Airtel broadband Sales man provides false statement on tariff plans. In my area they maximum bandwidth is 2mbps only. But the sales told will provide 40 mbps for the 899 plan. But I am getting only 2mbps speed. If I call the sales person, he is not picking my calls. Very worst support from sales person once the connection got.

    I have been converted my Airtel post paid number to airtel prepaid number since last six month ago. Till then I could not able to recharge my prepaid number through online. I have called multiple times during last sixmonths to customer care to resolve this issue, but no solution from their end. .
    Please suggest what should do?

      I had purchased an i phone x 64gb at airtel store (Attapur) which has been delivered very delayed upon full payment and the product delivered is an samsung s9+ which has been returned and accepted by the store manager mr farhan as availiable at showroon upon the payment of the difference denomination with hdfc credit card please look into this immediatly as this issue is continuing since two months my contact num : [protected]

          My Airtel mobile Internet has stopped working on my Airtel No. 940XXXX484 since 9th Sep’2018 & I had registered the complaint No. 87529591 on 9th Sep itself at Airtel Customer care No. Customer care has assured me that the problem will be resolved within three days’.

          However the said problem has not been sorted out till date & I am not able to use Internet services due to which it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

          Further I would like to inform that my Airtel No. belongs to Gujrat Circle but is presently on Roaming at Potheri, Mahatma Gandhi Road, SRM Nagar, Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu 603203 since 27th Aug 18.

            Hi team,

            Since months, airtel has been harassing me to port into their network with regular calls (Twice a day). I believe their sales and marketing team is worst in the market because they can't understand customers disinterest.
            I therefore want to lodge a complaint against airtel for harassing me and also want to end this never ending stupidity of airtel to call people who have already mentioned no interest in porting.

              I was recharged my airtel pripaid mobile number on date 06/09/2018 at 08:22 PM with Rs. 100. but on date 10/09/2018 my balance left only Rs. 34 without any uses. and they are not registering complaint. as i tryed many times Airtel's complaint cell but costumer care not connected or connection disconnected automatic while call transferring to costumer care every time. I got fedup with airtel services such like this cheating they are doing with reliable consumers.

              Please resolve this issue as much as possible.

                Was using from 10 years suddenly dead once in saudi arabia i had using this in jubail once dead befre 1 month so irequest to airtel i need that nbr.                 Amazon prime banner is not getting displayed in the Airtel App. Tried downgrading the app to version 1.7.1 (using the link shared by one of the user). But still the banner is not getting displayed.

                    I am staying abroad. Since tata docomo was not working properly so i switched to airtel. Now they have activated this service with out my permission and deducted rs.150 and again rs.75. Even to stop the service i am sending messages but it is not going through.

                    Even i am mailing to 121 but to no use.

                    I am aware of the fraudulent tricks these telecom companies do to make easy money.

                    This is ridiculous and absolutely cheating customers by airtel.

                    I m going back to india shortly and i shall take stringent actions if my money is not refunded until then.

                    I am trying to recharge my SIM for past 24 hours. Visited the airtel centre and they cant solve it either. I cant make calls. And if someone calls me they cant hear my voice. Registered a service request too. No action taken. Service request number is RITM0907163

                      Incoming and outgoing, both are not working.
                      Please help me get rid of this disaster problem at an earliest possible otherwise I would be forced to port my number to another service provider

                      Furthermore, internet/ data services are working as usual. This problem, has only arisen with the incoming and outgoing calls.

                        Airtel deducted my balance without any concent from no: 75××××××01

                        I have not choosed any 6t seconds wap service yet on my airtel mobile but i have been charged rs99.0 for 30days. Now my a/c balance: rs48.29 at 06:26.
                        Why? As there was enough balance only!

                        I need my money back immediately else i will port to jio or others...

                        As airtel having call drop problem
                        And after recharging 4g pack the speed with internet connection was not found satisfactory in my area.

                        So please return the deducted money immediately and oblige.

                          Am using airtel broadband connection. Every day am getting calls from airtel customer care to convert my mobile network to airtel from vodafone.in-spite of informing am not going to opt this and don't call again and again they are calling every day and am missing some of important calls because of these people. This is happening from past 3-4 months.

