Dear Airtel,

It has been 6 months since I am facing network issue in Pune area near Hinjawadi. It's a huge city and surprisingly there is a very bad signal for Airtel network. Your company claims to be the best network provider but in reality, it's not.

I am not alone many airtel customers are facing same issue.

The connection is so weak that I can't contact your customer care. Kindly maintain your network instead of giving false information in advertisements.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I am an airtel customer having airtel sim across 12 years but few days before i got an massage form airtel that my service has been discontinued after 23 nov 2018 if i don't recharge my airtel number with rs. 35 or than i immediately recharge my no. With 12 yrs. They give me 34 something rs in my balance and 100 mb across net data

    Then i want to make an outgoing calls but after tapping on call button the call immediately ended
    Can't understand why this problem raised. Another thing is in my account main balance is rs. 4398 approx. If i not recharge then what will happen with is amount. Why i can't use this money. This ultimately disappointment.
    Please solve this problem as soon as possible. If not i must complain about this in consumer forum court.

      Airtel claims to be the fastest network but in real it is worse among Vodafone and Jio. The 4G speed is like I am using Internet 5 years ago. It is not even to send simple whatsapp messages so what can one expect.
      On complaining to airtel CUSTOMER CARE, they give best answer and the attitude they show is like they are doing pity on us by providing internet. They put blame on us saying that out of 1.4 gb u have used 1gb that means you have good internet. Are we ###.. I had 400 mb left by 2pm then till night the speed was so great that I used only 7mb more leaving 393mb as it is. They are like joking with us. CUSTOMER CARE says airtel is good and put all blame on us. They have so much autocratic behaviour. I have even said that I would port my sim then they said it will take 7 days laughingly. I guarantee I will get all my knowns airtel sim ported. I think they are shifting from India to Africa so they are so rude. Worst CUSTOMER CARE services and slowest Internet. In my area jio and Vodafone give me downloading speed around 3 mbps easily but airtel is dead at 200 250 kbps.. I will definitely port my sim after my 4G unlimited pack ends..I had used airtel since I had phone but now It will end. It is barrier to digital India and CUSTOMER CARE services is worse ever I have seen...

        Hi team,

        It has been week, i am facing issue for new airtel post paid connection (Plan 799). I took new sim for 4g after porting my same number ([protected]) from prepaid to post paid at maarathalli airtel retail store (Landmark kalamandir). Sim is working for data services but all outgoing and incoming call is stopped. It is not able to registered airtel network from any phone. I am using this number from last 8 years. All the banking and my professional work has been registered with this number. I am struggling from last week with your pathetic customer services.

          I have Airtel D2h account from last 7 years. Customer Id is [protected].
          I have recently stop using Airtel from last 2 months as local service provider was giving me cheaper option. I used to get calls from Airtel Customer Care with different offers.
          Recently on 22nd October I got a call from Airtel Customer care giving an offer of 1199 recharge for 12 months for all SD channels which I used to have earlier. There were 2 commitments made and the same are issues which are not resolved.

          1. I was told that I will get instant 100 Rs cashback, if I recharge via Paytm / Airtel Bank. I have recharged via paytm and have not received cahsback yet.

          2. I was told that this package will contain all SD channels and I reconfirmed that is it atleast equivalent to my earlier package and I was given assurance that all Entertainment / News and Kids channel are present in this recharge. After recharge I found, maximum Hindi movie channels are missing, Z Business, CNBC Awaaz are missing. After one week, no channels are coming.

          I am following on this with customer care and I did not find any response.

          Earlier on 31st Oct Nodal officers confirmed 2 weeks back that your TV will start soon and I have recording for that conversation.

          Please help in resolving this on priority as I recharged almost a month back.

            error - sim not provisioned

            Hi,

            This is pavan, currently im in abroad from past 7 months. My whatsapp is active on my mobile number and i switch on this number like once in a month. Today morning when i switched on it says "sim not provisioned" and then after some time it lost the signal.

            Please help me with this.

            My mobile no is [protected] and [protected] m using this postpaid number from long in airtel india but from last 2 months i visit to your airtel store in ghumar mandi ludhiana servals times for coverting my numbers from postpaid to prepaid but all the time your executives give me same reason that they don't have prepaid sim cards and server is not working.
            From last 2 months visit there for same issue but this is my worst experience from your company. If you guys running airtel store then stop giving your customers false statements this is not the right way
            Airtel is vert valuable company in indian market but your executives pulling it down by harassing customers and wasting their time and fuel.
            I know that you guys have to answer if any customer convert postpaid connection to prepaid but it doesn't make any sense to harass customer

              Need to deactivate airtel auto renewal pack 3g-rs29-150mb-30day

              Already raised complaint with reference rmodc [protected]

              But pack is still active. Customer executive confirmed on 17th nov 2018 that this pacj will get dectivated within 30 min. I tried multiple times to check with excutive but no luck. I have already 47 days pack why should i pay for 2 internet packs.

