My airtel account has been deducted twice with rs. 20/-each on 24.10.2018 and today. I. E. 25.10.2018 on account of prime zone which i havee never subscribed. I don't understand what is primezone. Please stop this type of deductions from my airtel account in future. Please look into matter and stop this deduction immediately also request you to refund nd rs. 40/-into my airtel a/c..     Sir,

    My airtel no. [protected] does not have network coverage from past 3 months. I have raised a complaint still in vain. I am missing all my calls as of which i need to carry two numbers with me. They are charging for the network which we are using and still unable to give better network. No one can hear me on the other end. I hope my problem will be resolved at the earliest

      I have been charged for rs 20 by airtel for a service called bhakti sagar potrait, and after talking to customer care executive they said its a game, i dint enroll for and game or service of any kind, its a clearly cheating by airtel, the balance got deducted automatically, it is a case of fraud and cheating. even customer care executive was very rude. They dint solve my issue.

        all channels are busy

        Anytime I place a local or std call, it says All channels are busy. I've been trying for a week now. I don't know why it offers free calls and doesn't allow to make a single call. I am sure the customer care has dealt with this issue earlier but they still pretend not to know about it. They just know to ask us to restart our phone ...like it will fix their network issues....

        Hi Team,

        I have Airtel D2h account from last 7 years. Customer Id is [protected].
        I have recently stop using Airtel from last 2 months as local service provider was giving me cheaper option. I used to get calls from Airtel Customer Care with different offers.
        Recently on 22nd October at 6:35 pm from number[protected] I got a call from Airtel Customer care giving an offer of 1199 recharge for 12 months for all SD channels which I used to have earlier. There were 2 commitments made and the same are issues which are not resolved.

        1. I was told that I will get instant 100 Rs cashback, if I recharge via Paytm / Airtel Bank. I have recharged via paytm and have not received cahsback yet,

        2. I was told that this package will contain all SD channels and I reconfirmed that is it atleast equivalent to my earlier package and I was given assurance that all Entertainment / News and Kids channel are present in this recharge. After recharge I found, maximum Hindi movie channels are missing, Z Business, CNBC Awaaz are missing.

        I am following on this with customer care and I did not find any response. I am duped by your customer care with commitments that are not yet fulfilled.

        Please help in resolving this on priority. Please call me if in case you need any further details here.

        I have raised different tickets in customer care like 82008486 and you customer care told be in very rude manner that we cannot do anything. Please check recording for this conversation also at date 25 Oct 1:55 pm.

          Dear sir, i'm using your telecom services so last long. Presently i'm working and staying at pashchat, arunachal. There is lot of issue about your network services. Out of 24 hours of a day it's hardly 3, 4 hours we got your smooth internet and voice calls. Othrs times it's very poor. My location is airport pasighat, towards football stadium. We are around 20 peoples using your airtel net services. Kindly do some needful so that we cane have a smooth network speed.

            Hi
            I have an airtel number which was working till last week. But now when i am trying to make a recharge for it, is mentioning number not valid.

            I haven't received any notification mentioning that the number will be deactivated.

            Can you help me reactivating the number [[protected]].

            My alternate number is [[protected]] if required for any further information.

              Hello team,
              As of first am a valuable follower of airtel i have three numbers with airtel and a hotspot nearly 4 numbers with me. Before i was well satisfied with their quick service and response and respect towards the consumer until i met these guys from santhom branch. Their names are miss lavanya she says herself as manager of that branch but she doest know how to speak with fraustrated customer. Mr soundar this guy is very interesting person will explain you as following. As of first i have enquired for the broadband connection in airtel website they have sent me miss lavanya number and she alloted soundar for our assistance he asked for our location where we need the connection we shared the location. He checked out and said there is no feasability. We gave up the idea of wifi as airtel is the best in wifi and we dont need any other service provider. Unexpectedly mr soundar called us back and said feasability is available for your area i will send you a link kindly make the payment our engineer will come and make the connection. As guided by him we made the payement of rs 5000 (I have atatched the screen shot of the payment also). Later as discussed the engineer came and he said sorry sir there is no feasability in your area i asked him then why they got money from me. He simply i dont know contact customer care. I had the number of miss lavanya i called her and explained everything she said okay sir your amount will be refunded within 24 days. Wait what the mistake is yours then why should i wait for 24 days if it is mine then there is a valid point for waiting 24 days. They are reason as company rules and some other reasons if mistake is mine you can follow yours rule but it is your then how come you people doing like this am totally disgusted with them. As a reliable customer of airtel am requesting management not for quick refund am requesting you to either cancel the branch license or dismiss that two person for misguiding us.                 There is a lot of weakness in the network of airtel
                By which we have to face very difficulty
                Here the airtel net internet speed is less than 2g
                So i request you to put an airtel tower here.
                I have some free land so you can put a tower on it too. If you want to strengthen your network, then you can install a tower here of your network
                Because of which you will get hear a lot o[censored]sers here
                Because the speed of any network is not right here of any network like idea jio vodafone etc.
                We have land of the courtyard where you can put towers you can come here without any difficulty, you can send your team to confirm the land of my own. Which is about 8000 square feet

