I trace the no [protected] that it's service provider is estisalat db telecom, gsm type and stata bihar & jharkhand. And the no [protected] service provider airtel, gsm type belongs to bihar and jharkhand. Please help.

    Sir i am shivaji s. Balamkar from vijayapura (bijapur) district karnataka state. I had an airtel simcard bearing no. [protected] on saturday[protected] the company had barred my outgoing calls without bringing to my notice and on the next day they barred my incoming calls too. When i asked to local airtel outlet they told me to speak customer care. When i called customer care they told that the issue is from the local outlet. Go and ask them. Later i had submitted document[protected] till now it is barred. If you have any document issue you have to warn the your customer via sms or call and then you have to take action whatever it is. Am very frustrated with this.

      I am dr shyam sundar ips former dgp tn and a customer of air tel for more than a decade. While i was having a balance of about rs 301 in my prepaid [protected] i received an alert as follows:
      2) "alert:outgoing services on your airtel mobile[protected] will expire today & the outgoing will be stopped. To continue the services." accordingly i did recharge for 70 days under rs 399/- scheme. Received following confirmation sms:
      3) "recharge successful on[protected]:01:13,"
      Main a/c bal after recharge: rs.299.64
      4) though i renewed for rs 399 why it shows a balance of 299.64 almost rs 99/- lesser?
      5) i had a balance of rs 301/- in my pre paid air tel but it has not been reflected in the balance. Nor any msg for refunding the balance amount

      It is requested to refund the balance and to compensate for the service deficiency

        I couldn't make out why it has been done so. I have been using my sim regularly and recharging it on regularly.
        And incoming calls are stopped next week.. what I do

          I am facing signal problem at my home. I am unable to attend calls and unable to use internet for training purposes.

          The area is sai ganga nagar colony, saidabad, hyderabad, 500060.

          I am missing a lot business calls. If this is not resolved i would have to move to another network which is i don't like. I like airtel. I am a user of airtel from the past 6 years. 3 peoples are using airtel network in family all are facing same problem

            I am fed up with airtel worst service, non response my complaint despite they promised to resolve before 6th oct 2018, poor reconciliation and non coordianation among themselves. So i don't want to continue with airtel. And requested them to terminate the agreement and disconnect the airtel no.[protected] immediately.in this regard i paid the amount rs.2357/- on 8th nov 2018 vide transaction refernce no.[protected] for bill cycle 11th sept to 10th oct. And also lodge complaint vide no.88456602. But the relationship manager refused to do so and offering concession to continue with them which i rejected. But they refused to cancel the number and suspended for 2 hours. By doing so, they are planning to collect the rental amount for the next month. Also, they refused to give reply my email. I pray and appeal to cancel the airtel number and pay the compensation for metal agony for rs.10000/-

              Dear sir,
              Myself rajat mohod
              I have done Recharge on 3rd nov of 149* for ul calling and data 28 Gb for 28 days.
              But i GOT 1 gb for 20 days and ul.
              Contact customer care they said, Offer started on 4th nov on my account . But i have chceked on 121 before r3charging, it showed me the offer,
              Later on 6th nov i have done same recharge. But still not got the Offer, got same offee 1gb data for 20 days, tbis time i have the sms of offer also chcked on 121, still not credited the recharge, this time they said. Offer was on 7th nov i have recharged on 6th nov, but i have mesg on 6th nov. That offer is still active, today on 9th nov i have recharged for 43, it gives 3 Gb data and validty upto your Ul pack, but i got only 1 day validity. And this time they saying me recharge has not done on my number later on contacting with Senior they told me that i will Get credited the offer, but when its juts 1day validity, the data will be gone and Validity to, what to do now pls slove my problem

                I have order samsung galaxy note8 (Order no[protected] from airtel online store on 22 october 2018. But still not received my handset till today. I visited nearly 10 times at airtel gallery at mahavira nagagar. Kandivali west. But can't get satisfactory answer from them also.
                Kindly give me some satisfactory answer or give me some contact detail from where i get satisfactory answer.

                  I have been using below number in airtel post paid plan for more than 3 yeas. Suddenly both the numbers are showing in prepaid plan.
                  My numbers are,

                  I received last month bill for my number and i am not yet paid. How can you convert my number to prepaid with letting me know and my knowledge.

                    The mobile tower has been installed in the residential area in the roof of chandan real estate, 9th cross, 3rd main, mailsandra, beml 7th stage, bangalore without permission of neighbours.

                    Because of the tower, we can face so many health hazards, in the area, the old people are living.
                    Please request you to take the action to remove the tower or shift the tower to non-residential area. So that we can lead life healthy.

