I am using airtel number for more than seven years. I linked this number to all my bank, gas, aadhar etc. Now suddenly i got an sms stating that airtel outgoing pack validity expires on 26.11.2018. This sms i got two days before expiry. I called the customer care executive, they telling to recharge pack every month for outgoing validity. If not done outgoing will get disconnected n entire services will get disconnected after fifteen days. If this happens all my bank transaction n lot more things will get troubled. This is not fair airtel doing to customers. This is very worst. I don't agree this. Due to this i am forced to migrate to some other operator. While buying sim they told life time validity. Now suddenly they telling validity expires within two days. This is awkward. Worst operator behavior. I don't know wat is happening in india. There is no procedures to implement a scheme. This is really objectionable act airtel doing to customers. This should not be done as a sudden move.
Therefore i request your good self to take necessary action to stop this at the earliest. This will save not only me, the entire customers of airtel in india.

    Dear sir/madam,
    My airtel mobile number:[protected]
    I would like to inform you about the bad behaviour of the airtel race course staff sitting in counter 4.

    I have visited the airtel office to change my card from postpaid to prepaid. But due to the very rash and vulgar behaviour of the staff in counter 4, i have changed my mind to disconnect my airtel card.

    I want to complain not only about the person but also against the hr department of airtel to select such type of person in such a reputed company airtel.

    Due to the bad behaviour of the person airtel has lost his one precious customer, and may other customer also may have left because of the staff person behaviour.

    I request you to take a strict action against the person. And explain his or give him training about the consumer communication. As he have no sense of talking to the customer.

      I'm vishnu, i had an issue with my airtel number is temporarily blocked i don't know why. So to resolve i went to airtel store in coimbatore ganapathy branch. I asked that why my number is blocked executive took my phone and installed airtel related apps like music video etc without my knowledge and after seeing my another sim jio, he got angry and arguing with me jio waste why you are recharging for that, why can't you recharge airtel, if not go out and move to another network he added at very rude manner. But my question was why number is blocked that's it? Is this answer? This is how management told executive to behave like this to customers?

        Hello sir.

        I am using my airtel sim form past 10years.in the year 2007 i have made a monthly recharge of inr 99/month for 12 months and airtel had promised me to give lifetime validity upto 2035 i think.

        Now i have received a message from airtel saying that i need to recharge with a minimum of 35 rs per month to in order to keep my incomming and outgoing active. Else they are going to barred my calls.
        Airtel call center representative replied it as per new trai rules but there was no such rule made trai.

        Request you to kindly check into this issue.

          First of all, let me tell you one thing.. I'm highly disappointed with the customer service of airtel.. It's so pathetic and not customer friendly at all.

          I wanted to port my 2 nos : [protected] and [protected] to jio as they have better plans. I requested for port (In sept) after which i got a call from airtel and they offered me a low cost 249 plan which would cost be around 291 including gst.

          I agreed to stay back with airtel and requested them to activate the aforementioned plan on my 2 nos.

          They confirmed activating the new plan and it was during last week of sept. Now in nov (21st), i received the bills still as per the old plan and when i called customer service, they confirmed that the bill plan was still not changed... I told them that i needed the bill plan to be changed immediately and also the previous bill should be as per the new bill plan and i should be given waiver as it's airtel's mistake that they haven't changed the plan yet.

          Here's the service request no for the call i had with jastinder (Senior customer care) : [protected]. She assured me that this issue would be sorted out and the plan will be changed and waiver also taken care of.

          I called again today (25th nov), but to my utter disbelief and surprise, they told me that the no [protected] still had the old plan. My call was transferred to senior customer care (Shagufta). I'm sorry to say she was not sensitive to my issue/query at all. I kept on telling her that i requested for bill plan change in sept and i got confirmation for the same (I told her the complete story till today) but she kept on saying that i'll have to pay the bill as per the generated bill (I. E as per the old plan). This is same as placing an online order for a product x but you are delivered product y and then you are forced to keep the product as it has already been shipped. On top of this when they initially offered me the new plan at 249 they just told me the amount but had a hidden clause that this new bill plan will be revised after 1 year. I came to know about this hidden clause only today from the customer care. Had they told me this thing right when i wanted to port my number, i'd have never stayed with airtel.

          This is pure customer exploitation / over charging / cheating with the customers.

          I want my previous bills for the above mentioned 2 nos to be revised as per the new plan offered and if they cannot give me 249 plan forever, i want to go ahead with port and take this to consumer court for the deceit/cheating airtel has done with me and above all wasted my precious time.

