Dear sir,
I am a consumer ([protected]) of airtel dth services. There is a connection problem in my dth services. I am not able to use my dish tv from 18.09.2018 and i made a complaint on same day vide complaint no. 80482271. I make lots of call to customer care but my dish services not started. After that i talked authorised center of airtel and area manager but they were also not interested in resolve the problem. There is a agreement between society (Where i am living) and airtel (Service provider). He says that i have to go with society people and talked about the problem. But i am customer of airtel dth service not society, my problem should be solved by airtel only. Airtel not care about customer after sale of their products or services.

Please resolve the problem

    मैंने आपकी company में जॉब के लिए apply किया था तो उसके बाद मेरे mobile पर एक call aaya उसने मुझसे 1500 rupay account में जमा करवाने को बोला । फिर बाद में एक or call आया और बोला की मेरे a/c में 5550 rupay जमा करवाओ बाद में फिर से call आया और बोला की मेरे a/c में 8600 rupay जमा करवाओ मेने जमा करवा दिया।
    फिर मैंने call किया तो मुझे बोला की मैंने आपका product भेज दिया है ।
    दूसरे दिन जब मैंने call किया तो वो बोला की मैंने जिसके हाथो आपका product भेजा था उसका acsident हो गया है बाद में call करना ।
    मैंने बाद में फिर call किया तो वो मुझे बोला 10:00am को call करना ।

      Unnecessary service started without my consent saying service will be renewed after validity expiry. On 1st sept, in my cell phone received the following message:-

      "adofgames service has been activated @ rs80.0 for 20day (S). Txn id s[protected], 01sep18 01:33. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://vas.adofgames.com/airtel/message/activation (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789"

      Sms for stopping the service was also send by me & but the service was neither yet stopped nor it refunded... But it again charged me forr rs 120 today itself... With message -

      "adofgames service has been renewed @ rs 120.0 for 30day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in"

      So, i want the service provider to credit the full amount of rs200

        I complained to airtel company that my sim no. [protected] had not range in my resident area 10 months ago. When i am using internet it takes very much extra time that means very slow internet speed. And company charges me full payment that i used internet extra, even i complained about that. After that i refused to pay the bill then my sim is blocked by company and added extra charges of rs. 308 even my sim is blocked. Now my complain is that company should have to refund my payment of extra uses of internet because it is very slowly due to low range and i already complained about that 10 months ago but the my complain is not resolved yet by airtel company.

        Airtel has been deducting Rs 20 every week from my prepaid account for Promezone services without my consent. The money should be refunded to my prepaid mobile account [protected]

          Got a message saying that rs.20 has been deducted from my account though iam not using any primezone service. I have not noticed that rs.20 has been deducted and the message also i have not noticed. I just noted the message. Please check and refund my deducted amount. Please acknowlege my complain. Message appears like below:"thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789

          I am getting Class 0 messages after every call and sms. I am also receiving sms from a$-tfrot.
          Kindly stop this service if subscripted.

            There is a tricky recharge pack in the Airtel prepaid recharge section. There is a big possibility that you guys can get fooled by Airtel and feel helpless in the hands of rude customer care executives. One cannot justify the purpose of the pack itself why it's even there.. I had to sadly recharge again and lost my 995 rupees

              This is regards to a complaint i have made on twitter, i have called airtel customer care a few weeks ago. But the issue is still not resolved. I was with vodafone and was disappointed with their internet speed, so i did a MNP from vodafone to airtel thinking their service is good. Since i have been with their network i have not been able to call my parents landline number. Airtel refuse to acknowledge the issue saying its not their fault. Im now thinking of moving to jio. I have heard a lot of good things about the jio network

                  I had ported an idea sim to airtel based out of siliguri under the prepaid plan. The sim (Airtel) was handed to me wrapped and stapled in a piece of paper. On activation i realised that i was given a postpaid connection. On visiting the airtel store non of the staff offered to resolve my issue. The sim was blocked and now i am left without the sim.

                  The staff who belongs to Siliguri Airtel store goes by the name of Sankho Nath Mohanto. He had, without my permission, called up customer service to block my [protected]@[protected].

                      Hi,
                      I had sent my motorola phone to airtel secure for repair, as my phone's speaker wasn't working properly. Before sending it to airtel, i got it checked at motorola service center and they told me the supply point for speaker has become loose. So i already knew what exactly was the problem. When asked to one assist and airtel secure people about the issue, they told me that the phone had liquid damage. And, the best part is my phone never fell in to water and no liquid ever entered it. So, i asked them to send my un-repaired phone back becaus eif they were not able to identify the problem correctly, then obviously whatever the repair they'll be doing would be useless. Now, i got my phone back today, an hour ago. But now the power and volume buttons are not working properly. When i sent the phone, it was perfectly fine except for the speaker and now it has come back with a new issue. I contacted the airtel customer care and they said they don't know what to do and there's no way to connect to airtel secure backhand team and one-assist team. Now, i'm totally clueless as to who should i complain about this.

