Dear team,

I, Smita Patil, using airtel no - 990096*103 since almost more than 10 years now. But, my Sim stopped working on Thursday 4th Aug 2022, post 12pm. I tried to restart phone and even tried putting it in another phone to check if phone issue. But still not working.

I visited nearby gallery to sort the matter, but one of person said since it's of karnataka circle no they can't help and ask to visit other airtel gallery. When my brother visited other gallery instead of me, they ask to convert in postpaid to resolve the issue. But, when I visited 2nd time with him, they told they can't help since ownership is appearing in another person name, which was shocking for me. He said to resolve this issue I need to once check with gallery based in karnataka if needed.

Let me tell you, if you can check then I can share all details about its usage, recharges, last contacts etc. Even you can check device location or imei no to verify details and also I have proof that it's associated with me since 10 years.

I request you to please help me to sort this out since my this no is connected with many important things.

It's been an almost month now that I am getting harassed even after using this no since long and have all proof with me. I don't understand how can this no got deactivated and ownership showing of some 3rd person. I have made FIR and I am going to lodge a complaint to consumer court shortly.

      Dear sir/madam,

      i have emailed and called you so many times regarding my bill that you sent wrong. my internet is not working since july 12, 2022 and i had raised so many complaints that i am not getting desired speed for which i am paying 799/per month, my internet is not working than why you sent me bill and also for getting worst experience from your side as your representatives calling 10 times a day to tell me that sir please don't deactivate connection. but i am not interested in your services right now.

        I recharge with 719 with disney plus hotstar in April 2023 but till date it's saying to upgrade and validity is upto April 2023 please resolve it

          2 months ago i moved from india to usa. I wanted to keep my india airtel sim for online banking transactions. So i changed my prepaid aurtel sim to postpaid connection. Now after coming to usa this sim is not working at all. I cant do any transactions. Could you please check this issue? Its very urgent. I need help immediately to activate my airtel sim ASAP.

            Find PUK and PUK2 Number of Airtel Number.
            Dial *121*51# and Choose PUK option. If you want own number PUK or PUK2 then enter your Date of Birth DDMMYYY format. If you want other number PUK or PUK2 then enter 10 digit mobile number after then enter Date of Birth of owner of SIM Card in DDMMYYYY. Now you can see PUK and PUK2 Number On your mobile screen.

              A salesman name Sunil Yadav from Mira Road has sent a person to survey at our residence Shanti Vihar for Airtel xstream dth and Internet connection . After survey he had told us a fixed amount of Rs 1500 and 1 month free and after that Rs 699 per month will be charged for Airtel xstream dth and internet connection and told us you don’t have to give a single Penny . We have paid Rs1500 online and after that they sent their Airtel employee for dth connection but they have not connected properly and we are not getting any services at all .Further that Sunil Yadav (salesman) was asking us an Rs250 extra amount for wiring at the time of connection but we refused to pay him extra Rs 250 as per his commitment. We asked him to refund our money within 2days . Furthermore, they did a false commitment of doing the work which we had paid for and was asking extra money from us and didn't provide us any proper service and harassed us. If our money will not be refunded within 2 days this will force us to go to consumer court and police station.
              Kindly take a note on it.

                    My mother's sim was deactivated couple days back on 25th August due to non payment of bill. It was completely due to her lack of tech knowledge and billing procedures.

                    I did pay the amount in full which is INR 486. It was done on 27th August.

                    The sim has still not been activated

                      I stay at Parkwayz Society, Wakad, Pune. Since last 3 months I am facing frequent disconnections on the Airtel fiber broadband connection. I have raised at least 15 complaints but none of them have been resolved. Airtel engineers simply close the complaints from back need without my confirmation. This is causing lot of issues during Work from Home and I have to rely on mobile broadband for my work. It is been very difficult explaining the issue to Airtel customer care and backend teams every week.

