Reminder...!!
I am facing network problem in my area from almost 20-22 months. Inspite of so many repeated complaints everytime i am assured that the officers are looking into the matter but everytime these assurances prove to be fake.
Last time in may i was told that there is low network in the area and the company is working on installing a tower in my area and within 120 days my problem will be resolved but today
Its almost 150 days now and my problem is still same. Infact call connectivity and internet speed has become more than worse till now.

A customer is complaining so many times but its very disappointing and disgusting that a customer is made fool by fake assurances. Being a loyal customer of airtel from more than 10 years this kind of service was not expected from airtel india. I am using 6 7 airtel connections and in all my numbers i am facing same problem.

Kindly reply clearly whether i should switch to a better network where customer is respected for loyalty or airtel india is capable enough to look into the matter..?

Kindly look into the matter seriously and on a priority basis.

    The airtel network is making fake claims, it is become worse day by day. The network is fluctuating too frequently, it has no stability at all. The company has claimed that airtel is the fastest network, but it's becoming the slowest. The fluctuation of network is irritating and disgusting. If this problem is not resolved as soon as possible, then airtel will be in a great loss for sure.

    On 11th September while I was sleeping, Airtel activated VAS on my mobile number at 12:55 am. This was completely out of the blue and without any consent.
    I want my full money back.
    Today I recieved a message of some GAMEBAR service and it has deducted an amount of rs.35 . I have stopped the service but I want my money back also
    I am facing issue is idea net slow .shave complaints customer service trichur.concernd official and recognition checked n found HEAR 2g e or 2g only .my location is near nangulam temple avinisseri trichur.every complaint"s replay "your problem solved"still 2g .no other net works also failure.I cannot use app above 2g level.[protected] India kerala

    When i tried to sent message from my airtel sim, its getting message sending failed, i have tried many times, and my message center number is also correct
    Hi, I have transferred some money to my Airtel account and after that i did forgot my MPIN which is used for any transaction. I did call the customer care but unable to figure out how to reset my pin. The Money is there but i cannot use it.

      मेरा नंबर [protected] है।मैं काफी समय से एयरटेल का कस्टमर हूँ।पर मेरे घर में एयरटेल की बहुत खराब सर्विस है।मैने बहुत कंप्लेंट की है पर कोई सुनवाई नही हो रही।मेरा रिचार्ज पैक कई महीनों से बेकार जा रहा है।मैं जब घर मे होता हूँ तो न कॉल लगती है सही से और न नेट चलता है।मुझे नेट चलाने के लिए या कॉल करने के लिए दूसरे नेटवर्क का सहारा लेना पड़ता है।मैं इस समस्या के लिए TRAI में कंप्लेंट करने का सोच रहा हूँ।

          I am complaining because the network is going pathetic day by day. Airtel was good in network but now it become worse. You guys only show fake advertisement about mobile network. I went uttrakhand last week and the network gone, i was unable to use my internet, unable to call nothing. Is this service you are providing.

          I stay in dlf phase 3, their i unable to use my 4g it is like i am living in 2g generation using 2g in spite of 4g. Unable to connect call easily. Pathetic network, ridiculous service.

          I switched from voda to airtel because of network but now it is high time.

          I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

            I am writing this just to make you aware about my disappointment with airtel staff. I went to vasundara enclave airtel store for checking my bill details & payment for my bill you staff is really very rude they charged me rs. 50 in cash for paying my bill. Also instead of giving a needful help the staff was busy on phone. There is no space to sit and space is very less for which i need to wait outside. I was in hurry & i need early support from them but they didn’t listen to me and started arguing with me.

            It was such an bad experience of mine which i need to pass on to you. They don't no how to deal with customers and not to charge any extra money. I know no other operator can charge any money for the bill payments.

              the transaction id recvd in mobile was[protected]

              but the amt was debited in my a/c and there is no recharge done from airtel side.

              Again i have made recharge for rs.448/- thro' paytm on 08.09.18

              so, pls help to return back rs.509/- to my a/c.