                          Airtel waale bhai jo bhi ho...2g thik hai baaki 3g aur 4g band kardo. Tumhare bas ki baat nhi hai.3g, 4g service provide karaane ki. Bas tum log jo ho bade sahar ke liye provide karte ho.. Jio se kuch to sikho. Jangal jhaar se lekar chhote mote gaao tak apni 4g service provide kara rha hai.. Vo 4- 5 mb ki speed ke saath. Aur tum to bhai vip ho garibo ko kaha se puchhoge. Meri baddua hai ki agar tumne aise hi provide karaya to tumhari jo company hai.. Vo hamesha ke liye band ho jaayegi... Jio ko takkar dena hai to jhukna sikh lo.. Jhuk kar k tum koi chhote insaan nhi banoge... India bahut bada market hai.. India ke hisab se chaloge to ham indians tumhe sikhar par pahuchaange.. Warna bhaad me jao.

                            Hi,
                            I have recently applied for sim porting from jio to airtel. I have informed that the port shall be done by 20/sep/2018. Accordingly my old old sim got deactivated but my airtel hasn't be activated yet. It doesn't even show any signal in my mobile.

                            Its been around 12 hrs and my airtel sim is not yet activated. Ihave seen similar complaints on the web stating that this kind of porblem hasn't been solved. I hipe that won't happen in my case

                              Yesterday morning i have received a call from airtel dth call center with reference to india vs pakistan match. They offered me a special recharge of 715 rupees and their representative told me that if you recharge before 1.00 pm all the sports chanel will be activated, according to which i have recharged my account immediately at around 11.00 am in the morning. But still i have unable to watch any sports chanel and most importantly i have miss yesterday's india vs pakistan match.
                              This thing happened with me second time. Same thing was happned at the time of ipl as well.
                              So please look into the matter and give me my refund and what about as a unable to watch live match?
                              Want a strict actin on airtel dth.
                              I have all the evidence a call recording of their offer call. And recharge details as well.

At 3.47 pm.& the same was confirmed by you vide message dated 16/09/2018 at 3.48pm vide your trasid[protected].. My mob. Is not showing the balance please look into it & take corrective steps

                                  Airtel has deducted rs.20 from my account balance. I got a message saying that i have subscribed to prime zone services. I really dont know what is prime zone services and what it contains. When i called customer care, they are saying i have subscribed while using internet by mistake but the fact is i dont have a active internet pack. My onternet pack was expired on 15 sep, where as money was deducted on 18 sep.

                                  This is a new way of stealing of money from customers.

                                    I am a airtel customer past 8 year, i am facing the problem while accessing the internet i have recharge 448rs plan which includes 1.2 gb/per day with 4g speed even after that i'm unable to load any page in my mobile due to internet speed, the speeds looks like worst then 2g, i am paying the good amount of money so that i get good benefit they are making fool to customer. I have complete before as well till now problem not resolved. The problem with me is consistence. I don't know how you guys are deciding that your network is the best network stop making the fool to customer. You are not providing the good internet speed into metro city then how you can provide high speed of internet speed to village and small town. I am thinking to move to other network at least will get good benefit as compare to your network

                                      Just one month before i. E.in august 2018, i port my important moblile no. For the office as well as home since many years, to airtel network, we the assurance of best network & data speed with 4g, 128k sim. But i having problem of network & data speed since the day sim is activated.
                                      I have communicated over phone & mails, many times but still no improvements, day before yesterday they blocked my outgoing calls, due to no payment issue.
                                      How airtel force customer for payment without giving any services.
                                      In the very first communication i have informed that, no payment will be made, if network issue is not resolved & also i have given option to clear my no., so that i can port for other network.in every call they said, we understand my issues & they are working on it but nothing happened since one month, except their new demand of bill payment.
                                      According to them as per the govt. Rule port out is possible only after three months. I asked, ok! Then i should have right not to pay without getting the service as committed. But they don’t respond on that.
                                      I am getting the regular calls & massages for payment asa i reached to the network zone.

                                      I working as a design head in one of the renounced german mnc, now facing the complaints of management & customers about my non availability over mobile & this becomes major issue for me & at the same time even after lots of communication, airtel is not responding in order to resolve the issue.
                                      I am totally hopeless, feeling cheated & harassed, as they misusing the media (Investing lots of money) for cheating the people with the advertisements saying best network & service, in the realty they don’t have.
                                      I am attaching here with some mails for your reference.

                                        Airtel 4g network seriously is this a 4g speed. It's hell better we should used aircel 2g. Now i m completely giving up on sorrel line because the server which i m using it worst. Right now i want to take out the the airtel sim and destroy it. Here are the options i m giving here is 4g and every line is bad in our state. The sorrel owner better abort on your top of the tower and just on it. And died [censored] cannot provide us good connection. You are not deserve here in this world
