I reside in eva (Pincode : 201304) in noida, up.
I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever.
I am using airtel from last 08 years and used to have 3 airtel postpaid connection. But for the last 8-9 months the airtel data speed is so bad, so pathetic and even you can not open a single website at all.
I made so many call to airtel customer care, but they never resolved my problem, they always says that some work is going on in your area and call closure time is 120days, but never resolved now it is more than 8 months but issues are still the same.
As i said i had 03 airtel connection, among them i have ported two connection, one to vodafone and another one to jio, still have one connection with airtel with a hope that they may give solution.
When i was porting my no to another provider, airtel executive very proudly said that wish to hear you back after 3 months as you can port back to airtel after 3 months. How arrogant their attitude they have.
I still have one no in airtel. Everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of below 50 kbps.
I have around 200 gb of pending data and it is a big unfortunate that i am unable to use the data. My another no jio and vodafone are working excellent then why airtel unable to provide the same.
Airtel is just cheating the customer like me.
I have complaint so many times but never got resolution. Airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved.
I requested them, if you are not able to resolve the data issue then please provide me some plan which involve only calling facility without any data availability, but they bluntly refused for the same. I further requested them to allow some discount to monthly bill amount till the time my data speed issue is not being resolved, but again they refused very bluntly.
The airtel executives are so much confident that even after so many issues and not able to give solution, but still customer will continue with the airtel connection only.
I dont know if anyone will care to even read this complain.
I request all reader to please stay away from airtel, if you dont want to get suffered.
