I am a new airtel customer. I book the wifi connection on online (Airtel.in).
When i book the connection 1 guy came and tool documents and money and he said next day only he will provide me the wifi connection. But now almost after 3 days they did not provide me the wifi connection yet. I try to call customer care they are also not ready to take the complain. I book the connection from [protected] number. And my payment txn id:[protected]. Cef no: 80180259. I am really disappointed with this kind of thing. I will never choose airtel again.

    Dear sir,
    Since my airtel digital tv set off box fails to give a signal (I. E,. It shows red light instead of giving a green signal).
    False communications done by airtel customer care executives:

    1) so, we made a complaint regarding it with airtel digital tv customer care on saturday to close such issues but on sunday i received from one among the airtel employee stating that by 13.00pm on sunday we will report you in your area to close such issues but never happened on the day.

    2) when i inquired over phone regarding complaint mail id they provided [protected]@in. Airtel.in (Which is bouncing back).

    We made complaint again through by mail to [protected]@airtel.com and over telecom. We received technical person mr. Sathish to rescue the fault on 05/11/2018 with ref no.82402160. We found after his service only the sun tv is telecasting. We disappointed only with that channel for the whole day on 06/11/2018 then we made complaint and spoken with madam pallavi (Cce) regarding the issues happened. She promised me to close this telecasting issues by the day. She also given a assurance of sending me the reference no. To my mail id but my efforts all put me in vain. Now, am ready to disconnect the airtel digital tv. Kindly arrange some technician to uninstall the connection and please refund our recharge amount made for six months.

    Note: i never received any reference no. For the complaint made on 06th nov 2018. I ever expect such worst service from airtel

    The customer care officer leaked my information someone which always my locked sim card reported my sim card stolen.He was second time blocked my sim card. He was abused me that boy work in customer care office of Airtel

      I had the airtel connection very weak (15kbps).. I had called for airtel customer care number (198). Initially they pick my call and accept my request. But they didn't process my request. But now they simply refusing my call i can't use my network with comfortability.. (Area kaattupalayam, tiruppur). But when i try to port my number then only they called me and requested not to port my number. But no actions taken. They are kidding me. They want only customers. But they don't satisfy the customer needs. I want a good connection or cashback my last recharged money (149 inr) number ([protected]).

        I took this number[protected] almost 5 years ago.

        When i took this number, it was life time validity number - i have recently recharged and i have balance of rs.94. Still services are deactivated.

        I have connected this number to my banks and other emergency services. Disconnecting this service will affect me badly.

        I wont use the phone like youngsters and i cannot be forced to take unwanted data plans or unlimited plans. I want to continue to use on pay per use basis, the same basis on which i took the phone number.

        Please do the needful to activate this service.

            My air tel mobile no was [protected]. Long back i decided that i have to leave from airtel so one month i did not use my mobile no so they stopped my service. After two month they called me and said that you have to pay your pending bill than only we closed your no so i went airtel galley and paid my pending bill. After that they given me assurance that there will no more bill from there side, now this month i received again that bill which i never used. Please cooperate this. Airtel is such mismanagement company.
            Please stopped the bill i will no more paid nothing from my pocket

              I converted my telenor number to airtel 4g on 6th november 2018 and got the number recharged by rs149. The number started on 7th november 2018. Internet and calling are all ok but sms service is not. I'm not getting any sms on my number and even can't send any sms. I've unsuccessfully tried manier times to contact customer care executive. Now the ussd *121# is also not working

                  My airtel 4g hotspot is not switching on since saturday evening[protected]. When i contacted the support services team, they asked me to visit the nearest airtel store. I had visited a store in patia, bhubaneswar today (Since it was close on sunday); however they could not help and told they don't have hot spot device and purchase order has been placed for that.

                  I again contacted the support team on phone, but they told airtel store can help as the issue seems to be a hardware one.

                  How to fix this now.

