I am an airtel customer from around 10 years.

Since last month 3 times it has deducted 20 rupees each time, total 60 rupees. And the message that i receive is regarding the primezone, i don't know what this prime zone is and when i try to contact customer care they say they cannot help as it is from the phone.

But this is ridiculous, the money should be reverted to my account. When they are saying that this is not a service activated then how come they can deduct the money.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So far no message or action taken. I was given a week's time but no action.

    I am writing with sheer disappointment and the inability of officers from airtel to provide a satisfactory response or evidence to my complaint.

    To cut a long story short, i had requested one of my mobile numbers to be ported out to another operator. The request was declined on the premise that the number is not 90 days old. However this is incorrect.
    The number was changed from prepaid to postpaid but has always been with airtel on postpaid before being made prepaid for a brief period of time. Thus by all means the number has been with airtel for many many years and has never been ported out ever.

    All i want is a confirmation that this understanding is correct or not. If this is the case can i be provided with evidence of such a rule please?

    By declining my port request airtel seems to be devising their own rules and refusing to approve the porting request.

    They have also not provided a complaint number to the various emails that i have sent raising this issue.

      I’ve been complaining/e-mailing airtel for the past few years about our poor local/hometown airtel 4g internet as well as drop in call services. Till now they have provided a reliable solution and they only keep on replying with the same excuses. Nothing has been done to improve the network services. Please take this issue seriously airtel.

      **till now they have not provided a reliable soultion...
      Moreover as per their reply the Airtel claimed that Airtel signal is good in outdoor and the problem I’m facing is due to poor indoor coverage. However it can be well observed that signal coverage is poor in the main bazar area as well as whole area of the town, the problem is not the indoor but the real problem is outdoor coverage only.

        To day morning i noticed a message in my

        Mobile that an a lot or rs 49/ was deduced

        For video parlour for which i didn't ask for

        It's surprising how this air tel deducted on

        Their own interest. It's against rules. It's a serious objection from my side. I want to refund my money and a explanation is required from air tel

          I recently port in to airtel. I frequently travel overseas, this time when i landed in dubai a charge of 99 inr is deducted from my account, i have not activated any pack. While calling customer care they said it is automatic deduction and every time you travel you need to pay this amount for a month.

          I need to deactivate this pack immediately and get my deducted amount back. Customer care girl directly said it is mendatory.

          Dear airtel, let me know how you are resolving this else ill be forced to take further steps

            The fixed line airtel internet connection in my house has not been functional for a whole month. I have repeatedly called the local airtel technician in charge of these things to no avail. Each time i call, they say they will come to check it in two hours. Never turns up. On top of being poor professional ethics, this is an incredible waste of my time.

            If this doesn't get sorted out in two days, i will cancel my connection and port all my other connections elsewhere.

              Dear sir

              With reference to the above, i am to inform you that i had been using a broadband connection of airtel since 2017 with relationship no [protected] and ll no:[protected]. On subscription i had paid for a period of 6 months and the date of my next bill was 27th may 2018. As i was not satisfied with the quality of the broadband provider and despite several complaints are lodged and my problems with the connection was not permanently resolved. I did not made a payment till my problem gets resolved.

              My broadband connection got disconnected (Cutting of fibre cable) on approx 1st june 2018 and from that day i could not use airtel broadband and was offered a good plan/tariff from another service provider and decided to switch to that particular provider as the same was my right. Since the said date i was not using neither broadband nor landline service of yours.

              I got calls from airtel customer department for the payment of dues on last week of june and i had told them that my connection got disconnected and i had taken another connection from other service provider and denied for the payment for the total plan and asked them to charge me on pro rata basis.

