Hi,
Today (15 dec 2018) i called customer support and explained the issue.in my bill dated 27th nov for my mobile no [protected] i am charged rs 3000 for 3 seconds that my mobile was on roaming. I had already paid last month rs 4000 above and deactivated this roaming pack.
In bill on nov again im charged roaming pack.

I explained this to customer support today. He had plaaced the call on hold then conveyed to get his supervisor and put me on hold again. Then the call was simply disconnected.

Kindly look into this matter and waive off rs 3000 for incorrectly charged me for data packet. I have already paid the remaining amount of rs 800
If you cannot help then plz disconnect i dont wish to go ahwd with airtel anymore.

Plz reply by email as im on travel outside country.

    It's been around 15 days since i registered in airtel payments bank in the form of e wallet. They've automatically allocated my e wallet with a virtual debit card for use. I being a college student wanted to save few bucks for further emergency spending. Now when i tried to use the debit card it never worked. I tried to transfer it to my bank account and it shows that the service is temporarily unavailable. Unable to know what to do now. My bank account has 200 bucks now for 15 days and 2000 bucks in airtel wallet.

    I have not open airtel payment bank account I don't know who is open this account please delete this account

      I submitted documents to purchase two sims from airtel over two days ago at an airtel store in andheri, mumbai and was told the sims would be activated in 24 hours.

      I had seen people recommend airtel for foreigners coming to india to use on reviews of indian service providers so i chose them over the other providers.

      24 hours passed and we went to the store 36 hours later they said the sim would be activated by 11pm tonight. Nothing has happened and we can't call businesses, tour operators. Taxis cancel our rides which we book online using apps when they can't get through to us as we have international numbers (Unfortunately also airtel but from another country which apparently don't accept incoming calls even though their website says it should under oneworld)

      I have been to the store where we purchased the sims, called them, emailed their 121 number and nothing has happened except for asking us to remove and reinsert sim or to wait or a canned email response. I think our trip to india will be over so there will be no need for the sims to be activated at the rate they are approaching the issue.

      Beware if you are a foreigner and stay away from airtel india. My number is [protected] and is still inactive.

        My name is jagannath mondal. On 15 th dec 2018 i did a transaction of rs. 7500/- but the transaction was failed but my money deducted from my account. Receiver did not received any money. My transaction id is [protected]. I mail to the customer service but they did not give any reply. When i go to pending transaction there is no transaction. The showed the transaction in the successful transaction cartagory. I want my money back. But how?

        There is no network in my airtel sim. I requested airtel team to stop the service or add it to my family plan of other number.
        They are not taking necessary action but forcing me to pay bill every month from past 6 months . I have paid bill unnecessarily without using the service.

          Few days airtel blocked my sim without any reason (My validity is till jan 2019 with 160rs balance). I tried every possible settings, checked with different phone, but nothing worked. Finally i called airtel office and i was directed to visit airtel store.
          Next morning when i visited the store and explained everything to the representative. However her behavior seemed very disgraceful, she left in between conversation. Instead of providing any reasonable reason for the sim failure.

          If this is how airtel behave with their customer. I would not like to continue with this carrier and possibly not recommended any of my friends and family for the same.

          I would like to port from this carrier.

            Airtel prepaid service of rs 35 gets deducted from some time. Some inlogic games is being activated without my permission. Even after deducting the service my money doesn't get refund. By doing such things airtel is loosing their trust among consumers. Give me the refund and don't ever charge for any thing without my permission. Look forward to this and stop deducting unnecessary charges. Orelse i would take an action against this.

