No connectivity at all now. Airtel network is zero.
Forget internet we neither call nor receive any calls.
Even after so many complaints so many calls to customer care i am getting the same answer that it will be rectified within 72 hours. But i think now it is more than a week. What you guys really doing i don’t understand.

Please consider my request and provide me at least a basic network where we wouldn’t face call drops at least. 4g is still very far for me.

Call centre is hapless. Fake promise always, i must tell your call centre is one of the wonders in the earth...!! Who knows how to cheat the customer politely. You know what putting all this in social media is of no use because everyone has the problem. It has become a habit to people now.

My final request is if you guys are not able to provide good network, admit it...!! Don’t keep on lie

Please consider this at do the needful. Sharm nam ki koi cheez bacha huwa hai tho help karo...!!

    Suddenly received a msg from airtel that my outgoing service will expire soon if i didn't recharge, my account already has rs100 talktime o[censored]nlimited validity, i did recharge for it on 25th september and recharge before that was done in january. Explain this too me airtel, how can validity expire on a lifetime valid sim. Now all of a sudden, the service terms have changed! Stop fooling your customers for forceful recharges

      I am not having internet connectivity since morning despite of having 251 gb balance available available in my post paid connection, had connect to customer care on 121 as well but didnt get any positive solution.

      I expect quick revert and request for early resolution as my day to day work is getting impacted.

        Airtel is saying they removed life time validity because trai asked to do so.

        I searched the links they provided but could not find any inf where trai asked to remove life time validity, i have asked them to provide at least screen shot where trai mentioned to remove lifetime. But they are not doing.

        They are cheating the customers, they charged 1000 rs saying they will life time validity, but now the they turned back

            I am a holder of number [protected]... I'm fed up they deducte my money without any cause it's happening again and again... Few days ago this happend and now again after 2 day same thing is happening i'm very fed up... I do recharge i'm a business man and that too small business... How will i manage..

            It's 9 th time... It has been repeating again and again sometimes 30 sometime 40 sometime 100... Before filling a complaint here i wanted them if they did so i'll file a complaint against them only 2 days before i warned them and now again...

            Whenever bcz of this matter i call the company... They don't pick up call busy tone... If by chance they pick up the call... They disconnect the call after listening complaint or say there head is busy somewhere else i'm fed of this now again and again 🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀

              It's about i think 9 th time they have deducted my balance... I even called them... Once they gave the balance back... And now again and again when i call them either they don't pick up my calls.. If by chance they pick my call... They say u have to wait... Head is busy somewhere or sometimes disconnect my calls... I'm very fed up... It's almost 9 th time... How will i do my further recharge if they will do like this again and again... I hope u will understand... Thanks [protected] is my no from which the balance has been deducted..🙀🙀fed up

                I did not suscribe to the value added service offered by airtel called idiotbox.

                But i received a message from airtel saying that i have suscribed to this service and that 150 rupees were charged. My number is [protected]

                This is the message i received from airtel:

                Idiotbox service has been renewed on your airtel mobile rs 150.0 for 30 day (S). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.

                I have noticed now about this and i have never activated this service.

                  I have activated 50% night cashback offer by messaging night to 121. It gave me a return message saying that night cashback is activated in my number. But waking next when i checked that if my cashback is deposited. Nothing has been deposited in my account as mbs. I have the same data pack which i had when i last used my internet in night around 3 am. Kindly see to it that my problem is loooked into and i get my cashback back. Or i will not continue with airtel from next time.

                    I m using the airtel number from past 7 years and i m abroad now from 7~8 months and had activated international roaming pack of 499 on September which has a validity of 3 months. Even when its active, my number is disconnected. Request you to please activate my number. i have also recharged on end of September, but its still deactivated.

                      I raised a complaint with the airtel customer care team about inaccurate international roaming charges for mobile data. I had turned off mobile data and roaming options on my phone throughout the duration of my international trip. However, in the airtel bill's itemized statement, i see that they have charged me a huge amount for the billing period when my mobile data was switched off.

                      On speaking to the customer care team member, i was bluntly told by them that i have used the mobile data during the said period, so i have been charged for it. They were not willing to listen and dispute this claim.

                      I am quite shocked that a service provider like airtel would be so unreasonable to the genuine concerns of an old customer like myself, who has always paid my bills on time.

                      I hope the team would investigate the matter more clearly instead of simply dismissing my complaint to show a speedy resolution.

                        I prot my number from airtel to vodafone few days ago for network issue and coustomer care told me when solve network issue in my area they well come call to me but sir when i am in airtel my plan was rs-449/- and approx bill per month is rs-531/- include gst but they send me bill for this month of rs-1931/- when i called to customer care they told me i have activated international roaming pack of rs-1199/- but sir i can not activated any pack/plan like this i dont under stand why they activated this type of plan/pack in my number
                        Please sir see my account i can not call or sms to activated this type of pack for me please sir kindly solve my problem as early as possible i shall ever great full to you sir.

