Dear Airtel,

I have ported my no to Airtel to get the benefit of one family connection to be added in my no [protected] but its more than 45 days I struggling i have called to 121 customer care no so may time & send mail to [protected]@airtel.com but then also my problem is same.

I have chosen this facility because this add connection is my mother number but a month on month billing is getting generated in my mother no also & airtel is calling to pay the bill but I have told you so many time to plzz add my no with my main no but then also it was not solved I m really disappointed with this kind of service. even your store is not able to help your 121 call centre & 121 mail id what should I do please tell me this is really pathetic.

    I have registered dnd. Airtel is not taking actions to stop marketing calls or sms. I had raised dnd multiple times with airtel. They usually inform me that it will be resolved in 10 days and nothing happens. I don't get an option to block certain numbers since we cannot see their number. We can see some alpha number or just a few alphabets. Airtel is allowing these 3rd party companies harass us by allowing them to contact us without having to provide their contact details. If we had their contact number, we can atleast block them.

    As consumers, we need to have the ability to block unwanted calls, messages. The telecom company is hiding the contact details/ allowing third party companies to contact us without valid numbers/telecom companies are
    hiding their details.
    I am trying to port from Airtel(initially telenor converted to Airtel) to Jio due high call rates and no data signal.such a worst cheater service i hate eventhough if they wont provide UPC code i will throw away this Airtel Sim and get a new jio.

    my msg to all others : dont get onto Airtel.

      I have been using my airtel mobile number for about 9 years now, unfortunately it stopped working from last 2 days due to non usage of more than 3 months, i would like to reactivate again. I have sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.in but no response. Please help me regarding this. I would definitely like to retain this number. I am out of india and would like to get it reactivated as soon as possible.

      My Airtel sim has suddenly stopped working. It is only active for Emergency calls. I have tried changing the sim sot and manually setting up the network. Since all my official areas are bind with this airtel number, its an emergency to fix my airtel network.

      Dear sir mam.provide me airtel 8087778492 this number incoming and outgoing call detail last month
      I am unable to dial in to a BSNL land-line number. I have only one network in my home town that is BSNL and I badly need to connect to my family.

      The problem is since the day I moved to Airtel. My previous provider Tata docomo I was able to call to any number
      I am unable to send messages from my number.Though I can receive.While calling the customer care, I could find any simple way to connect to the representatives.Kindly check and resolve the issue .

        Hi team,

        I'm unable to recharge to my airtel number ([protected]).
        I recently changed from post paid to prepaid.
        I got message saying that you are converted to prepaid after i went to near by airtel showroom and ask representative to recharge
        He said that it will take 24-48 hrs. There is no provision to report my complaint. Unable to call any one. Here i'm facing big problem so i'm raising the complaint

        This is how airt cheat people i claimed for aircel secure and they Say lack of handling when it fell off my pocket.isn't it an accident.i got off my car and the phone fell out of my pocket and broke down but my claim is rejected saying lack of handling
        I have taken 6 months Airtel broadband plan and now i have to leave the house and i dont want any transfer of my connection. I want the pending amount to be refunded either by check or by transfer of amount to Airtel postpaid connection.
        Customer care said no for any kind of refund. Kindly help.

            I had recieved offers message till 23rd of november 2018, but no notification of sim expiery, i need my sim as i am working outside india, i Used the same number in all my identity.

            Looking forward for a quick response as i have good relationship & impression on AIRTEL Service...

            I have done a transaction from airtel payment bank amount 5086.92 my airtel payment bank number is [protected] transaction date is 19 sep. Till date said amount as not been refunded to my account. Transaction successfully done but due to some issues amount as been refunded by beneficiaries. Amount send via upi kerditbee account. So do the needful help as i need my amount.

            This is not added to Mobile. So I am forced to recharge Rs 48 for data package.

            Correct this please.

              I'm facing a serious issue with airtel network. They have barred my incoming calls and outgoing messages on my number since 06 months which is my primary number since 5years. Even after calling customer service more than 20 times and visiting stores for more than 10 times my issue has not been resolved from last few months.