              Hi all, Now-a-days Airtel is doing fraud job with public. My complain is about Airtel providers are following the systematic process for doing validity topup without customer interest every month. Due to validity ended OG calls gets blocked, then Incoming calls service only extend uptown 13 more days approx. So that customers may have some plan to do a validity topup or talk time with validity (min recharge starts from 35rs) at the point of incoming validity ended period. Before that this stupid Airtel prepaid providers are doing "DAYTIME THEFT" with every customers of Rs23/- each. You can imagine now how many pupils are using Airtel in world. So indirectly this Airtel is stealing money instead of begging 23Rs/- to each users. We each one are also keep on filling Airtel plates. See where the service is good obviously customers can go back to them. If anyone needs to use Airtel for outgoing they will do topup. It's not necessary means then we won't topup, it's not mean that Airtel can stole each public money. So I request TRAI to understand my words on behalf of all Airtel users and take necessary action on this and insist Airtel to stop doing systematic auto validity topups. And I request each one of you to raise your voice with me and give hands to this issue.

                Monogna susmita daneil manasa arpan shailja nikhil all are greedy hungry beggars  i[censored] have little bit shame and self respect and respect for your parents and customers then recharge my numbers from your side otherwise loose your bloody nonsense business as you have very poor mentality to disturb the customers. Really shame on you people for looting the customers. Its better for you people to recharge my numbers from your side or take one big huge katora and sit on the roads then U will get lot of money.Â

                  I have airtel rs. 448 prepaid plan, 4g sim card and a 4g phone (Oneplus 5). I have enabled 4g and even volte in my sim settings. However, i don't get 4g at my home.
                  4g speed is extremely slow (50-60 kbps) and the network frequently drops to 3g/h+. Especially it drops to 3g when on a call.
                  I get 4g speed in other places even 15-20 feet away from my home, but at my home the speed is extremely terrible. Resolve this as soon as possible.

                    Firstly, note that i have complained regarding the same with the service request number cabnr[protected] which went unanswered and got marked as closed without my knowledge.

                    For my airtel number [protected], i have recharged rs. 199 twice whereas the benefit is received only once.
                    Here are the transaction details:

                    Date of transaction: 14 dec 2018 12:46 a. M.
                    Status of recharge: successful

                    Second recharge details:

                    Recharge amount: rs. 199

                    Note that i have received the benefit of only one of the above two recharges. Either initiate a refund of rs. 199 or provide me with the benefit of the other recharge too.

                      I've ported my sim [protected] from jio to airtel and i got the network 1 day ago but still unable to verify the number using 59059 call automatically disconnect every time

                      Unable to contact airtel office i'm out of my city it's very urgent please help me to activate the sim otherwise cancel the porting at least i can attend my calls

                        Today my prepaid mobile is recharged with rc244 but the amount of rs. 244 is not remited to my main account balance. I have been recharged as per airtel customer service information. Before recharge i have been call to airtel customer care and enquire the full talktime with unlimited validity plan they are suggesting rc244 again i am requested recharged amount need to add my main account balance as per their information i recharged rc244. But i didn't get main account balance. Immediately i was call back they are not responding properly.

                          Hi this is my mobile number +91 [protected]. I have recharged for inr. 3998 for uae roaming package.

                          Package benefits are 500 mins of incoming and 500 mins outgoing call. Order id is[protected].

                          I have been in uae for past 4 days but still i have not been credited with the above benefits. For each incoming and outgoing calls i have been charged with 30 rs.

                          I have talked to customer care multiple times and they don't understand my issues and still they are raising the sr and closing it on the same day after crediting the 30 rs amount and that's it.

                          Airtel need to refund the amount or give me the package advantage. Already 4 days of my package is wasted.

                          Please help to resolve the issue.

                          The issue not been resolved yet from Airtel and they have not provided any solution for it. Almost Onsite trip is getting over and still nothing has been utilized.

                          i wanted the refund from Airtel.

