I am using [protected] arirtel prepaid mobile from last 10+ years and i was rechanged and of rs 399 on June 8 2018 08:15 and the order number is[protected] and again i recharge of rs 399 on June 8 2018 same day and the order number is[protected] and i recharged twice in a same day still i am waiting for refund and i dint get any benefits like plan extension or refund kindly extend my plan, I hope you will do the needful.br...

I have send messages thinking that my sms is unlimited but i cancelled the process and only few of my contacts received sms and my credit limit is only 3600 inr but why airtel is charging over 12, 000 inr, it's just so irresponsible they are or can't they just informed me that that my credit limit is exceeded... Please resolve my issue. What a common man do if this big companies always try to cheat us....

Even if i have 3g pack, i can't surf the internet in 1g speed. Problem occurred two days ago. I am living in lal bazar, srinagar, jammu and kashmir. My number is [protected]. So myself contact airtel out let on dated 20/08/2018 then airtel representative tell came on 25/08/2018 so once again myself go to the airtell outlet and the same person is available there and said came after 15 days for change.

Last year after a month battle to get my number ported from rcom to airtel. The airtel team in calcutta gave me a wrong sim card and this being a postpaid number all my bank accounts and details were/ still are linked to it.
I tried resolving the issue and they have billed me even for the period the number was inactive. This number is my business number. After various calls to all the heads and nodal offices they promised me to issue...

I have received a threatening call on behalf of the airtel payment recovery with delhi no. [protected] and asking me to pay the dues of the no. Which i have closed, i have explained that when i have closed that no. And was not working for long time, why should i pay after that the person has started behaving rudely and started abusive language.

Even if you have dues, airtel doesn't have rights to behave...

I recharged to a wrong airtel number and when i approached the customer care within few minutes after the recharge, they denied to take my request of changing it. Kindly help

We pay the installation charges on last wed, i. E. On 22nd august 2018. Installation charges are rs 500 and we paid it via online method. They said connection gonna up and running by last saturday and till now no technician, nothing visit our flat for connection. We tried to call them a lot of time, but they are ignoring our calls. Airtel's customer service is lot worst than i heard about. A company with that big of a name is actually hollow...

Its been more than 6 months that i am complaining about my internet not functioning properly. Every time the representative assures me that complaint will be resolved but no action is taken from airtel's end. I am using airtel sim for long ago but nowadays i am suffering from any issue regarding the airtel for 4 g network as they show their advertisement regarding the best 4 g network but i am not getting this service as t h e y show in there commitment i have already put a n mail regarding their dissatisfaction of their service but after that also i am not getting a bit of good 4 g network on mobile...

On of 14-aug-18 in morning i got the message of balance deduction of 50 rs., for kids zania service. Balance from my account balance deducted on 01.11 am, at that time i was sleeping. How can service be activated by me?
I had not started any of the services by any means,