                The airtel mobile service has not lived up to its reputation when it comes to mobile service in kohima. The problem has been a long-standing one with a hope of being rectified early by the company. However, nothing has been done yet. Numbers of airtel mobile consumers have been affected by this negligence. The company, on the other hand, seem to be doing nothing to improve the condition. Kindly look into this menace at the earliest.

                  I am getting at-least 3 calls a day from representatives of airtel. They call me at all unearthly times - when i am in a meeting, sleeping or dining with my family. They have cause me alot of inconvenience and trauma. The reps dont know how to talk and are rude on the phone.

                  I have told them on many occasions that i am not interested and have requested for my number to be removed from the database! But, still they do not do it!

                  This started from july 2018 till present (Sept 2018).

                    I applied for mnp, but in evening i got a call back from airtel to stay on their network only & they offered me to use 3 numbers in one plan in rs.700 p. M. Billing but unfortunately they didn't converted 2 of my numbers to plan & kept charging bills seperately for 799/ on both numbers.
                    Below are the mails attached for reference.

                    Matter of shame ….!!! For complete failure of airtel team for providing the service in a month despite timely reminders & calls nothing proved to be of help….!!!

                    Please find enclosed herewith the calls recording & the screenshot that your customer care supervisor wanted to execute my request but at the same time she failed to check i had been penalized for the rental of rs.700 on my phone without using a penny’s advantage of the plan i have been levied for. If in this competitive world you want your esteemed organization to run then “my humble submission to the management is to replace all the customer care executives & supervisors /quality team as they are good for nothing “. I had placed a port out request on my mobile # [protected], to which late that evening only i had received a call for not getting the port done but to stay with the existing airtel network only and they had offered me a rs.700/- family plan and asked me to register the other 2 family numbers on airtel app for the family plan to be activated it was also told that i can use 3 numbers in rs.700/-.

                    I added 78141xxxxx & 93179xxxxx under the family plan option from the app on 89282xxxxx & placed a call back on the same mobile number from where i had got a call. The call was not received / attended. I tried calling customer care where i was told that i need to send a message (Fam y) to 121 from both the numbers which didn’t worked rather i got a sms stating that i need to send yes on 121 to activate the family plan i did so, but it proved to be of no help – (Complete system failure the app is not integrated with the server). I had done this exercise 4-5 times to which the response sms copy is enclosed herewith. On 14th august i went to nearby airtel point after the confirmation from the airtel point they told me that the request is in pending state & i need to call up airtel cust. Care.

                    I call’d up the customer care executive again to know the status but the effort had gone waste. Fine enclosed herewith the recorded calls where it was committed & confirmed that there will be response call given to me for confirmation of same by saturday 25th august 2018 but it didn’t happened.

                    Today i had call’d up to confirm the status but the customer care executive was not able to help as she was asking for the numbers again to initiate a request for adding them to the family pack. I had spoken to the supervisor also number rather than believing me that the issue is pending for last one month & helping me further on the escalation she told me that she will highlight my number as she wanted to listen to my previous calls made to the customer care.

                    Team, it’s a humble submission to you to reverse my rental for the family plan which is levied to my account 89282xxxxx & the rental levied on 78141xxxxx as this is a complete service failure at airtel’s end on other hand i was looking for 3 numbers to be working in rs.700/- but because of the failure of providing me the service at airtel’s end i had been charged for the rental on 78141xxxxx also which i have paid and a bill generation on 89282xxxxx for family plan.

                    I need solution & the reversal of the rental on both & the activation of the benefit at my number (1) 89282xxxx – under (1 i. E. 89282xxxxx) – 2) 78141xxxxx 3) 93179xxxxx.

                      Adofgame is a big fraud. Yesterday on[protected] at 6am suddenly i found out rs120 was deducted from my father's mobile ([protected]) account due to subscription of adofgames which was done automatically, without my consent. This is a pure fraud and a scam. Adofgame must be shutdown immediately and all its officials should be investigated.

