Actually I made a payment for 150 for two months and I have verification code and the amount for the amount was credited from my bank account but the recharge is still unsuccessful and I contacted customer care of airtel but they only say that if you recharge from third party gateway other than airtel then we are not responsible and there is no proper response from airtel customer care side

    I am a post paid customer and have been using airtel post paid connection for last 3 years
    I approached airtel store to change they are not changing the number
    Saying your payment bill date 21st come after 21st
    After that again i meat next month they saying machines are not working come next day
    Next day i reached office they say that payment date 21 st come next bill date ui told yesterday i came you guys only said to come today then they said whatever we don't know we will not change from postpaid to to prepaid. Come next month 21st

    This type of nonsense they are doing since last 3 months

    I got frusted with them

    Please help me to resolve y issue

      I got new airtel dongle as a replacement of tata photon on 24 nov 2018. I was told that device would get activated by tue 27 nov. I called airtel call centre on 28 nov for ensuring my verification is complete and the airtel rep told me it's done and i can use my device. I tried using it next day and found no internet, so called in again on 29 nov and the rep so called "rakesh" told me my data card number cannot be found in their system. And he sounded so rude on the call that when i asked his full name he said i am rakesh bhai and disconnected the call. Seems airtel call centre is now recruiting bhai's to bring revolution in call centre customer service.

      Sir Janine kayi baar complain kite hai liking solved nahi hua mera mobile ka net speed very poor hai mera number [protected] and name Rahul Kumar hai Maine about 10 se15 baar complain ki hai lekin koi sudhar nahi aapke customer care bolte hai ki ek gante me ho jayega but nothing get. Solved

        Inspite of having sufficient balance they are barring customers from making outgoing calls and intimidating us to stop their services if we don't give in to their demands
        Trai being autonomous body can not and must not remain mute spectator to this tamasha.

          My mobile incoming calls was barred my prepaid airtel connections eventhough i have the sufficient balance for making the calls. Because of that service disconnected and am not able to get any calls from family and friends.
          Airtel services provider wants to earn the money for all prepaid customers for 28 days. It is not mandatory for recharge every 28 days for prepaid service.
          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            Hello mam/sir
            I have sold a laptop on olx and the person who bought it gave me cheque that got bounced. I have only phone number of the person not the address.
            Kindly give me the address as in case of cheque bounce there is no fir we need to sent notice to his home.
            If i ask the person about the address he cuts the phone everytime when i call him
            I need to know the address from the company as the mobile number is registered with airtel

            Airtel money app showed me, recharge with 199 and get 1.4 per day loc/std call unlimited for 82 days, but recharge have done of validity 28 days... its airtel problem. fraud me. i have screenshot but they don't give me 82 days validity..

              From around 1 month the airtel network specially the internet has become the worst of all, its always showing speed around 0. I thought temprary issue and u guys will address it by yourself but no progress at all.
              Please do something else we have to change our networks as who has time to wait for speed all the time. Please spend some time on working on real issues that creating new promo ad in every few months. Disappointed!!!

                  Hi,

                  Im facing to slow network in airtel so called 4g, its worst than my old docomo 2g. Even many times call gets disconnected due to no network.
                  Fyi, this issue i am facing in bengaluru city not out skirts.

                  I m not able to do any single transactions properly using this network, it gets disconnected. Im trying since half an hour to raise this complaint, network getting diaconnected.

                    Dear team,

                    I am using the prepaid sim of airtel for long time, so i proceed to postpaid plan for which i having applied from airtel app, within 10 days airtel representative visited and taken the snap of licence. After which confirmation sms of address verification successfully done as well as sim deactivation sms recieved after which sim deactivated next day, same day at evening signal start to come on mobile screen i waited till morning & tried to call by unable to do the same. I had call the call center they given different different advice 1. Sim will active in 2 hours, 2. Call on 59059 3. Call on [protected] 4. Call, lady tell please remove sim & reinsert 5. Floor supervisor told wait for 48 days 6. Again wait for 24 hours...

                    Please confirm when service will resume instead of new commitment..

