We haven't heard or got any response from Airtel customer care team or consumer complaint team regarding our complaint. We are losing time without any results.
It seems we will have to file case in the consumer complaint court to get the itemised billing of our Pre paid number. Will appreciate if you could assist us with the status of our complaint.
