This morning (27.10.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
"thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Above number is given all government and relatives. This is not correct. Please treat this is most urgent and reconnet allow outgoing calls.

      I have submitted the complaint against airtel in the month of may18 that i am not able to use the services for which i have subscribed for 4g services but at my location i hardly getting 2 g speed because of network coverage issue.
      I have been told there is not immediate solution for this, so i have given them 7 months but still they are not able to fix.

      And every i have to pay for 4g service.

      Even after notification, they haven't contacted me the only way they are contacting me when i use port sms.
      Its easy to port to different network but what about the money I paid so far, and they are not able to give the commitment.

        With regards, i want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with ni reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. Thisb thing was also happened with me in the past. Thos company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

          I have converted my airtel postpaid into airtel prepaid yesterday, today the verification done and message came the number is active after that i tried to recharge the number a 4 times (3times 249 and 1 time 199 from different payement banks and also from airtel money ) each time amt.deducted from my account but message came airtel declined the transaction . I tried to call the customer care and it said due to unsufficient balance it couldn't be connected . I tried to fill some top up but 1000 is the min. amt for topup . Please suggest what could i do to enjoy services as the way to active a number is so ridiculous, airtel must have proper guidelines to indicate some one.

            My prepaid mobile number is [protected]. Airtel has announced among others, a pack of rs 289 under which unlimited calls - local, std-and 100 sms and 4gb data are free for 84 days. I requested them to activate this pack in my mobile today 26th october morning but not done so far. I had sent a mail to their customer service also but there is no response till now

              I've been using Airtel number since more than 10 years, Airtel network is really poor in the place i live (Manjunatha nagar, Bangalore - 560010). I complained about this to Airtel customer care 2 year back and the network executive visited the place twice and went back saying the issue is received and they will contact after resolution. After 1.5 years, they called me asked if the issue is resolved without doing anything. I again told them that the issue still persists. Since last 1.5 months, the network has become even worse that i'm not getting the calls nor able to make calls.

              I should tell the Airtel add they provide now makes me even angry that it is "INDIA's BEST NETWORK". I rate this as Worst network at my place.

                I m a regular user of airtel i was found of it. But several time i quite but this time i wants to be a regular customer of you. I as a individual think that airtel can give better services than other network. I am failing to understand why they fail to do so. Since your person are not talking the concern of people seriously. They're regularly complaining but no one there to listen about the same. Kindly look into the matter of my problem. I have raised several complain about the same.

                  Now nobody not respond me and and not coming nobody is not come for installing net

                    My airtel 4g sim seems to not be able to register to "ind airtel" network and so, my mobile shows that it has no data sim, while on searching networks, "ind airtel" is one of them, as mentioned above.

                    This has carried on for 3 days now, while i have been using this sim for 2 years.

                    I have tried switching signal type to 3g, and also all the other trivial solutions, still any kind of help will be appreciated.

                      I have asked for child sim in faridabad which could not be delivered in 3 days. Since i was travelling to bangalore airtel staff told me they will get it delivered at my bangalore office address.

                      Its almost 2 months, this no. Is not added to my parent no. Instead they have sent a bill and following for payment.

                      Do i need to send legal notice?

                        I have been cheated by airtel dth. By seeing an online advertisement i have been ordered for a new connection. When i saw at the advertisement it is mentioned rupees 1690/- inclusive all charges (Tax, installation etc. After that i got a call from airtel and they said the same. But when the person came to our place charged 2000/-. Which was above the amount which they have mentioned.

                              Good day mr or mrs airtel.
                              This is to bring your kind attention that my airtel prepaid service deactivated without prior notice. Kindly note that this happened 2 nd time in this year.
                              I possess airtel prepaid connection, no. Is [protected]. Yearly 3-4 months i have to visit abroad as my work demands. So i was not using my airtel no. From july 2018. However i recharged my mobile no.in between to keep it active.
                              Yesterday iam back to bangalore, airtel service was available and i used it. Did call to other no. And call recieved as well. Yesterday that means 25th october, around 8pm i topped up rs 499 via google pay. Money is deducted. As soon as recharged, airtel my no. Deactivated. When i spoke to the customer care, your top up is there in the system, you just need to register your no. Because registration cancelled due to non usage for 3 months.
                              Today i went to airtel outlet which is in kamakya bangalore, they said not possible to get the money i recharged yesterday. Also same no. To activate takes about a week.
                              I demand you to reimburse my money which i recharged yesterday 499.
                              Or else u activate the no. From your end.
                              It's really hectic to deal with your customer care guys, don't know anything.
                              If registration cancelled how 499 rs recharge done. Why do you took the money..?
                              It's a worst service among all network providers.
                              Either you activate my airtel no. Or good bye to airtel.

