      My airtel postpaid number is [protected], works at wipro infrastructure, thumakunta checkpost, none of my relatives - colleagues - friends are able to contact me, as most of my time, it will say not reachable...
      Suffering a lot for opting the airtel network, even after repeated complaints, no use...
      For just eye wash, one service engineer will visit, take the network strengths and tell us we will resolve the issue, but from the past 06months, the issue is not resolved,
      Most of my colleagues are facing the same problem and opting for the port to idea and jio,
      For the billing of 574rs, it is not worth even to pay 50rs per month...

        This sivaramaprasad (Mobile: [protected]). I have a problem with airtel signal and was reported many times from past 2years and 6months but no proper response. I really fed up with airtel network in our area. Service is not at all good. Why should they charge when there is no proper signal. Please help me to resolve it permanently.

          I select a channel. It is unpaid. Screen jumps up. You force us to read it. Screen waits for some time. Then it drops down. I press next channel. That too is unpaid. Cycle repeats to make us mad.

          Next.
          On the tv, a menu appears. You want us to go through every option painfully with incomplete information stuffed in.
          Then you show a channel in 1/3 rd screen, the bottom 2/3 rd filled with your adv stuff. You force us to press the backward arrow to get the full screen or else it comes on its own after a long night making sure that we have read the bottom. When this happens for every unpaid channel, popping up, stay there, do down, it is sickening.

          Enough is enough. Your earlier software was ok. Unfortunately i selected hd and you took back the old and gave the new, the sick set up ox.
          Finally, by delaying our search for channel, your force us to listen your screaming ladies trying to sell the bed. Your advts are planned in such a way that, you delay us and the ads starts screaming.

          Besides, limited malaalam channels for us malayalees.

          Enough is enough. I have quit and gone for tata sky., at this very moment. Never ever back to you as you are a customer dont care cheat.

            I always keep track of my data by data monitoring apps and my plannis of 1.4gb daily but it shows that u have used 100% o[censored]r data while my app shows only around 1gb.. Where the hell my 400mb data goes???

            I want to clear that i have cross checked the app (Internet speed meter pro) which is a very trusted app)" with my jio sim with plan of 2gb per day and they always msg me when there is truly 2gb is used..
            Also it shows 2gb in the app.

              I'm very much disappointed with the airtel network. I'm not even able to recharge on my number and also make international calls. I think it's useless, if the problem is not fixed within 2 days. I have this problem since last 1 months. If this doesn't get fixed, i will have to port to some other network then.

                I am in bangladesh from last 2 months and i am not able to register myself in international roaming network. I have already told your customer care executive to solve the same and he assured me that the problem will never happen again. Then he was generated a request number. But the problem is still in open condition.

                Balance :- rs. 200/- (Approx.)

                I am unable to register my network with bangladesh. And to complete the below trailing authentication i need an otp which is not possible because my network is totally nil.

                    I am using [protected] [protected]@99_unlimited usage (Vts) connection from the last 10 years (2008- till now). From the last two months i am facing problem of extra charges (Data usage). But my connection are o[censored]nlimited usage
                    Previous month - rs 180 extra + tax
                    Current month - rs 182 extra+ tax

                      Recently taking airtel land line connection[protected], i clearly told to that excutive person his name sandeep [protected] in the name of indbank merchant banservices ltd i want this connection he is asking my address proof aadhar card in that bill showing my name but company not accept this bill because of my name showing,. That time i ask to that person why your asking my address proof this is company connection not my personnel conncetion he say you dont worry madam, that connection showing comany name only. Finaly i want change the connection holder name i provide company all documents.

                        Your representative disturbed setting while static ip update and we are facing internet dis connectivity issues since last 20 days. We are following up on mail with atleast 5-10 reminders. Please help us to get it solved or let airtel get rid of our office and we will switch on to bsnl. Poor pathetic attitude. Only half hearted response with no solution. Very disappointing

The reason is I'm working in abroad and I was not aware of deactivation and I didn't get any msg that the number will get deactivated. please rectify my problem and reactivate it.                               I'm using airtel prepaid and presently i'm in international roaming since last four months. Sms are not receiving since last one week. I recharged for rs.100 and after few hours it has been deducted automatically without any notification.. When balance is availbale, i tried to call but couldn't. And incoming calls also coming.. Still unable to receive sms..

                              I have lost my contact as i had already request to send me the feedback for my call logs but nothing seems to be progess

                              When I get a call or dial a call it harldly lasts for 10 minutes and getting disconnected with 0 network signal. This is so inconvenient. I'm not able to tolerate. Planning to switch my network to other one. Please fix this issue at the earliest on a high priority note. Or else you will loose many facing this issue for more than two months.
                              I have ported my no to airtel and after some days my no is not receiving proper signal and internet facility is worse as only sometime showing 4g network but internet is speed is like 2g and sometimes receiving only 2g signal and sometime no signal at all.

                                My airtel no is [protected]. Its 4G network signal is full, However it hardly loads even google. I made a complaint to customer care last week, they assured me to solve the issue within two days and said that they will call to verify. Neither the issue is solved nor they have called. The company really sucks. I don't know what is the issue with this company and why the government is doing anything.

                                    Hi - i was using the number [protected] for the past 9 years and i had to be out of the country recently and i had international roaming enabled on it so that i can receive messages while being abroad at least. On 18-jan-2018 the sim was deactivated without any notification neither through sms nor email. They asked me to visit the airtel store to reactivate the sim that they had illegally deactivated. But when i went there on 03-mar-2018, they said that the number cannot be given, as i reached the store after 15 days of deactivation. Disappointed with poor service of airtel.

                                    It is being 2 days and the SIM card has not yet activated. Verification Agent has told us that the Airtel server is down and it is been activated by today.

                                    But my concern is why it was not communicated before when we went to the KR Puram store.
                                    Without my permission Airtel activated Indian Safari plan and deducted 45 rs from my balance.

                                      This is to bring to you notice about the services from your end viz., model maniac, ayurveda, comedy junction, sports which were enforced on my pre-paid mobile [protected] without my consent/request and surprising thing is it cost i. E. Service cost is instantly debited from the recharged amount. E. G. I recharged an amt of rs.100/- on 10/10/2018 txn id[protected]. Seconds later when i checked the amount it was only rs.32.86. I don't understand a reputed co like yours play such dirty tricks with its customers like without taking consents starting services, immediately debiting service charges. Since there is/was no request from my side to start these service the amount debited so far may added to my recharge account. I have wasted more than rs. 300/- due to such malpractices which may be refunded to me.

                                        Hello sir, i'm living in naranpura, ahmedabad. There's lowest quality of the airtel network since 3 days in my area. Your airtel office is not willing to take my complaint. If you are responsible enough to check the progress and signal in my area, you should come here or at least send any technician to solve the problem. This is happening only from 3 days. No network in the house and poorest quality outside the house. If you're not interested in giving services then it's alright. I'll do portability of my sim. Thank you for giving your precious time in reading this message.