              Unfortunately i got a call from mrs geetha, legal advocate of airtel from a number +91-[protected] on 20th sep 2018 saying that a case on lok adalat is filed by airtel bearing case number: cpc 2784/13c/2018-19 dated 20th sep 2018 and asked me for attending lok adalat hearing on 20th sep 2018 with rs.4832/- (2832/- bill amount + 2000/- court fees) on 21st sep 2018 or otherwise clearing the due by 20th sep 2018 for an amount of rs.2832/-. I had chosen the option of clearing the due by 20th sep and made the payment at airtel store with transaction id:[protected]

              As the above action by airtel on me is totally unfair for the following reasons
              1. I had not requested for auto renewal of my package but the same is done by airtel with out my consent
              2. I had used the data from 27th may to 1st june but i was charged for 6 months, which is totally unfair.
              3. It is purely a case of defamation of an old customer of yours since 2012.

                Very poor signal at my home of airtel dongal.. My area is vill ghuggar near ashia palace palampur.in the main area of palampur the signal is good but within 1 km the signal is very poor. I have perchase a new airtel sim and done the recharge of 599. But now i feel very bad. Airtel is a big brand but the poor network service is not expected. Kindly do the needfull or give me some suggession to refund my recharge amount i am thankfull to u.

                  I'm receiving calls from unknown numbers on regular basis.
                  And even messages from punjab national bank
                  Of debit and credit transactions.
                  Which is not my account.
                  I have complained also about it over customer care.
                  But till now i'm still receiving messages.
                  Please take my complain seriously.
                  Spam calls spam messages.
                  Sometimes unknown number call and say is this praveen
                  Sometime unknown number say.. Is it raju.
                  And many more.
                  Please solve my problem as soon as possible
                  Day before yesterday they called and say they are calling from pnb.

                    Trying to renew my monthly recharge pack from day before yesterday it's not getting recharged tried in net banking, paytm and in Airtel app first tried 199rupees and then 249 rupees recharge then 30rupees top up it's says Airtel declined your recharge tried as many times as possible it dint work then went to Airtel retailer for recharge even there it got failed please do rectify this asap I have even complained to your customer service after trying so many times and after waiting that long I wonder what sort of customer support you provide.CPONR[protected] this is my complaint number

                      I have been facing poor speed and call drop issue since July.
                      I have raised the issue till appellate authority but in vain. I am still facing the same issue and every time I get the same pre defined reply from them that the indoor quality is poor in your area. I mean do I have to sit outside to use internet?
                      If yes then why they do not mention this in the advertisements on TV.
                      They are looting the customer and on 4G network many times I get speed of 20-50 kbps and sometimes even normal websites fails to load

                      I have attached screenshots of email history since July 2018.

                      Customer care dealing is the worst. I never got this issue resolved.

                      I am facing this issue again from past few days. I am not even able to browse at times.
                      I doubt if any action has taken regarding this complaint.

                        Hello,
                        I want to complain against airtel mobile operator. Bcoz i call a number from last 30 minutes but every time operator says the person u have call is busy... If customer have no signal or switch off then provide a right information but this is too much. But i have no words to say for telecom operators. Airtel is a well reputed company in india. But i can't understand how they do this type mistakes. U are not afford this.

                          On 4th October, through Amazon order no.[protected], I paid Rs. 680 for airtel dth recharge. My Airtel customer ID is [protected]. But mistakenly I typed [protected] and recharged. Immediately the fact was made known to amazon and Airtel through customer care numbers. Airtel registered the complaint and promised effecting the refund within 2days. But not yet refunded. My registered mobile is [protected]. I have enclosed screenshot for the payment.

                            This is to bring to your notice I am a customer of Airtel DTH (Customer ID: [protected]) . Once due to some technical problem, I lost display but registration of telephonic complaint at your customer care. An technician was assigned to address my problem.(SMS:Dear Customer, your Ref. no. 78877706 for Video Problem has been assigned to our Service Engineer NURE ( [protected]) for resolution. He will contact you shortly) .
                            He addressed the problem but offered me a plan that if I pay him RS 3400/- which I did. I can avail non stop service for 3 years.
                            After 1 months, my service got disconnected and complaining to the technician (pH:[protected]) .He refuses to address my problem.
                            Now I feel I have been cheated by Airtel and vow not to use Airtel DTH in future.
                            You are requested to investigate the matter and consider my grievance.