                                I port my no into airtel from vodafone, on 19 oct 2018. My no was port in airtel 3 days ago, i pay rs. 495. When i was giving request for porting. After my no is successfully port into airtel. I go to the airtel gallery (Shree vaibhav enterprises, airtel relationship centre, shop no 6, trimurti arcade, lbs road, ghatkopar w, mumbai 400086) where i was give request for porting, i ask then to till today why recharge is not done. They said w'll do. I visit the gallery at 10.30am till rechrge is not done at 12.50pm.

                                I am sure you can take immediate action on this

                                  Writting this complaint after waiting for nearlly 60 days. I switched to airtel in march as i saw their advertisement about internet. On the 1st three months i am comfortable with airtel as i was getting good indoor coverage. Afterthat onwards i am not getting indoor 4g network coverage specifically in bedroom. When we raise a complaint they will reply like they have adequate outdoor coverage and speed. They always ask for time and never fixes anything. Airtel have bunch of idiotic customer executives, alwats copy paste same message on every complaint. I contacted nodal officer through email to know update on my complaint then an executive ask me actually what was my complaint. They dont even remember my complaint. Airtel open signal is another big way of cheating people. It will show excellent network in almost all places but in some places there will not even have a single network strength.

                                  I am not from a metro city but my place is not a rural area. Almost every other 4g users use jio4g because airtel cannot provide adequate indoor coverage.

                                  I feel like this is the reason airtel doesnt care about my complaint. I almost miss every calls due to the coverage.

                                  I have no trust in writting this complaint to airtel because they dont care about their customers. The only thing airtel care about is advertisement.

                                  I would like to file a complaint against the actress appearing on airtel's commercial for misleading people into a company that just needed money.

                                    Hi,

                                    I called airtel customer care to fix the dth issue (Signal error) in my entire society today. To which the executive responded that i will have to pay 150 rs service charge for fixing it. I told repeatedly that the problem is prevailing for my entire society however he didn't even listen to it and repeatedly told me that the problem will only be fixed if i will pay the charge. Why should i be paying it everytime as this problem occurs every 4-5 days. Airtel has made it a practice to generate money for them from these frequent complaints. They don't fix these issues permanently.

                                    In the rage of the call he took my disconnection request and disconnected the call. I was given no reference number of the disconnection on sms. When i called back again they told me the package can't be fixed as it is already broken.

                                    Hopeless and pathetic service attitude.

                                      I had two airtel sim connections in my name - [protected] & [protected]
                                      The second sim ([protected]) was lost/ misplaced a few weeks ago. Since i had the first sim for personal use, i did not block/ deactivate the second sim when i lost it.
                                      Today my first sim ([protected]) has been deactivated/ blocked. When i contacted airtel customer care, i was informed that the second sim was used for commercial purposes & so my first sim was blocked/ deactivated.
                                      I hereby wish to inform that i am still a student & have not used the second sim for either personal/ commercial purpose.

                                      My humble request to whomsoever concerned to kindly activate my first sim ([protected]) since i have registered the same for all my banking purposes & for personal use. You may check my call records of the first sim ([protected]) to confirm that i have used it only for personal use. Kindly consider my genuine request & activate my first sim ([protected]) at the earliest.

                                      I tried calling on the number ([protected]) given on the left panel of this website. However, when called, there was a message stating that the said number does not exist.

                                      How do I keep a follow-up with regard to the complaint I have registered?

                                        One of our postpaid numbers[protected] our company name paramount dataware pvt ltd i have made a cheque payment on sep 24which was debited in our account 2 days later on sep 26 still alerts continue coming no payment rec'd i have sent bank statement cheque number everything to them for the last 4 days 100 people have called and i am repeating same answers to them there is no solution to this after making payment within due date i am so frustrated geetha[protected]