                  My number (Protected) has recently been disconnected, after further discussion with my airtel provider i have been told that it was due to a call made to a dnd number from my number.
                  I have been through the call logs for my phone and there have been no such call made to any unknown or known numbers who much have dnd.
                  I am working for a great company named akamai and would not make calls regarding icici per the information given to me.

                  I would appreciate if you could help me with the same as this seems like a fake act towards my number.

                    Dear airtel!!

                    For your reference I have mentioned your terms below. It clearly states accidental damages are covered and what do mean by collision of the insured product with any object. Kindly note that this is an insurance for phone and not a vehicle. How can the phone go collide with any object without being dropped or slipped. Accidental external means, How do you coin such terms, How can a phone be subjected to external force. I honestly feel you’re evading your responsibility and taking me for granted. Your contention is baseless. I strictly adhered to the the guidelines issues by your policy as per point 2.3 and 2.4. You’re going against your own policy guidelines. If this persists I will take the next step and approach the consumer forum. I however expect an amicable solution. Kindly do the needful and process my claim as I do not want to drag the matter anymore than it already is.

                    If I have paid for my insurance then it should serve my purpose. The phone is an expensive one and that's the whole point of having insurance for it in case of any damages.

                    2.3 This plan covers accidental damages and/or Liquid damages to the insured device.

                    2.4 Accidental Damage means Physical or Liquid damage to the Insured Product due to drop or collision of the Insured Product or any object falling on the Insured Product, caused due to accidental external means. It is that damage which occurs due to external causes that are not under the users direct control.

                      Sir i took a new duplicate sim card from new delhi on saturday. They said that it would be activated within 4 hours but on that day it was not activated. So i went to that airtel store again on next day. They again gave me new duplicate sim card but that was not activated also. So again on monday i went there again. Same thing occurred. They again gave me new duplicate sim card. That was also not activated. Thus they gave me 4 duplicate sim card. While calling to the customer care they told that everything is fine, going very well in their office but network is not available to me till now. I have complained a lot against this issued to the customer care but they don't take much interested to this problem. This sim card has not been working for the last 5 days. And this number is connected to every account i have. So you are kindly requested to look after my problem. But this number belongs to north east circle.

                        My airtel d2h connection (I. D [protected]) is not working everyday i used to call airtel to resume service, then airtel resume our service for a day and after that day services has been stopped.. And this problem is occuring from 19 oct 2018. Worst experience from this company (Airtel) i recharge my account with amount 300rs but am not able to receive service from airtel and your agents were not helping me properly and they put my call on hold every time and after that call has been cut by your agents and i have also all your call recordings thats it...

                          This is in reference to the mobile no.+[protected], abhinav uppal.

                          Request of deactivation for international roaming was done on 19th of september and safe custody on 29th september (All through customer care).

                          We have cleared the bill amount and paid rs. 200 for safe custody of 4 months and same has been confirmed by airtel executive.

                          I was suprised to see the bill of rs 1600, so i had a discussion with airtel supervisor neha and she advised me to send a mail regarding the same.

                          Request you to settle the amount and keep the sim under safe custody till jan as per the plan.

                            My cellphone fell down from my desk when i was working at office and it was buried under few paper sheet on my desk, unknowingly tried pulling out one document and cell phone went down and had damaged glass on front display.

