I had subscribed for 6 month airtel broadband connection. Airtel team somehow changed it to 12 month and asked me to pay 5700 more. After raising the complaint 3 months ago no one fixed the issue but closed my ticket. Now they have disconnected my internet. On raising it with team. They agree that its fault in their system. But noone is willing to fix it

    Recently moved to dubai and from past 2 months using airtel international pack.

    I recharged international package for 3997rs on[protected]
    Prepaid provider: airtel
    State: karnataka
    I am not able to make calls.
    This is happening second time
    I wrote mail to customer care but no response.

    I got recharge successfull message too. Neither am getting incoming calls nor i am not able to call india number

    Hoping they resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Sir, i got lot of wrong calls and missed calls to my airtel number. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number for the last three months. Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible.

        I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 8 years - no problem. Suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on oct 31 even though i have that balance as 80rs.
        We have dialed *121*51# as instructed to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so we recharged for 10rs without any guidance.

        Now my account balance is 90rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...

        Even incoming is going to get blocked on 14th november.
        Please help me to resolve this.

        I also faced this problem . So i applied for porting. Then customer care executive called me and told you have to recharge every month 35 rs. Its good to switch other network rather using this.

          My airtel outgoing services got expired yesterday (10/11/2018). I have nearly 26 rs balance on my phone and use it quite frequently. Despite that it got expired and it says incoming too will expire on 25/11/2018. Could you help me resolve this issue. I want to know specifically how to again revive my outgoing services. Will recharging now help to renew the services?

            I have used the airtel for last 10 years so far. Yesterday suddenly i got the message that outgoing calls have expired inspite of having more than rs. 800 in balance! I am not able to do any outgoing calls. I can see that there are other complaints with the same problem and this is not just my complaint but that of many others. I am not sure why airtel has resorted to this blocking of outgoing calls for customers with existing balance forcing them to pay more again for making calls. If you dont fix this, you are going to lose one more customer permanently.

              I'm using airtel sim card since a long time and never faced such kind of things but now all of a sudden airtel messaged me that my outgoing services would be stopped on 11 nov. However i'm using this sim regularly for calling and messaging and also have a recharge of rs. 102

                I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid connection using net banking. For 2 times my balance deducted but recharge has not been done. Then again i tried to recharge the same way, i found one thing, the payee is citrus payment solutions pvt ltd. So, i didn't recharge my phone. And i tried to recharge from there site only www.airtel.in. i lost around 400rs ………...

                    Dear sir, i have recharged with airtel 2 months back with rs 399 pack through ivr. It has 84 days of valliedity. But now they deducted 399 balance on my number and activated new pack without conserning me. I don't know when it was deducted. But current pack still have 12 more days of valliedity. So please ask them to refund my balance. I don't want to continue with airtel. My number is: [protected]. They cheeted me. Please help me sir. This is not faith. Custemer service representatives are not responding well. So please help me sir.

                    they are not ready to give my money back. please ask them. without giving any info, they activated pack on my number. current pack still running. please ask them

                      Dear sir/madam

                      My airtel sim [protected] of tn circle had a life time validity when i purchased it about 3 years back. But had received a message that it is ending soon. Please let me know what i should do increase the expiry time.
                      If not possible as to how to get back the amount in the sim. Is it possible to transfer the money to another airtel sim in my name [protected].

                        Im not able to recharge my airtel no. Since 2 months from online on their website and also from apps like airtel (Their own) or paytm or amazon pay. I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. Since then i can't recharge. I can only recharge from airtel store but i don't find time to go always because of my office (What in the case of emergency?) and why do airtel cant provide free of charge to call customer care. What is the logic when i can't able to recharge and having no balance how can i call them. No doubt, they wantedly doing so that i go back to post paid. It's better to port my no. To other network. Lodged complaint almost 20 times but no use.

                          Airtel stopped out going validity of calls though there is sufficient unlimited talk time and compel customer to buy their smart pack to revalidate for prepaid sim [protected]. They don't accept rs.10 pack of talk time to revalidate. They have not given reasonable opportunity to switch over to new procedure which is though arbitrary in that airtel failed to discharge their obligation after receiving consideration and there is expressive negligence as service provider.

                            I am using airtel landline number with broadband services .I request you cancel my connection as my landline is not functioning from last 3 months. No response is received from your side since then. I here by inform you that now onwards i am unwilling to pay any rent or charges. I am exhausted calling airtel customer care.

                              I have used the airtel no [protected] for last 12 years suddenly i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 9th nov even though i have that balance as 90rs.                               This complaint is marked as resolved but I got to know on clicking *121*51# today that incoming also going to expired on 24th Nov ...
                              This is not at all fare...u could have inform the details on which topup the both outgoing and incoming will extend the validity.
                              I also face the same problem. Restricting validity for existing customers who already have unlimited validy is a bad move from the company
                              Soon airtel will have to pay for such kind o[censored]nethical and customer unfriendly terms and condition. All the customers will move to a different service provider. I am going for MNP.
                              Same problem here. My outgoing validity was stopped a few days ago, I recharged with 10 Rs. again, outgoing started for sometime but was stopped again and I was getting messages that my incoming will also stop on 18 Nov if I don't recharge. Now on 19th Nov, both incoming & outgoing have been stopped despite having balance and unlimited validity. Contacted customer care on email, but they have not given any meaningful response, only that I need to provide more info and call them
                              HI ! Same issue here my airtel outgoing is going to expire on 30th nov 2018 & i really not finding any way to extend it just few days back its shows lifetime validity around 2036 & i am a genuine customer of airtel from last 8 years. but, now i think it's time to migrate to vodafone, jio, etc

                                I have been using airtel for past 10 years. Last week, i got one message regarding outgoing calls expired and need to recharge for some plans, even i have main balance of rs. 15.97. Yesterday, i have received one more message as incoming calls will expire on 13-nov, 2018. And again received same information to recharge some plans as received before.

                                Kindly help on this issue and provide valid reason for validity expiry.

                                  Hello, i have recharged for 4g pack amounting to inr.399 through online on 1st nov'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. I hve called customer care they told me that the amount will be credited in next seven days and told me to recharge again so i recharged again on next day (2nd nov 2018) through shop and it got successful. But till date the amount got debited from my account for my first recharge not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 10 days got over till now and i'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest for these periods. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. And i already posted a complaint about this issue but till date i didnt get a single response from airtel. Try to be a customer friendly.                                       airtel gallery complaint regarding porting

                                      Hi,
                                      When i went to the airtel gallary near me, they said that i will have to recharge with minimum 250/- only then port in is possible.

                                      I said i just want to porn in. I'll recharge later. The guy said they have to enter the plan while porting in.

                                      I then gave him 500 rs for 90 days plan. He said i will have to call him to activate the plan once porting is complete.

                                      The porting completed...

                                      On 9.11.2018 i have recharged rs, 222 and amount deducted but recharge not mobile [protected] kindly look into this matter and do needful at the earliest and recharge my phone as early as possible. To what i have to do to make my recharge done to the mobile to whom i have to approach for necessary help in this regard and kindly advise the concerned to do the same at the earliest. Thanks
