I am really upset with the airtel network. Call drops, voice break, poor connectivity. ALL OF IT... raised complaints multiple times, same common response- our network shows good signal at your area, kindly check your phone settings. ALL DONE but no improvement. please suggest should I go ahead and change the network???

    Hi, i m jagpreet singh chahal. I m using airtel and getting flash messages (Class 0) from a$-tfarot since using. I have another number closed because of this problem. I have blocked notification, stopped airtel now msgs. And activate dnd 0 and also talked customer-care about this problem but facing this problem continuously. Plz help me out of this.

    Have brought a Sim but still not activated from past 2 days getting। a message that tele verification। iskept on hold neither reference got a call and I got a call and was said no. Will be activated within 4 hours but it isn't so please help it's been 3 days it's not activated

      Hi im rajasekar from salem district tamilnadu i got the airtel simcard in the name of my friend vimal. For some reason i cant able to use this simcard. Now i want this number to claim my provident fund. Now this number was used by someother people. I was tried to get a call to that number the status of this number incoming calls barred. ([protected]). Past three months im trying to call this number incoming calls are barred. Kindly do arrangements to get that simcard to my name. It is help me to claim my provident fund.

        I have airtel pre paid no. Is [protected] for last 8 year
        Sir i have get the pack of life time validate and pay the charges for it
        But last month in nov2018 company has de activate my incoming calls.
        My all work depand on this phone no. So works has effected due to de activate this no.
        So i have re - charge the no for additions payments infect i have buy the package of life time valid incoming scheme, so i have pay double to company.
        Sir for make complaint against this i have call the customer care no but its has automatic dis connect when it reach to connect the call to exec. Officer of customer
        I have humble requested that either our scheme has continue to activate or our charges of the scheme refund

          Hi, My sim has been deactivated on[protected]. The customer care said like due to non usage, it happened, but till 20 Nov i have made calls both incoming and outgoing and also i did my recharge on regular cycle. I have a call history evidence and also draft a mail regarding this issue, no reply so far. Please take actions for the sim activation.No-[protected]

          My mobile No [protected] was automatically blocked on 30 oct 2018. I talked to customer care centre as per their direction I swap my number but my sim is not being activated bt airtel. Presently SIM No is[protected]U. Request pl activate the no as SIM is very imporrant to me.

            I am facing network problem in my yakutpura, hyderabad area i am unable to browse internet it's showing signal very low and e symbol, when i contacted to airtel store located in yakutpura, near railway tracks, they are telling airtel network problem is like that only we can't solve it they are irresponsible no customer service, so please solve the issue my area pincode is 500023 yakutpura, hyderabad

            I paid the Airtel bill for the mobile number [protected] amounting to 331 through PhonePe on Dec 9 2018. The bill is not reflected anywhere and being shown as unpaid. Pl clear the bill. See the screenshots of the payment. No double payment would be made and money has already been debited from my bank account.

                Claim id #3753973, i put my claim on 27.11.2018 as my mobile was broken as i met with an accident, on 1.12.2018 they call me and said that your claim is rejected because my mobile is second hand when i told them that it is not second hand they said you are right but we can't do anything. My only request is that please repair my phone or i do legal action against you.

                  Shame on U Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

                  If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggars only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

                    After mandatory of 35rs recharge or validity recharge, i was being forced to used my balance, so ive spent 199 rs from my entire balance. And later on came to know that, airtel having connectivity issue.

                    Unable to surf anything on their internet, signal bar keeps on fluctuating continuously. Also sometimes signal bar keeps on disappearing.

                    From last 2 days, i'm unable to use their internet even i spent already.

                    Either fix this issue now, or refund my entire money.

                    I don't want to be a customer of yours if you cant rectify this issue.

                    Also you can check in screenshot below, i'm using hotspot.

                      Despite having sufficient around 100rs balance in my account [protected] airtel corrupted my sim so that it could not find any network
                      Suddenly no network and no incoming also.
                      When i called customer care, they suggested me to recharge so that it will be activated, and they mentioned it is across india they are doing this practice.
                      As i missed few important calls i want to take this case further seriously. Please help me.
                      There is no intimation in anyway to me before they disconnected this

                        The airtel company displays totally false information about the date of expiry of validity of outgoing talktime at the time of recharge. When i went for recharge the reported that your talktime will expire on june 2021. It continued to display the same message for 20 days. Now they are saying that your outgoing validity will expire on 19 dec 2018.
                        When i called the customer care they answered in a very rude manner.
                        Extreme bad behavior of customer service operator.