                            I have received my latest bill of rs. 4009 (Previous also of same amount) for my airtel post paid mobile no. [protected] in which one time roaming charges have been deducted again from my bill. I had taken international roaming for 10 days during my visit to us from 1st to 10th august 2018. I took return flight from there on 11th and very much remember not using phone on 11th. However somehow the bill shows one call in the morning o[censored]s time, and as per your customer care person at 121 the international roaming of rs. 2999 plus taxes have been deducted for that. I would definitely like to contest it as i am sure i did not use it on 11th aug. And it is very unfair to charge such a heavy amount for one call even if it would have been made.

                            Please get my bill corrected at an earliest. Else i will have no option than to discontinue my connection from airtel.

                              I have my business in dilsukhnagar, hyderabad, for the past few months we are facing lot of network issues, most of the times airtel network is zero... Being in one of the main centre of hyderabad and in this location we are facing airtel network issues, we complained to local airtel office they gave us free advice to change to other operators since portability is available, hope atleast higher office guys can do something... Or else we are forced to change our network operators...

                                I was informed by mr. Vivek singh, advisor, m/s. Bharti airtel ltd
                                That the update will be communicated on 8th september 2018. But no action has been taken. Because airtel 4ghotspot device is not working, wifi sefvice is not avilable, consequently, i am being forced to go to other service providers to give me service. If airtel are reluctant, i have no other choice except to stop service of airtel for 4g hotspot no.[protected] and tke services of idea or jio or others who assure me of hasstlefree service.

                                The device is already not working.and on continued pursuance for solving the problem else deactivate the number and I will opt for alternate service provider.Instead of looking into the customer problems, Airtel found convenient to deactivate the number.Two days back, Airtel representative Mr.Nand Kumar phoned that my number is now active and inquired if any Airtel Engineer visited my place to see the problem ?He was informed none has ever visited even to see the problem.He promised that Airtel team will visit for solving the problem, if required changing the device within 3 days.Now it is 3 days over.I wait for tomorrow .else I will change the Service Provider.I have suffered a lot for loyality for relations with Airtel for over 12 long years.

                                  Airtel has deducted my balance of rs.205 by fraud. When i check with customer care they said its due to data usage. But i used wifi on my cellphone so mobile data usage can not happen.

                                  Airtel says they can not refund my account balance. I am using airtel from last many years now end up in very disappointed services so i will be porting my number in jio. Because they have unlimited data plans so atleast this kind of fraud chances are less.

                                  Also i will be filling a case in consumer court as i have all the wifi data packets router logs saved in my router for proving that my cellphone used wifi and not mobile data.

                                  IT LOOKS THAT IT IS THE HABIT OF AIRTEL TO SCAM DEDUCT THE BALANCE FROM CUSTOMER MOBILE.
                                  I HAVE TAKEN THE NODAL OFFICE DETAILS AND I WILL COMPLAINT THERE AND ALSO IN TRAI.
                                  AIRTEL HAS VERY BAD HISTORY OF DEDUCTING BALANCE AND DOING SCAMS.

                                    Myself abhishek using airtel network for more than 6 years.
                                    On 21st of aug 2018 i had claimed for the damaged handset has i was going on the bike i tried to avoid the pot hole i slipped out from the bike and the phone which was in my pocket fell on the road and the bus went on it and the screen was fully damaged. After 2 days i got a call from airtel team stating that kindly upload invoice copy when i upload it again on 25th of aug i got a call stating that your claim has got rejected due to negligence.
                                    I dont know what was the negligence in this incident and according to airtel secure team if anything happens to our life is fine but we need to take care of mobile than our life. The word negligence what the airtel secure team is using is not at all correct. Kindly check with the claim once again and help to resolve the issue.

                                      1- i am request to you coustemcare for give me internate plan rs399/- depost against rs.418/-
                                      2- you told me, rs.418/- depost but do not give you any internate plane. You charge only voice call
                                      3- than i am running number and avery month recharge rs.21/- top up for voice call
                                      4- after some month you deducted more than rs200/- in my account period 5seb night to 6+th seb morning.
                                      My complain this when rs390/- internate plan for 84 days do not give me against rs418/- than rs.35000/- for84day internate paln _ cut my amount in account.
