      I have switched from Jio to Airtel few months back. Currently I'm out of India and want to use my number but not able to do that. I have sufficient balance and validity but not able to make outgoing calls and sms. I'm not able to use any upi or bank services. Kindly look into the matter as it is very urgent

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        I have opted for a internet connection in my house in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. I paid the money for the same after a survey was conducted at my home by Airtel person, After checking the location & connection feasibility I was told to pay for the connection i.e a sum of 3004/- rupees for six month connection & I was promised that the connection will be given within 24 hours time period. But nothing like that happened.

        I have tweeted the above complaint for the same but still no success. One of their agents was asking me for OTP, even when nobody reached my premises for installation. if I would have given the OTP ( the msg for the OTP was saying that the modem has been fitted & was asking for OTP for the same) the same person was saying me to opt for JIO fiber even when he is working for Airtel

        My precious time has been lost. Please sir/madam HELP me if you can.

          Hello,
          I have recharged Airtel annual pack for my mobile on 17th July 2022 for the amount of INR 2999. So far they are not able to generate soft copy of the bill and provide it to me.

          Raised a request on 30th July 2022 with complaint number CUDRR3BLR[protected], and request is closed on 9th August with no resolution.

          A follow up request has been raised CUDRR3BLR[protected] on 06th Aug 2022 but no resolution yet.

          I was finally told by Customer care after multiple attempts that I need to send the snapshot of the app where I am not able to download the receipt, which I was noted told so far during follow ups.

          I really do not understand how long airtel needs to generate soft copy of the payment that was made. Providing the bill is the basic need for any transaction.

          Attached proof contains my mobile number at the top. Expecting early action.

          Now Airtel closed the other complaint CUDRR3BLR[protected] also that I mentioned without resolving. Also did not receive any email on the email that I had sent to ThankApp support.
          Beside that, basing on the complaint that I have posted here on Consumer Complaints, I have received 2 follow up calls and they does not know English and cannot talk any language other than Hindi and they are not even in a position to read the email also.
          It is such a basic need to provide a bill on customer name once amount is paid and Airtel is failing to provide soft copy for last month. What a pathetic situation.

          After talking to customer care, they asks to send email to specific ID. And if we send below is what that I got. They have provided email ID which is not even being monitored and it is full. How can they give such Email ID and ask customer to wait for response. Seems like they do not have any intension to solve the problem.

            Hello, my mobile no is [protected], I just got my ported from Jio to Airtel in hope of getting better service. Currently I'm out of India (port Moresby) and want to use my number but not able to do so. I have sufficient balance for sending sms or call but not able to do that. Please look look into the matter as it is very urgent

              I recharged my phone a few days ago it has an airtel sim I got the 479₹ recharge. It was working fine yesterday but today I am unable to make calls or even use my mobile data please resolve my issue I sincerely request you. If required I have my transaction ID for the recharge also.

                Hello,
                My name is Narinder Kaur.I am the airtel customer.My husband died last year and his mobile number [protected] was used for last 15 years.I have been using the same number for last 1 year because its connected to every government document and banks.But this year in May 2022 i was trying to port it to Jio Prepaid.I had paid my whole bill before porting but somehow Rs20 was left.And airtel stopped my port process and told me it will be resolved.Instead for resolving its they had surrendered my Number without any prior warning or notification and put up for re issue.I have tried to talk to airtel Sirsa but they are asking that i will have to buy this number again for 1.25 Lakhs.I cant buy it again for this Amount. Please help my in getting my mobile number back.

                  Second time issue ❗ ipaid more than week for Fiber net. Still waiting. Without installing router and giving 4G again asking money next month. I think I have to change. Very bad service. I will never advice to switch or pay in advance please help me

                      I had booked airtel d2h along with airtel fiber but due to some issue airtel d2h connection is not installed in my society building and got cancelled.

                      My airtel digital tv id created during booking is [protected](Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra)

                      I have contacted twice with customer care and salesman but no one is refunding my amount.

                      Customer care is saying salesman will refund your amount and salesman says airtel will refund your amount...but ultimately I am not getting my amount back.

