I have bought a samsung s8 in april 2018 as i was a customer of airtel postpaid and i have changed my plan to infinity 499 they offered me a subscription of #airtel secure for 1 year.
On 2nd dec i met with an minor accident and the glass of my phone was broken so i immediately raised a claim request in airtel secure also submitted all the necessary documents at the same time. From the very next day i am getting calls from airtel secure daily to upload the documents and i am telling them that i have already uploaded the same.
Today on 10th dec when i got an email to upload the documents i have replied that i have already submitted all the documents so someone called me that yes we received the documents someone will call you today, i said okay.
Then i got 4 missed calls from airtel secure and just an sms immediately that we tried calling you.
I am waiting for the response from airtel secure from last 1 week but not getting any satisfactory result.
Just because of airtel secure i have to use this broken phone.
Worst service, never expected from airtel.

Airtel message OTP is not receiving.Daily problem with receiving OTP
I want to convert E-wallet account to Airtel bank savings account. When I given KYC details, it shows customer already have Airtel payments bank account.but my mobile number is not linked to Airtel payments bank.when I linked bank in phonepe.
From some few days, my airtel landline and wifi is not working properly, it is disconnected in every 2-3 hours, i want u to fix it as soon as possible, my landline no is[protected]

    We have so much network problem in our area titaly around 3000 users faced same problem. When the electricity gone net work also gone and also we cint access 4g internet when's its available very low speed working. This the problem complaints to the ur coustomer care telicaller he was negated. Kindly solve the problem. Network user tower melige. Dist shimoga. Taluk thirthahalli. State karnataka.

      It's been more than 3 months I have been waiting for the Better internet speed in airtel network.

      However it makes me fire and when aritel makes add as "Indian fastest network" even insulting India's growth in digitalisation by quoting this.

      My location is Sector 55-56 Rapid metro station Gurugram, Earlier I use to stay at Sector 81 Gurugram. It's a very worst experience with airtel Internet speed.

      Please make the issue resolved.

          I have taken airtel hotspot connection for 6months from the day 1 itself i am not getting even 2g also in my locality. So i have raised a complaint. It has been 40 days so far no one responds.
          I checked with another airtel dongle in my location and i am getting good speed.
          I am not understanding what is the problem with my connection.
          We should not encourage these kind of activities.

            Since last one month I'm trying to receive itemized bill from airtel of last 6 months but they're not sending an appropriate response nor sharing my call details. I'm in need of the same. Kindly help me out. I've tried calling customer care, mailing to the airtel mail id, reaching out to the airtel store nothing helped me. The only thing they say is we are not serving call details now because you have unlimited plan activated.

              My data dongle no. [protected] from airtel is not at all delivering $g data as promised wef may 3rd of 2018. I had taken the connection by paying advance for 6 months but after 3 months or so i had to move to j&k, and then onwards, i am facing the problem. My repeated complaints are not heeded by the company but could see that, they are sending the postpaid bills without clearing the complaints as well as not delivering the data.
              If they are unable to provide data at 4g or at least 3g speed they should provide me the advance paid back and take back the dongle. The recent complaint given about 20 days ago, they promised redressal within 48 hours, but even a telephone call could be heard from them. You may please instruct them to provide the data log on the dongle which i am enforced keep with me due to the advance payment done. Necessary redressal is requested.

                Airtel boasts about the high speed network that they are providing the consumers with, only by hearing their advertisements over and over i thought of getting a new airtel 4g sim. The network speed is ### and the Volte that they promise is a dream. The data gets disconnected while doing an important matter in the web. Its really disappointing to let u know this.

                  I am unable to generate my porting code for my mobile number.

                  I tried sending port to 1900 but the sms was not sent, even though i have sufficient balance to send an sms, since airtel has barred my outgoing. Please let me know how to go about it.

                  I understand that the company is in the process of recycling users who have not recharged in a long time. But it should also honour a consumer's right to port to another service provider.

ALL OF IT... raised complaints multiple times, same common response- our network shows good signal at your area, kindly check your phone settings. ALL DONE but no improvement. please suggest should I go ahead and change the network???

                      Hi, i m jagpreet singh chahal. I m using airtel and getting flash messages (Class 0) from a$-tfarot since using. I have another number closed because of this problem. I have blocked notification, stopped airtel now msgs. And activate dnd 0 and also talked customer-care about this problem but facing this problem continuously. Plz help me out of this.

Now i want this number to claim my provident fund. Now this number was used by someother people. I was tried to get a call to that number the status of this number incoming calls barred.                             Hi, My sim has been deactivated on[protected]. The customer care said like due to non usage, it happened, but till 20 Nov i have made calls both incoming and outgoing and also i did my recharge on regular cycle. I have a call history evidence and also draft a mail regarding this issue, no reply so far. Please take actions for the sim activation.No-[protected]

Request pl activate the no as SIM is very imporrant to me.
                            The other night i've complaint about my internet speed and my network coverage but on the next day my VOLte sign just disappeared from my notification bar i don't know how it disappeared. So please fix this issue and my internet coverage.

                              I am facing network problem in my yakutpura, hyderabad area i am unable to browse internet it's showing signal very low and e symbol, when i contacted to airtel store located in yakutpura, near railway tracks, they are telling airtel network problem is like that only we can't solve it they are irresponsible no customer service, so please solve the issue my area pincode is 500023 yakutpura, hyderabad

                              I paid the Airtel bill for the mobile number [protected] amounting to 331 through PhonePe on Dec 9 2018. The bill is not reflected anywhere and being shown as unpaid.                                   Claim id #3753973, i put my claim on 27.11.2018 as my mobile was broken as i met with an accident, on 1.12.2018 they call me and said that your claim is rejected because my mobile is second hand when i told them that it is not second hand they said you are right but we can't do anything. My only request is that please repair my phone or i do legal action against you.

                                    Shame on U Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

                                    If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggars only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

                                      After mandatory of 35rs recharge or validity recharge, i was being forced to used my balance, so ive spent 199 rs from my entire balance. And later on came to know that, airtel having connectivity issue.

                                      Unable to surf anything on their internet, signal bar keeps on fluctuating continuously. Also sometimes signal bar keeps on disappearing.

                                      From last 2 days, i'm unable to use their internet even i spent already.

                                      Either fix this issue now, or refund my entire money.

                                      I don't want to be a customer of yours if you cant rectify this issue.

                                      Also you can check in screenshot below, i'm using hotspot.

                                        Despite having sufficient around 100rs balance in my account [protected] airtel corrupted my sim so that it could not find any network
                                        Suddenly no network and no incoming also.
                                        When i called customer care, they suggested me to recharge so that it will be activated, and they mentioned it is across india they are doing this practice.
                                        As i missed few important calls i want to take this case further seriously. Please help me.
                                        There is no intimation in anyway to me before they disconnected this
