    Hi,
    I have been using no [protected] for very long time without any problem. But for last few weeks i was getting message to recharge my no as outgoing and incoming validity is going to expire in second week of nov.
    I followed the instruction mentioned in the message to dial *121*51# but there was nothing productive. So i recharged my no twice with 10 but still no luck and i am still unable to make and receive calls.
    Why is there nothing mentioned about the way (Recharge amt) which will extend validity.

      I have been charged twice this month for airg buzz india service, which i never heard of. I never requested to activate any value added service on my below phone number.

      This seems to be big scam and looting customers. This is a serious issue which needs to be taken care as soon as possible.

      Please refund my 35 inr + 10 inr to my account.

        My sim card [protected] had life long validity, and 2 days ago suddenly showing no service. It is under the name of louis dcosta. I did enquiries in airtel gallery, and reason not known. Kindly check above matter, if the service disconnected can i get the same number. I need the same number. Can i submit the documents again. Please advise me.

          1) automatically added international roaming daily limit pack benefit rs 649 pack added on 20th october, can i know who activated this without my permission?

          2) since day1 when i have come here i have turned off the data and i see that everyday there are 2-3 entries for the data usage and there is total charge of rs 373
          Can i know what this is added? Even when data is turned off.

          3) adding both of the above charges you have calculated the tax, which is again a issue.

            My airtel number recharged 17th Oct
            rs 400 free internet incoming outgoing offers. from Sunday onwards outgoing calls barred after that followed days data access and incoming calls are blocked we complaints near by airtel office they give a number but that number is not reached.that number is [protected].please do the needful as soon as possible

              This is [protected] and i have been a customer with airtel for 10 years with much regret.

              Furthermore, it is quite simply the last time i am reaching out to express my frustration with your services. My apple watch (Cellular + gps) is still unable to successfully activate the data plan on it, in order for it to function without the phone: which it quite easily can do. This is the third mail i am sending. I have called countless of your customer care executives and managers. All of them blatantly lied and promised a callback within 24 hours and what i received is nothing short of a long wait spanning +8 days with no callback, support, or acknowledgement till date.

              I am paying rs.3000 as a monthly bill plan for the apple phone i purchased from you + an additional 41000 for the watch i bought thinking it will work. I hope you understand the feeling i feel when none of your representatives takes someone like me seriously, especially after spending 10 years as your non-defaulting customer.

              Previously your executives mailed me back saying it will be resolved within 2 days, it is exactly 6 days since then, not a call, no reply to further email + plus a customer care supervisor named neha who promised a whole lot and delivered with nothing. You have my recent recordings for [protected] please take the pleasure of hearing it out.

              I am now on the verge of lodging a consumer court complaint, my case is straightforward and i know i will get justice: with a billing of rs 3000 and flawless track record, i refuse to pay for the phone or the service since i bought the apple devices thinking airtel provides these cellular services and right now, nothing is being done.

              I have 3 mails that i am keeping as proof and i will use this last mail as a final notice being sent to airtel as a consumer facing grievance with the services.

                I have changed my post paid sim card to prepaid on last month. After that my out going calls and sms has stopped. Due to outgoing calls stopped unable to approach customer care number.

                I unable to do the frist recharge. I have visited so many times in airtel store in sarjapura branch but no use. Airtel store people raised complaint and told me it will be resolve with 4 hours but one week has passed.

                I have dropped email to customer care but no response.

                  I'm using airtel for many years and i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 12th nov even though i have that balance as rs.290. I dialed *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so recharged for 10rs. Now my account balance is 299rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...
                  Please help me to resolve this.

                    Hi I m staying in sunny layout near kr puram Bangalore. During night times my data speed is very low. I can it is almost 0.
                    I can't even open google page as well. I m airtel hot-spot also even it is almost same. I won't get data speed at all. What is the use of having Airtel services. Really patatic service provided by Airtel.
                    2 problems: 1 unauthorized subscription to ADOF games
                    2. Unauthorized deduction of balance. (80/- at that). The picture attached is the forwarded message she received.

