I have visited air te store at jalandhar cantt on 21/11/18 & 01/12/18 at 12:20 he & 1700 he respectively for the purpose as m/a who said you will be called back and visited to phagwara air tel store on 26/11/18 who told come on 06/12/18 as there is many pandency,. I am being embrassed with negative attitude of the staff. So i have to ultimately register the complaint on line.

    I got a call from a fraud person from a number [protected] stating that he is from Quick Jobs Placement, Aurangabad.He asked me to fill a form on website Findcarrier.in, which i did and asked me to pay 49 rs a registartion charges at 4.26 pm.After doing that on that site I got a message from my bank that"Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX4232 for a purchase worth Rs4999.0 on POS AIRTELMONEY at AIRTELMONEY txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]".I am a lower middle class person, the amount means a lot to me.Please help me.My contact number is [protected]

      It is very sad that airtel's cruel decision of compulsory recharge of Rs 35. First company promised of lifetime validity. Now widhraw life time validity without customer care. And company is unable to provide 4G speed like jio and free calls like jio. Due to heavy failure, instead of development there is wrong move of compulsory recharge. Now me and my family port from Airtel. If you can not give us life time validity

            I am having a hard time using airtel's network, the internet speed is so slow that i can't even watch youtube the download speed is about 50-60 kb/s. I am using airtel volte but it does not have volte speed. I have call my nearby costumer cares but no results. They didn't fix my problems, feels like using 3g.

            Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

              The company threatened & harassing again & again that the will stop services when not recharged with minimum of Rs.23. Earlier the sim & services sold by them with lifetime validity and now the restrict consumers to avail the service you have to recharges again & again. Telecom operators are in order to increase their money, harasses consumers always and imposes uneven plans on consumers. This is clearly like a British Rule. Consumers always bind to pay to those creep companies. Recently TRAI also declares that the telecom operators not stop any services when there is minimum balance but Telecom Operators treat order like ###.

                I am on a rs.399/- package valid for 70 days till first week of december, 2018, i think it is till 06.12.2018. Since last 4 days outgoing calls do not materialsie from my cell no. [protected]. When the present 4g sim is replaced by an another 3g sim. It works. On enquiring i was told that i have to recharge rs.35/- as 30 days have laspsed since last recharging. I have not been informed on this but however i have rechaged through online rs.35/- today afternoon. But still the problem persists. Again this valididty is for 28 days for around rs.26/- but it says 'it expires by 06.12.2018. Please clarify on the valididty, balance etc. And solve the above problem of 'outging calls not going' immediately.

                    The network of Airtel in Chennai is worst.. Always getting connection errors.. tried speaking to any customer care team.. the call itself is not going.. I'm a postpaid customer for 10 long years, and service has never been poor like last 1 year.. whom should we complain and how to solve this problem.. Everyone in Chennai have this same problem.. most of the calls not connecting.. when we are in the middle of a call, the call is getting disconnected.. who takes responsibility for these uncomfortable situation faced by many.. when they don't have a welcoming customer care, what is the point in having their licence active.. I lost a major business because of these issues..

And the agent not picked my phone and also block my phone number, agent or fraud agent call me from this no [protected] and[protected]. Nobody update me the status after paying. I also send the e-mail to airtel and twitt to airtel but no response form airtel.

                          I'm unable to send sms to get porting code or to anyone and hence i called customer care to know about this but there was no response and when i choose the option to talk to customer care executive there was a beep then the connection was disconnected every time i contacted customer care to get out of this trouble
                          The only thing i got to know that my outgoing validity is over and if i have to continue then i have to recharge with 23 or above

                            not able to hear voice from other during making calls.

                            There are time when the call goes smoothly also there are many instances where i am not able to hear from the other person. There are also instances where i am able to hear from the other person in beginning then sound is not heard or i am not able to hear at start but later on it starts. This is not handset issue as i put sim in a another mobile but still same issue....

                            I have called customer care executives to disconnect my number ([protected]). They have raised a service request on 22nd of nov. Service request no is sr[protected]. Still the connection hasn't disconnected. Since my connection is postpaid they need to continue the service as much as possible. If this is my situation, then how can i recommend airtel to my friends, family?? Please disconnect the service immediately

                              My outgoing calls has been expired with no reason.

                              They are saying to recharge it and see the other packs on *121*51# but there are no such deals.
                              So, my complaint is that on what basis my outgoing calls is stopped? I need proper justification for that on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and if i did not get the proper justification then i will change my network in no time.

                                Airtel data speed is very very slow. I have always been a airtel fan since day 1. But now the speed is very very slow that i can't even browse. I never expected this from a highly recommend company. If you don't solve my problem i am opting for jio. I heard the services are better there and cheaper than airtel too. You people advertised that try everything and choose the better one. So i may opt jio now.

                                    I have given a request for mnp from airtel to vodafone as airtel gives me pathetic network. However my 3 numbers were active in airtel and my primary number got activated in vodafone and two got rejected after so many follow ups with airtel customer care i came to know i have to separate my add on numbers from family plan first then i can port out so i have tried since 8 days they r saying address verification is on hold and sending people on address which i m not staying and have given address several times then too still my request is open and i'm paying bills for vodafone and for airtel too. No one from customer care airtel exec is helping just doing timepass on my query.

                                      According to new message that i received from the airtel india that i have to pay for all rounder recharge that cost 23 rupees for expanding my validity for using internet, message and calling as i didn't use internet and message service and still have to pay for it and not only that they don't have any other options also for only calling recharge. And further that i have recharged just before some days and still pending 70 rupees in my account i have to pay another 23 for just increasing my validity, and customer center says that it is according to new trai rules and all companies have to do so, while i didn't get any this type of information from other company as i am using bsnl and jio too. While as i explained all this points to customer call center employee, as he was not able to convince me so by saying that i am forwarding it to my manager, ended the call, by calling again same thing replied again and now he has put my call on hold by saying that i am checking on your number. This is my oldest number and i want to continue this and at the same i dont use it much but receive all the incoming calls on this and now my outgoing calls are bared from last 5 days. And incoming will bared from within few days if i do not recharge according to them. I was airtel customer since 2005. I do recharge on this number according to my needs but now i have to recharge every month for no reason. If i do not recharge i can use my current balance for this recharge so that they deduct at least 23 rs in every 28 days in case i dont do any outgoing call so simply they are doing buisness. Really great cheating.

                                      Why Airtel forced to recharge with RC35?
                                      I received an sms from Airtel that my outgoing calls would be barred wef November 2018. On calling up the customer care, I was told that as per Trai rules, my outgoing calls will be barred even though i have sufficient balance. All my main balance amount would not be transferred if i do not activate any pack that they are offering
                                      Mobile phone lost at Delhi and a FIR has already been lodged. Please block this SIM card at the earliest to avoid misuses of this mobile number. If possible please provide a secondary SIM with the same number for further uses please.
                                      My mobile no is [protected]. I got a message from airtel customer care that my airtel validity will expire on 29/11/2018 and i shall not be able to make any outgoing calls. Kindly resolve the matter. Do i need to go for any recharge to enhance the validity.
