    Hi, this is santhosh my contact number is [protected]. Its got disconnected today by 11.45 when i call customer care they told me there was a call from my number to ndnc number as per my knowledge i do not call such unknown number.

    And i am facing too much of service issue when i call customer care i will not get a proper response your customer care people will say to visit nearest airtel out let and also when i visit the nearest outlet there also i will not get a solution again they say me to call customer care for the solution i don't know what to do, i am blank. I hope this mail will give a solution to my problem.

    If i am not getting any response or solution then i don't have any option i need to change my service provider.

    So, please check and do the needful.

      Airtel decided to bar my numbers based on a purported complaint about dnd violation. Without any warning or information.
      Now, when i have been following up on this with their ndnc team, they cannot seem to move beyond "share a documented evidence that the complainant registered his/her number to receive such communication". The problem is that we do not know who the complainant is, or what his/her number is. That information is not forthcoming from airtel's ndnc team.
      Till date, more than 10 email communications have been shared between us. I have given valid, logical reasons why communication with the purported complainant cannot be construed as unsolicited communication, but to no avail.
      What surprises me is that this incident is playing out where i am being punished without knowing details of the crime i am supposed to have committed. Incredible.
      Will someone from airtel's ndnc team be kind enough to respond? I am tired of receiving boilerplate email templates as replies.

        I tried to recharge my mobile using my airtel app for the amount 558, while doing this without any intimation and notification they have deducted the amount two times which is rs 1116,

        I tried to call airtel but you know how difficult it is to get connected after doing all ivr drama they disconnected my calls

        I got a message stating that they will refund the amount in 7 working days, what!!! 7 working days are you guys joking, please understand the pain rs 1116 is big amount for us.

          Airtel — wrong deduction of rs.20 for bhakti sagar portrait

          Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. [protected]

          Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

            I recently got ported to your company airtel... After receiving call from your customer care.. At that time. They were kind and humble to talk.
            On same name we have 3 numbers.. Bill was paid for two numbers.. As we received receipt of those two numbers...
            Some 4days back i received call from your customer care number is kajal.. As am busy in the morning.. I asked her.. Is it urgent to talk or we will talk later, she with out intimating the thing, she was goes on explaining the bill amount. I said we will talk later, and the response was so rude that she want to talk right away. When use the number, make clear the bill.. That was really rude.. This is not the way to have word with customer..
            Today same girl called and asked for same thing.. I informed her, which number is not paid call that number and inform.. She is asking me the number. And in fraction of second she called me back with same topic...
            I got pissed and said let me talk to your manager..
            And the manager response is 599key liye mey kya bath karu. Rakho phone..
            My concern is if senior was not bothered what customer want to speak, and the teller caller girl is to rude in talking..
            They saying they never forced us to port, u can port to whichever network u want. After paying the bill..
            Is this way customer recives respect, value for the money..

              My airtel phone no [protected] of state himachal pradesh pl stop and credit my balance back to my airtel sim account for self activation of inlogic games and gen x games without my permission and request.
              This is very poor service of airtel for me being a regular customer for the last 12 years.
              Pl resolve it i shall be very thankful to you for this great act of kindness.

                To whomever it may concern, i am keshav having a airtel prepaid number [[protected]] using it form past 8 years.

                Recently i have been facing problem is that my sim number has been barred by trai, because of this my number has been suspended temperorly by airtel.

                The reason for barring my number is not valid reason. My [protected] number is only for personal use i have never done any violation.

                Please help me out to solve...

                  Am using airtel 4g sim, suddenly the sim is not working from 10/22/2018 without any intimation. It got disconnected when am using itself.

                  Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                  All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                  I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible

                    I have submitted form (Converting post paid to prepaid) in the air store room in the surjapura raod on 28th september, then i have not received any call from airtel, then again i visited same store on 13th october and enquired about status, they said your forms were uploaded already, pay outstanding amount now, it will be converted in 24hours. I paid outstanding out, and received message saying it will converted in 24hours, nothing happened, then i wrote mails to 121, everyday i am receiving call from one escalating team, and they are acting like closing my ticket, today date is 22nd october, still not converted, i got headache by following with customer service, still not done work, my registered email id pratap. [protected]@gmail.com

                    And customer care is not going to call.

