Today morning I received a message as

Thanks for using ONMBLE_CNTST. You have been charged Rs 1.0 from your Airtel Mobile account.For more services, call 56789.
I have not selected any options but still I received this message.
Please stop doing this, how can it happens without taking legitimate consent.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Unwarranted Automatic deduction without consent - ONMBLE_CNTST

    I received a SMS from airtel today (9-sep-2022) " Thanks for using ON_MBLE_CNTST. You have been charged Rs 1.0 from your Airtel Mobile account. For more services, call 56789. I want to know why did this happen? How do you make sure this doesn't happen again ever? Take immediate action....

              There is continuously online harassment and poor services by airtel from these many years and now even not requested still got spam message which says requested sim change and asking for paying money.

              Even though no such request was made and it have blocked airtel services. Please find attached screenshot of spam message.

              Why such kind of ### is made happen even though we are regular user of Airtel and even we have opted for complete one year of pack. Why the hell we would request for sim change??? Recharge pack details also available in the screenshot. This is all nonsense even after paying money, harassment to the end users.

                      I am a resident of "Nallur" Village, belonging to Davanagere District of Karnataka.

                            Sir while paying amount to my uncle i earned reward in GPAY, where i earned free sim delivery and free 2GB Data from airtel company within 24 hours. yesterday due to connection issue we havent recieved any calls and airtel company claims they have called.

                            Mr. G S Jyoti ([protected]) says GET THE SIM FROM G PAY ONLY AND WE WONT GIVE AND IF YOU WANT PAY THE MONEY AND GET THE SIM.
                            this is not the right way to treat customer. AND ALSO CLAIMS COMPLAINT WHEREVER YOU WANT I DONT CARE. this is the words i have recieved from this Number.

                              On 30 August at 1.36 PM I wanted to add money Airtel payment bank 5000 rs on Airtel wallet but my payment was failed that time but money deducted from lazypay debit card! It was successful payment from lazypay debit card but not reflect my 5000 rs on Airtel payment bank wallet!! My lazypay transaction ID is- TXN[protected]! My Airtel payment bank register no is-[protected], register mail ID is- [protected]@gmail.com. Description bellow I share few screen shots for this related. If I not got my money within 2 days without suicide I have no option!

                                  Recharged amount - 455 rupees

                                  I am looking for help to claim it back.

                                  Kindly consider my request and refund the amount to my account so that it will be of great help.

                                  I tried to call the customer care, but was not able to resolve the issue, as the call was not transferred to service operator.
