I am a airtel user since 5-8 years but now when i had taken a new sim card of airtel network issue are more. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible so. I[censored] cant solve than i will port my sim.
What happend to this network earlier this was known to be the best in networks even my father use to tell to take airtel sim card. Please take care of your customers. We have other networks also but i dnt want to switch on other network. Because i love airtel. When i place a call never never i get it on one time i have to dial it twice. Again n again i have to switch airplane mode on because o[censored]r network issue.

I had recieved and for balance deduction but I didn't paid attention to that and now I am seeing that 20rs have deducted from my account 3 times

    Hi,
    I have been using postpaid connection over 15 yrs. On[protected] my sim got failure, i have contacted air-tel store near s2 perambur, chennai. They have replace new sim and they told within 4- hours it will activated. But, again they changed another sim on[protected] and told same things.

    My sim didn't get activated over 5 days. I have call to 198 and raise a complaint till now problem has not clear. My interaction id [protected]

    Very very worst services in airtel, they didn't know how to activate sim also poor customer care in airtel store in perambur...

    On[protected], 198 customer care MR arun( [protected] my interaction ID) told by 10 clock problem will resolve it. I have call around 11.30 and ask update in 198 again Mr chander kumar ([protected]) he told wait 24 hours ... they have cheating me i have record voice of MR arun and chander Kumar.

      Hi,

      I am using an airtel prepaid service since 11 years, before 2 weeks suddenly my airtel sim got deactivated, i had visited to the airtel outlet, at barrackpore, north 24 parganas. I had clear the whole story to them. After that they told me that to activate your sim you need to take a port paid connection worth 290 of postpaid bill per month and a verification that you are living in a concrete room building while i live in a common old style tiles using room top. I just need to know, how could they force me to take a post paid connection while i am having my all documents. The number i am using is my oldest one and important one but unfortunately i have to leave it. Now i believe that airtel is the biggest fraud telecom service in whole world.

        Hello sir/madam,

        The network is so bad for internet (3g/4g) and for calling. A second thing is the network is totally off/gone at the time of electricity cut off. Means the network totally depends on electricity. I don't know the nearest tower is using any options or not.

        The whole village is facing this issue, so on behalf of my village khanpur i am requesting to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks!!

            L received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
            "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"

            Though i never subscribe to this service. Even i did not hear about the service before. Then why they deducted 20 rupees without letting my knowledge.

            I can remember, airtel did this kind of cheating by subscribing to dialogue baazi on 21st feb, 2013. Now they again started it by the name of gamesworldpocket.

            Is not it a big conspiracy?

            Kindly stop the service and do not cheat people like this way.
            I want immediate refund of the deducted amount.
            Kindly look into the matter urgently.

              I went to airtel store in sector-120 noida, on 24-oct-18 to switch my postpaid to prepaid, paid my dues & did the required process & they told me that my number wlll start in 72 hrs. After 2 days, no network was there as my number was ported out of postpaid but not ported in to prepaid, so i went to another airtel store who told me to go to the same airtel store i went for the first time. I did the same, the airtel store team told me to wait for 8 hrs & after that when your number starts, do an frc & your number will start. I reconfirmed it from customer care executive. The next day, i. E. 28-oct-18, my number was ported to prepaid so i went for the frc recharge of rs 229. Even after the recharge, my number outgoing not started & is still in grace period. I tried contacting customer care executive multiple times but everytime they give an excuse like my number will start today (Which never did) or that wrong frc was done or go to the airtel store etc. I cant go to the airtel store again and again as i have a job to do as well. Please help to resolve this issue hassle free.

              Frustrated, I went to Airtel store once again on 30-Oct, they re registered my MNP request to switch to prepaid on the same day, & told me that outgoing will start by 31-Oct, which it did.

                Recharged wrongly two times the same recharge of 349 on 6 oct 2018 at4:50pm bearing transaction i'd[protected]and[protected]during first recharge i received transaction failes message..
                In consequent recharge i received two recharge successful message...
                I want either extension of validityor refund of rs 349 after cancellation of any of two recharges.

                  "dear customer, we have observed no usage for your airtel mobile from the past 30 days. To enjoy continued services, please make an outgoing call /sms or use internet from your mobile."