                      I have a very poor network in my phone. 2 days back i asked for my problem and i was asked to recharged my number with 35₹. Even after that my net is not proper. I have issues talking video calls, sending videos and even surfing. Please go through my issues. My husband is in gulf and we get issues due to this network problem.                         I have an airtel no. [protected] which i am using from last 1 1/2 years. I am using this no.in february 2018 as i'm abroad in now. The sim card was in active till 4 days before. But now it is showing as sim card registration failed. I need that same number. I will re submit all my documents my son will submit & requesting you to please reactivate same number. Pls check and activate my sim card.

                        This number i kept for my bank transaction now i am not getting message i will activate international roaming for this number.

                          Airtel sent me 4g sim.
                          I am unable to finish the activation due to below issue even in repeated attempts.
                          I am sending sms sim (New sim id number) to 121 in reply it is asking for confirmation with reply 1. Thereafter i am getting reply that i will get a call for reconfirmation. But i never get any call. Everytime getting another mssg that my activation failed because confrmation pending from me. If i dont get any call then how i can i confirm it. Please see the matter.                               money debited but not credited in my wallet

                              I had made a transaction of RS 5000 on 3rd Nov 2017 from airtel digital card to another online wallet (phonepe), the issue is- amount deducted from account my airtel virtual digital card but not credited in account wallet.

                              Greetings from africa
                              I had following number +[protected] registered in name of dr munish aggarwal since 10 years for my clinical & private use.
                              I moved to kampala uganda in 2015.
                              I have lost my sim in july this year in kampala uganda.
                              I have been recharging but unable to receive & make calls (Pls note lost sim)
                              I tried to get the sim replaced by sending by father to paschim vihar delhi airtel office with all identification documents.
                              I can not travel to india just for a sim card replacement can i?
                              They can not replace the sim without me being there in person.
                              When i requested them to hold the number for me till i come to india in dec 2018 ie after 2 months they refused.
                              Every refusal is blamed on trai regulations.
                              When i send a mail to their official address i only receive auto reply.
                              Calling them at various level did not help at all.
                              Can you please get answer to following questions.
                              1 is it possible to hold my number till dec 2018 at your level.
                              2 millions of indians live abroad. Countless of whom use indian numbers for various reasons.
                              If anyone of them lost indian sim outside the country. Are they supposed to loose the number or come to india just for sim replacement.
                              3 if there are procedures in place for above scenario why airtel is not aware of them.
                              4 if postpaid number can be preserved but not prepaid number why discrimination.

                                I had activated international roaming of 1 day @649 on airtel postpaid mobile no. It's been two months and i am charged rs 649 for some specific days which is not explainable and the bill amount is huge i had deactivated the 649 plan from my airtel app last month itself. There are incoming charges + monthly rentals plus taxes. Total bill has crossed 8000 rupees.

                                    I am customer of Airtel digital dish tv, I have purchased it from online on 30th Sept 2018, and that time airtel digital dish tv online customer executive has told me that "If you purchased our set top box then you will get 2 months subscription free, you can watch 2 month all channel free with purchase price Rs1480 only" and that"s why I have given order through online and airtel engineer has installed set top box same day in my home, Now from 30th sept to till datev 2 months has not completed but one message is showing in my tv set that please recharge your tv with in 5th Nov-18, after that I have called to airtel digital tv customer care no[protected], on 1st Nov-2018, and customer care executive have told me that your registration has been set for one month free, so you have to mail and complain to the company, and he has given me complain no also, Complain No is 82324540, on 01/11/2018.
                                    After that I have sent a mail on 1st Nov and 4th Nov, but not getting any solution, they have only given me reference No which is [protected].
                                    And from 5th Nov my connection has been disconnected by the airtel. where as it should continue another one month as per the scheme when it has been sold to me. So, how we can trust the big brand like airtel? where this type of such misguide/cheating is happening with the customer.
                                    So, please issue me another one month free all channel as per offer with Rs1480 new airtel digital tv set box connection communicated by the airtel customer executive at the time of booking my border, You can check the voice call record.There is no respond getting from the airtel after giving so many time reminder and complain.
                                    Is this the ethics and policy of the company?
                                    Is taking the airtel digital tv a crime?

                                      This is abhijeet. Today my annual pack was about to end. That's why i was in touch with airtel's customer service representative for the last two days to subscribe to my current pack. I was following their instructions and suggestions for the subscription. They told me to recharge with ₹ 4501 for continuing to my current package. I did what they exactly told me to do. But after recharging when i called airtel's customer service representative for confirming my package, first of all he ask me weather i watch english movies channel or not? I told him that there are three (03) english movies channels in my current package. I asked him if any channel has been added or removed this time? He told me that "no everything is fine and your channels would remain same as earlier." after that he didn't told me anything about channel and confirmed my package. But from the moment i recharged my dth yearly package, those three channels where stoped by the broadcaster. I called them again. Again a lady told me that this is happening due to some technical error. With in 48 hrs. It will be ok. I know that she was laying to me. After few moments i called them again. Now one of there representative told me that those three channels are not the part of your package.

                                      Now what should i think about company and its employees. This attitude of the company not only caused me mental stress but also my 4501 rupees wasted.
