Some one raise a complaint for my no in dnd. And trai send a notification that your no is in ndnc complaint, my no is post paid connection, please help me... I went to airtel store and they advice me to post a mail on website so that they can resolve my problem, i m facing a very serious issue, because this no. Is very important to me, it will be very thankful i[censored] could help me.

    I did a 498 rs recharge on my mobile number [protected] which failed and the money was deducted the next time it worked but the 498 rs deducted are still gone which i payed through slicepay card.

    Please understand this recharge was done through slicepay card which is a pay later service and it worked the second time but my money was deducted twice as it failed the first time.

      I have recharge a yearly pack of 1699 rs for HD channels and 100 rs more for for hungama 423 & Disney 428 @ of 10 *2 =20 rs per month, but after one month my balance get zero and I was not able to see Hungama and Disney channel this information was provided by customer care so I asked him how ? so he told me sorry sir we will refund it as by mistake it is deducted... And now after 6 days the same story has been repeated so I called customer care so they told me that sir u have taken some more channels for which the amount is been deducted... But on 30 Nov when I called him and asked him that other than hungama & Disney any other channels are activated which is paid he told me no sir only these 2 channels are activated... But this time they are saying that he must have not checked and provided u wrong information... So now tell me what to do in this case.

        Prepaid intl roaming are of no use for me. I need to send SMS occasionally to India for banking needs. Available packs are costly for my way of spending and duration I want to stay abroad. As such even there is suff bal I can't send SMS. It should be my way of spending not of others. allow me to use any way till the bal is there. Cell# [protected].
        I had locally recharged with RS 76 pack. Then with IR pack of RS 446. I thought I cud send SMS from Nepal to India. I made only one call to India. Adding monthly rental of RS.99 should be enough balance. Despite several times I cud not send SMS. My reason is why packs suitable for each customer needs are tailored wnd why we are forced to use the way Airtel or any telecom are forcing to spend the way they say. I want to use the way I like be it in voice or data or SMS. There is no pack which fits my needs. Hence forced to buy costly pack which I don't need. Hence I want my recharge d money the way I want to spend. No forceful selling required.

          My name is kuldeep kumar and i work in the national youth co-operative society. 115 employees work in my office and 30 of them have been given airtel postpaid sim and the remaining employees are also considered to give such postpaid sim. But for the last one year, all employees are facing the problem of airtel network while we have installed airtel network booster in our office but still have to face the problem of the network. We have tried every possible thing for this but the problem is similar to that.
          For this, we have also made calls on mail and 121 too, but any suitable solution is possible.

            I was tata docomo user. recently I have Port my no. to Air tel on 13/12/2018.At the time of submission of documents, i ask for CUG plan. desk operator inform me about CUG plan. I was agree for my three air tel no.of my family members. but when i went to home, I came to know that my family members are using JIO sim. so next day I went to same store and inform to same person not to go for CUG plan. I told to help desk operator for Rs 245/00 Postpaid plan as i am TATA docomo user..yesterday 05/12/2018, I got massage from air tel that my postpaid bill generated for Rs.597.00. As my family members are not covered in CUG, they are using same prepaid air tel no., why i I have to pay this amount?why company not billing for Rs.245.00 plan?

              My mobile number is[protected] and once a day, my sim network goes on. I have also called 121 times but there is no harm. A friend of mine uses vodafone and his sim runs very well and he never gets roaming and network problems.
              First, i used to understand airtel very well, but seeing my friend, i feel that i have been unable to use airtel for only 7 years in my absence.

                Not happy with the policies adopted by airtel stores-requested park street kolkata stores to change ownership to corporate but they converted the prepaid nos. To postpaid without our consent and now they have asked to submit the documents to convert to prepaid again and are insisting personal visit to the store to collect the simcards and are not willing to accept even the authorisation letter for collection of sims.
                They take too long to resolve a problem and lots of follow up through calls and e mails is required.
                Why should a person pay for postpaid if the nos. Are not used much?
                The app doesn't show the excess or due amounts for landlines as it used to show in 2016 till july.
                I am not happy with airtel the way they are harassing customers.
                To handle property matters authorised person can handle affairs then where is airtel?