                              In feb 2018 i registered complaint for network issue (reference no .[protected].
                              from January 2018 i m facing network issue and airtel team told me that they are working on it from jan till date no solution given by airtel team .
                              They are just calling and saying that our team is working .
                              Every month i pay 550 RS to airtel for using their connection .
                              Airtel challenges that airtel networks is the best network in India
                              After so much follow up with Airtel team i dont get any kind of solution so i am here plz support me and give me solution.

                                There are too much problems in your service. My prepaid mobile no. is [protected] is not receiving messages and your customer care is not receiving my phone. I m calling the customers care last 1 hours and until I have no response from customer care. When the anyone call me and my phone is switch off or not reachable or airplane mode then I receive a message right now. SMS missed call service is not active in my network.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I am sridhar from Pragathi Nagar, and recently took a airtel broadband connection. I have took a prepaid plan for six months with 2702 INR and paid the same. As per the plan i have to get 16 mbps speed, but they have enabled 8 mbps (2100 INR). I have called the customer care/sales/installation team about 10- 20 times. Every time they were telling we have raised request and due to the technical constraints from airtel they were not able to update the plan.

                                  While taking to customer care, if i have asked the execute to forward the call to their manager they were keeping in very long hold and simply telling the lines are busy.

                                  I don't understand why airtel is not providing the right service for the payments made by customer.

                                    I have recently recharged my airtel plan for 1.4 gb 4g for 84 days and the result is quite upsetting. I have not been provided with the so called fast internet that they boast of and network suddwnly changes to 3g inspite of a recharging with a 4g pack and having a volte handset. The internet speed is unbearable at times and huge ping spikes are frequently received which make any online task impossible to do. Inspite of living in an urban city, the network services are very poor and no proper response or solution is being given from their end.

                                      I tried to pay my bill (Of rs 357) on 07-oct-2018 for vodafone no [protected] from my airtel app which is also there in the same mobile. I tried twice but the transaction were unsuccessful. But, all of sudden i saw that my wallet balance reduced by rs 357. I was waiting for readjustment but it didn't happen. Plz refund back my amount immediately.
                                      The app does not have transaction history with a understandable details. It's not upto mark. No help section in the app. Horrible.

                                      I need my money back to my wallet.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am using airtel post-paid corporate connection (Mob# [protected]) since quite a long time. Recently, sometime around jun'18, i have upgraded my post-paid plan and received one year subscription of amazon prime (Next renewal date : 21st jun'18).

                                        Now, on 29th sep'18, suddenly my prime subscription got deactivated without any justification. I have not changed my plan and this has become quite frustrating as i am chasing the same since then but haven't found any resolution.

                                        I have tried to get help from airtel customer care but they appears to be ignorant and unwilling to help and given me some illogical explanation even after i have tried to clearly articulate my situation.

                                        I then get in touch with the concerned person in ecospace airtel store and they have raised sr on the same and following up but till now, there is no fruitful solution.

                                        I have then contacted several times the airtel nodal office (Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) followed by appellate team (Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) and i have tried all possible options they have asked for and conveyed all articulating properly. I have followed up in many mails but haven't got any resolution yet and every time i am getting false promise which is not getting fulfilled.

                                        I would hereby request to look into my issue and help in resolution at the earliest. It's really quite surprising for me, in association with airtel not only fulfilling my their commitment but not helping to address the issue.

                                        Kindly note, i can share all possible proofs along with if required.

                                        I need an urgent intervention from your end and a resolution at the earliest.

                                        Haven't heard anything on the same. Whenever I am getting a call, it is just to wait for some more time as they are investigating the same. I am not sure off, how long it will take to investigate a simple issue. I am suffering the same since 29th Sep'18.