                            Their silly rejection note said :

                            "dear chintan padhiyar,

                            Warm greetings!

                            We would like to inform that your request for device claim has been closed due to below mentioned reason.
                            Negligence"

                              Airtel is not providing me bill details for oct 17 till dec 17 stating bill not generated for unlimited plans. I got bill details from vodaphone for same period by paying nominal amount. Airtel customer service no never land to live rep. I have been trying to ask detail since april. Tried every level in airtel but all in vain. I am ok while paying the prescribed fee to airtel but i need details for that period.

                              There is temporary suspension on my airtel number since 3 days.I have verified my aadhar card in Airtel office and got a new sim with my old number.There is no incoming outgoing facility.Please do the needful as soon as possible

                                outgoing services stopped

                                My airtel number's ([protected]) outgoing services have been stopped. I am using this sim from last 7-8 years. I am not able to make any call from my sim. I could not make out why it has been done so. I have been using my sim regularly and recharging it on regular basis. Kindly resume the services and let me know what were the reasons behind such inconvenience....

                                At 5:30 in the morning i received a msg saying... Thanks for using valuepack. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789... I called airtel customer care n they shred their responsibility by asking me to visit my mobile service centre... What's d bladie logic... Is this the manner of behaving with customers by misguiding them... I haven't subscribed to any value pack and request airtel to kindly refund the money back

                                Receive error code -2 contacted to customer care on no.[protected] said have to visit to engineer and have to paid engineer fee. Channel showing description but picture can't see.why I paid engineer fee. It's totally company fault. Set top box is working.tv is working on same dish 1 connection is alos Working.                                   Originally bought a sim card in udaipur and was told how to activate it, dialling 59059 the next day, couldn't get service so could not make the call, messaged airtel on facebook a couple of days later and it took 3 full days before they could enable the reception of my sim, only after taking a full day to ring me.

                                  The sim now gets service but my prepaid coverage has expired or so i am told every time i try to ring or text, there is no data coverage.

                                  Airtel now are no longer responding to me on facebook and i really couldn't care whether they get the sim working or not as i am in india for 14 days, 7 already past.

                                  Just give me my money back airtel, your customer service is useless and it has taken 4 days to get any progress, your service is shocking, selling an expired plan.

                                    My story starts with requesting airtel for safe custody of mobile number from 16th july to 13th oct due to my being overseas. But when i returned back i found my mobile still not activated. On my personal visit and request airtel official at leela bhawan patiala did activated the calling but the data/internet could not be activated. On my visit again on 16th and 17th oct to airtel office for getting the problem solved, the airtel official suggested and sought to change the sim on trial basis. But sorry to say that in spite of changing the sim the problem remains the same. Data or internet still not activated.

                                    I have been requesting airtel official at leela bhawan patiala at phone no [protected] (3 calls) and [protected] (3 calls) but of no use. They are though marketing persons have no personal touch with customers and no urgency.

                                    Then i, while explaining everything, registered a complaint at 121 for activating my internet /data services. Complaint registered but asked casually to wait for two days but services have not been activated so far. I again requested 121 on 20 and 23rd oct for restoring the services but casual reply that my complaint is under process. Even when i approached 515 on 23rd oct the response comes that no complaint is pending. Even no response has been received against my email dated 18th oct from [protected]@airtel.com. What type of this working is?

                                    I approached appellate punjab airtel vide my email dtd 18th oct who replied "i would like to inform that your concern registered has been attended by our network engineers." my reply is "surprised rather aghast to note that concern registered has been attended by our network engineers. This is complete lie. I rebut this and confirm that neither the internet/data service has been activated nor any airtel engineer has visited the place or talked to me. I wonder how airtel a corporate have become so inefficient, helpless and technically poor that they are enable to activate the internet services of an old and regular customer."

                                    All aforesaid facts and figures will obviously confirm that airtel is not only serious to attend the customer services but further create frustration.

                                    I am sr citizen of 72 and unable to send messages or chat with my nears. This is the case of harassment by airtel. This is enough. I now finally request you to restore internet services on both the phones — [protected] and [protected]. With in a day failing which complete status will be intimated to newspapers for printing including facebook. I will shift to other service provider