                          Kindly do the needful as my sim has stopped working since yesterday. I guess the reason would be no outgoing calls since past 60days or so.
                          I have been an airtel users since past 10years. I have had the same number as i am abroad since past 5months i wasn't able to do any out going calls.
                          Also i had maintained the balance of around rs.1000+ and every month i was being charged for rs.100 for international roaming rental.

                          Now i have all my financial transactions and other important stuffs linked to my personal airtel number which is +91 [protected] has stopped due to deactivation.

                          I request you to take this up on priority and activate my sim.
                          You help will be highly appreciated.

                            When i buy the sim in airtel company. They have told this was an lifetime validity sim no need to recharge further.

                            But now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing calls for not recharging the sim. Am using the secondary sim but evethough they have not enclosed that we have to recharge monthly once for incoming and outgoing when i buy the sim card.

                              Airtel Network is very very poor in Khidki and south Delhi. Never phone gets connected in Hauz Rani and Khriki extension. People are switching to other operators. My Airtel no hardly works and everybody complaining me about call not connecting. When others call on my no it says no is invalid due to Network issue.

                                Hi,

                                I have had a single SIM card from the last 15 years. I was with Vodafone but eventually moved to Airtel for "better" service. But what Airtel has done now is unpardonable.

                                2 days back, they have recycled my number and deactivated all services. I called Airtel customer care and they said they have no history of me being with them ever!!! They said they do not know me or my number and said they cant help and I cannot get back my number..!!!

                                I have tied up all my services from the last 15 years on this number and out of the blue they deactivate my number even without a warning. I hadn't been using the number of late as I am out of India and I have been doing a recharge every 45 days and making outgoing calls. The last recharge done was on October 8th. I have a message from Airtel thar says to recharge within 90 days to keep the services and I have been doing it every 45 days to be safe. How can they deactivate services of a number I held for 15 years even after I have followed their instructions to the dot. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

                                  I have ported my no to Airtel to get the benefit of one family connection to be added in my no [protected] but its more than 45 days I struggling i have called to 121 customer care no so may time & send mail to [protected]@airtel.com but then also my problem is same.

                                  I have chosen this facility because this add connection is my mother number but a month on month billing is getting generated in my mother no also & airtel is calling to pay the bill but I have told you so many time to plzz add my no with my main no but then also it was not solved I m really disappointed with this kind of service. even your store is not able to help your 121 call centre & 121 mail id what should I do please tell me this is really pathetic.

                                    I have registered dnd. Airtel is not taking actions to stop marketing calls or sms. I had raised dnd multiple times with airtel. They usually inform me that it will be resolved in 10 days and nothing happens. I don't get an option to block certain numbers since we cannot see their number. We can see some alpha number or just a few alphabets. Airtel is allowing these 3rd party companies harass us by allowing them to contact us without having to provide their contact details. If we had their contact number, we can atleast block them.

                                    As consumers, we need to have the ability to block unwanted calls, messages. The telecom company is hiding the contact details/ allowing third party companies to contact us without valid numbers/telecom companies are
                                    hiding their details.
                                    I am trying to port from Airtel(initially telenor converted to Airtel) to Jio due high call rates and no data signal.such a worst cheater service i hate eventhough if they wont provide UPC code i will throw away this Airtel Sim and get a new jio.

                                    my msg to all others : dont get onto Airtel.

                                      I have been using my airtel mobile number for about 9 years now, unfortunately it stopped working from last 2 days due to non usage of more than 3 months, i would like to reactivate again. I have sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.in but no response. Please help me regarding this. I would definitely like to retain this number. I am out of india and would like to get it reactivated as soon as possible.

                                      My Airtel sim has suddenly stopped working. It is only active for Emergency calls. I have tried changing the sim sot and manually setting up the network. Since all my official areas are bind with this airtel number, its an emergency to fix my airtel network.

                                      Dear sir mam.provide me airtel 8087778492 this number incoming and outgoing call detail last month
                                      I am unable to dial in to a BSNL land-line number. I have only one network in my home town that is BSNL and I badly need to connect to my family.

                                      The problem is since the day I moved to Airtel. My previous provider Tata docomo I was able to call to any number
                                      I am unable to send messages from my number.Though I can receive.While calling the customer care, I could find any simple way to connect to the representatives.Kindly check and resolve the issue .

                                        I'm unable to recharge to my airtel number ([protected]).
                                        I recently changed from post paid to prepaid.
                                        I got message saying that you are converted to prepaid after i went to near by airtel showroom and ask representative to recharge
                                        He said that it will take 24-48 hrs. There is no provision to report my complaint. Unable to call any one. Here i'm facing big problem so i'm raising the complaint

                                        This is how airt cheat people i claimed for aircel secure and they Say lack of handling when it fell off my pocket.isn't it an accident.i got off my car and the phone fell out of my pocket and broke down but my claim is rejected saying lack of handling
                                        I have taken 6 months Airtel broadband plan and now i have to leave the house and i dont want any transfer of my connection. I want the pending amount to be refunded either by check or by transfer of amount to Airtel postpaid connection.