              I started facing this problem since april when i lost my telenor sim (Airtel now). When i bought the telenor sim i had no issues but when it got totally converted into airtel suddenly my all outgoing incoming calls/messages have been stopped. I called customer care therefore i got outgoing calls and incoming messages but still i don't get incoming calls and outgoing messages.

              Reason given from airtel : as you have put for the sim lost we have barred them.

              Everytime i call customer care executive he says i have put on the request it will get activated in next 72hours.

              I went to multiple stores even circle office begumpet, hyderabad he said i have emailed them it will get activated in next 24hours. But nothing has changed since 06 months. I can't even change to another network as even i cannot send message to 1900.

              I skipped my business days just to go behind airtel to get back everything into normal but i haven't seen any effort from them. Strictly i want trai to take action on them.

                Suddenly on 25 november 2018 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                  Deducted sum from pre-paid amount without any consent for vemes by service provider. An introductory sms and thereafter service activation with amount deduction sms was received immediately. Worst kind of service from airtel is quite unexpected. Customer care executives are not available over to their helpline while trying to reach. Kindly resolve.

                    I recharged for 1gb per day pack for 28 days to my airtel number. But net speed is very very poor and low. Nowadays airtel is cheating the customer. After 8 years now decided to port the number to another network. Why giving 2 g net speed by collecting the money for 4 g? By keeping this kind of worst network and charging amount for incoming call also?

                      I am using this number from a long time but suddenly a message comes which says your phone outgoing service would be deactivated though I was having a sufficient balance.It also says that your incoming calls would be deactivated if you do not recharge your number soon. When I complained regarding this to customer care they say this is the new policy of Airtel company so you have to get a recharge regularly to continue our services.Resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                        This kind of [censored] network I’ve never seen anywhere. Paying 400 for 80 days and not even getting 2g speed In cities. Shame on AIRTEL. Never play this ads.                           For last five days with 4g network i neither can call or receive call. The moment one calls a "call ended"message pops up. My earlier complaint on 20th nov'18 gave me a complaint no 88631272 but the problem is yet to be solved. My repeated mails to [protected]@airtel.com goes on sending copy and paste (Exactly same word to word) replies by the two advisers, customer care without a reason for the outage. Further they advise to give a missed call to 515 which i did but the network team goes on sending me sms messages that my phone is not reachable. This is ridiculous, as when my complaint is no call received how would they expect to connect me. Instead they would know something is wrong and attend to it. But i continue to get the messages "give a missed call" and the standard computer reply not reachable. Is it reall the company practice of dealing with complaints? The outage is for too long period and beyond limits of tolerance! Nanda

                            I have a prepaid airtel sim for last 11 years. It had a lifetime validity with the latest validity of nov 2028. Today all of a sudden i got a message saying that the validity is not reduced to 28-nov-2018. I checked the validity by sending *123# for balence and validity and indeed the validity has reduced. The message from airtel says that noe i need to recharge with rc35 for continued services. Is this not cheating? Can i get my money back to my account if airtel does not want me as a customer?

                              Today message within 5 minutes that 35 rs have been deducted for the namkeen pack, since i was not using airtel since 5-6 mths i never activated that service. Sms provided me one no. To deactivate the service, when i called that no. The service was deactivated but 35 rs were not returned. I want my 35 rs back, i better give this money to a beggar than to these filthy corporates.

                                  I just regret why i changed my sim card.. Vodafone was better than this nonsense airtel. Call drop is one thing but at least give me some speed when i have to use the net. We are hardworking ordinary people and our hard earned money just go wasted due to your such fake promises. I will again have to switch back to vodafone but i will request all my family and friends also to do so and this is my real promise not like yours.

                                    My contact number [protected] (Prrpaid) got deactivated all of sudden without any prior notification l. It was working till 24th november morning uk time and after it got deactivated without any notification. When i called customer care hey have no clue and can't access any details for the number. I had some balance and basic international roaming activated on the number.

                                    I need the number badly as i need for all oto transaction and i cant update anywhere as i am outside india as of now.

                                    Looking forward to hearing on this.

                                      I have given all the details and proof of rc of rs.10 (Before services were barred) for further validity.
