Airtel deducting rs 23 from main balance without my concurrence. Under what trai regulations they starting this mechanism to eat our money from balance? It is arbitrary & without any concurrence. What is trai doing to protect consumers right? Secondly, why i waste my time to listen crap of their customer cares to understand ridiculous method they r employing to misappropriate our balance.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My airtel number also got deducted 23 rs once outgoing due is over. I had 15 days incoming validity . Airtel forcefully deducted 23 rs from balance before utilising incoming facility . Either remove incoming validity if you like to deduct 23 from user on end of outgoing validity, also get confirmation from users before deducting amount . As per trai airtel should provide 15 days incoming facility. I suppose to recharge some other pack, by that time airtel deducted amount. I came to know that airtel is deducting 23 rs from all users by sending sms it got deducted. Refund the amount to all users please.

    prepaid to postpaid migration issues

    I requested through MY AIRTEL App for a prepaid to postpaid conversion. The steps were simple and the processing went fine untill the address verification part. One 22nd December 2018 I received message stating that the postpaid conversion has started and my prepaid sim got disconnected. Right after that no updates form Airtel for the last 48 hours.     I have choosen a wrong recharge plan 446 instead of 449. Now i am not able to make calls to customer care also. I have done the recharge through google pay.
    I want to know the way to proceed to get the refund if possible.
    If not i request the company to take a iniative on this kind of issues.
    Already there is refund policy for a wrong number recharge

      Airtel is cheating me with data usage. It's happening from past 6 months but today (23 - dec - 2018) i'm really frustrated and writing this complaint. I'm using 2gb/day plan and today i consumed 1gb data but suddenly a popup comes and tells me that 90% of data is consumed. It's happening everyday so i've installed a data monitoring app. And it is telling me that i used only 1gb of data. It's happening daily with me. I'm adding screenshots please see those and also time above it. If airtel does this again i'm going to throw this sim in garbage. Airtel is fraud. Their ads are fraud. Their plans are fraud.

      Same with me and nobody is responding about it.
      Why is this happening..
      This is so cheap behaviour...

        I really do not understand what do i need to do to get my services rectified. I have been raising requests after requests complaining about your pathetic network and bad customer service quality.

        I have been a customer of yours for years together now yet my experience with airtel is getting worsened day by day. Previously a service request was raised yet there was no update that i received from airtel technical team regarding the issue raised and all that i see is that the service request was closed without even a consent from my end.

        I work in the night and hence i ask specifically to be contacted at a preferred time yet i get calls during the course of the day which i miss which is quite obvious because i would be sleeping and hence i go ahead and ask to be contacted at a particular time.

        I have been having issues with your pathetic services. I am having issues as i am not able to go ahead and use the internet services provided by you. Anytime any place the network is so damn pathetic that i just hate using your services. The internet just cries to even get connected.

        Continuing the issue regarding bad services did u even check the call quality, i am having a very bad experience in terms of the voice calling, half the time the network is so bad that i’m experiencing call drops, voice cracking and unable to even connect when a call is made within my network or outside my network.

        The issue is at both my billing address and my home address or rather if i have to be very clear your network is bad at all places.

        I don’t think you have ever checked the quality of your network or even if you have checked airtel is no longer bothered about serving the customer rather airtel is more bothered about surviving the competition from other network providers.

        Last but not the least try fixing ur airtel app. Attached is the screenshot of the error when i try to submit a service request.

        I really don’t understand what the hell is your open network coz everything updated there is #. This is again my personal opinion.

          Airtel activating these services 1) bharti potrait & 2) games world pocket services. I dont even activate the service and still airtel charged rs 40. I just want to say refund or return my money rs 40 on these no 90025143.. Otherwise i will change to jio. Please return my money back asap... I loose trust into these company return my money ro gain trust back.

            Dear sir i am a resident of dewas... I have a airtel lapu sim since last 7-10 years.. But i am not able to make recharge at first when i forgoted my mpin bt when i remembered and try to recharge it was showing that "access has been cancelled due to too many incorrect password attempts.               It is inform that the sim card with airtel mobile no [protected] was purchased by me i. E., bhamidipati srinivasa rao long back and registered with my aadhar number few months back. And an amount of more than rs.600/- was available on the number. Since few days there is no signals on my mobile and getting "mobile net work not available". Please examine and resolve the problem. I tried to recharge my airtel dish tv through bhim app but till now my dish has been recharged or not my rest amount returned to my axis bank account where my recharge amount is 285/- two times the bhim app shows failure but every time money has been deducted.                       I have done airtel international pack of rs 1199. I am not able to do any phone calls. All incoming and outgoing services are blocked. I called customer care 5 times in 2 days. They said it will be activated within 2 hours. We have some technical issues. One person said just switch off and switch on it will be activated within half an hour. At 3rd day i once again called, person said that you have done wrong recharge, it is not working in nepal. I have seen this pack on airtel official site, in international packs i selected country nepal and then i go ahead and pay through phonepe. Now they said that you have done payment through third party so we can't do anything. I am not able to call anyone, all services are blocked. They don't care about customer. They just want there money anyhow. Please give me refund.

                        Main balance has deducted from account instead of packs specification that "after 1.4gb u can render 64kbps speed" here it is not mentioned that after data pack u'll charge or no u had sent msg regarding this deduction prior deduction or after data pack exhaustion. Customer care said that they will not send msg for u single only.. And she also said it's ur concern to know about plan.. Is't u responsible to tell me what actually plan is by msg or call...
                        2 nd thing yesterday i spoke with another customer care she told me to go with 2g to avoid balance deduction so i used all this data in 2g.. She dint told me to avoid 2g too.. Also she told me "ur post data internet service is described by her". I need my refund and want to port. Please help

                          In this competitive scenario, we the users of airtel network lacking behind the other network users in our location. It's a centre location where more than ten thousand mobile and data users a exits. We prefer airtel network but not getting at the comfortable level.

                            I have bought new airtel 4g prepaid sim, and recharged with 229, but i cant even open atleast google home page, this is very shame to airtel.
                            Hundereds of times i tried to contact customer care about this problem but cant even connected to any of this stupid numbers 121, 1250, 198, [protected].

                            When ever we call to above numbers ivrs voice saying that" india no.1 largest fastest networking"but this all #,

                            No.1 is jio,
                            Shame ful to airtel,
                            I dont leave this, i will take it higher levels about my problem

Called to customer care they given some instruction s followed same but still getting e for internet not getting 4g.. Again called to customer care still they giving same instructions...                                   I live in pratap nagar, jaipur. Here the 4g speech of airtel is quite slow and disappointing. Few months ago the speed used to be ok but now i get an average of 10kbps, and i noticed on some websites claiming the average net speed in india to be 5mbps. It is only in the morning time near about 4am when the net speed touches 4mbps otherwise the whole day i get irritated with the net speed, so i came here to complaint. I get only 3 signal bars out of 5. It's quite disappointing to get 2g speeds when i have paid the price for 4g.
                                  There is a need to look after this matter urgently because this issue is nearly at everywhere!

                                    My airtel mobile number suddenly stopped working, this was in continuous use. Even 5 minutes before it stopped working i had received sms. Please check and let me know what needs to be done.
                                    The number stopped working on 19th of december 2018 evening at around 6-7 pm.
                                    I was placing order in zomato, i got the first verification sms, but minutes after that when i tried to resend the verification code it was not getting delivered, this within a minute it stopped working. Please help in getting this resolved.

Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. But i can able to call 121 & they not help me.
