Address: Pune

[protected] is the subscriber detail. We have shifted 12 days ago and are running pillar to post, chasing and pleading but no one responds. Customer care conveys helplessness. SMS messages have come confirming visits but engineers dont turn up.

Systemic failure as unfinished queries are running not monitored.

No accountability.

Nodal office, Apellate, Ombudsman, no responses. This is a dead system.

Its a prepaid connection so I am losing my service value as well.

Please help.

    In morning i got a message from ad-airinf that rs 1 has been deducted from my Airtel mobile account for using onmble_cntst, and for this i didn't apply or use

        Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 566 and had activated a pack for next 84 days through Phonepe

        Next using 'Paytm' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 448 and pack for next 82 days.

        I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

        Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Phone pe) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

        Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

        Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                Unwarranted Automatic deduction without consent - ONMBLE_CNTST

                I received a SMS from airtel today (9-sep-2022) " Thanks for using ON_MBLE_CNTST. You have been charged Rs 1.0 from your Airtel Mobile account. For more services, call 56789. I want to know why did this happen? How do you make sure this doesn't happen again ever? Take immediate action....

                          There is continuously online harassment and poor services by airtel from these many years and now even not requested still got spam message which says requested sim change and asking for paying money.

                          Even though no such request was made and it have blocked airtel services. Please find attached screenshot of spam message.

                          Why such kind of ### is made happen even though we are regular user of Airtel and even we have opted for complete one year of pack. Why the hell we would request for sim change??? Recharge pack details also available in the screenshot. This is all nonsense even after paying money, harassment to the end users.
