My sim card with airtel has been suddenly deactivated without prior intimation.
I was regularly using it and had also recently recharged it with a 3 month package.
This number was linked to important documents of mine, therefore airtel has damaged me creating a lot of troubles.
It has been told to me that i had to handover my documents to the airtel shop where i did the sim card even though i had never received any intimation from airtel. I went to the airtel shop and handed over all requested docs, but their manager mr. Mahesh s. (Nungambakkam branche - chennai) told to me i wouldn't get back the number even though i handed over the requested docs. Moreover this person had an extremely agressive and violent behaviour towards me, he completely lost his selfcontrol.

    I got sms 1 hour back "thanks for using bhaktisagar portrait" and rs 20 has been deducted from my account balance for the same. I have not sent any request regarding that and this has been done by airtel without my permission or request. Tried to reach customer care executive since that time but to no avail. This is totally wrong. I want the deducted amount to be credited back to my account balance.

      I would like to share my experience with you people that what i felt after complaining for my internet services from airtel. I had been told by the airtel customer care executive at around 01:06 am on 01/11/2018 that a slot between 09:30am to 10:30am on 01/11/2018 is empty and we will send a service engineer to your place. No one visited my place till 11:00 am and when i called up the service engineer. He was not aware that a complaint was lodged and he have to visit my place. Then i called up the customer care for airtel and talked to the executive she also don't know anything and so i talked to her senior who was trying to convince me that the slot given to you is not for the technician visit although it was for the airtel to start working on my issue. I have uploaded the messages which i received after lodging my complaint. My cctv is connected with the internet service and i could not view my cctv in my phone and i could not excess the clear position of my residence as far as cctv is concerned. So i had applied for the disconnection of my services as i don' t want to continue with this kind of behaviour from such a reputed company and will report this matter to consumer forum.

        Dear sir,
        I am using airtel 4g services since last 03 years without any disturbance.
        Now i was living in mettugadda, panchayath nagar colony, mahabubnagar district of telanagana state since[protected]. At the starting date to till now i can not received 4g services in single point in 24 hours.
        I was complaint booked many timed and explained. Till now no result.
        I request to you kindly provide 4g service in single or two points in my location.
        Because in my location, bsnl. Idea, jio, other mobiles are i am using, there is no disturbance from their network till now.. Form their 4g services. And also they are working in single digit 4g service without any problem. And i also not complaint to you since last 02 years in this issue.

        Sir, i request to you, kindly return my service period amount (Calls)&data 4g service to change other network portability from today to end of my date december first week 2018 in airtel 4g service.

        If you interest to loss a airtel customer, by your unsuccessful to provide 4g services to me, in my location in district head quarters in telangana state. I should complaint to trai and indian consumer forum on behalf of not providing 4g signal in 01 point at my home.

        Please solve the problem as earliest, kindly provide 4g services to our airtel customers 24x365 days without disturbing.

          This morning (02.11.18) i received the following sms from my service provider airtel stating " thanks for using games world pocket. You have been charged rs. 20/- from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789
          I never used the said game nor did i opt /ask for the same.
          I would request the service provider airtel to immediately refund the deducted amount and make sure it is not repeated again.
          Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

            Sir, my number is [protected]. My number s lifetime validaty prepaid sim but in my balance check it shows my outgoing validity expairs in 2 days. I was not able to catch customer executive to raise complaints. Please let me know why i'm getting this expair information as i have lifetime validity. Please give the customer executive number to get more information

              I choose to upgrade my airtel postpaid plan to avail 4g services. But the network is too slow. I tried fr rom my home as well as office, where the coverage is shown as full. Really disappointed with the service. Being an airtel user for the past 12 years, now i was being forced to switch away from airtel.
              The maximum download speed was less than 2mbps, which is too low compared to other 4g service providers.

                Hello,

                As per the conversation on 1/11/2018 at 3.30pm with mr. Abhishek, mobile number of (Ndnc) [protected].

                I am dealing in real estate firm goodwin landmark. I had got the customers from local web sites market like olx, quikr, magic brickes, 99 acres.
                I am calling the customers and than chat with them on whats up, and sending sms, message of my office address and schemes of plots.

                In this i never send sms messages directly to any of dnd or ndnc customers. I am only sending to the people who want my office address.

                I am actually using my personal number not for any commercial usage.

                I would be using this number for long time and i was not knowing for such activity.

                I was not sending any unwanted sms message to any of my customer/friends/relatives.. I am sending them sms message only for my office address and not any illegal activity.

