I want airtel's lapu number. I have tried many ways but failed to get it. So now i am copellant to you. You have arranged me an airtel lapu number. I have dialed airtel's dealer number 12144 but i do not see the phone. So now i ask you for help, please help me. My airtel number is [protected]. I have complied with you but i have given a sms from you, my complainant has been reduced. So i have done it big. Please help me out of my favor.

    Hello, i have recharged for 4g pack amounting to inr.399 through online on 1st nov'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. I hve called customer care they told me that the amount will be credited in next seven days but till date the amount got debited from my account not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. Whenever i tried calling customer care they always made a excuse and extend the date its such a waste of time. Its been more than 15 days when will i get my refund back. Its not a small amount to ignore it what can i do for this i am stressed about this situation. Will i get my refund or not. This is my third complaint here still the problem not solved. Such a worst customer service. Where can i complaint about this my time and energy is totally wasting.

      I had taken 1 days international pack for 24.10.18 and the same pack was de-activated on the same day and message received for de-activation on my mobile. But airtel charges rs.852/- for data usage charges from 26.10.18 to 29.10.18 and rs.649/- for one day pack dated 30.10.18. Please clarify if any one use data after its de-activation. On the pre-text that data usuage due to poor wi-fi system

        my postpaid plan change by Bharti Airtel Ltd. without any confirmation form me. when I called to customer care for activated my previous plan, & who was change my plan, they asked to me we are sorry, and also said they can not solve the said problem, so kindly solve the same as soon as possible.

          I requested airtel to port my number from airtel prepaid to postpaid. I got the new sim on the same day i requested. But the problem began afterwards. They promised that within 24 hours the number will be activated, but now it has been more than 72 hours and still nothing has been done. I am left with a new dead sim and airtel people have turned deaf towards my phone calls. They say that we did not receive any porting request at all. Then how can they explain the new sim they have sent to me and what should i do about it?

            Today 99 rupees has been deducted from my account with out my permissoin in the case of { gamez4fun service has been activated @ rs99.0 for 30day (S). Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://adstuckgame.com/ (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789} so i request you to recover my money back as this is not write. Last time it was a deduction of everyday payment of 3 RS and even after calling the customer care number telling them to deactivate the Service still the amount has been deducted. The customer care service people assured that this service has been deactivated but now how can an amount be deducted even after getting the service deactivated.
            I want the refund and deactivation of the app asap . I'm loosing my money for this silly thing

              Today i got my airtel number recharged through airtel app. The amount was 100. But after the recharge was complete the deduction amount shown was rs 1000. This is very unfair... This is absolute cheating.. I am not a fool to write 1000 instead of 100. I cross checked twice. Bt airtel deducted 1000 rs. This i absolute fradulent. My mbl no is [protected].
              I got my recharge done through my debit card.
              I want my full amount back

                My current bill is 3100 and my phone is barred since 2 months,

                The reason for not paying the bill is i have been charged 1800 RS for using 500 MB extra
                And 400 RS of late payment and 349+Tax

                How ever im using this number from past 3 years, And im continuously i have been charged in the same way and in the End i have to call the costume care guys for waver for the amount
                what is this is this the kind of service you are providing for the person who is using post paid
                and im not liking the behaviour of the customer executive whom i spoke recently

                i want a proper resolution on my billing amount only then i will be able to pay the bill
                And also request you to please quickly respond on my E-mail

                CUSTOMER CARE guys tell there is no extra billing which has happens
                and when the recovery team give a call, when i tell my problem they agree that there is a issue in the bill and they will ask me to talk to the CUSTOMER CARE executive, and they don’t give ### about my issue,

                  Hi,

                  I hope airtel is a tick or lice a blood sucking company. Right now the had made a revision which was not informed to people. Which implies the out going / incoming call will be stopped with limited period. Which they have not informed why and when they revised. There is no sms been sent on this. They said app will have all the features. First thing the app doesn't show validity of the card.in order to get money the started a small amount plan which was for rs 35. Yes they do have 10rs plan with unlimited validity. Not sure what is unlimited validity as per airtel. I can write big paragraph about their worst support here. There will be no complaints or cases will be taken against them. As thier company is big they can bride to skip this cases. Very bad company and worst one.

                    I have subscribed for the Broadband (40MBPS) plan from Airtel for 6 months. I was assured of providing hassle free services but after initial 15-20 days, the services kept deteriorating and even after raising complaints to the customer care and the technical guys, the services are not restored yet.

                    The issue mentioned above impacts my commitments and indirectly affects my health as I need to travel a lot to work (as I am not getting the internet services I was committed to).

                      Sir i had submited a MNP request for BSNL to Airtel on 9th Nov 2018 and airtel had confirmed that my request accepted and on 14th Nov 2018 at 23.00.00 BSNL service provider stoped their services. But still now on 15th Nov 2018 at 16.55 my airtel sim was not activated. Sir this is my important no. I need it very urgent . Sir my all works are pending without my no. And i am unable to recieve my important calls.

