Since thursday evening, my incoming services were barred due to non payment of bill. However, i cleared all my outstanding bill on friday arount 10am. Despite of making the payment, my outgoing calling services got suspended.
I raised this complain to one of an executive named payel who assured me to resolve my issue by 4pm. Nevertheless, no such help was extended from them. I again then got connected with a senior executive named rajesh mondal. He told me that he will forward my issue to their it team. Thereafter, i received a call from airtel who informed me that i am having a network issue.
I repeatedly told them that neither i am able to receive any calls nor sms. Its being almost 4 days and i have not found any solution to my problem.
Since, this is my official number, i am unable to connect at my worplace. Kindly look into the issue at priority.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Some times it will take more than one hour to connect them.
Pls do the needful to solve this issue.