                      I had changed from reliance to airtel a year back! 2 days back my mobile showed no tower for 12 hrs.. I complained to airtel show room... They said it might be a chip problem and they gave me a new sim with same no... Now i couldn't send or receive messages... As i reached and have free pack.. I couldn't receive messages.. Its making me awk even i couldn't receive sms.. Pls solve it... Showing error code 10

                      Mere airtel pe volte ka network nahi aata hai aur mere nabmer pe kon sms aata hai aur mere nabmer pe 4G ka bhi speed nahi deta hai

                        I have made a complaint on 31st october and the reference number is 88358956. 13 days past still the issue has not been resolved. Since 1st of november i have been given 72 hours time frame in which airtel promises me to solve the issue. Three deadlines passed. Today i called and again i have been asked to wait. Please solve the issue as i am not able to put claim under airtel handset secure. Please look at the screenshots, i have put them in attachments.

                          I never activated services of game world yet time to time money is being snatched from my number.
                          This has happened twice.
                          Today rs 35 got deducted from my number. I want the pack to be deactivated and my money to return back.

                              1. I registered my complaints number 85419886 on 21 may 2018, 87010318 on 10 aug 2018, 79305016 on 8 sept 2018 on regarding internet isn't working, call dropped, voice isn't clear during calls.
                              2. Airtel company charged almost double in monthly bills in family pack plan after many requests issue wasn't resolved. But after many complaints they waived something but i don’t know what they waivered
                              3. My mobile number was suspend, barred during my discussion with appellate authority after assurance of payment. Evan my credit limit was above rs. 9000 and disputed bill amount was approx. Rs 1200, i paid all my bills timely in my previous history since 10 years.
                              4. Without internet i lost my all official work, my son can't attend their online class. Can't use outgoing calls properly.
                              5. After 22 september 2018 i can't use incoming calls i registered many complaints but result is nil.
                              6. Finally i am not used internet data, suffered in outgoing calls, and can’t attend very important incoming calls on my official phone.
                              7. I don’t know where is my previous balance data approx. 2000 gb which cost i paid.
                              Please explain is this service? Can any service provider have a right to charge single rupee in this scenario until solve the issue. Are you above on law in india? Your all actions, replies prove you are on above law. You forcefully threats your customers. I really shocked

                              I was facing problems with airtel from last one year
                              2. Transfer from company to my name after submitting 3 applications and more than 2 months.
                              3. My number suspend during my ranchi visit even i paid by smart pay airtel refused to accept my payment than i paid immediate at ranchi store but my internet was unavailable during my ranchi visit approx. 15 days.
                              My internet data was pending more than 600 gb now crossed more than 2000

                                For last 3 months i am visiting airter center for post to pre migration. But till date it is not done

                                Initially visited sanpada to give req. The center closed in two days

                                Then i had visited vashi airtel center for post to pre migration last month wen my bill generated on 9th oct. Airtel executive asked me to visit on 15thoct and wen i visited on 15th they said they can only do this online on 9th and tried to change plan. And reduced my free mins and also did not add the data plan.
                                And asked to visit 9th nov. Now i hve visited thrice, either they say server is down, bill is not updted nd directng to anoter airtel branch

                                And the server remains down in their chembur branch

                                Most pathetic service experience i had with airtel

                                Neither they have waived off extra charges.. And nor migrated.

                                I would prefer to switch my no. To idea

                                    Myself deepak kunar... I upgraded my airtel sim from 3g to 4g but problem is that after that no otp is being received on any transaction... It is alot of transactions problem.. Message came that after 24 hrs.. Message facility will work but this is not working.. How to solve this problem.. So it's my request sir to solve my issue as soon as possible... I have to pay different bill's and also to transfer money.. For that otp is a must.. I cant wait for long

                                      I just ported my mobile from other service provider to Airtel with unlimited calling pack of 495 Rs for 84 days. One day I tried to call somewhere for tracking my policy details. Suddenly airtel deducted 1rs/ minute money from my account and call automatically disconnected.

                                      I talked to airtel customer care and they said that unlimited calling means you need to call only on mobile and landline numbers. Apart of these numbers, you have to pay standard charges. This means, I have to recharge my mobile again and again to talk to numbers other than landline and mobile. Airtel is totally misleading consumers in the name of 'unlimited pack'

                                      This is completely misleading information regarding pack 'unlimited calling for 84 days'. However my previous service provider allowed me to call anywhere within India with this same unlimited pack.

                                      I strongly NOT recommend anyone to switch to Airtel like I did. Surely I will switch back to some other service provide from Airtel after 90 days. Please please NO to AIRTEL.

They aseked me to dial *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity. Now I am not able to do any outgoing calls...