                  Hi team,

                  I am unable to using 4g network from past 3 months, even thou i have 4g internet pack (Prepaid user).
                  No proper network as well, my time as well as money both are wasted for recharging for 4g pack and using a slow network and getting all my work stuck in between.
                  I cannot connect customer care through call, due to no proper information on websites.
                  I am frustrated with the services and hope i will get valuable solution

                    My airtel no [protected] deactivated recently due to non maintaining balance for last 3 months without any information i was dropped the mail airtel for deactivate my no they said first you will clear your outstanding amount then your no will be activate but all most 1 days complete but my no is not activate after payment they will not replying my mail please help me for activate my no

                    I am highlighting this issue on social media also.

                    And, I am taking the legal action against you as you guys are harassing me to re-issue my SIM.

                    I am consulting my lawyer and arranging a legal notice to you and Mr. Sunil Bharti.

                    There is no matter to exchanging more than 45 email with you if you and your team is not able to resolve my problem

                      Dear sir,

                      I received bill amounting to rs. 349/- for my postpaid number for the month of october, 2018. Earlier i used to get around rs. 250/- bill as my plan was of rs. 199/- rental. But, as this amount (Rs.349/-) was huge compared to 199/- rental plan, i called customer care.

                      2. They informed that the plan with rental rs.199/- has been discountinued for every customer and they have automatically upgraded my plan to rs.399/- rental without informing me. I requested them to kindly do something about it as this was done without informing me. So, they suggested me the rs.349/- plan. Also, they were kind enough to give me a discount of rs.100 on my present bill.

                      3. After 2-3 days when i opened the airtel app for bill payment, to my surprise, i found that the data available for use was cut down by around 200 gb. Concerned, i called the customer care to inquire about the cause.

                      4. They informed me that as my plan was downgraded, all my previous data was reset (Kindly note that before my rs.199/- rental, i was using rs.399/- rental and that was too reduced to rs.199/- but all the remaining data was carry forwarded that time). I was shocked to hear this as i was in a similar situation some 8 months back and no such problem occurred back then.

                      5. My wife spoke to the customer care executives for around 1.5 hr trying to explain them the situation but every person had their own set of excuses to not entertain my case. This seemed to me unprofessional behaviour on their part. It was totally the mistake of the executives when they asked me to switch the plan from rs.399/- to rs.349/- without informing the consequence otherwise why i would i give away my 200 gb data for just rs.50/-. This simple situation no one was willing to accept.

                      6. I have been using airtel services since 2013. However, now i have come to a point wherein i am doubtful as to whether i should continue the services or not.

                      7. Sir, i would request you to kindly take note of this issue and suggest an appropriate solution as i am at a loss because of the 200 gb data that has been removed from the plan.

                        Have been using prepaid number [protected] from quite a time.

                        Network went off 10 days back around 27 november. Requested for new sim.
                        It is issued and we are informed that new sim will get activated in 4 hours.
                        It doesn't gets activated, customer care says it will take 4 days.

                        Still 10 days have passed and even now no network is coming.
                        It is recharged for 3 months, but no connection.

                            Airtel DTH have activated add of Google Pay after changing every channel on DTH connection, it appears on the upper right side of the screen. This add getting activated without intimating to customer and to deactivate customer has to call at customer service which is wastage of time and energy. Why customer should call for deactivation? Its not customer fault. Secondly its not getting deactivated instantly after complaining to customer service, they register complain and it takes 48 hours.

                            Call was made on 5-December-2018, approximately time 8:10 PM from my mobile number [protected] and it was landed on Mr. Amit (Customer Care Executive) he was not listening and not attentive on call, I repeateded my concern he took permission and kept my call on hold and disconnected.