                My set top box was supposed to be upgraded to hd on 24th nov 2018 as per schedule. Airtel store closed the complaint with out changing the set top box and they closed the request on airtel portal and disabled old set top box on portal. Due to this we are not able to watch any channel. I spoke to customer care, they said that this set top box has been upgraded as per portal but new set top box is not installed.

                  My airtel prepaid sim has account balance but still my outgoing calls validity expired and am not able to make any calls. Even incoming calls validity also about to expire by 27th nov 2018.

                  Tried to recharge for validity extension but still not found any relevant recharge pack. Resolve this issue asap as i am not able to make any calls.

                    Sir I M.Mohanadas residing at subramaniapuram near Aranthangi Town in tamilnadu submit the following complaint. I recharged Rs 45.00 for Airtel prepaid cell no [protected] on 22.11.2018 at 9.02 PM through internet. The vide Transaction ID no. is[protected]. At once I received the recharge confirmation SMS from Airtel. On 23.11..2018 when I called on my phone I came to known that the amount Rs 45.00 had not been credited on my account. I heard a toll free voice from the phone that there was no sufficient amount for call on my account. Really I was shocked. Please take necessary action to top up the said amount to my account.

                    Sir, I have been awaiting for a favorable action regarding the recharge amount of Rs.45. Meanwhile last night (25.11.2018) at 11.48 pm I received a call from cell no [protected]. A man talked to me. He requested me to tell my credit card no. to refund the amount RS.45 on the phone. I refused to tell my credit card no. Today morning at 8.07 AM the same voice called me from cell no [protected]. Today also he requested me to tell the credit card no. I switched off my phone. Now I wish to know whether the person requested for the credit card no officially or not.

                      I'm always trying to call airtel customer care for past 7 days but always it says all lines are busy
                      whenever trying to call customer care it always says all lines are busy and now i am irritated as its been a week...
                      my outgoing and incoming services are all stopped.
                      and why day by day network quality is becoming dull since 5 years i've been using this sim and the network quality is becoming very bad

                        As you guys says airtel network coverage exists over hill station as well, but unfortunately you forgot to make it available in villages.
                        For me i have been experiencing network problem for both calls n data in my village for last 2-3 years.
                        I had complained multiple times in past but no improvement.
                        As a old customercare of airtel i would like to continue with airtel, so could you pls upgrade your network coverage over villages as well.

Last night a service was automatically activated name bengali video pack without any information and rupees 20 was deducted from my main balance. Why such this things airtel doing with customers. I want back my deducted balance. And another problem is i can't contact to customer care team.

                              I wasn't told about any validity before and now saying to recharge with minimum of 35rs every month to stay connected. I have enough balance in my account. They never told about any validity date and now suddenly texting and calling to ask for extra amount to get continued services else the amount already paid would get wasted. This is injustice and incorrect.

                              Please review these forceful and dominant plans and take necessary actions.

                                Sir i was receiving messages of outgoing validity finish. And a message that recharge with 34 or more to extend that.
                                So i did so, but in return the validity extended for just one month and 100 mb data. They didn't informed in message that i am going to data pack instead of talk time which is usually expected. I don't need any data but talk time in place of that. I talked executive they said they can't do anything you must recharge with 35. Then why they sent such message to me to recharge 34.
                                Please convert the data pack to talk time. What ever extra amount needed (One or two rs.) deduct from my balance.

                                  I have airtel mobile phone no.[protected] for over 12 years. I am based at agra (Up) and being and i have been moving around to bengaluru, noida and gurugram quite a lot since my children are based there. That's the reason i keep sufficient balance in my account so that my communication is not disrupted for lack of recharge amount. I have a balance of rs.1194.31 in my account for this phone. Abruptly, my outgoing calls was stopped for want of recharge. Now i have a message from airtel that incoming calls will also be stopped after 4 dec.2018. My humble request is that if airtel do not want to use my balance of rs.1194.31 for providing services, this amount may be returned to me. And then if i have to continue with new conditions, i will continue and pay whatever the charges may be. Either services to my mobile be continue using my balance amount or may be returned and say goodbye.

                                      mobile recharge payment done same amount twice

                                      I have recharged my number previously with rs 399/- before five days.

                                      Today i wrongly recharged the same number again with the same amount using freecharge app. So i would like to request you to issue a refund or extend the validty according to the plan for 2 times consecutively, as presently i am losing the benefits for one of the earlier recharges.

                                      Please do the necessary action immediately....

                                      I have been billed incorrectly. Even after a call with the customer care as well as sending an email to the address mentioned in the bill, this issue has not been addressed. I would like to escalate the matter to a higher authority but unfortunately, i cannot get the email address of anyone in a managerial position.
                                      I would like to at least get an acknowledgment that the complaint is being processed