                This is srikar from hyderabad i have taken a broadband connection on last 6months back as the services was not good i have changed to another network and i have said to customer to disconnect my broad band connection stilll now he dint disconnect the network and one of the customer his name is vinay called me and took an amount 1000 rs for disconnection even i have updated him to disconnect the network but still you people were not disconnected the network and you were calling me every month for billpayment
                if am not paying the bill amount means you people are saying we will case a file and send a notice to your home this was the balckmail you people are doing . I i have updated you many times for disconnection [protected] this was the number i have send them 1000 rs for disconnection and if you call for bill payment for next time i will send you a notice on your airtel network

                  Its been more than 3 months since i am facing network issue in bangalore area near padmanabh nagar.
                  Its major city and surprisingly there is a very bad signal for airtel network. There are many people in my area complaints the same not just the case with me. We have a tower installed at the top of our apartment inspite of that the signal strength is very weak in my area.
                  I am keep raising complaint about this since past 6months and no 1 responded back with solution. Pathetic service by airtel. Thinking to porting the network.

                  I have recharge with amount Rs 200 instead of Rs 199 with ICICI bank, online recharge on 12 November 2018 2 around 2 to 2.15 pm

                      I've shocked to see that validity of my sim card going to expire soon even though i've 210 rs balance.
                      Regarding this, i made a call to customer care, and informed them about my problem, their response were due to company policy we were unable to help.
                      Then i asked them to refund my remaining balance, and they said we can't refund you back.

                      This is open fraud i guess.

                      If you want to discontinue your services then termiate service o[censored]sers be pride by refunding their money back..

                      Kindly help me in this regards.

                      I need my remaining money till they stops my services which includes outgoing and incoming too.

                      This is been a bad move by trai.

                      All they doing a scam now..

                        I was using airtel postpaid number but was geting too much bill so i went to vodaphone but airtel people called me so many time to shift to airtel so after year i again shifted to airtel but this time for perpaid but from the day

                          I have register complain multiple times regarding network issue but airtel team promises every time that we will resolve your complain please stay with airtel and they never tried to resolve it. Last to last month also i raised a complain and since now it's not resolved. Because of same issue i'm unable to use internet, currently more than 160 gb data is available in my account but it's not usable. Airtel team please respond who is responsible for it. Also i tried to switch to other networks and called to airtel customer support but not getting proper information about current outstanding due to which i am unable to switch as well. Lastly i stopped paying that high monthly bill

                              I am having telecom service on my mobile number [protected] (Post paid plan rs.199) from airtel. On 12th oct, 2018 i received an sms - starting 19/10/2018 my phone number is upgraded to rs.199. Since i was already in rs.199 plan i ignored the same. However this was not implemented. On 2nd nov, 2018 again i recd. A sms starting 19/11/2018 i am being upgraded to rs.199 plan. However, on 19th nov, 2018 i am shocked to see that i have been upgraded to rs.299 plan and not rs.199 plan as informed to me through their sms. On taking up with their customer care they say that rs.199 plan is not available and the minimum plan is rs.299. This was not informed to me earlier. They have deliberately kept me in dark. This is a clear case of cheating. I want the authorities like rai to take immediate action.

                                We are facing challenges in calling and data using airtel, the device always show 4g but i am unable to browse any of the site and even i couldn't make or receive call. Always show no network.. By chance it connect after moving around, call drops.

                                Please take my request and work on priority if not i may change the service provider.

                                  Iam getting an error 536 when try to dial *121#. I recently done postpaid to airtel postpaid. Its already 7 days my sim got converted to prepaid.
                                  Customer care and airtel support is not giving proper support.
                                  Customer care people transfer call airtel prepaid representative to postpaid representative and vice versa. They are playing with me. I am frustrated.

                                  Initially before conversion to prepaid for 6 days airtel store people told they have s/m issue they cant perform conversion. After conversion by them they are also not giving proper support.

                                    I had recharged for 1000 rupees pack (Lifetime validity, full talk time) on 29th october 2018.
                                    Now on november 8, i'm getting message saying my outgoing will expire on 24 november 2018 and incoming will expire on 09 december 2018.

                                    I tried to recharge from *121*51#. I'm getting various packs but i am not getting option to activate the pack. So i am not able to use my 780 rupees main balance.
                                    Only way now for me to recharge is to pay money again in airtel app or from other services like paytm.
                                    I called customer care 3 times, each call going for 20+ minutes, but no one is solving the issue. They promised call back, but didn't even after 2 days.

                                    But main issue is, when i chose pack of lifetime validity and full talk time, how can you change rules in middle after i paid 1000 rs??

                                      Dear sir,
                                      This is to raise a complaint against the accidental insurance for mobile phone provided by airtel (Product name - airtel secure) with the third party one secure and insurance provider national insurance.
                                      I had enrolled for the airtel secure plan with my mobile services provider airtel towards the accidental damage coverage of my cell phone.

                                      The airtel secure customer service called me in order to request for claim, i have uploaded all the relavant documents.

                                      After another 2-3 days airtel secure sent me an email stating that the claim had been refused by the insurer (National insurance) due to "improper handling"

                                      The breakage of the mobile had happened due to accidently dropping my phone from hand while trying to answer a call. This was explained in my claim form as well as in my subsequent conversation with the claim appraiser or the mis department of the insurance/one assist.

                                      I understand that you are the correct authority to write to for such malafide practice by airtel secure in collusion with one assist and national insurance.

                                      Please let me know of the next steps for a formal complaint procedure.

                                      I am Poonam Jogi, Yesterday i recharged Rupees 49 my mobile with your Airtel App but the amount is not credited in my Account . my mobile no. is [protected] and Transaction ID was[protected]. this happened with me 2nd time . please do Needful for me.