                      Please help me to get my cancellation amount back.

                        Good day
                        right now i am working in Dubai and i came here in the month of April 2022 for one month the SIM was active but all of sudden from May end the SIM have no network coverage and I need that sim to be activated and I had filed complain to Airtel on Twitter but to i am unable to gain access my SIM and i had recharged monthly pack also Please do solve my Problem ASAP

                          Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband installation delay by their technicians even after Airtel took 6 months advanced payment. Customer service and booking agent have been giving false assurances since 5 days that it will be done in few hours/by EOD, by next day, technician is reaching in sometime etc. Twice Airtel phone customer service gave promised assurances it will be done by EOD/tomorrow etc but still pending. There are subscribers in my building who already have airtel fiber and on assurances confirmed by Airtel a week in advance of booking date that installation will be done same day or at most 48 hours I paid 6 months advance. Seems like airtel is only interested in earning interest of my payment and their technicians lazy to provide prompt service which can be done in matter for few hours on the first day itself. Can Airtel get serious about providing better service or will lose customers like me along with all my family members, friends, etc even for mobile call services along with broadband.

                          After more than a week airtel canceled my fiber connection order and so far has not communicated refund of my order payment amount Rs 3533. Airtel did not even give any valid reason for not being able to completed installation of fiber, when there are other residents having fiber internet in my residential building. Airtel senior management needs to clean up the operational inefficiency and lack of customer service by technicians, customer service and sales who do not have any coordination of right information to provide service.

                            I had enquired about Airtel DTH a month ago, and since I had a change in plans I did not go ahead with it. And since then I have been getting at least about 20 calls minimum from the customer care and it has become a torture for me. There have been multiple attempts to tell the team that I am not interested and still I get a call back. This is not the way sales work, and being such a reputed like airtel these issues have to be taken care of.

                              I have airtel mobile and broadband. In July they made a mistake of sending wrong link in broadband bill. As a result I ended up paying excess to my mobile ac instead of broadband. Airtel fooled me by saying that payment is stuck at the gateway.

                              After all the investigation when I realized that payment got credited to mobile instead of broadband, I reluctantly paid broadband amount.
                              By then due date had crossed. This goof-up happened because of tech mistake on part of airtel.

                              This bill they have charged me late payment fees. I am disappointed.
                              Contacting customer experience team and CEO is not helping. No one is interested to resolve this issue.
                              They are clearly cheaters.

                                I have put an airtel postpaid sim change request two months ago because my sim was broken. I got the sim 5 days ago after 55 days. but still, it is not activated. For the last 50 days, I am continuously going to the airtel store..but they are rotating round and round only. the situation remains standstill. All store persons ignoring this matter by saying it is in process.

                                I am not the person who can solve this issue to activate my number. This is hardly one day job but I don't know how airtel is managing this stupidity. Your service is completely disgusting and it doesn't seem that you care about your customers.

                                I am a software engineer and paying too much tax to the government. Due to your silly issue, my sim is out of the network from the last 5 days. It seems that changing the network will beneficiary for me.

                                Kindly assist with this issue asap and stop harassing your customer.

                                  Postpaid to prepaid migration is denied saying 90 days not completed in postpaid account. But as per TRAI FAQs, migration from postpaid to prepaid or vice versa is allowed without any period stipulation. 90 days mandatory time period is applicable only in case of MNP ( one service provider to other) and not for postpaid to prepaid within the same network and same LSA.

                                      I had charged my prepaid mobile number [protected] with various amounts, from time to time about five years back, with the intention o[censored]sing my main balance amount for charging it with different plans (including increase in validity) as and when needed. My main balance is Rs 8, 404. Now, this facility has been suddenly withdrawn by your company, and I cannot use this amount of my money for recharging, as confirmed by your nodal officer. Consequently, the amount of Rs 8, 404 deposited by me with you is stuck and has become completely non-usable for me.

                                      Therefore, please refund my money (Rs 8, 404) lying with you so that I can use it for recharging my mobile as payment for the purpose.