                        I have complained to airtel via thanks app several time, last Reference no is[protected] they will close the complaint without any resolution or without even talking

                        they say problem will get solve in 48 hours but i think multiple complaints got more than 48 days

                        They say network engineer will call n visit but no call recieved till date.

                        in The AD Airtel girl claim best speed in India, fastest 4g.

                        i dont know where is tower of Airtel Near my location.

                        Vill Muquimpur PO Faridanagar Pathankot 145025.

                        NO one in village is like irritated from airtel and switched to jio or even bsnl

                        They are like no care what customer is even saying, Soon they will have to join the league with Idea or Vodafone or bsnl.

                          Very bad network here in our area.
                          Negligible network in home.
                          You can't play a video.
                          About two year regularly complained the same problem and every time got the same answer that your problem will be settled with in 15 days etc. Etc.
                          Very disappointed.

                            I, Kratika Godika writing on behalf of Mr. Sanmati Godika (Customer ID: [protected]) using DTH of Airtel company from last many years but recently the company did fraud with me.

                            The company activated one channel at their own choice and charged additionally an amount of Rs. 50 per month (approximately) without taking my consent.

                            Recently, I just got to know that this additional amount was deducting from last 12 months.

                            When I called customer care and asked them to refund the amount which was deducted fraudulently by them, they said you had activated this channel so we're not liable to adjust this amount.

                            I want reimbursement of the amount & compensation from the Company for such their fraudulent act.

                            So you are requested to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            Even after deactivation of channel it was activated again on 20.08.2022 without prior consent.

                            I want reimbursement of the amount & compensation from the Company for such their fraudulent act.

                            Company is defrauding it's customers again and again.
                            So you are requested to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  Nds hybrid loader is downloading new software from 2 days and i am not able to see any channel from past 2 days. Whenever i start my tv and set top box, it starts downloading new software and shows nds hybrid loader new software being downloaded. After it is completed it again starts downloading from 0% and there is no way i can close this or finish this.

                                      This is about the Airtel Broadband connection. I have taken Advanced Rental Plan for a period of 1year starting from 01-Jul-21 to 30-Jun-22. Plan rental was Rs. 999/month. Now, from June Month Airtel started calling saying Bill payment amount of Rs1178/- is due for 17 May -16June period. There were mails regarding it and apps also started showing Amount due for payment and warnings on connection will be disconnected. Later in June, the connection got disconnected. After continuous try with customer care, I was told by the airtel executive that problem is fixed and there is no amount to be paid. But, now in August, I am getting the mails and calls saying to pay Rs2593.64. This is purely harassing the customer.

                                        On 23/8/2022 at about 11 AM my Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband stopped working. I raised a complaint to Airtel at about 4.30PM on the same day regarding the issue. My ticket ID is [protected](PH NO :[protected]. On 24/08/2022 an Aitel Executive called and said the issue would by resolved by that day itself (24/08/2022) at about 5 or 6PM and asked me to provide an OTP to reschedule the resolution time from 24/08/2022 at 11AM to 24/08/2022 at 5PM. But after providing the OTP I got a message from Airtel saying that, as per my request the resolution will be provided on 26/08/2022 which was not done by me.I WAS CHEATED BY THE AIRTEL EXECUTIVE. Today is 26/08/2022 and yet my issue is unresolved. My work from home is affected by this. This has created unwanted mental stress to me. I have done prepaid payment for my broadband service for upto one year. I dont want Airtel service anymore.Please refund my money so that I can choose a different service provider.What is the use of prepaid payment for such poor service and extremely poor response. I made a complaint to consumer complaints forum regarding this on 24/08/2022 also. Yet such poor response and no resolution. I want my issue to be resolved at the earliest.                                         Today I made a complaint to Airtel appellate of my zone.I asked him to deactivate my account and provide a refund if this issue is not resolved.My complaint was resolved. My complaints to consumer forum and Airtel appellate resolved my issue
