I got the below message from airtel. That my outgoing services has been stopped.

Alert! To restart outgoing and data services on airtel mobile [protected], recharge with unlimited or smart pack. For pack details, dial *121*51#

But when i bought the sim they told me that lifetime validity but now suddenly they are asking to recharge again. That too i need to recharge unlimited packs (300 rs).

Lowest packs cost 23 rs that only for 28 days. So that means i need to keep on recharging just for validity purpose every month. This is crazy airtel wants customers to recharge unlimited packs as no one is using packs.

I need solution for this. I saw many post of this kinds. So that means airtel is doing this on purpose to loot money

      Hi,

      Frustrated with your customer support n didnt expected you will give cold hand to the customer grievance.

      Here is how i got new broadband connection.
      Have submitted documents, photo n paid 6 months 5498 rupees on 2nd september. And within week i got broadband n landline connection. Seems the paid amount is not reflecting in my account. From past two months, am getting calls to pay the accumulated balance. Told n der the screenshot to the customer care 121 and sending again.

      Mentioning the contacts here whom have transferred amount n did installed. They know that am suffering with this problem n were telling that they will be paying then to airtel. Seems they have not done payment.

        I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 2 months i have not been able to make a single call or sms to any number except 121.
        I have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation
        Then a customer care officer suggested faulty sim.. I changed my sim 3 weeks ago but still same problem persists. I cant make aby outgoing calls or sms.. However my gprs connection plus incoming sms and calls are working fine..

        The customer care just does not know whats the problem and what could be the solution.. They hang up many times.. I have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one know the solution to my problem. One of them did profile reset still nothing happened.
        I want an action to be taken immediatly.

          Dear sir i have a laapu sim no is [protected] and i am unable to call laapu customer care since last 8 months and this is too much irritating... So i request please unblock my number... So that i can call lapu customer care no 12144.. And please confirm vai sms... So that i can solve my problems.. With customers... And it's very bad experience with airtel... Service is very unsatisfied... Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible...

              Hi i have a land of 4500 sqft.. Near the chennai theni highway near masilamanipuram at ngo colony.. There is sufficient space for tower installation. Due to poor data coverage there are many complaints against airtel in our region.. There is a proper jio tower opposite to my house. Many people are turning towards jio network. So as a customer request we need a airtel tower here

                Hello,

                My mobile number is stooped incoming and outgoing service without any reason. Airtel customer care advisor suggest me that there is a problem in my sim. My sim is from rajasthan and i am living in harayana, so i was ported my number from airtel rajasthan to airtel harayana. The sim port itself take 15 days and till now i am not able to connect my number with airtel network.
                I am suffering from many losses because from last 20-25 days my mobile number is not working.

                I would request to provide appropriate solution at the earliest.

                    I have not given my consent to deduct any amount from my main balance.
                    How can your company deduct any amount from any body. Is there any contract at the time of taking new connection? Your company cannot compel to recharge with 23. A customer can recharge with rs 35 also. Your company is playing with the sentiment of old customers. I think this will be a very bad result in future.

                      Airtel... Such a hopeless service provider in my area. I have recharged for 6gb internet data per day and sadly i can't even use 500mb in a day. Seriously are you cheating your customers??? Trying to compete with jio? I am ashamed of all the ads claiming that airtel is the best service provider. Shame! Shame on airtel! The customer care people did nothing when i shared the problems i am facing. Jio service is much more better. I am going to port my sim card to jio if the problem doesn't get resolved in few days.

                        Hi, my name is gagan rajpal based out of nit 5, b block, faridabad. Yesterday i had raised request on airtel portal for new broadband connection. I am totally surprised when airtel guy called me back saying ' in my area all connections are 100% chocked and they were not able to provide any new connections'. I just wanted to know why they are not providing me new broadband connection.

                          I had done bhim upi transactions on 10 dec but the transaction was failed and but money was deducted and still i didnot got money back please resolve it faster
                          And after three days they sent me a message as money was safe and will initiate in 72 hours but still i didn't got money.

                            I recharged prepaid mobile no with my recharge of around 500/- rupees on promise by airtel that my prepaid will be lifetime prepaid balance till i can use the same.

                            Since 2 years i have raised multiple times that airtel is not able to call and receive my calls, therefore i am unable to use my airtel balance due to zero network in sector 23 gurgaon.