                      My balance deducted for ValuePack but i did't purchase anything . I got this message Thanks for using ValuePack .you have been charged Rs 20.0 from your airtel Mobile account.For more services, call 56789.This is an unethical behaviour they are doing.who is in the world gonna purchase their value added services .Last month they charged Rs 60 for gaming services .i have an android phone i can install different types of games and then play .This is just excuse to charge for anything in the name ValuePack.Stop this return my money .I have internet i can do everything .i don't need your ValuePack.

                        I had claimed my airtel secure claim on 24th august 2018, my claim was turned down on 18th september on the basis that i was not able to submit documents by 21 days after informing about the claim but the issue is that i had submitted the documents and also that i had tried to contact them regarding it but i was too busy in work as i was out of station and also that the connectivity here was poor. I am immensely disheartened with the insurance provided by airtel.

                        I've purchased a data pack on 7th October 2018 for 28 days by Rs
                        .109 but customer care sending massage that it will be expired with in two days, instead of your dayd of commitment of 28 days.pl. clarify why it is?
                        I had called one DND registered cutomer for insurance product who had filed a complain regarding my no. Due to which my sim had been temporarely blocked so please activate my sim asap.

                          My no is [protected] my current bill plan is 199 and1gb data for one month after 1 gb it will cut off automatically since i was not here iam not using this but the bill paying so iam not able to check the plan but this month i check why my mobile charge is so high so i check the plan it is 349 plan when i call customer care that lady said i change it in feburary no idea please do the need ful i need my earlier plan otherwise i has to change the connection.
                          U can check my connection it is past 15 years ago. Since ur service is very poor i did not cancel it mostly we dont have any range since it is an industrial area

                            I am getting no signal on my airtel digital tv i have complaint to airtel customer care on 15th of october 2018 they had sent technician with the no proper equipments and tools and according to me they have no proper knowledge about the this antenna and setup box they went then i again complaint to airtel dish tv this and they send again technician to my home but they also didn't do anything so that i can solve my problem after checking in all this send me my setup box is damaged but why didn't he repaired at that time when i call him in the same number keep putting up the call and keep keeping the call at hold they are doing mental has to the people.

                              I have been wrongly charged rupees 20 for using bhakti sagar portrait and the amount has been deducted from my airtel mobile account. I have not subscribed to any such plan. Please look into the matter. I demand an immediate refund. Please stop this service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

                              From last two week Airtel was debited from my account for activation of "MYGAMES" Services, without my knowledge/authrorized .Hence I want stop this service and return back my money.

                                My self faizan jamil, my airtel mobile num is [protected]. I am writing this mail to inform you that i have handset secure policy enable with my airtel post paid plan. I have submitted the claim as per policy but it got rejected stated i was late to inform concern team regarding accident.

                                My phone got damage on 12th oct late evening but due to some other work i could not inform airtel. First i have tried to submit the claim by 14th oct but due to some technical i was unable to do that i called airtel @ 198 registered an sr regarding error.

                                Next day i. E. 15th oct i got a call from airtel team and they told to try again as it might happened due to technical error. I tried again but fail to submit to submit as “submit claim” but was not enable.

                                After the support of airtel executive and lots of fail effort i submitted my claim on 18th oct at around 9: 45 am.

                                But unfortunately i got i call from airtel secure team and told that my claim got rejected as i was late to inform airtel.

                                Kindly look into above matter and help me to avail the benefit under airtel secure policy.

                                Do let me know if you need any further details from my end.

                                Looking forward for you positive response.

                                    On october 14, 2018 i just recharged 99 for 28 days unlimited daily pack recharge order id [protected].

                                    Again, i recharged – rs 399 on october 22, 2018, order id[protected].

                                    Currently my active plans showing 399 *active till 14 jan 2019. Where is my 99 plan and remaining 19 days?

                                      Now iam trying to make a call to the above number it has been switched off. Hence i request u to block my sim card for above number and try to trace out my mobile with the help of above imei numbers