                          After getting a prepaid 4g recharge pack, i can't even send a single whatsapp text. Before i used jio and it worked wonderfully. After seeing your ads in which you claim you are the fastest network, i got a recharge in my airtel sim and now i am completely shattered. Your network is the worst of all. I even went to ask for help to my nearby airtel service outlet but they failed too.
                          Don't say false things in the ad. Its so unethical. You don't even provide satisfactory customer service

                            When i purchased the sim they said itslifetime tome validity.
                            Now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing. Even though i have balance.
                            Unhealthy business tactics by airtel.
                            Please stop this harrasment. If i have balance why they are stopping my services.
                            What is the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court?
                            Please let me know because they are voilating the terms.

                              I am not able to use 4g on my device. It's signal is not working. Whenever i restart my device then 4g works for few seconds. I am only getting the signal of 3g and when i try to use internet i'm only getting h+ signal with the speed of 2g. I'm facing this issue from 2 days. I called the costumer care executive but they don't have sufficient knowledge to short out my problem, they are just telling it will be fine in few days.

                              I don't know what to do now?

                              Please, help me.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have switched to airtel data after tata docomo service closure in data. I have bought 4g hot spot device from airtel in feb 2018. My airtel no is [protected].in nov 18 device not working. I visited the shops which was listed in service book. But when visited it is found that there are no service stations existing listed as per airtel 4g hot spot device service manual. I have contacted their own outlets. Upon complaining the device not working they say that device not available with them to replace. Please guide me what should i do to resolve this issue.

I am unable to recharge my dth tv with the wallet balance. It always display that debit for this account is not allowed. I am also not allowed to return the amount in my bank account.                                     I reside in eva (Pincode : 201304) in noida, up.
                                    I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever.

                                    I am using airtel from last 08 years and used to have 3 airtel postpaid connection. But for the last 8-9 months the airtel data speed is so bad, so pathetic and even you can not open a single website at all.

                                    I made so many call to airtel customer care, but they never resolved my problem, they always says that some work is going on in your area and call closure time is 120days, but never resolved now it is more than 8 months but issues are still the same.
                                    As i said i had 03 airtel connection, among them i have ported two connection, one to vodafone and another one to jio, still have one connection with airtel with a hope that they may give solution.

                                    When i was porting my no to another provider, airtel executive very proudly said that wish to hear you back after 3 months as you can port back to airtel after 3 months. How arrogant their attitude they have.

                                    I still have one no in airtel. Everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of below 50 kbps.

                                    I have around 200 gb of pending data and it is a big unfortunate that i am unable to use the data. My another no jio and vodafone are working excellent then why airtel unable to provide the same.

                                    Airtel is just cheating the customer like me.

                                    I have complaint so many times but never got resolution. Airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved.

                                    I requested them, if you are not able to resolve the data issue then please provide me some plan which involve only calling facility without any data availability, but they bluntly refused for the same. I further requested them to allow some discount to monthly bill amount till the time my data speed issue is not being resolved, but again they refused very bluntly.

                                    The airtel executives are so much confident that even after so many issues and not able to give solution, but still customer will continue with the airtel connection only.

                                    I dont know if anyone will care to even read this complain.

                                    I request all reader to please stay away from airtel, if you dont want to get suffered.

                                      I have been facing trouble in calling someone since last three days. I am really very much pissed off with airtel services. I have been facing network issues from a long time but this time this is too much even i am unable to call someone in urgent. Whatever number i had tried calling the call automatically get ended within 2-3 seconds before connecting. Kindly provide better services otherwise i am going to port my sim in another network!

                                        Description of the incident -

                                        Dear concern,
                                        I am mamta, residing at gurgaon, haryana.
                                        I had a word with the airtel executive before ordering for the dish. The executive had given me fake promises of the channels that i asked for.

                                        On 25th november 2018, airtel executive came and set up the airtel digital tv.
                                        After that, we checked from our end, the quality was pathetic and unclear.
                                        As committed by them, they have not provided hd channels, channels which have been discussed on call.

                                        We haven't used the dish since then and calling them to refund the amount of rs. 7500 (Subscription for 1 year).

                                        They are unable to fix the problem and quality for the same.
                                        After all this, the customer executives are ill mannered and making fake commitments that they will refund the same.

                                        I was at my place since 2 weeks waiting for the resolution and yesterday they arrogantly said "there would be no refund".

                                        Desirable resolution :- refund (Rs. 7500)

                                        I believe the concern team will help me out for the same.
