Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice I am a customer of Airtel DTH (Customer ID: [protected]) . Once due to some technical problem, I lost display but registration of telephonic complaint at your customer care. An technician was assigned to address my problem.(SMS:Dear Customer, your Ref. no. 78877706 for Video Problem has been assigned to our Service Engineer NURE ( [protected]) for resolution. He will contact you shortly) .
He addressed the problem but offered me a plan that if I pay him RS 3400/- which I did. I can avail non stop service for 3 years.
After 1 months, my service got disconnected and complaining to the technician (pH:[protected]) .He refuses to address my problem.
Now I feel I have been cheated by Airtel and vow not to use Airtel DTH in future.
You are requested to investigate the matter and consider my grievance.

Updated by neel kamal jaiswal Neither Receipt of Rs 3400 is provided nor validity has been increased .For time being solution, temporary recharge of Rs 300/- has been activated .
How it was possible?
I am requesting you to return my amount to my account,