                    I am a airtel fan.in my house we are using 4 airtel sims but in our village and near our village we dont have a 3g network also and 2g also not working properly, not even wattsapp msg is not going. So not only me whole village is facing problem. I must suggest that in this competition world plz provide a good network in village area also dont only focus on cities. Now in our village we have jio network with high speed internet and i also purchased and using it. So plz upgrade your network otherwise everyone will change to jio. And it is my humble request from a airtel fan plz take it in positive note and provide me faster solution. Thank you

                      "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
                      I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it.
                      I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
                      Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                      No resolution till date .!!!
                      I have successfully completed online banking transaction of 448 to Airtel, I also have the transaction id. But Airtel has not recharged my number. Airtel has failed customer satisfaction. Still IAM yet to receive sms.

                      The recharge was done on 29th October 2018. I need my money back or do my recharge.

                        This morning (06.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
                        "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
                        I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.

                              A service has been activated on my mother's prepaid airtel number for which they have charged rs 35 each week, so far 31 times. Which means they have simply deducted rs 1085 for a service i never activated, nor any permission was taken from me. And this is not the first time airtel has done this. It has happened to me on several occasions, as well as to my friends and family. But this time it was the limit. The number belongs to an elderly person who never realised what she is falling prey to. Suddenly the account balance became 0, which is when i started checking what has happened to the balance when she already has unlimited plans active. I need a proper channel to escalate the matter. Airtel has been subscribing bogus services on prepaid numbers, without their knowledge and permission.in my case, that bogus service was supermodelclub. Once this is settled, i will make sure i switch to a different network and never have to return to airtel.

                                There is very big issue entered in the SIM, When i am starting the outgoing call it can not be able to send, It will automatically disconnected.the issue begins from 2 days.please solve my problem and fix it as much as possible

Very poor & unresponsive from airtel. We have facing problems last 03 months. But not resolve the issue. My mobile no is corporate connection & company paid all dues & submit to letter to airtel kindly convert to these number to our employee gajraj singh, we have submitted all documents, id proof & address proof by mail & airtel store but till now. Nothing response from airtel. We facing problems hourly basis without mobile no. But airtel sleep mode & not justified what problems to convert to individual name. These mobile no using last 05 years.

                                        I have been using Airtel mobile number (protected) for almost 10 years. This mobile number is linked to my Aadhar card, LIC, bank account, Tax return filing, business card. I distributed this number to my friend in India and aboard last few years. In Jan, 2017 I have converted from 3G to 4G connection and came to know the validity of the SMI is lifetime. Airtel verified my digital identity from given Aadahar card.
                                        I have come to China for my job from March, 2018 and kept the mobile on with me. I used to get my messages in China. In past few weeks, I did not receive any message to this number. Last week, I have checked the problem and surprised to know that Aritel has issued the same mobile number to someone else in India. I communicated to Airtel customer care. They informed me that they have deactivated my SIM due to no payment.
                                        From the tracking of my SIM, Airtel can easily find that the SIM is in abroad. Why Airtel was so hurry on issuing this particular mobile number to someone else in India. Airtel did not inform me about cancellation of my mobile number and did not sent any mail to my permanent address what is mentioned on my Aadhar card. I am in abroad. My private informations, including bank informations are going to the Airtel new customer who is using my mobile number.
                                        I have communicated and requested Airtel customer care to return back the same number to me many times. But they did not give me any solution for this issue.
                                        Please check the issue and help me to get back my Aritel mobile number.

                                        I have been using Airtel mobile number (protected) for almost 10 years. This mobile number is linked to my Aadhar card, LIC, bank account, Tax return filing, business card. I distributed this number to my friend in India and aboard last few years. In Jan, 2017 I have converted from 3G to 4G connection and came to know the validity of the SMI is lifetime. Airtel verified my digital identity from given Aadahar card.
                                        I have come to China for my job from March, 2018 and kept the mobile on with me. I used to get my messages in China. In past few weeks, I did not receive any message to this number. Last week, I have checked the problem and surprised to know that Aritel has issued the same mobile number to someone else in India. I communicated to Airtel customer care. They informed me that they have deactivated my SIM due to no payment.
                                        From the tracking of my SIM, Airtel can easily find that the SIM is in abroad. Why Airtel was so hurry on issuing this particular mobile number to someone else in India. Airtel did not inform me about cancellation of my mobile number and did not sent any mail to my permanent address what is mentioned on my Aadhar card. I am in abroad. My private informations, including bank informations are going to the Airtel new customer who is using my mobile number.
