Dear sir,
I have switched to airtel data after tata docomo service closure in data. I have bought 4g hot spot device from airtel in feb 2018. My airtel no is [protected].in nov 18 device not working. I visited the shops which was listed in service book. But when visited it is found that there are no service stations existing listed as per airtel 4g hot spot device service manual. I have contacted their own outlets. Upon complaining the device not working they say that device not available with them to replace. Please guide me what should i do to resolve this issue.

    Sir i would like to inform you that i credited my airtel payment bank with rupees 234 on 8th december 2018. I am unable to recharge my dth tv with the wallet balance. It always display that debit for this account is not allowed. I am also not allowed to return the amount in my bank account. Please help me regarding this issue as quickly as possible. Thanking you

      I reside in eva (Pincode : 201304) in noida, up.
      I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever.

      I am using airtel from last 08 years and used to have 3 airtel postpaid connection. But for the last 8-9 months the airtel data speed is so bad, so pathetic and even you can not open a single website at all.

      I made so many call to airtel customer care, but they never resolved my problem, they always says that some work is going on in your area and call closure time is 120days, but never resolved now it is more than 8 months but issues are still the same.
      As i said i had 03 airtel connection, among them i have ported two connection, one to vodafone and another one to jio, still have one connection with airtel with a hope that they may give solution.

      When i was porting my no to another provider, airtel executive very proudly said that wish to hear you back after 3 months as you can port back to airtel after 3 months. How arrogant their attitude they have.

      I still have one no in airtel. Everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of below 50 kbps.

      I have around 200 gb of pending data and it is a big unfortunate that i am unable to use the data. My another no jio and vodafone are working excellent then why airtel unable to provide the same.

      Airtel is just cheating the customer like me.

      I have complaint so many times but never got resolution. Airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved.

      I requested them, if you are not able to resolve the data issue then please provide me some plan which involve only calling facility without any data availability, but they bluntly refused for the same. I further requested them to allow some discount to monthly bill amount till the time my data speed issue is not being resolved, but again they refused very bluntly.

      The airtel executives are so much confident that even after so many issues and not able to give solution, but still customer will continue with the airtel connection only.

      I dont know if anyone will care to even read this complain.

      I request all reader to please stay away from airtel, if you dont want to get suffered.

        I have been facing trouble in calling someone since last three days. I am really very much pissed off with airtel services. I have been facing network issues from a long time but this time this is too much even i am unable to call someone in urgent. Whatever number i had tried calling the call automatically get ended within 2-3 seconds before connecting. Kindly provide better services otherwise i am going to port my sim in another network!

          Description of the incident -

          Dear concern,
          I am mamta, residing at gurgaon, haryana.
          I had a word with the airtel executive before ordering for the dish. The executive had given me fake promises of the channels that i asked for.

          On 25th november 2018, airtel executive came and set up the airtel digital tv.
          After that, we checked from our end, the quality was pathetic and unclear.
          As committed by them, they have not provided hd channels, channels which have been discussed on call.

          We haven't used the dish since then and calling them to refund the amount of rs. 7500 (Subscription for 1 year).

          They are unable to fix the problem and quality for the same.
          After all this, the customer executives are ill mannered and making fake commitments that they will refund the same.

          I was at my place since 2 weeks waiting for the resolution and yesterday they arrogantly said "there would be no refund".

          Desirable resolution :- refund (Rs. 7500)

          I believe the concern team will help me out for the same.

            I have a postpaid number of [protected]. The airtel internet service is getting worse day by day. So, i called airtel customer care of airtel in order to deactivate the number to go for other options. It took 20 minutes just to get the customer executive on line and then after sharing my problem and requesting for cancellation of sim i was told i will be transferred to the supervisor but the transfer was never made. I called multiple times over a period of 3 hours and everytime instead of being transferred to the supervisor the call would get transferred to another executive and sometimes the call was even disconnected but my complaint was never resolved. For someone claiming to be the fasted in their field airtel is really disappointing both in terms of the service the offer and their customer care.