                          The issues was not addresses and the money is gone. I thought if I come to consumer complaints portal things will be resolved. But this was never addressed

                            Complaint details my number was deactivated for the second time without any prior notice after the working hours. It says my address verification has failed but no one showed up for the address verification. I have been facing a lot of consequences without mobile due to uninformed deactivation. Without showing up for the address verification just like that they updated that wrong address. I have been cheated in the beginning that i will have to pay a refundable deposit of 300 rupees. But it was one time activation charges. Later when i came to know that they tried to manage but i knew the fact. So the store manager paid my activation fee as the customer service representative mr. Naveen made the mistake. This is mere cheating. I could not imagine a person cheating like this to customers. The unaware customers will go a loss of 300 rupees.in regards to my activation, when my connection was disconnected first i went to the airtel office and showed my verification document. Again the customer care department asks me to do the same due to which i am running loss of pay. There is no proper response or a proper complaint portal to hear this. This is a fault of the activation team. They just stay where they are and update address verification failed. I have the records that no one had come for the address verification except from my office. Airtel claimed that they came for address verification (No one showed up) on 13 and 14 dec but the address verification failed. The same day people from my office xxxx came for address verification got my document and left. So it is the mistake of airtel. I was said i can switch to prepaid at anytime by the customer service officer but that was also an attempt of cheating, i could not switch it for the next three months. So i am left with no hope now. I cannot face disconnection for every five days and suffer because of the negligence of the airtel verification team. When i apptocahed the airtel office even there they just say that they r busy and keep on postponing the work

                              Dears,
                              I have a serious issue/ complaint about airtel. Last month in my airtel prepaid number, it shows the validity upto 2021. Now today i have received a message which is telling that i have to recharge for my mobile number validity by 18th of december this month after that it will not work. If this type of services they will give every time then i don't have any option except to quit from airtel services. Every time i have recharged my number when it goes down & even i have not used it for calling as it is in international roaming. But they deducted from my account every time even i have not taken any services. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I had made a complaint regarding my broadband issue on 12th dec 18, and i have been following up ever since. I am give promises that it would be resolved in hours like 6-8 times in the past days but there are no response from anyone afterwords. It totally dissatisfied to see such poor service. And i would appreciate if you could escale the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                  Recently i have received message that if i have not recharge my airtel mobile number, the service will be stopped and the some amount will be also deducted from main account.

                                  If balance is available what is requirement of recharge our numbers every month. It is totally unfair rules.

                                  It is kindly requested to take a necessary action against the telecom company and give favourable decision to huge numbers of mobile consumers.

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I recharged mistakenly for the amount of rs.159/- on 13.12.18 this offer actually not available for my number and available offer is rs.149/- where i get benefitted for 1gb/day +unlimited calls for 28 days. But for rs159 i got only unlimited calls+ totally 1 gb that also valid for 21 days. When i contacted them for about 3 to 4 times but no proper response. Is it right that if i pay extra i get penalty? Refund my money as this is totally cheating.

                                    No response till now.even I contacted them since Internet is not working. They asked me to restart mobile phone and try.i tried the same way they told but also not working. Other time I contacted them and told all these. Now they are asking me to visit their airtel showroom. Is this the way you could treat your customer?I was not able to send a single mail because of them and so I was not able to do my job today.pls take immediate action as it could affect my work.Reference no.C4GSP[protected], RSEWK[protected].

                                    I contacted customer care today but they ask me to recharge again to access Internet.when I check the data balance it shows 1024mb available. Here is a screenshot of it.

                                      I have changed my sim from 3g to 4g on 14th oct 2018 from tat day i couldn't able to send sms. I called customer care multiple times but they from their end everything looks gd. Sometimes they told me to change sms centre no. That also i have changed but still no luck. I am using this no. From 2012. As i am unable to send sms frm my no. I couldn't use any other apps in mble properly. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                        I had been using my sim for many years. Suddenly from yesterday i am not able to call or receive calls using the sim. I tried assume other sim in my phone and it's working. So it's something wrong with my sim. I am not able to use data also from last 2, days.

                                        This had been causing lot of inconveniences since this is my primary contact number.

                                        Please resolve asap.