                          In month October, Airtel No [protected] bill generated 262 which was post paid plan and sept, Oct combined bill generated 613 .In sept month, total service stop from Airtel (including outgoing, incoming, SMS) then why should I pay sept bill if total service stop From Airtel. Please let me for further process.

                            Airtel 4g network is at its worst not even customer care is responding they are simply ignoring us and testing our patience this not good at all.
                            Network is fluctuating all the time and there is no any kind of response from customer care instead they are too reckless to respond 4g internet is too worst even with several complaints without resolving and even without intimation they are closing complaint which is not tolerable place raise complaint on airtel 4g thank you.

                              My airtel number is suspended that I have lost my sim so that I'm unable to make payment.Now I got my sim back but it's showing emergency calls, I thought that Airtel might have barred incoming and outgoing but when I reached to airtel customer care they said your account is suspended/your mobile no.                                 Hi, im vignesh from pondicherry and im using airtel prepaid number [protected] for more than 5+ years. On october 27th 2018 suddenly my sim didn’t receive any signal, while i was reporting about this issue to my state head office, they said me to get a new sim with the same number. As they said, i reregistered a new sim with the same number and i attach the address of the airtel store below. After a week of registration, still my sim not yet got any signal and its useless. After many conversation with airtel customer care and the airtel store i. E. Where i reregistered, i didn’t got any response from both for past 19 days. Im really unsatisfied with airtel and as you know the importance of personal number, i can’t even do any trade, online transaction, register or create any type of account in this digital world, this makes me very much disappointed and unsatisfied. I hope you people will resolve this asap. Thank you.

                                  I have been using airtel since 13 years and airtel postpaid since 5 years. Recently i got the number changed to prepaid. Since then the harrassment of this so called airtel indias fastest network started. I approached the store to change the number to prepaid. They have taken the complaint said it will take 4 days it will all be done and no need to do anything else. After 4 days a guy called and tried to convince me to be on prepaid i denied. After that a lady called me and told me to pay the bill amount and i did the same. Next day suddenly the network disappeared and i reinserted the sim, got the network with balance of 5 rs. From then on i am not able to recharge my number. I try customer care no solution, postpaid people say my number is not post paid, prepaid people say my number is not yet prepaid. I visit the store, they give ridiculous replies that first recharge needs to be done in airtel store, which was never conveyed to me neither by store ppl who took my conversion request not by customer care executive. Then he tried to recharge he said technical issue it will take 48 hours more.

                                  Without any mistake of me, i was not able to call anyone nor use data for almost a week. My problem is not yet solved. The worst customer care service ever.

                                  My problem is not yet solved, tried all possible ways but no use. I will suggest in all my friends stay away from airtel and that too from their post paid which is worst.

                                    I have been a customer of the airtel for more than 5 years. And the very first thing which i did after purchasing a phone of 50k is to buy in insurance for the device.
                                    I generally try to honest in whatever situation. The same case applies in this case as well. Generally, i keep my phone in my pocket with some other stuff and my id card.
                                    One day my id card got stuck with my phones screen protector and the glass of my phone's screen got broken. But i was not sure exactly when and how it happened days, why i mentioned "i am not sure what happened" in the description, have created the summery of my claim.

                                    Now, the real twist comes here. The company rejected my claim stating "loss or damage to the device under mysterious circumstances"

                                    What is the meaning of rejecting this claim? How come someone knows exactly what happened inside his pocket.

                                    Also later i come to know that what exactly happen as i noticed that my id card (Which was inside my pocket too) hence i have created another request. And they have rejected my claim saying once claim cannot be requested again.

                                    I want you to please take a look at this case. I really hope you will help in and get this issue resolved.

                                      Registered complaint regarding no signals @ indoor, complaint # 88209116 dt. 22.10.2018.

                                      Irresponsible network team never ever called me till now, customer care dont have the status of the complaint when they are going to solve the issue,

                                      Everyday they are saying that they are escalating the issue, but no response till today.
                                      Each and everyone working in customer care are not well trained, giving false commitments not even a single well trained professional there including the floor managers. All are irresponsible, not professionals, airtel trained to them to say sorry for inconvenience caused. Except this those people wont do anything-either they will escalate the issues or they wont get update from the concerned depts-simply waste calling 12118, 121, 151

                                        I have been using my no. Prepaid airtel no. [protected] for a long time. They stopped my outgoing facilities eventhough i have a balance of rs. 212 in my account. They stopped to accept port msg from my number and i had to re-charge with rs 119.00 again for 28 days validity. This is totally not acceptable for a prepaid customer.

                                        Kindly resolve this issue urgently