              Dear sir/mam, my complaint is against data network issue which is being faced by me since i have bought (Bought in june-18) mobile connection (Sim) of airtel. Since i was facing continuous data network issue, i've decided to lodge a complaint, so lodged the complaint :- complaint no.86933933 on 06-aug-18 and when i took follow-up against the complaint on 16-aug-18 then the customer care executive informed me that your complaint has been closed. When i've asked how and why the complaint has been closed without informing me or resolving the issue? Then they replied "sorry for that sir, you can lodge a new complaint". So, i've lodged the complaint :- complaint no.87107968 second time on 16-aug-18. But even after 112 days have passed i didn't get any resolution over it. Today when i called customer care, they given me a contact number of network team (I. E. 515) but they advised me to call 121. After calling 121 they said that "you're issue is being resolved and you'll get the resolution soon", when i asked "do you have any timeline to provide resolution against the same? They don't as they replied. I'm paying the bill values every month on time as they generate but i'm not able to use the services for which i'm paying the amount.                 I had ported my no. From vodafone to airtel.
                After its displaying no network in vodafone i switched to airtel sim.
                here also its showing no service.
                Now my both sim are not working.
                Customer care and airtel store are also not giving satisfactory explanation!
                What is wrong with you guys!
                Please help asap!

                  I have purchased a post paid dongle connection 5 years before. The charges were rs.999 and taxes. For the last 5 years i have paid more than rs.60000 (Sixty thousand). Not a single paymnet was paid late. Now for rs.499, airtel is allowing to utilise 3gb everyday for 90 days.

                  I surrendered the airtel number one year before. They assured to provide 5gb per month for rs.101- and carryforward the remaining data. Such that the balance available was 60gb. Then without informing me they reduced the same to 300 mb permonth. As of 1st october 2018 there was 30gb balance and they charged rs.700/- extra for the first time.

                  I went and complained on 6th nov 2018, in the nearby office. They assured to reverese the same and reuested me not to surrender the sim. They have taken an alternate number to contact me for confirmation. Now with that number airtle office is phoning me everyday and reuesting me to pay the amount.

                    Here more family's and office o[censored]s using airtel network and we don't get coverage of airtel network for the past 3 months. I complained about this 2times and one time, their service team come and check the coverage they also confirmed low network coverage available here and they said, they will forward the complaint. It happens before 2months. But till now there is no response from their side.

                      Internet speed has been horribly slow for the past 6 months. I have a 4g connection that allows me 2gb usage per day as of now, and the speed is nowhere close to 4g speed. It is hard to even open instagram stories without buffering, forget about watching a video on fb or youtube. This is the most pathetic that the services of airtel have come to. The service is very annoying to say the least, and compels you to think about changing your network.

                        I have a network problem since last 6 months. There is call drop problems for outgoing calls and sudden range become low/emergency only. Some times cell phone operates on 2g even though the cell phone is 3g/4g dont konw why it happens. I have also registered complaint to 198 but still problem is there. Even i have made my sim card 4g still problem is there.

                          I am prasanna from madurai north, an airtel user from 2010 under +91 [protected]. Recently my sim got corrupt due to unknown reasons. I reached out to the nearest airtel store, anna nagar, madurai to check the issue. I was told that i needed to get a new sim & that because the sim was not under my name, i resorted to buying a new post paid sim with same number as advised my mr. Saravanan and i was told the new sim will be active within 2 hours. I was running against time to get the issue resolved. It has been 8 hours since, but the sim is not activated. I have reached out to mr. Saravanan & team in-person 4 times & 7 times over call. His attitude is very poor. He is arrogant with his approach. He insists i change my service provider because he cannot do anything about it. Please take necessary action against mr. Saravanan as this is not the first time he is behaving rudely. Another instance was in april 2018 regarding payment of bills. His negligent & rude attitude needs to be rectified!

