Hi this is kavitha I have recharged for Data pack amounting to INR.399 through airtel website on 1st Nov 2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my money.Thank You

    Today (05/11/2018) morning i got msg which was delivered at 3:05 am says that “thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789”.
    And i have not used any services from long time.
    Pls. Refund my money.
    Or else there’s only one option to do port with other telecom operators.

      This morning (05.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
      "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
      I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
      I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
      Kindly look into the matter urgently.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Dear sir,
        Aaj tak maine airtel jaisa chor company nahi dekha hai ye jab purana plan band karti hai to pahle se chal rahe mobile par se bhi plan chori se hata deti hai aur complain karne par tal matol karti hai. Mera 193 ka plan jiski abhi validity 15 din baki tha use chori se hata diya aur data band kar diya jab maine customer care me phone lagaya to tal matol kiya ja raha hai. Taki samay nikal jaye

          I just received a message stating that due to some "Bhakti sagar potrait" service, Rs. 20 have been deducted from my Airtel account.
          I never opted for the mentioned service and no kind of approval was asked from my side.This is really bad on Bharti Airtel's part as they are just flushing people's money without any appropriate reasons.
          This kind of service was not expected at all.

                My airtel mobile stopped working all of sudden one afternoon. I am now getting 'no service' on my phone now although it was working perfectly fine in the morning. Called customer care and they told me that the sim might have gone bad and that i would need to visit an airtel store to replace the sim. How the hell does this happen all of a sudden? Why am i being charged for the replacement sim?

                  I recieved a sms saying thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789.

                  My money was deducted. I have never subscribed to anything neither i have heard about gamesworld pocket.

                  I want my deducted money back as soon as possible and i saw that it has happened to other people also.

                    Airtel has been charging me rs.120 to rs.150 every single month since dec 26 2017 for 4 sms messages while i am in the usa just maintaining my phone number & not using it at all. Infact, i am not able to use my phone in the usa & have not received any sms for last 2 years.

                    I demand that you stop this fraud immediately & refund me my money for the past 10 months

                        Recharged for ₹399 from airtel app
                        For 84 days data validity only 28 days data given...
                        I have recharged for 3rd time.. Earlier two times there wasn't any problem..
                        I contacted airtel customer care services they were also clue less...
                        I am getting cheated by airtel...
                        Who claim to be india's biggest mobile phone service provider...
                        They are cheats
                        Customer care service is also clue less

                        Airtel has deducted my main balance ₹20 two times saying it is for games and i don't play any mobile phone games...
                        Total ₹40...
                        The same has been done in my other number also for games usage...

                        There is a problem with airtel that's why i am complaining...
                        It is all hands in gloves in airtel...
                        Top to bottom all seems cheats in airtel...

                          I have recharged 65 rupees in myairtel app using hdfc net bank on[protected]. But amount deducted from bank not recharged. My number is [protected]. I dnt know where the exact issue. I could not identify. I even tried calling airtel customer care and not got a valid solution for this.                                 I am ritu sharma, student from damodaram sanjivayya national law university, gottivada, sabbavaram. We have a huge campus in which around 500-600 student stay and they are facing huge network issue with airtel as there are no network towers nearby, within or near the campus. Lot of signal issues are faced by the students every day. I kindly request you for installation of airtel network tower in the campus so the signal issues can be solved as soon as possible. Our university is situated in gottivada, sabbavaram.

                                  I received message that your outgoing gonna be stopped on 29 Oct 2018 and Incoming on 13Nov 2018. To continue the services please recharge.                                     My dad's airtel prepaid mobile has 900 rs balance in it but his validity has expired today. I couldn't find a single plan that would extend his mobile numbers validity for another year. Every plan is a rip off with very limited validity only. I tried reaching out to airtel but they did not resolve my issue. Instead they asked me to recharge another 1000 rs so my dad could enjoy using unlimited calls and 1.4 gb data everyday. My dad doesn't have a smartphone and he doesn't do much outgoing. But they won't listen.

                                      From the last one year, i am facing netowrk issues. At home the signal is zero. I have complained multiple times.
                                      Every time they told they are working on it.
                                      If i am at home inlost connectivity to outside world. I should have go out of my home to make or recieve calls. This problem is happening in hyderabad.

                                      Look at the below attached image for reference of network signal zero strength.

                                      I am totally dependent on home wifi (Act fiber).

                                        "thanks for using gamesworld-pocket. You have been charged rs. 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789".

                                        I don't know what this is and never used anything like this ever. I request refund and want to make sure this does not happen again. This is scary and very worrying that without permission how can my airtel mobile account balance is used for something else that i don't even know.
