This is to complaint you that we are facing serious issues in regards to broadband connectivity and mobile network connection neither the broad band connection nor airtel mobiles connection stays stable thorough out the day at our outlet. To at further every customer up-to visit us face the same issues and end up companies for same. Most of guest had to go in either of outlet corner to get some sort of connection. Request you to talk the corrective measure to fix the issues as either adding booster or any other way.
Looking forward for positive reply...

    Today's received a sms at 4.49 pm that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.

    Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

      I had requested for relocation of Airtel DTH on 03rd April 2018 from Banaswadi to Akshayanagar. They had to fix it on 05th April 2018 at the new place. Disconnecting was done promptly. The new place could have only 1 DTH connection. Since I had TataSky. I opted to disconnect Airtel. I had issue with transferring the Airtel Fixed line connection too. Which finally after months of chasing they finally closed. DTH was pending despite me calling them. Finally they collected the DTH boxes in September 2018 and are stating they will refund 1K. I had already taken a yearly subscription with 1 add on connection.
      The supervisors who picked the call escalation have stated that I would get the amount from April since the relocation was unsuccessful.

        My mobile no. is [protected], previously I was able to use 4g network, but before 2 days, the sim gets deactivated, then the airtel customer service gave me a new sim with a same mobile number. I'm able to stream videos with a full network, but when it comes to surf on google, play store, playing games, surfing on amazon, using google maps, instagram, it shows please check your network. I thought that there might be some issues with my phone so I reset my phone then also the issue is not resolved. Except for youtube, I'm not able internet faciltiy, I've checked all setting for my phone, 4g is active, but then also it shows speed of 0.00k/s when I use my internet to surf on play store, google or play games.

          Complaint no 3586101. we have an agreement with airtel that if my mobile got damaged, this will be repaired by airtel only and the chargable value should be under Rs. 12000. against the same we have Submitted complaint last week when my mobile got damaged in a road accident but till now they are delaying my case voluntarily by asking unnecessary documents and fake update on link and all. Nobody is responding properly. They are just harassing the customer and irritating very much.

              I have opted for Airtel DTH HD CAM services basis Airtel provided me the same on paid basis for one year, but after that they are expressing their in efficiency and asking me to purchase a HD set top box to avail the services. I wrote several mail to them but to no vail, the team over their are behaving arrogantly and every time asking for visit charges though being no fault of mines.

                I got a message saying that rs.20 has been deducted from my account though i am not using any primezone service. I have received today 30th september on early hours @2.45 am. Please check and refund my deducted amount. Please acknowlege my complain. Message appears like below:"thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789".

                  I’m writing from Samundra village in garhshankar subdivision of Hoshiarpur Punjab. There’s problem with your 4G service here from last one month now . Even I’ve called to your customer care a week ago and they have assured to resolve the problem within four hours but I’m sorry to say that the problem still persists. You claim to be the fastest 4G network, but here forget about the speed connectivity is zero.Reaolve the problem otherwise I’ll havr to port .you should keep your promise at least !

                    Today morning I received message from Airtel on my mobile number [protected] stating that Rs 20/- have been charged and deducted from my prepaid mobile balance on choosing prime zone whereas I have never chosen such any prime zone. Please refund my amount.

                    Such type of harrassing and time wasting activities are disgusting.

                      My airtel sim is having no network at all since yesterday and i am having a lot of problem due to this as i stay away from home for my studies. I have no other sim than airtel and this not having any network. It only shows emergency calls only. How will i contact anyone in need? As a girl staying away from home i am unable to contact my parents too. Please help.

                        I got new airtel sim last year
                        My airtel sim is not working on any phone
                        Since 2 pm today
                        Got a new sim at 7 n even it is not working
                        The phone is showing emergency calls
                        This is so irritating
                        I have many important calls regarding my office
                        Kindly look into the matter
                        Such problems are so disgusting
                        Never expected this from airtel
                        If it doesn't get resolved i'll have to switch on to other network
                        Please resolve it as soon as possible

                          Company was overcharging since last 4 months... After accepting thier mistake they committed me for 35% discount... So 4days ago.. I had payed the committed payment.. But my internet connection not got resumed... Sincr last 4 days i am calling them again n again but no response ftom thier end... And evertime they promisr me that my services will resume asap... Even i complaint on twitter some around 20 tweet i have done... But till now my services are not resumed... Even they are responding to my complaint... I want to complaint against this harassment... And request yo take a serious action against tjem

                            My grievance was first sent to CUSTOMER CARE on September 1, 2018. I was receiving calls occasionally from CUSTOMER CARE of different States [Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka as per True Caller] asking the details of the issue every time. In spite of giving details on my grievances and how I was suffering to meet my deadlines in my ONLINE work no action has been taken from their end till now [It’s September 29, 2018.] It's exactly 1 month now that this problem started.

