I paid amount through Airtel App for new broadband connection on 13th July 2022 and today's date 16th July no one responding, i don't understand whom to contact. They said within 24 hours installation done but now no one take responsibility it's been 4 days. Shame on Airtel management and customer service... There is no where I can see cancel and refund option, they just Playing with our need...

Ita been more than 45 days over and they are not processing my refund . Multiple calls and mail have written to them but no response....