                  When i already have validity till 2032 and enough balance (inr 100) why do i keep getting calls and sms asking me to make a call/sms or use internet? It is annoying and irritating. Kindly stop this.

                    Airtel is offering netflix subscription for its members having postpaid connection with monthly rental of more than or equal to 499. I tried to avail the offer but it gives me error. I have openned two requests with airtel in last 1 month but both have been resolved without providing any solution and without giving any update to me. It is very irritating as whenever i call they tell me they are escalating the issue but i don't get any help. I have also sent them several mails but getting no reply there as well. I am using airtel for more than almost 10 years now and do not expect such unprofessionalism from such a big company. Screenshots for the error that i get in the app is attached. Also both the request number which have been wrongly closed. Please see that i get a quick resolution to my problem.

                      Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. [protected]

                      Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service

                        I have been using airtel post paid connection. Off late it has been noticed that when ever i dial a number, it first get connected to some random number and even without ring, someone already start talking. This happens invariably everytime and we have to cut and dial again to the correct number! And when we try to inform them, there is no place to place this complaint in their automated system. I am sure the connected calls are being charged.
                        This has been happening for past 2-3 weeks

                          I had recharged an incorrect pre-paid mobile number with rs. 448, and the next moment when i realized i tried contacting 198/121 which of no use, hence sent email to 121 as well as airtel presence with the correct number and transaction reference, but just got email as below:

                          Dear customer,

                          Thank you for writing to us. We’d love to help you with your query.

                          We’d need some more information. Dial 121 now to speak to your airtel experience advisor. We look forward to connecting with you.

                          Team airtel

                          When contacted airtel customer services, they were like call the person to whom the money was recharged and ask them to reverse it. Doesnt seem like proper option by such a company. I spoke to 2 executives on this and both indicated that they cant help. So my rs.448 is gone now.

                            Voice call is good nothing signal problem. But 4g internet speed very very worst signal and speed in outdoor. I notified the problem to airtel customer care in lot of time. And also airtel tower in near one kms. But not rectified the problem in last 1 year. My family are using airtel numbers. Your are not solve my problem i have oneway for network changing so sorry.
                            So please quickly speedup the signal at least give 2mbps

                                    I have brought an airtel 4g hotspot zte (Model : mf920v) from your airtel representative on 20 october 2018.
                                    But the very first day after my activation (24 october 2018) of the sim card (Phno:[protected]),
                                    It is not connecting to the internet & the speed is very very slow so that i can not do anything with that much speed.
                                    It is completely useless for me. So i need a solution to connect the device or i want to return this back and want to refund my money.

                                      1. I registered my complaints number 85419886 on 21 may 2018, 87010318 on 10 aug 2018, 79305016 on 8 sept 2018 on regarding internet isn't working, call dropped, voice isn't clear during calls.
                                      2. Airtel company charged almost double in monthly bills in family pack plan after many requests issue wasn't resolved. But after many complaints they waived something but i don’t know what they waivered
                                      3. My mobile number was suspend, barred during my discussion with appellate authority after assurance of payment. Evan my credit limit was above rs. 9000 and disputed bill amount was approx. Rs 1200, i paid all my bills timely in my previous history since 10 years.
                                      4. Without internet i lost my all official work, my son can't attend their online class. Can't use outgoing calls properly.
                                      5. After 22 september 2018 i can't use incoming calls i registered many complaints but result is nil.
                                      6. Finally i am not used internet data, suffered in outgoing calls, and can’t attend very important incoming calls on my official phone.
                                      7. I don’t know where is my previous balance data approx. 2000 gb which cost i paid.
                                      Please explain is this service? Can any service provider have a right to charge single rupee in this scenario until solve the issue. Are you above on law in india? Your all actions, replies prove you are on above law. You forcefully threats your customers. I really shocked

                                      Past problems with airtel
                                      I was facing problems with airtel from last one year
                                      2. Transfer from company to my name after submitting 3 applications and more than 2 months.
                                      3. My number suspend during my ranchi visit even i paid by smart pay airtel refused to accept my payment than i paid immediate at ranchi store but my internet was unavailable during my ranchi visit approx. 15 days.
                                      My internet data was pending more than 600 gb now crossed more than 2000