                            May be mails addressed to NODAL / APPELLATE officers are either not reaching them or they are negligent on their part. Only Advisors reply from their mail ID’s. Of late I received a response from NODAL OFFICER ID on September 26, 2018 stating that the problem would be resolved at the end of October and I have no other choice but wait patiently till then. This is the way AIRTEL take up customer issues.

                            I seriously regret for having surrendered my BSNL broadband connection. It was such high quality and speed was commendable. Grievance was attended in no time regardless how worse the weather was. Trusting in AIRTEL services and their CUSTOMER CARE I did this. But it was the biggest blunder I did. In spite of clearly describing my inconveniences at work, none in AIRTEL services took it seriously. I am asked to wait till end of OCTOBER for the problem to get resolved. CUSTOMER CARE at AIRTEL never understand the frustration / depression I came through to meet my deadlines at work. Highly disappointing.

                            AIRTEL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE SEEN. DISCONTINUED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND OPTED FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
                            Till now NO INITIATIVE has been taken from their end.

                                I was very surprised to know that airtel dth is charging rs. 15/- on every delayed recharge, and they have been charging this every month. This is very frustratic that no message or information they give their consumers about this. How airtel is cheating consumers when they take money in advances. My airtel dth account no. [protected]. Please beware of this.

                                  I'm facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.

                                  Complaint was logged on Sep 14th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
                                  We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

                                  Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (pin code :577004).

                                  After repeated follow up and escalation customer care told they assigned a engineer for site visit but no engineer visited my site till now .

                                  Due to this issue i'm planning to deactivate my postpaid connection.
                                  I have three prepaid active connection right now.

                                  Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

                                  Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

                                    My name is Muhammed Mubaris T and my airtel mobile number is [protected].

                                    Today[protected] i came to know my account balance is reduced to Rs 3.58 from around 12( last time when i checked my balance. Since I'm a unlimited plan user, there is no reason for my balanced to be deducted. So I contacted Airtel customer care agents and enquired about the issue, they replied that a "Daily Voice Pack " of Rs. 3 was activated in my number on[protected]. I'am a type o[censored]ser who don't use daily pack and use montly packs. I did not get any sms related to this service too. So i concluded that i was not activated from my side. I would have known that because i'm a budget user and always conscious about usage and charges. The customer care agents transferred the call to senior agents and they said they have no options for the refund. I don't know how my amount i have loss from this. So I'am registering complaint against Airtel for deceiving me and tricking my account balance. I need full refund or i'll go to file compliant to court.

                                      Main mobile number [protected] ko pichle 11 saalon se use kar raha tha. ye number mere pita ji ke naam par tha jo ki ab is duniya main nahi hai. magar kuch mahine pahle mere mobile se achanak network chale gaye. jab mane customer care par baat ki to unhone kaha aap ko new sim leni padegi par mujeh new sim nahi di gai ye kah kar ki ye number kisi or ke naam par hai.
                                      or aap ki id se sim nahi milegi. ab ye number kisi or ko allotte kar diya gaya hai.
                                      meri privacy khatre main hai kynki ye number mere aadhar or kai jagah par updated hai. ab main kya karun mujhe mera number dilane main sahayta karen

                                        Calls are neither going nor coming. Only text message and internet is working. When someone is calling it's always showing unreachable. And when i'm trying to call it's going after many attempts of call. And when call is going on it drops suddenly without any reason. Can you please fix it otherwise i have to change my sim card. Due to this problem i cant totally depend on this airtel number i have to use other number for urgent calls. Please solve that problem as soon as possible... Either i have to switch to other service provider
