Its been a week, upload speed of airtel 4g has gone down to almost 0 mbps (0.3 mbps max). Even though download speed is fine, its painful to upload photos, videos and important files. I've tried changing my devices (Smartphone, dongle, hotspot) and have tweaked some settings, but it comes out to be a problem on the network side. Also support had advised me to get a new sim, but since it is happening to many of my friends, its not gonna resolve any way.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am using airtel connection since long but m frustrated with my over bills... Last time i have changed my plan but still i got the same excess bill of my connection... They even promise me about my bill that it will not repeat it again but i find no improvement. It seems your representatives just make fake commitment everytime you suppose to have call recordings you can check what has been promised me.

    I can't pay this access bill pls change my plan as i have already confirmed, and send me new updated bill and if it is not happen with in week then i have to take further step so take it on serious note and provide me solution on urgent bases.

      For the last six months i am facing problem of network on my mobile phones.
      Network is not working while we are indoors, we complaint so manytimes to airtel for the same but nothing has been done to resolve this issue while i am paying my bills regularly.
      We have 6 connections of airtel in our family and all the members are sick of too much week network from airtel, actually network in indoors is not working.

        I am a resident of malleswaram, yellappa garden, bangalore & have been an airtel post paid consumer since april 2018, ported from vodafone, after coaxing from airtel promotions team that the network is great now!!.
        From day one, i have faced daily problems of voice breaking & call drops & only 2g ('e') connectivity most of the time & occasional 'h'.
        In june airtel customer care acknowledged my concern & sent a technician to check the connectivity & was confirmed that there a connectivity issue in the spot where i stay.
        The internet speed is such that even i keep the data 'on' 24 hours i cannot consume 1 or 2gb in full month. The 2gb/day service offer & the corresponding charges is a complete hogwash & misleading on the part of airtel & they are charging/billing me fully & promptly every month for the completely inadequate services they offer to me. I have been paying bills every time with great irritation & feeling letdown.
        My question is how fair is it on the part of airtel to bill me for the services they bill for but never met in full. I consider it as a fraud & need to be addressed at the highest authority possible.

        I have incurred additional charges of maintaining a vodafone prepaid sim because of this inadequacy to use data & 'clear call', incurring about 300 Rs + monthly Airtel bill

                Hello [protected] is my airtel postpaid number...
                My location area is : 2 pran nagar, near nilkanth vidyalaya, ravapar road morbi 363641 gujarat india..
                In this particular location no network issue continues.. I did lots of complains...in airtel open network app showing two towers and wxcellent network but in my area all customer having same problem..
                My complain ref no from airtel is: 87361554.
                I did complain on 30th august 2018. But no resolution yet..
                So kindly do the necessary steps for the resolution of problem

                  I made an account on my airtel app with my mobile number [protected] and added rs 2400 and when i tried to use that money. App says "debit not allowed for this account. Why did you add rs 2400 if i won't be able to use it? After calling airtel payments bank million times, they just told me to wait to solve the problem but problem hasn't been solved till now. Unlock my wallet so i can use my money 😔

                    I am on international roaming. I recharge my mobile [protected] on 9 sept rs 300.
                    10th of sept they deducted 99 rupees for international roaming next day again i checked my balance and they deducted 30 rupees. Again i checked my balance on 15 sept and what i am seeing that they deduct 26 rupees again.
                    I am on international roaming i am not receiving any call i am not making any call nor sending any message. This is pure harassment of the consumer.
                    I need my balance back and i dont want any deduction in future.

                      My airtel number ported to corporate sim postpaid but that onwards i am not receiving any calls please help me to resolve this issue my number is [protected]. And i contacted airtel retail in koramangala they said send mail to enterprises airtel email i'd after that i sent to that email also once they said within 24 hours it will solve after 24 hours again i replied then they said this will resolve every soon now for my mail 6 days gone no replies i put remainders no reply and i sent to some google searched airtel ceo mail also even though no reply please anyone help me to get out of this issue.

                        I have 4g in my office in (Kempegowda international airport) and it's showing full network but internet was not working and 10 to 20 time it's switching on and off and in my home also iam getting 3g but it's not working only just it's showing h+ that's it's (I can't play youtube videos and i can't play pubg game and i can't send whatsapp message also this is the most worste network please don't buy this one my number ([protected])

                          I am telling you with great sorrow. That your network does not come inside my house. By staying in a place like delhi i have to go to the roof and talk to the people whether it is the network of airtel. I have been using these numbers from last 10 years.                             Hi,
                            I am aditya bhardwaj. I was using airtel prepaid connection from a very long time along with vodafone postpaid connection in a dual sim phone. But 2 months back some guy representing airtel called me "as they usually call all day telling you different schemes" and told me about a good airtel postpaid connection which will also secure my phone from any sort of damages. But the only condition i was told was that i should have an airtel postpaid connection. To which i agreed and switched to airtel postpaid from prepaid. Now just after 2 months unfortunately touch of my cell phone stopped working, may be due to spillage of water.