                            This is to inform you that Bharti Airtel has automatically activated Games Fort value added service in my mobile number and is deducting my balance by 35 rupees a week. I called them up several times to resolve the issue but they didn't bother to listen. I am very shocked to see this type of attitude from Airtel. I hope you will look over my problem and get a good solution of it.

                            I had received a message that a pack named namkeen was activated for 7 days charging Rs.35 .but i hadn't activated any such pakage.i need to know why the pack was activated and i want my balance charged back

                              I got fed up with your service as i keep my cell phone on 3g or 2g network h full same way if i update it to 4g network become very weak i don't understand why this happens and there is lots of network issue i never get proper speed as i use to get earlier. If you all can't resolve this issue than why should i use this service. Earlier i use to use vodafone and i thought i should use india network so i switched to airtel now i am thinking to move to jio as it work better than yours.

                              I am not able to receive calls due to some network issues...My sim is airtel and its continuing from last one month only .My friends are not able to contact me as they say that my ringer is not going and sometimes it says that it is not reachable.I did not expect this from the largest network in india.
                              The 4G coverage of AZARA, Guwahati area has gone done suddenly since 21st August 2018. Kindly look into the problem and fix the Towers and Coverage as soon as possible it is very difficult to use internet for Official Purposes and I am facing problem with my official life.

                                Hello,
                                I want to report a complaint against airtel telecom, that my phone number has been charged for the following services without my knowledge:
                                1) gamezine - once for rs 75
                                I had requested the askadoctor service to be stopped when the first time it occurred, but it has been billed again, and gamezine has also been billed.
                                I want the amount credited back to me.
                                I have 3 airtel sims in my family, and i would switch to jio or any other operator if this isn't solved as soon as possible.

                                I am unable to give new sim as it show pos detail not found for lapu number
                                My Airtel balance was deducted without my consideration, when I contacted to the customer care he told me that I sent a message to activate the service. It is total fraud with customers.

                                mobilenumber ...plz slove this problem and messages are also not send through my Airtel mobile number

                                  This is in sequence to my complaints about poor quality of services in my locality, around Noida-201304
                                  Every time I make a complaint the so called technical specialist trained only to use Ookla Speed Test measures multiple times and somehow manages to show me 35 to 39 mbps and thats it.
                                  But, the problem is when you cannot even open google home page, or updating airtel app on mobile for 16mb takes more than 5 minutes.

                                  Please think about customer who is paying to you not Ookla.
                                  Request you to help solve the problem or stop selling false and degraded services to your customers.
                                  Seems like Airtel is powered and driven by ookla speed test.

                                    My airtel no. Is [protected], today the 11th september 2018, i recharged for rs.399 and paid the amount through my airtel app upi transaction. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i received a message in my mobile, stating that the transaction is not succeeded. Again i made recharge for rs.399/ and paid through upi. An amount of rs.399 has deducted again from my bank account. Kindly refund the excess payment of rs.399/- (Double payment) made by me at the earliest after necessary verification of your records.

                                    We are facing network issues in our area.all my friends and family members who are users of Airtel are unsatisfied.

                                    I am in Dubai and still keeping my prepaid Airtel No. by payin Rs. 99 rental. But suddenly I received some message that "ADDOFGAMES services has been renewed @Rs.120 for 30 days from your Airtel Mobile". I never requested for this service and this is total cheating by Airtel !!

                                      Unknown recharge was made from my account i.e my talk time balance of airtel prepaid service and my balance got deducted.
                                      Play zone pack was activated, i have no clue how it was activated.
                                      I have faced similar auto pack activations and balance deduction
                                      Let me know if you need any more info for the same.

                                        I have not been receiving incoming calls for the past two weeks. Whoever is calling on my mobile number [protected], is calling them "busy". But outgoing calls are not having any difficulty. I have use J2 SAMSUNG phone and Airtel 4G SIM. I have tried all the tricks. Changed the slot of the SIM from 01 to 02, it also did not profit. Airtel is unable to communicate with customer care. alternate number for better communication is [protected]. [protected]
