  Is airtel stealing my data? Shall i go to consumer court or file rti?

                    This is to bring to your notice refund for 2 failed transactions dated 25/11/2018 for rs300 each and transaction id [protected] and [protected] done on 25/11/2018 for mobile number [protected] and complaint number conrc[protected] and conrc[protected] not done inspite of multiple reminders. One of the worst customer service which i have seen in my life. I am tired of sending repeated emails

                      I am a airtel subscriber and have paid 1200 rupees for getting free incoming for lifetime 13 years ago.
                      They promised that i will be eligible for lifetime free incoming calls.
                      Now they are asking me to recharge to get incoming calls.
                      I want to file a complain again airtel for relying on their actions as promised.

                      This is against the policy they have committed to customers.

                        I had placed a request for broadband connection and paid inr 500 online for the same. 10 days later after several follow ups i was told that the connection is not possible in my locality. I was asked to claim refund online from airtels website. Now when i am adding my details the website is showing my airtel number as invalid. Please let me know how can i claim this refund.

                        We bought a sim card. They said it will be activated in 3 days WHICH IS ALREADY [censored], it should activate in 24 hours MAXIMUM. [censored]ing scums. Taking our money. Been 5 days and it’s not working still.

                          With great regret i write this email, to have had such a bitter experience with airtel after being its long valued loyal customer for more than 10 years now.

                          Firstly, my prepaid connection is not working write now because of an recharge issue i encountered on 22 sept (Saturday), 2018 for which i paid and havent got the money back for rs.500/-
                          Secondly, your customer service representative mr. Umesh v from koramangala airtel office has displayed such audacity, arrogance and accused me while performing his duty on the floor.

                          On 22 sept (Saturday), 2018 i walked into koramangala 7th block airtel office to convert my postpaid to prepaid number. I opted for a plan of rs.499/- and the your customer care repsentative promised me that the plan will be activated in the next 24 hours and maximum by 24 sept (Monday), 2018 which means that the plan should be activated by 24th sept or 25th sept latest. But it had not activated until 25 sept (Tuesday). And on 25 sept (Tuesday), morning my connection was disconnected and i was not able to make any calls and i got a message saying due to insufficient balance.

                          On the same day, 25 sept, 2018 i had a job interview scheduled on 25 sept (Tuesday), and my phone stops working in the morning while my interview was at 11:00am and i had to get my phone working to attend the interview. So, in such an unlikely scenario, i had to recharge my prepaid account once again with another 500/- as the activation was not done in time as promised by airtel customer service representative.

                          On 27 sept (Saturday), when i walked into the airtel office again to get this clarifed and to check for refund back on my first unsuccessful recharge, the airtel store manager mr. Umesh v who listened to my very unlikely situation, was not trying to help me as a customer service representative but was only getting impatient and stubborn. He simply said that the money cannot be refunded and when i was asking for a reasonable justification he started answering me extremely arrogantly. While i was still trying to explain my situation, there was no effort made from him to understand and reason out things but went on accusing me for questioning. I havent seen such audacity from an customer service rep anywhere.

                          Finally after the conversation, i asked him what happens to the first unsuccessful recharge amount of rs.500/-, he showed me the record in my account and told me the plan will continue once this current active plan gets completed, but its not working today and i am facing issue.

                          Considering such an unlikely situation of mine when i had an interview scheduled on the same day (I can share the interview call letter with you as a proof if you so desire) and my phone stops working because you had failed to do your job correctly in time, i would blame your service as so inefficient and still does not know how to treat its customers politely.

                          In this context, i want the first recharge amount of rs.500/- that was paid for recharge on 22 sept 2018 to be activated on my present airtel number else refund the money back to me.

                          I would also want to pinpoint that what was promised to be activated by your csr in 24 hours, never happened and it was delayed because of which i had to recharge again on such an important interview day. This is totally a fault from your end and i was being accused unnecessarily by your csr, mr. Umesh v.
                          You must seriously think of replacing him, or giving him some extensive mental training on how to treat people on the floor.

                          And i would like to know what happens to the deposit amount of rs.800/- that you collected from me at the time of making a new postpaid connection now that i have converted to prepaid? I need that amount back too.

                            Good day,

                            I called customer support and requested them to unbar my airtel number and i spoke to the floor manager regarding this as i had not paid my bill. The bill amount is 1600 and i requested them to unbar the number only for 48 hours. They told me that it will be unbarred in another 6 hours and still it has not got unbarred. I am in a remote area where i cannot pay my bills. I can only pay it tomorrow which will not be delayed.

                              I am mallikarjun. Airtel ph no:[protected]. I using this number since last 6-7 years there was no problems about this airtel company. But now a days it is probleming to me lot.

                              Yesterday i mean 23/12/2018 @ 11.46pm one message will come to my number that you have used 90% (1.4 gb/day) of your dail data.

                              After that 24/12/2018 @12.20 am another message will came that 100% of your daily data limit is used. After this internet opening is stopped.

                              After 4 min i mean 12.24 am another message will come that u have used your 90% of your daily data limit. How is possible.

                              Again @ 12.50 am one message will come you gave used 100% of your daily limit.

                              If i called to custmer care service they did not respond correctly.

                              Note: this is not first time to happen like this thats while i am raise this complaint
                              Please clarify this

                                  Airtel deducting rs 23 from main balance without my concurrence. Under what trai regulations they starting this mechanism to eat our money from balance? It is arbitrary & without any concurrence. What is trai doing to protect consumers right? Secondly, why i waste my time to listen crap of their customer cares to understand ridiculous method they r employing to misappropriate our balance.

                                  My airtel number also got deducted 23 rs once outgoing due is over. I had 15 days incoming validity . Airtel forcefully deducted 23 rs from balance before utilising incoming facility . Either remove incoming validity if you like to deduct 23 from user on end of outgoing validity, also get confirmation from users before deducting amount . As per trai airtel should provide 15 days incoming facility. I suppose to recharge some other pack, by that time airtel deducted amount. I came to know that airtel is deducting 23 rs from all users by sending sms it got deducted. Refund the amount to all users please.

                                    prepaid to postpaid migration issues

                                    I requested through MY AIRTEL App for a prepaid to postpaid conversion. The steps were simple and the processing went fine untill the address verification part. One 22nd December 2018 I received message stating that the postpaid conversion has started and my prepaid sim got disconnected. Right after that no updates form Airtel for the last 48 hours.                                     I have choosen a wrong recharge plan 446 instead of 449. Now i am not able to make calls to customer care also. I have done the recharge through google pay.
                                    I want to know the way to proceed to get the refund if possible.
                                    If not i request the company to take a iniative on this kind of issues.
                                    Already there is refund policy for a wrong number recharge

                                      Airtel is cheating me with data usage. It's happening from past 6 months but today (23 - dec - 2018) i'm really frustrated and writing this complaint. I'm using 2gb/day plan and today i consumed 1gb data but suddenly a popup comes and tells me that 90% of data is consumed. It's happening everyday so i've installed a data monitoring app. And it is telling me that i used only 1gb of data. It's happening daily with me. I'm adding screenshots please see those and also time above it. If airtel does this again i'm going to throw this sim in garbage. Airtel is fraud. Their ads are fraud. Their plans are fraud.