                            Worried i called customer care from a different cell phone but same number asking them the procedure to get my cell repaired under airtel secure. To my utter surprise the executive on the other side of the phone told me that i will have to first go on the airtel app and subscribe for the airtel secure in order to get the phone registered. As my touch wasn't (Isn't) working i am stuck and feel like cheated. Today i had talked to airtel representatives who called me after i mailed them the situation and problem i am facing.

                            I was hoping for a solution from them but escalating the issue to three seniors including one named rini (Supervisor) and her manager, nothing was helpful. Instead they said i was at fault as i did not enquire this from my hand prior to this problem and were not ready to accept the mistake from their end. To which i clearly told them that i only switched from vodafone to airtel because my handset was being covered for all sort of damages, and unless and until someone known to this procedure will guide me how will i ever know what ill have to do. I also told/asked the lady (Manager) that if they can text for everything else why cant they just send a simple text that whosoever you are, you need to subscribe to the airtel secure plan and get ur handset registered.

                            They have put all sort of ads and everything for this service but no one ever called, texted or mailed even a single thing about it.
                            I am totally disappointed now and feel cheated. I have never felt this disturbed in my life ever. Kindly help.

                              I have a registered airtel data card number with my email registered for bills. Since this is my only number i have registered with airtel. But i have been receiving emails from airtel for billing registration and billing updates of customers registered on my mail id. Several unknown numbers are registered on mail id and still counting.                               I am a very old customer of airtel and have been using airtel gsm postpaid as well as broadband connection at my home. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv. The mere fact that my phone is already under warranty, i had an extra out cover and tampered glass on my phone, and i still decided to have insurance clearly show how much i am concerned about my phone and take care of it.

                              On 19/08/2018 i was on railway station and an old lady was trying to get on to automaic escalators. She was about to fell down, when i saved her from felling down. At the same time my phone was in my hand and got slipped & handset fell down and the touchscreen developed cracks. Though the phone is still working and i am using my phone very well.in spite of all the documents uploaded, i repeatedly kept on getting emails from them asking for a pic of the phone with the battery removed. Finally my claim was submitted after on 21/08/2017.

                              Now after a day i received an email from them saying claim rejected by the insurance company due to "improper handling". Can somebody explain me how you are supposed to handle the phone while accidentally slipping? My phone did have an outer cover as well as extra tampered glass to protect it from a damage in case of minor impact by felling down. The screen broke as it was a major impact as it got slipped and fell down with a "good enough impact" causing myself to get injured and the phone screen damage.

                              I again raised a complaint on 14/09/2018 and an email again droped in my inbox on 15/09/2018 stating the same "improper handling".

                              If this is not, what the hell is "an accident" then? Now they are saying claim rejected due to improper handling? Do you mean to say i throw my phone on the road and broke it? What a ridiculous lame excuse for not keeping your promise and providing a service for which you are bounded to. And what is this insurance company now?

                              I want somebody "logical" to immediately look into this and arrange to get the phone repaired and delivered to me at the earliest failing which i would be left with no other option than to proceed with the legal proceeding with district consumer forum to safeguard my rights as a consumer and get the service for which i am in a contract with airtel.

                              Hoping to hear from you very soon.

                                This is subject to above i - yogesh shahpatel found that in my airtel[protected] billing since last 12 months no consumption was made by me due to non-availibility of network. So i had to use new network [ i. E. Jio] for communication.

                                As i am bonafide customer of airtel i hope, because of non-utilisation of services company should refund me rental collect from me by me as remittance of above billing. I will be highly appreciated if my complaint will be solicit.

                                  Airtel prepaid service [protected], 35 rupees was deducted automatically and by enabling value-added service of kids zone on date 15 september 3:40 pm.

                                  Airtel automatically activated this service, nor i visited any site, neither clicked anywhere to enable its services.
                                  However, i immediately stopped it but the money was already deducted any they denied to repay it back.

                                  These companies usually do this kind of cheap tricks to earn money. That is why i am complaining about them

                                  I called the customer care and after insisting them a little and explained that the deduction was wrong. They kept me on hold to talk to a senior officer and then they accepted their mistake and refunded 84 rupees back to my account.

                                  Again they have debited 50 rupees, but this time not even notifying me.
                                  I knew this when I checked my account balance. And they I checked whether any value added service was enabled or not and there I got that a service named INLOGIC GAMES was enabled. I stopped it immediately.

                                  Up to now total 85 Rupees has been deducted.

                                      You should lock your company and join dish tv, you aren't capable of providing services to customers. Feeling shamed on you Bharti Airtel.
