international roaming charge deducted automatically

I recently port in to airtel. I frequently travel overseas, this time when i landed in dubai a charge of 99 inr is deducted from my account, i have not activated any pack. While calling customer care they said it is automatic deduction and every time you travel you need to pay this amount for a month.

I need to deactivate this pack immediately and get my deducted amount back. Customer care girl directly said it is mendatory....

airtel fixed line broadband not working for a month

The fixed line airtel internet connection in my house has not been functional for a whole month. I have repeatedly called the local airtel technician in charge of these things to no avail. Each time i call, they say they will come to check it in two hours. Never turns up. On top of being poor professional ethics, this is an incredible waste of my time.

If this doesn't get sorted out in two days, i will cancel my connection...

airtel dongle

Very poor signal at my home of airtel dongal.. My area is vill ghuggar near ashia palace palampur.in the main area of palampur the signal is good but within 1 km the signal is very poor. I have perchase a new airtel sim and done the recharge of 599. But now i feel very bad. Airtel is a big brand but the poor network service is not expected. Kindly do the needfull or give me some suggession to refund my recharge amount i am thankfull to u....

unknown number calls

I'm receiving calls from unknown numbers on regular basis.
And even messages from punjab national bank
Of debit and credit transactions.
Which is not my account.
I have complained also about it over customer care.
But till now i'm still receiving messages.
Please take my complain seriously.
Spam calls spam messages.
Sometimes unknown number call and say is this praveen

airtel declined your recharge

poor network and call quality

I have been facing poor speed and call drop issue since July.
I have raised the issue till appellate authority but in vain. I am still facing the same issue and every time I get the same pre defined reply from them that the indoor quality is poor in your area. I mean do I have to sit outside to use internet?
If yes then why they do not mention this in the advertisements on TV.
They are looting the customer and on 4G network...

mobile operators

Hello,
I want to complain against airtel mobile operator. Bcoz i call a number from last 30 minutes but every time operator says the person u have call is busy... If customer have no signal or switch off then provide a right information but this is too much. But i have no words to say for telecom operators. Airtel is a well reputed company in india. But i can't understand how they do this type mistakes. U are not afford this....

I m calling the customers care last 1 hours and until I have no response from customer care. poor 4g speed and frequent network change to 3g

I am facing data signal issue in my home location and have logged a complaint in jun 2018. Airtel representative visited the location and agreed that there is a issue and they need to migrate the service accordingly. (Most of the time data speed is 1 mbps or even less). Since then following with airtel every week but no satisfactory actions till date. I even requested to escalate this complaint but not seen any progress. Thanks....

technical error regarding my number

On 26th august i converted my airtel number ([protected]) to prepaid... Everything went fine.. My number was working fine till yesterday when i received a mail referring to some unpaid amount and threatening to stop my outgoing... I went to the airtel store... They said there is some technical glitch which be resolved... Today morning suddenly my number is shown as a postpaid number with no plan or data... I am calling airtel customer care...
