There is no network inside the house.in
Delhi universityy north campus you have to come our in open to talk on phone.
We are facing this night mare for last six months.

Moreover airtell doesn't care for their customers howsoever loyal he is. Recently i have been charged with huge bill and ready to resolve the issue.
Such an arrogance despite such a poor network

    Eros now service has been activated on my mobile number without my consent and i have been charged rs 49 for 15 days, leaving nothing in my balance
    I did not subscribe for such services and i don't understand why it was activated
    I want my balance to be refunded back immediately. Now this is not the first time, it has happened to me many times and that time it was a different service, i want a refund for this money as well, if not possible i demand an explanation and a promise so that it never happen again in the future. Please understand

      I have submitted complaints with respect to balance getting reduced wrongly about a month ago. Till now there is absolutely no response from customer care. I been recharging my airtel prepaid number. But the balance is reducing even though no calls are made. I recharged with 200 rs. But balance shows 2 rs. Please cancel if any pack is activated unintentionally. I had raised this issue preciously as well, however i was told that i have used 4g. But please refer to the attached file. I've never used 4g at all. This has been happening for past several months. Please restore the balance which was reduced.

        My wife is a subscriber of airtel for a few years (I don't know the exact number of years). She has subscribed to "myplan_infinity 1199_r" which entitles her for "airtel secure" service that covers customer's mobile handset against any liquid or accidental damage.

        On 3/october/2018, my wife met with a small accident at home itself and broke back glass of her mobile. We raised a case (Sr # 3605864) in airtel secure for the repair of the handset. On 10-october, airtel secure executive called and asked my wife consistently that when did she activated her phone and mistakenly she told them that she is not very sure but it may be april and the phone was a gift from her brother. It was her 40th birthday and she assumed that it is one of the gifts.

        The mobile handset was actually activated on 1-jan-2018 on her mobile phone and it was a gift for the new year from her brother. But airtel secure team rejected our claim stating it is second-hand phone because my wife told them that she activated in april and the same phone on the same number was active since january 2018.

        I called airtel secure again and i explained the same thing to airtel secure office shashank and they finally agreed to open a new case (Sr#[protected] on 12-october-2018. Now, new airtel secure office shekhar was coordinating with me (Brijesh shah, husband of harshna shah). I explained shekhar and shekhar confirmed that he sees that on the handset is activated on 1-jan-2018 on my wife's mobile number. He assured me that he will take it up with necessary authority again and come back. Now today almost one hour back, i got a call from sekhar again and he told me that because my wife mentioned that she activated the phone in april, airtel secure team has rejected the case again.

        Airtel secure and one assist team completely know the case and they know that my wife number was activated on the same handset since 1-jan-2018. And they are just using one innocent assumption against us and keeps rejecting our appeal repeatedly.

        We've provided all the documentation to airtel secure team and supported all along. But we are getting intentionally punished and harassed by airtel secure and one assist team.

          I received a message today stating that starstruck service has been renewed and being charged 35rs for 7 days. When at the first place this service i have never opted. I have recently moved from postpaid to prepaid and i never subscribed to any of these service. I want my money refunded and going forward i should not charged for the service that i never opted for.

            I had applied for porting my airtel postpaid no. [protected] on 9 october 2018. Today morning at 2am i got a message that my number has been ported. I inserted my new sim at 7:15am today morning. It is now 1:12pm as i am writing this complaint and still there is no network. I have called customer care about 8 times and everytime they ask me to wait for longer as my number is already active. But there is no network. I cannot even visit a customer care center as it is sunday today. I tried checking the status of my porting request and it says status is pending address verification. This is the worst service provided to me.

                  Many unknown services has been activating automatically in my no. And i used to stop those services by sending stop to 155223. Despite all that, after some time a new service gets activated automatically and again balance deduction. Recently one more service has been activated automatically and i haven't deactivated it. I want full refund of all those services which are activated automatically and make sure that these services don't activate in future.

