My number was a telenor number. After the merge of companies, it turned as an airtel number. Now, i am not able to receive the calls. Response says number does not exist. People have been complaining that it is taking atleast 4 to 5 attempts for the call to get connected. I called the customer care and got a response that there is no issue from the company's side.

Our broadband telephone connection number[protected] installed at 2903 sector 46 gurgaon is not working for the last many days. Already intimated the concerned man mr dheeraj but till date nothing g has happened. My phone does not have dial tone. The internet stops off and on. For three days evenings it totally stopped working.
Please rectify the fault and restore the normal working g of broadband connection...

There is something called Desibeats services from Airtel which activates automatically and has been cutting Rs.15 per 3 days without my permission. Three days back i had known about this and had stopped this service but then again they activated automatically and cut the given amount....

My prepaid balance of rs.20 has been deducted (11:57 pm, sept. 4, 2018). Says it's been charged for valuepack. But the thing is that i didn't do that and didn't opt to use any of the value added services.

My mobile no. Is +91 [protected]. (North east circle). I did my recharge of rs. 30 at around 07:43:40 am today (Sept. 4, 2018)

Everybody makes mistakes, it's okay if it's a mistake. So, all i want and also...

Amt generated for sept 2018 has been paid twice... Since the payment page was blank without response i went again nd made a transaction again nd tis time i got my payment page right and got a clear statement that my transaction was successful. I viewed the transaction page which said tat my payment has been made twice. I confirmed tis with checking my bank transactions. Pls transfer the right amt to my iob nd hope u will understand....

Your network is very bad. I am a coustomer of airtel from starting but now your network become very poor. I suggest you to give more service by lessing your profit margin. I request you give some service in your area
In my locality there is avability of 4G tower but it still giving the speed of 2G.

We are experiencing zero network at our work place due which our clients are affected and due to which there is no connectivity in the area.
This being the reason many clients have turned back and even i have dropped the plan to but new postpaid connection of airtel.
I feel if this case is solved then there will be no problem of connection.
I strongly believe that airtel would solve this problem.!!...

I stay at meenakshi layout (Next to kidzee), kalena agrahara, bannerghatta road, bangalore. I have requested for a broadband connection with airtel and have often denied connection saying siting technical issue. To my surprise, this is just an issue for me while a lot of other houses and an apartment very close to my house have no problem getting connected.

I was given a 4ghotspot wifi device with a sim and after varification as per adharcard, i started using it w. E. F.25 jan.2018. It was working fine and its charges were paid in time all through. The sim is alright and is working with another simple airtel dongal. Since the device is not working, i am not being able to use 4g and wifi. This4g hotspot device may be changed....

I've been using airtel for over 2 years, i bought a 4g phone recently and for some days 4g network was consistent and internet speed was great. But now it just loses network in 5 mins and comes back.. Which is why i cannot use internet in a proper manner and am absolutely fed up of this and its frustrating.

Rs. 35 has been deducted from my balance saying fitonza service has been activated on dated 08th aug 2018 without any previous notice. But i didn’t activate anything. It is unfair to activate services without the knowledge of the concerned person.

I stopped the service dated 10th aug 2018 to avoid the renewal of the service.

Myself komal makwana. Airtel representative mr viren patel came to provide me new connection. By mistake he got 30, 003 rs from on 16th aug 2018 and he told me that he will make refund within 15 days. His madam ms. Ekta also told me for refund. But still this moment they aren't responding me. People should be responsible to reply their customers. They are avoiding me.
Pls give me refund as soon as possible.

I say to the customer care caller candidate this is wrong number, again they call and sms. It is going above 4-5 years.
So sir please kindly lookup the matter....

I have taken one airtel dongle at lucknow against return of tata docomo dongle and received above numbered sim. I have not started at lucknow and brought it to delhi. I am unable to start the dongle as i am not getting any signal. All the time it blinks red. I want to surrender the same kindly let me know the procedure. Without using i am paying its bills....