                            I am physically disabled and stay mostly in indoors at home or in office but poor and cheat airtel network team refused that airtel is not responsible for network at home.

                            I requested airtel to transfer my airtel prepaid balance to idea and reliance jio, so that i can use the balance and my recharge wrong fly given to airtel can use that using on reliance jio or idea which is better network inside my residence and at office.

                            Due to network problem, i have stopped using airtel for call outings and only receive a 10-20 percent of rare airtel incoming calls.

                            Airtel instead of helping me, started to charge a 23/- rs debit for 28 days as a vas,
                            Though airtel a cheat sunil mittal organisation is charging vas charges for just able to receive a 10 to 20 percent incoming sms and calls.

                            This is cheat and injustice by a leader airtel organisation and harassment to a walking disabled to do calling walk outside my home.

                            This calls for disabled harassment and wrong charges by airtel as an airtel criminal offence, i request ministry of disabled protection, human harassment for indian and trai to charge a vas for receiving incoming calls by india.

                            This calls for 3 criminal offences against airtel for wrong charges on my mobile no [protected].
                            This is even aggravate as i pay for monthly airtel landline no to call being within at home as airtel landline works when at home and mobile networks does not home.

                            I also plead that if airtel cannot gives me a lifetime free incoming phone, should refund around 450/- to my bank so that i can recharge reliance jio or idea which are better phones to use within residence.

                            In short airtel is cheating organisation, pls help

                              I recharged my mobile number [protected] with pack of 169 on 15.12.19 at 06: 49pmam by paytm (Paytm order no. [protected]) but this was not confirmed. So i tried the same pack again and this time the pack was recharged and i got confirmation message (Paytm order no. [protected] and operator ref. No.[protected] but later i received another confirmation with operator reference no.[protected] that the recharge has been done. This way my recharge was done twice and amount deducted twice. Please make arrangements for either refund or extend validity of recharge. Thank you.

                                I had recharged an amount of rs 2999/- on 27th nov 2018 for my mobile phone for international roaming (Usa). The amount was debited immediately from my paytm account (Ref[protected]. However, on reaching usa, the plan was not activated, nor i had the signal at all throughout my tenure from 27th november to 11th dec 2018 in usa. No roaming benefit was given to me at all. And, the entire money of 2999 was debited from me without providing any service by airtel.

                                Please check as per your records, and request you to reverse the amount and credit the same to my account immediately. For any clarifications, please call me.

                                  I am airtel dth's customer since year 2009 & till date & was using 315 rs monthly rental plan.
                                  All this while (Tenure of 10 years) i called up customer care several times & enquired to reduce my monthly rental to the lowest available plan.
                                  I was always told that my plan is the lowest one & below that channels will not be seen.
                                  On 12th dec'18, i called up 4 times (Disconnected 3 times when i insisted on reducing my monthly rental saying that airtel is not aware of any such news) & lastly i was told about 175 rs (150 rs for 15 channels @ 10 rs each channel & rs 25 for package charge) monthly rental plan & was moved to this.

                                  Below are couple of questions of mine.

                                  1) why this rs 25 for package charge forced when trai has told that customer needs to pay only for what we are viewing?
                                  2) why did airtel dth all this while kept on saying that mine was lowest rental plan, hided this information & preferred giving false information?

                                  Pl help me with removal of these unjust charges from/ by airtel dth as they are not passing on/ extending the benefits to customer as advised by trai.

                                    I had two airtel dth connections, primary and secondary connection. Primary was hd and secondary was basic. When i relocated myself i notified airtel customer care to close my secondary connection because i do not need two connections. First they separated my two connection and then issued new consumer number on my secondary basic connection although i told them to close it. I was not aware that they issued new consumer number on my secondary connection. They advised me to recharge on my new consumer number. Once i recharged i did not get the signal because i thought i recharged my primary hd connection but they recharge my new basic connection. After long discussion on customer care they understand my request and assured me that they will switch the amount from basic new consumer id to my old primary hd connection. But issue is still pending and i did not get any response from their end. This is the service i got after using airtel dth for 7 years. Consumer no. [protected]

                                      I i am sachin tarun, recently i have did a recharge transaction through google pay. But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

                                      Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
                                      I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”
