I port my no into airtel from vodafone, on 19 oct 2018. My no was port in airtel 3 days ago, i pay rs. 495. When i was giving request for porting. After my no is successfully port into airtel. I go to the airtel gallery (Shree vaibhav enterprises, airtel relationship centre, shop no 6, trimurti arcade, lbs road, ghatkopar w, mumbai 400086) where i was give request for porting, i ask then to till today why recharge is not done. They said w'll do. I visit the gallery at 10.30am till rechrge is not done at 12.50pm.
I am sure you can take immediate action on this
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
"Thanks for using GamesWorldPocket. You have been charged Rs 20.0 from your Airtel Mobile account.For more services, call 56789"
I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
