Resp. Sir/mdm,
With respect to the above cited subject, i would like to draw your kind attention to the inconvenience related to the data offer. Myself mr. Santosh patil. Have recharged my airtel number with rs. 92. I recharged this offer by following airtel offers at *121# and also airtel assistance number 121 (Messaged airtel). But yet i have not received the 6 gb data. Even i have communicated and complained at 198. But i didn't get the satisfactory explanation. Plz look into the matter and either credit that so claimed 6gb data as per the offer or refund the deducted amount to the main account balance of my mobile number

Call drops are now the order of the day, being a doctor we are held hostage till MNP. Patients complaints have made my life hell, most of my calls drops, I can't hear the caller's voice. Customer care is pathetic. Call drops are frequent.

      Sir/ madam,
      I have recharged with airtel last month with a 28 days validity pack on 17th of november which was going to end on 15th of december which included benefits as following particulars :
      Free voice call
      1 gb data per day
      100 free sms

      Despite the validity was going to end on 15th of december i have not been able to use the internet functionality right from 27th of october even after trying to reboot and refresh pertaining it to be a network coverage or network traffic issue. The calls and messages were working but there was no information on charges getting deducted even before the ending validity despite of having the delivery reports turned on. There was no alert sent to me that charges are being deduced and i continued the usage having this in mind that it was going to end on 15th of december. There was around 70 rupees in my account balance and now this morning when i checked i got to know that this has gone down to 36.14 rupees without information. No messages or alerts have been sent that the charges are getting deducted and no information on why is it getting deducted. For the sake of information and complaint when i called the customer care they talked to me abruptly making me wait for a long duration just for transferring the call from one individual to another. They both talked abruptly without sense of they were having a conversation with a customer. When i asked for the alerts to be sent they said we don't have the information of that. And because of not having the information when i asked them for refund they shouted and hung the call.

      By any means a network service provider is not supposed to behave in this manner to their customers. This has even happened before and have got the refund but they are not transferring it this time and escalating the issues without even providing satisfactory service to the customer. If this persists i am going to discontinue the service with airtel and port out to another service provider.

      Hoping to get a soon reply and a help.

        I have been converted my airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last 7 to 8 month ago. Till then i could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last two months to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. Even i mailed to [protected]@airtel.in several time, but no reply from their end.
        But today my frustration level exceed as i tried 20 to 25 times to call customer care but line was not connected to customer care executive. It looks like airtel has no value for prepaid customer.

        I tried to reach your service outlet, but they dont have resolution. I am really frustrated.
        So looking for a quick resolution else i will port my no to other operator.

            Sim kyc details not change and sim not active
            My sim will be reject my phone [protected] i am visit airtel showroom he told me activate then same number within 2 days but 10 days over but my sim kyc will be not activated so many times i will tell him but no respones. I call yesterday send my number i will check to inform to told the sir but no response.

              See for the past one or two months not sure about the duration, i am unable to send sms from my airtel number [protected], though i can receive sms from the same number. It is really annoying why the big network is troubling a lot. I am totally dissatisfied with your # service. # of this complaint. Asking for more than 350 words, what is the use?? Kindly help me to get rid of this issue.

                Airtel, especially fun zone service, is a big thief and robber who is always cutting my balance every week without my agreement. Whenever i call the number to deactivate, theif and robber service reply me that there is no active service in your number. That is why, that service got another name called lair service beside thief and robber. So airtel moble service, particularly fun zone service, is a big thief, robber and lair.
                At last, i deeply regret to ask how i can stop the thief, robber, and lair, thief, robber and lair service.

                    My name is prashant and this is very pblm in my area last 1 year airtel network so i am very tried airtel is not help full network
                    Very poor quality of network. As i switched from idea to airtel but faced lots of problem in airtel network also... Facing very bad experience in my resident area. Its request to please resolve the case asap.. Adress ghatkopar west bhatwadi dinkar bliram chowk near sona hospital. Very poor network my home indoor and outdoor.

                    Airtel has block my outgoing calls although I have Rs.74.00 in my account and validity until 8 December 2018. I recharge it with Rs.10 again to recharge it but upto today my outgoing calls have been barred. Can you please look into itit because I don't want to loose my number. Thankyou

                      My airtel number [protected] is not able to get any network and showing no service while other airtel number near me getting good network coverage. My home network is muzaffarnagar and area pin code is 251318. I am not able to call anywhere even the customer care itself. When i call airtel customer care from other airtel number then they simply said that they don't have any idea about my problem and instruct me to go to nearest airtel service center.

                          On 3rd december i got a call from [protected] and the person claimed to be talking from airtel digital tv. After confirming my customer id and other details, he told me an offer to subscribe for astrovaani channel for a period of 1 month for a rental of rs 45. After patiently listening to his offer, i politely denied and asked him not to subscribe this channel. After once again confirming my decision, he disconnected the call.
                          On same day at 10:20pm i got an sms from airtel dth stating "astrovaani 1m has been activated on your airtel digitaltv id *. You would be charged rs. 45.0"
                          Now, even after i clearly denied to accept this offer, if you still go ahead and charge me for it, this is a robbery. I know there will be people who wouldn't bother reading their smss and who would never be able to find out your such dirty tricks and these are exactly the kind of people that you are targeting. But i won't stand any of this. All of this only and only proves your dishonesty towards your customers and how you only want to extract money out of them. I would not hesitate even once to get my airtel dth connection disconnected now.

                            I have visited air te store at jalandhar cantt on 21/11/18 & 01/12/18 at 12:20 he & 1700 he respectively for the purpose as m/a who said you will be called back and visited to phagwara air tel store on 26/11/18 who told come on 06/12/18 as there is many pandency,. I am being embrassed with negative attitude of the staff. So i have to ultimately register the complaint on line.

                              I got a call from a fraud person from a number [protected] stating that he is from Quick Jobs Placement, Aurangabad.He asked me to fill a form on website Findcarrier.in, which i did and asked me to pay 49 rs a registartion charges at 4.26 pm.After doing that on that site I got a message from my bank that"Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX4232 for a purchase worth Rs4999.0 on POS AIRTELMONEY at AIRTELMONEY txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]".I am a lower middle class person, the amount means a lot to me.Please help me.My contact number is [protected]

                                It is very sad that airtel's cruel decision of compulsory recharge of Rs 35. First company promised of lifetime validity. Now widhraw life time validity without customer care. And company is unable to provide 4G speed like jio and free calls like jio. Due to heavy failure, instead of development there is wrong move of compulsory recharge. Now me and my family port from Airtel. If you can not give us life time validity

                                      I am having a hard time using airtel's network, the internet speed is so slow that i can't even watch youtube the download speed is about 50-60 kb/s. I am using airtel volte but it does not have volte speed. I have call my nearby costumer cares but no results. They didn't fix my problems, feels like using 3g.

                                      Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                        The company threatened & harassing again & again that the will stop services when not recharged with minimum of Rs.23. Earlier the sim & services sold by them with lifetime validity and now the restrict consumers to avail the service you have to recharges again & again. Telecom operators are in order to increase their money, harasses consumers always and imposes uneven plans on consumers. This is clearly like a British Rule. Consumers always bind to pay to those creep companies. Recently TRAI also declares that the telecom operators not stop any services when there is minimum balance but Telecom Operators treat order like ###.
