    I Already had the airtel copper internet connection which was fluctuating regularly so i raised a complaint on airtel but no one responded properly and the issue was not resolved for too many days on a highly frustrated mind I some how got the nodal officer number and informed him about it he told me that he would change the copper internet connection to fiber internet connection and i believed him but even after complaining to nodal officer number daily they told me reasons and delayed to fix the connection where I had to face loss of pay from office and had to spend for internet unnecessarily totally around Rs 6000/- I lost because of airtel and also had a heavy mental pressure as they where irritating and two weeks gone but still there is no internet again i have to face the loss again

      My name is Manoj, and my Airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Airtel offered me an add-on number, explaining that whatever plan I chose for my primary number would also affect the secondary number, including international roaming. Recently, I travelled to Singapore. I purchased an international roaming pack for my main number, thinking that I could use this for both the numbers. I could see they charged on both the numbers ! That is absolutely cheating . When it comes to billing, they use a single number, but when it comes to service, they use two numbers. What a shame...

          Rs 1598 plan which includes 2 SIMs and 1 Broadband 200Mps connect bought from Airtel on 9th August 2022. However, 1 SIM has not been activated till date. Multiple calls and complaints has not resulted in any resolution.

          Payment of Rs 4000 has already been made in advance.

            Our family has taken an Airtel broadband connection in January last year, we've taken a 200mbps connection with unlimited data, In the beginning it worked fine for a few days, Later, we started noticing a large drop in our speed over the year gradually, whenever we made a complaint, the speeds improve for a few days and then again starts to reduce eventually. we are paying for a 200mbps plan, but we are getting upload and download speeds less than 55-50mbps every time we checked.

            Another major problem is that, when we've taken this connection, they said it comes with a landline telephone connection with unlimited calls. we've been waiting for it since the past one year, they always say that it takes one more month to lay the lines, but, they never decreased the outstanding amount that we pay for the whole package which includes the landline unlimited calls, a service that we are not actually receiving.

            Since the past one year, we've been paying for a service that we are not receiving, we are paying for a service that was not delivered to us as promised whether it is the internet speed or the telephone connection with unlimited calls.

            we heavily feel like we've been robbed.

            As an Indian consumer and a person of a tax paying family, I urge you to take this matter into serious consideration and rectify this issue as soon as possible, so that, not just our family, but many people can benefit from this who are facing the same problem.

              Hello Airtel Team

              This is Sandeep Gopalasetty, a resident at Gokul Plots, 9th Phase KPHB-500085, Hyderabad.

              From the last 24 hours, we don't even have a single point of network in and around our localities. Please consider this as a sincere request. People are suffering here with loss of communications. Kindly check yourself if you're in this situation. We are paying money time to time for the services, however we don't even have a single point of signal. This is not the first for this location. Each and every day we are facing the same issue for the above said location.

              We need immediate action without fail. Treat this as a plea and kindly resolve the issue immediately. Please don't play with people's lives. Loss of communication leads to many unexpected things in people's lives.

              Just to call customer care, people are going to other areas and calling care people. However customer care people are not even acknowledging the concerns. And you need 5G services where you can't even provide a single point of network in a giant city like Hyderabad. Shame on your services. It is my mistake that I am continuing with your services across all my family. Will start porting and will encourage others to port to other networks.

              Airtel has been the worst service provider throughout the world. This has been proven many times. Worst service, worst customer care and what not.

              We need a permanent resolution right away. I am going to place this complaint across all media platforms, because you guys wont reply. Will proceed with my next legal steps if you don't resolve this issue immediately.

                I recharged ahead of my pack expiry, by about more than a week. It was my understanding that once the existing pack comes to its end, the new, already paid-for-and-CONFIRMED pack will be in place. But it's not.

                If there is some ### rule that only the recharges done at the expiration is valid but not the ones done ahead of time, THEN THERE SHOULD BE SOME GUIDELINE STATED ON THAT.

                Also, Airtel CUSTOMER care is supremely unhelpful, the only thing they're good for is to increase blood pressure. There is NO way to speak to an actual person. Possibly because they want to spare their employees the wrath of several dissatisfied and pissed off CUSTOMERs... I am not confident complaining here will be of much help either, but I'm running out of options.

                        Hi,

                        My phone number has been recently port from JIO to Airtel on 27th July. Since then, I'm having major issues with the support and service of this company and executives.

                        I have received a PREPAID sim against a Postpaid Jio Sim. before paying for airtel connection I asked the agent if I'll be able to upgrade my sim to Postpaid as I need to travel to my hometown (Jammu, J&K) in 7 days where a prepaid sim from different states will NOT work. He said you'll be able to do that after 3 days of activation. The airtel app still shows the error message saying I can only upgrade my sim to postpaid after 90 days. I'm trying to call the agent since then and he has blocked my number.

                        I'm unable to contact Airtel through toll free number or application as they say that my number is invalid. So probably you guys have not even registered my number under airtel.

                        I'm using an Iphone 11, after inserting the airtel sim a message ''your carrier may charge for iMessage and facetime' pops up every 2 minutes, that too when i have opted for a 399 plan which includes calls and messages. for this as well, I'M NOT ABLE TO CONTACT AIRTEL SUPPORT.
                        I have submitted several requests on the app but no response or phone call yet. Please help me resolve this issue, the upgradation is very critical for me as I only use 1 number and I have travel to my hometown in 7 days, which will make my sim not working and will disrupt my official work.

                        Please help me resolve this asap.

                          I booked a new airtel black connection of dth and broadband on August 1st and paid a sum of 4000 rupees as advance for 6 months.i got the dth connection but the broadband is not yet installed/not connected.
                          They said the connection will be done with 72 hrs of payment but it's been 16 days and iam calling to the customer care everyday but no proper response
                          As its already been 16 days, It is difficult to stay patient this long.so, I want my refund of 4000 rupees and want to cancel the order.
                          Please escalate my request to the airtel team 🙏🙏.

                                I am unable to get incoming SMS from 11th August 2022.
                                It was working fine till then.

                                Currently I am out of India from 4th July, but I was getting SMS till 10th August.
                                Also as per information I can get incoming message on International roaming.

                                    I am a subscriber to airtel broadband and have been using its services since some time. However, due to some reason that has been told to me by 121 operator on airtel helpline, I am being levied extra charges for no particular reason at all.
                                    It is of note that including GST I pay around 550 for monthly internet for the 499 plan of 40 mp/s in my city. However, I have been levied extra charges around 300 rupees for two months without any explanation or intimation of the same without any subscription for any service or for any due charges.
                                    I expect prompt response and deduction of wrongful charges that I have been made incumbent to without any reason.
                                    No doubt this is a predatory business practice and egregious deficiency in service.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am using broad band internet connection of Airtel company . I have joined broadband connection 3/08/2022 Every thing was working till 13/08/2022 . I have used only 10 days but it’s working fine 2 days only worst network ever
                                      After facing this issue whole day when I called customer care not respond again again I called after that some person came again they are told problem with airtel network not installation and wire problem .

                                      I disconnected call and tried again this time I got executive but he told me We can't help you at all . Because problem is not in the installation that is not my work please raise complaint

                                      I have asked several times executive to help me but they also tell problem in main connection box something

                                      Please advice me what to do now ?