                            Again I called and landed on Mr. Shivdeep (Customer Care Executive), after request he transferred call to Senior Supervisor Mr. Saurabh Tiwari and finally call transferred to Unit Manager Mr. Rushabh.

                            Customer is taking connection for entertainment and not to see adds. This might be the tie-up with Airtel and Google, but they should not display adds without customer confirmation or concern.

                            There are senior citizens in family who are fed-up with this add. I have to call and have to spend more than 40 minutes for this. Is Airtel DTH is going to pay compensation for this harassment. I have to unnecessary invest my valuable time and energy without any fault.

                              Dear sir,

                              I have been using Airtel for more than 11 years. Recently I received an SMS from airtel saying that I have to recharge for Rs28 to extend my validity for receiving and making calls. For finding the truth I contacted with the customer support. The executive said that as per some new policy change it is mandatory to make recharges for extending validity.

                              This is for your kind notice that I was already subscribed for a lifetime validity pack that was released as an offer by airtel long back in 2008. I had been using airtel since 2007 ie about 11 years of relationship. I never expect a reputed service provider like airtel to do such things. If am right, airtel released lifetime validity pack for 999₹. This implies a prepaid user to continue receive incoming calls for lifetime after a single recharge of 999₹ (after revised to 499₹). I did this recharge for maintaining the connection for a long run. It is not fair to ask for recharge again for extending validity.

                              Since the new policy does not applies for customers who had already subscribed for lifetime validity pack, I raised a complaint by mail to airtel support (as directed by customer care executive over telephone). But still now nothing happended. They never responed to my mail.

                              I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this.

                                I recharged with rs 169 for [protected] on the demand o[censored]nable to make outgoing calls on 05/12/18 and the validity up to 01/01/2019. I even emailed to [protected]@airtel.comand called to 121 they are not resolving the glitches regarding the issue. after recharging also I am unable to call.
                                so please kindly accept the complaint and resolve the issue

                                  I have raised a porting request for changing my home location from delhi to banaglore. I got message like number is ported successfully and old sim will deactivated and i can start using new sim. I have put new sim but there is no signal in sim. I am not able to make any call/data/service. This is going on from last thre days.
                                  I have called to the customer care but none is helping.

                                    Someone from bharti airtel called me in my jio number telling me to submit my land patta and blank cheque, and i been trying to call bharti airtel to check if it's relevant or not but airtel seems they are only interested with their products, the number who called me was [protected]. So, if there's anyone from airtel bharti then please track this number and tell me if he is right or wrong.

                                      Your representive call me over cell phone that your post paid bill will be rs. 300/- per month but bill generated more than rs.300/- under bill plan charges infinity family plan 399.
                                      So i nerver call from this number. I also call to customer care but all in vein.
                                      Rs. 300/- also taken by your representative.
                                      So i request you for discontinous from your service.

                                        I was offered rs99 postpaid plan in airtel because of which i opted to stay with airtel postpaid.
                                        Once im away from the country the plan has been changed to rs399 plan without my consent and now that i raised concerns it has been changed to rs 249 plan. I would like to get the rs 99 plan which was offered to me and as it was changed without my consent. I have done numerous followups and emails. The customer care clearly understands that i cannot visit the office as i'm abroad currently. Knowing this, they are always asking me visit my office for every request, which is not possible as i'm abroad. This behaviour is unacceptable and us unreasonable on a customer. I was using postpaid before this as i submitted request to move to prepaid 4 months back airtel called me and convinced to stay in postpaid plan for rs99, they also said if anything goes wrong i can call airtel and they would support me always. This has turned to be false promise. I would like to either get rs 99 plan or portout of airtel and i cannot come to office for any of this. Airtel has to make exception and process my request as it is not my mistake and it is airtel who changed my plan without my consent.