                I would be requesting to active my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] as early as possible.

                I will not do any sms message or call to any of my customer onwords.

                Please see the attached images as of now i had send the sms messages you will not any illegal or unwanted message not send by me.

                  Despite having registered for dnd vide registration# i[protected], i'm getting numerous marketing calls. I tried to raise a complaint in airtel web site, it always ends up giving a message that due to some internal server error, the request can't be processed at that time and to try again.

                  Can you please look into this?

                      I have been using an airtel prepaid no. [protected] since last two to three years. On 31.10.2018 this no. Stopped working. I consulted the airtel store located at jagdeopath, patna bihar on 01.11.2018. It was said by the staff of the store that your sim has not working and new sim will have to take for continuation of prepaid number. A new sim was issued to me by the airtel stores after taking the documents, one colour photographs and fee of rs 25/- against sim. My no. Has not be activation till now. And due to non-activation of my number i have already suffered a lots of problem which could not be ruled out. After no response from the service provider as well as from airtel stores for activation of my prepaid no. I am registering a complain for redressal of my grievances at the earliest.

                        Whatsmob, i don't know what happened... Airtel just deducted rs. 35 for whatsmob... Which i don't know what it is.
                        They keep it doing every time...
                        Their company should be shut... I am just so offended by what they are doing...
                        They are just looting us customers...
                        Once they cut my 99rs. Plan for a month in just 10 days. This has been going since so long but this should stop.

                          Today airtel sent the following message and debited rs.20 from my balance.

                          Thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789

                          I did not register for any such services. Airtel is cheating its customers and charging for services not subscribed.in this way it is wasting the valuable time of its customers. So refund it at the earliest.

                            I am a post paid customer and have been using airtel post paid connection for last five year. I have been facing a lot of problems ever since i got my post paid connection ([protected]) started. I have given lot of complaints as well. (Call interruption, call tapping, poor billing system and the like). I paid my airtel bill always in a prompt fashion despite these problems every time. Of late, i felt that, the problems with airtel post paid is not getting sorted out permanently so that it is better to switch over to pre paid connection. I approached customer care executives for necessary directions and they in turn told me that there is no problem for converting a post paid number to prepaidlife time connection without changing the existing number. They rightly explained to me the procedures that i got to follow for the same.

                            But, contrary to my expectations, when i approached the local airtel outlet here in vasco goa, there is no airtel outlet to do the conversion. As i already paid my postpaid bill so plese convert the sim.

                            I request you to sort out my problem expediently

                              In our area we were getting good speed of internet 4g/3g but from some days the speed is decresed and downloading and uploading is very slow so many o[censored]s are dishappy in our area who are having airtel sims. We are not getting good speed to watch a live streaming or while opening websites. The 4g network is very low in our area sometimes there will be no 4g network and 3g is also slow and we are dishappy to use airtel 4g network...

                                Earlier i was toping up in my balance account with amount of my wish. Now recently i found they are asking me to browse the recharge showing various pack. I am confused as the pack for balance account and data pack gives unlimited call aswell as data for certain period of time.

                                I have paid for rs219 a plan in my account but it is not still depicted in my account balance.

                                  Hi airtel team,
                                  I have asked for a airtel broadband connection in october 1st week. I made my payment of 4800 through online. Due to some technical issues, airtel connection was asked to cancel.
                                  The customer care called me and told the money will be refunded in 9 days. It's almost a month i didn't get my money. The person whom i called to taking up connection is not responding to my phone. How will i get my refund. Please take serious action. This is totally not acceptable.

                                      I woke up this morning and saw this message where airtel has charged me rs. 20 for buying some game. Airtel now falters to such low level of cheating people is insane and really obnoxius. When i called the custome care... Mr. Nafis qureshi (Thats what he named himself) was rude enough to let me know that how could airtel deduct money if i have not made purchase. He said i nade a purchase on 7:30am that day. To my fair surprise i woke up at 10 am that day.

                                      When i retorted to mr nafis he said ok he will credit back my 20 bucks and requested me not to inform about this if i get any calls. This is a corruption on a new level.. Shame on you airtel.

                                      Its not about mere 20 rupees, its about how it has been deducted. It makes one feel really cheated and even more cheated when the airtel customer executive justifies that cheating and blames you for something you never did.

                                        complaining for debit freeze account of airtel payment bank

                                        I have already submitted my pan number in airtel payment bank. But till i cannot able to send mone from airtel payment bank to other bank so that i am facing a huge problem. I am very worried about that type of very poor service. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged if you help me by giving the solution....
