On 2nd september 2018 i got a new postpaid number just because my airtel prepaid number could not be converted to postpaid reason unknown.

Also that was not given given proper information about the benefits in the plan.
Like airtel secure when i called up customer care executive i was informed if something accidentally happens to my phone i can claim for the same through airtel secure...

Airtel has blocked my airtel money account from credit and debit. Because my profile information has some problem.. Now iam giving all my kyc details with bank statement but they did not not unblocking it.. Seems like they want to eat my money.. I also told to refund my money to source but they didnot doing it..
I have added my money using debit card.. Then they blocked my account..
They just giving me exuces.....

I am using airtel postpaid from last 6 years. Since then i am using rs. 199 cug plan. But couple of days back i was facing issues on network connectivity as well as in internet speed. I was totally frustrated what to do. Being a continuous user, i raised many complaints in order to resolve this issue but didn't get any proper resolution, so finally thought of changing the plan to higher ones. Yesterday, i was recharge (₹19) a number [protected] (Airtel) through paytm and paytm shows recharge successful and i also got a message on that number but when i tried to call someone they said your balance is insufficient after that i checked my balance through *123# and it shows a zero balance.
Where the money escape, and what is the reason why you cut the balance.
Solved this problem as soon as possible.

I requested for a duplicate sim from airtel relationship center, sarjapur road, bangalore. Sim will be activated in 4hrs. Now, it is more than 28hrs over, still the sim is not activated. When is called back asking the same, airtel customer care informed that the money would refunded back if the recharge fails in 5-7 business days

My subsidy is showing transfer to my airtel wallet but the company closed my wallet without my permission also the company is open my airtel account automatically without my permission and the amount of my subsidy is not provided by airtel company. It's been 2days i am not able to make or receive calls. Yesterday i was able to make few calls and then today i am not at all able to make calls. What's wrong with this network. If you are not resolving it, i am going to complaint on consumer court.

I had applied for a broadband connection a few months ago and the airtel technician visited my house. They confirmed all my documentation and asked for installation fee that. I paid them and they said the connection would be done in the next 2 days. No thing happens and my money is not even refunded. When i call the customer care service, they hang up on me.

I am a airtel customer and i am getting to many issue o[censored]r network in my area in your open network site i have checked my area there you are showing the network and data is exellent but what i have experienced is your network in my area is very poor insted of having full network i can surf internet even i can't just even a google homepage the speed which you are providing is very poor i the the aircel 2g is better than your 4g network please...

I am not getting network coverage in my airtel 4g. I have swapped my sim card several times but this issue hasn't resolved. I even registered complaint to airtel customer care, they told this happened due to low signal in my area but i am getting full 4g network on my other airtel network. I am really pissed off by airtel customer support. They are good for nothing i guess. If my issue will not be resolved soon, i'll surely request airtel...

I have been facing a problem of no signal on my airtel prepaid number from the last two three days at my home a96 madhuban, delhi -92. I had already registered a complaint two days back but haven't found any difference or action taken about the problem. Since i am not able to get a signal enough to even get an otp it is becoming a serious problem for completing any transactions as well. This problem wasn't there few days...

We want to take other connection than airtel but the company is not ready to accept the request for the closing or shutting of the network... They keep on calling and asking for the bills... We have done that already and cleared all the previous bills... They are harassing us since so long... No one in the company is ready to listen:... Please do the needful... We dont want to get that connection anymore...

Due to my busy schedule i was unable to concentrate on my mobile bill and since i was free and check all my bills and letters.
I was surprised to see in airtel with other sms charges of lifestyle 5 to 6 times activation and each 30rs - 200rs has been charged. I have check my previous bills even since 6months this as been charged. Its a fraud.. I have not at all activated any services and also they have been charging me every month...