                            Just opened notifications and airtel upgraded my plan from 649 to 799. Called 121 immediately and she denied helping even wen it was still under process on 6th dec. Same night my internet was disabled. When enquired told me tower under repair and will take 4 days. Then how is my other prepaid sim working fine. Please help

I called at 121 on dt. 07.12.18 at 7.55 PM they told me that i used Internet on this No. but I never used internet on this No.. When I call at 198 complaint No. they refuse to take my complaint. Kindly resolve my problem they deducted Rs.183.00 from my A/c.

                                I wanted to recharged 65 rs to my grandfather number but only one number was wrong so, i was done to some other number which is not working presently. So, my 65 rs was wasted. I again recharged to my grandfather number by typing all numbers correctly. I done the transaction by using google pay and the number which i recharged is airtel. Please solve my issue fastly and send my money back
                                So, i want my money to my account back. Please revert back my money back. I kepta photo for proof please send the money immediately to my number.

                                  I am continuously facing bad network and internet services from past six month on airtel and when i talk to one of the representatives from airtel they make false commitment that they will solve the issue but the issue remains the same and still i am facing the same issue, airtel charges a lot money from us for such a bad services and airtel always say they are the best internet service provides in india but i must say they are the worst and who never take care of their customers. If this will continue nobody will join airtel in future

                                    We have a airtel dth id [protected] and in november and december month i recharged with rs 290 and have not called any one to airtel regarding base pack changes now when i see my account on dth and my airtel.in site and tv, i see my base pack which was originally of rs. 220 around has been changed on its own by this cheating company airtel ltd. As my sports pack1 please provide me refund of the excess amount charged by such fraudsters, i am also looking forward to end up my three mobile no. Currently in use in my family with airtel as i think slowly they will suck up my balance from them as well
                                    I have tried calling their customer care 5 times today but when i select dth option change pack they say please select a key and also on their official site i cant open the said page of changing base pack as you can see in attached photo

                                      WE have been charged in our November Month Bill an amount of Rs. 576 claiming to have made a call to a special no 543212 which is not acceptable and its illegal to have charged that amount as we have never used such number and not sure what that number is for and if Airtel claims that there was a call from our number it is not acceptable at all.

                                        We are having airtel broadband connection in the name nexus fasteners (India), urla, raipur chhattisgarh our broad band id[protected], our fixed line no.[protected]. We have taken the tariff plan rs.699 per month. Every month we are paying bill amount regularly through internet banking (Oriental bank of commerce) but some delay 10 or 12 days for that airtel is charging rs.100/- late payment fee. Bill dated[protected] for rs.824.82 paid through our net banking transaction reference no.[protected] on[protected] its due date is 22.08.2018. After that in the month of september, 18 bill dated 03.09.2018 received for rs.942.82 this month charges and account summary showing previous balance rs.824.94 which is already paid on 06.09.2018. Bill dated 03.10.2018 for rs.714.84 due date 22.10.18 we have paid on 15.11.2018 through net banking reference no.[protected] rs.715/-. And bill dated 03.11.2018 for rs. 942.82 and previous balance rs.714.84 total amount of rs.1657.66 to be paid on or before 22.11.2018. On 24.11.2018 suddenly services has been stopped we have lodged a complaint over phone they said after verification of bills services will be resumed in 48 hrs. Due to disconnection our business has been hampered. We have run net on jio services after 48hrs no action i have gone to your airtel office, pandri, raipur on 27.11.2018 but there is no response. After that i requested to pay the bill amount as informed rs.942.66 on 28.11.2018 your technician that he told that some emergency services for 12 hours will be connected and he has done that service and i have paid rs.943/- immediately our reference no.[protected] on 28.11.2018. The same issue repeated again in your bill dated 03.12.2018 showing previous balance rs.942.82 and a late payment of rs.100 and taxes.