                      I am an old client of yours having mobile no. [protected]. About 2 months back i recharged my mobile along with a promo for 56 days. But on the expiry of 53rd day warning came pouring in to recharge my mobile having a basic balance of over rs 200/, telling me all my outgoing calls would be stopped soon if i did not recharge in 2 days. Such thing never happened before. If i don't use promo that is my own choice so long as i have the required balance. Any way for fear of call blockage i had to recharge further for 28 days with rs. 35/ and again the same scenario recurs. You are telling me that the expiry of all calls would take effect as soon as the validity of the promo ends. What's all this nuisance? If this continues i will snap all connection with you and get connected to other service providers. Please look into the matter urgently or i will lodge a complaint with trai.                         I have bought nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart and there was an bundle offer from airtel of getting 240gb data and ₹1800 cashback which i didn't get, instead got festive offer which i didn't claim and now even after calling the customer care they are saying that there is no such offer
                        I felt like airtel had cheated me, i have been using airtel for more than 8 years and this is how they treat me

                          The airtel executive came to my office for porting my number. Said he is converting my number idea postpaid to airtel prepaid, he gave a new sim saying it is airtel prepaid and will be activated in 5-6 day, and took 200 rupees for prepaid plan.
                          But now i got the postpaid bill 350 rupees this is horrible a cheat.
                          I called the same executive and he is saying he is not the airtel executive but a hdfc bank executive.
                          This is very serious issue, i want this has to be considered seriously as i lost the money and this is fraud from airtel.

                              i did not put any other sim except airtel
                              i dont have any other sim
                              more over i recharge frequently
                              my balance is 1500 n above

                              Every 28 days we must recharge for 35 for validity,

                              that's not correct,
                              it is my wish that i recharge,
                              with plans intresting to me,
                              if you can help in some way then please tell,
                              i am using airtel since longtime,
                              want to continue the same,

                              every month paying 35 extra, then i would prefer the next best network

                                I applied for mnp for my number [protected] from jio to airtel on 13/11/18. I was adviced that the port process happens in 7 days and the downtime will be maximum 2 hours during the port process. However on 5th day, jio disconnected me from their network. And airtel was not activated. I went back to the airtel relationship center in vizag, where i did the initial process. They reluctantly attended my case and adviced me to wait till 7th day night. That's usual to take 7 days time for port. I, despite being losing network on my banking registered number, decided to wait till 7th day.

                                As i write this complaint, today is the 16th day of my request! I still do not have network on airtel sim. I have restarted and reinserted the sim more than 100 times in this period.
                                I have written complaint to [protected]@airtel customer email, for which they did not provide any resolution. Then i emailed the nodal office andhra pradesh. This is the 3rd day since i emailed to airtel nodal office. I have received multiple standard emails saying that we will get back to you shortly. I even got a call saying that my issue is resolved. But still i can't access network. My phone is still showing sim not provisioned.

                                I am totally disappointed and frustrated by the port decision. I have lost so many important calls, i had to make written requests to my banks to change mobile number to do any banking transactions. On a whole, i have suffered a lot of damage due to this irresponsible network.

                                I need refund of my first recharge amount of rupees 230. And the port charge rs. 19. I paid 250rs at the time of application. I decided to abandon that number. I do not want to keep ranting at the airtel customer care people. They literally don't care.

                                Please have a look into this matter since i believe its trai rule that a customer should experience only 2 hours downtime during mnp process.in my case the downtime is 384 hours and counting!

                                  I am unable to use my number‬ since nov 19th 2018.

                                  There is no network and i am seeing the "please enter a valid airtel prepaid number." message when i try to recharge it.

                                  I have recharged the number for a rs. 296 (International roaming pack) on november 3rd 2018.

                                  I have contacted the customer care and they are unable to help with regard to this. I also emailed airtel but still my problem is not resolved.

                                  Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                    The air tel employ in vijayawada selling the sims by inserting his own number as alternative number for the sake of selling the sims... Two days back i went to airtel promoter job training they forced me to activate the customer sims by inserting my contact number in alternative number... This type of fraud marketing can lead to many anti social activities...