                    This is to inform you that i am a loyal customer with the airtel from past 6 years. On 11th october 2018 evening, my number automatically went on to no service mode. After contacting airtel multiple times on customer care and in store, they are saying that my number was not on network ever. I 've this number with banks and multiple social media accounts. Also, i am loosing my business as i am not able to contact people and people are not able to reach out to me. Everyone in the network have same number. My number is [protected]. Airtel says they dont have my number on record. Check my adhaar card details. I got this number linked last year. No one is listening to me. Please help me. I dont know where to contact. If you want to reach out to me, please contact at my dad's number [protected]. Please help. I am attaching the image of the last recharge. They say i wasnt their customer. I visited the sector 15 and sector 32 store in chandigarh.

                      Pathetic connectivity, be it voice or data. Ads claim to have 4g connectivity even in the remotest of the places, however even in cp which the heart of the capital (Delhi), the connectivity is ‘zero’. I would rate in ‘negative’ if the same was available on the rating scale. *pathetic* network!! Airtel - please stop focusing on advertisements and focus on your core functionality for which you are in the market. For me, as a customer - my experience is ‘poor’.

                        I am 65 year old pensioner and using airtel mobile number (I. E [protected]) from past 15 days but last 2 or 3 weeks company imposing value added services at me without taking my consent and regularly deducting my account balance. It is not the first time that the company did this to me it's been done by the company regular basis. It's my request to kindly look into this matter and get me refund my amount which was deducted from my account.
                        Also make sure this practice may not perform in future again.

                          deduction of rupees 20 from my airtel account balance.

                          Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c at 2:12 am.

                          Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service....

                          I have opted for rs. 499 postpaid plan and in the first month the bill is at around rs 500, but from second month onwards they are increasing the billing amount every month without any clarification and it had reached at rs.900. Most of the time i use wi fi connection and hardly use my mobile data.
                          I need to know how they calculate the billing amount and my detailed transactions history including everything.
                          And in case if there is something illegal going on there should be very strict action related to resolving customer complaints, their loss and punishing the culprit.

My account balance says rs 18 only. I tried to use the net services that too did not work. Could you please do the needful. This is the second time i am facing such an issue again..                                   My network work normally and then suddenly gone and the net was close. And the 4g network didn't work in 5 to 6 days and downloading speed is low too. And sometime the call is disconnect while calling. The range is show here but the network is still didn't work. There is problem also on downloading the downloading speed is 100 to 200 kbps speed so plzz solve this problem soon as soon possible

                                    Actually i am working in aborad so i using number as a post paid plan, actually i put my plan as rs.199+ international roaming pack-rs.149. But last month suddenly airtel provider change my plan from 199 to 299 without any inform. Suddenly i noticed in service provider application (Airtel my app). After that i complaint that told they are withdraw the plan rs.199 plan so they changed my plan to rs.299. But withot my knowledge how they changing.

                                    Actually this month (2-oct) i reached india used my internet in airtel.in my airtel app it showed 25 gb available (5 gb+20gb unused last month). But after 5 gb o[censored]sage my internet not worked. So i called customer care they told we raise compliant for your issue at 6-oct, i got next day call they told our side no issue of internet issue. But your 20 gb is available if last months that one is not updated so you call again airtel customer care and ask about your last month roll-over data's, so i again called and asked customer care they told roll-over data not possible to use because of your plan up graded 199 to 299.in that case not possible to use my data they need to give some reduction in my bill or atleast provide some data not happened that and they told i[censored] need internet data u need to upgrade 399 plan so u can get 20gb. I argued my unused 20gb and finally upgraded my plan 399. Because of emergency of internet. They told with in 30min u get internet. But happened another same internet not worked.

                                    So again called next day they told i consumed all my data's. But previous day i tried i not got data so i used wifi data.

                                    So again complaint they give complaint number and told within 20hrs it will solved but without the issue solved they closed my complaints.

                                    So again i called customer care and told all the issues they raised again complained and told today[protected] evening u get internet before 6pm. But not happened. But i got msg your complaint is solved and closed.

                                    I got very much angry because of i am stayed 10 days in india but only 3 days i used data. After that not able to used and only raised complaint and they are only closed without solved.

                                    So that i used another service provider data for nest days[protected] and i leaved india on[protected].

                                    I checked before leaving india (At airport i checked) but not got. Its very embarrassing about their service and customer support.

                                    Kindly please take action against this issue and provide some good response for me.
