It was first time for me to used this airtel simcard n i don't have any idea what going on with this, yesterday when i activated my simcard they said only 30 minutes so i give mor
E than that its about 12hrs and i recharged 100+199 but when i check there is no balance but when i tried to calling it doesn't works n you know i loss money please help me on that and i never find such kind of problems with other connection only this company...

With regards, i want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with ni reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. Thos company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

I had a hdfc smart pay setup to recharge my airtel number with rs. 100 every month. I don't know how but airtel manages to deduct money from my account without me noticing it. They send you a lot of spam messages and among those messages, some message will say that "thanks for choosing musiclate on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs. 99.0 for 30 days. A/c balance: rsxxx at 00:48. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.

Airtel's false promise about internet speed and network, after recharging with 399rs pack for 84days on 12/09/2018, order no.[protected] for my mobile no. [protected]. Unable to use internet due to poor speed, and very poor voice call quality. They looted me and my money and time got wasted. My work got affected due to this worst network. I need refund/resolve for this asap.

After so many complaints and follow i am too much disappointed from airtel about network & internet speed problem. I got a message on[protected] evening that Rs. 20 deducted from your account for Airtel Prime Zone service, but I did not activated this type of service. Return my deducted balance immediately otherwise I will lodge a complaint against Airtel company....

1. I am having more than 150+ numbers under this account. I am having two types of plans. (3g @ rs. 99 and another 2g @rs. 35/20)
2. I had requested 24 numbers @99 plan and the person from airtel sales team allocated those number to me with the understanding that plan should be 99/month.
3. Once bill came in, i found that i have been charged @rs. 299 for 24 numbers
