Due to my busy schedule i was unable to concentrate on my mobile bill and since i was free and check all my bills and letters.
I was surprised to see in airtel with other sms charges of lifestyle 5 to 6 times activation and each 30rs - 200rs has been charged. I have check my previous bills even since 6months this as been charged. Its a fraud.. I have not at all activated any services and also they have been charging me every month for 5 to 6 time on same service.. They are cheating everyone. We have to take a serious action against to this kind of fraud..

    Hi,
    Airtel network service provide, is not providing the basic in & out call & 4g data net working service, i had logged a complaint in airtel last month 23 / aug / 2018, complaint id 87227276, when i am calling any person from my number the voice will drop out & if some one call me also the voice will drop out after 30 second or 1 minute, and the net work i am a roaming user, when ever i travel different place the there will not be network (Internet connection 4g/3g/2g) also, i am business person every day i use to call minimum of 50 to 75 client & i use internet also for my business purpose, every day i will call airtel consumer care they keep on informing it will resolve within 3 day or 5 day, but they not providing the proper solution, kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible,

      I am airtel prepaid user since year 2006 onwards. They give me 1.4 gb data/day, 100 sms /day, unlimited voice calls for rs 399 only for 70 days. At same plan price at rs 399 they gave benefits to another user for 84 days. Why this discrimination. I call at 198 they tell there is not any offer at your mobile number, offers totally depend on your usages. Please set right this issues. Thank you.

        I have recharge Airtel number [protected] with 149 rupees through PAYTM date 3rd September 2018 at 10.22 AM.
        I had contacted the Customer Care (198) to activate the recharge on 4th sept, he told me that we will activate after one day. Recharge is still not activated even today. please help me to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

          It is noticed that airtel is not supporting properly, becoz yesterday i made recharge of rs. 149 to this number: [protected] it was showing unlimited local & std airtel calls +50mb 3g/4g data (250mb extra for 4g hs) when i called to another number it's not going but it's going only airtel to airtel, i don't understand why they were doing like this, i went nearest airtel shop & they told me to check in customer care, they are telling your number is having only 199rs unlimited offers, for 149 it's only airtel to airtel, this is not worth then why we should get rechare? So i m not satisfied with this going to port my number for other network

            Dear sir, opted for minimum broad bandplan. First month bill received for minimum broadband plan for rs. 376. Next month the plan is changed to other plan without my notice and received bill for rs. 530. When trying to contact customer care either no response or out of reach. It is requested to kindly initiate the action at the earliest to change it to minimum plan.

              My airtel prepaid number is [protected]

              Today, i was charged rs 15 from my prepaid balance for a service called games world service. This was activated on my mobile at 10:57 am today (08/09/2018) for a period of 3 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

              I have stopped the service today morning after discovering the same. However, this service was activated on my phone without my permission or any type of intimation. I do not need this vas at all.

              Request you to look at my complaint and refund the amount charged immediately.

                  You people promise to provide best service and all that # and what you people say you guys have fastest speed? Trust me you have # of a speed it doesn’t even work good in metropolitan city so what can you expect somewhere else. You guys really know how to make fool of people and here i was thinking to recommend your network to others but now i feel like leaving your company. Worst internet you 4g is slower than a turtle😡

                    I'm using airtel network from more than 10 years and now upgraded to posted, in this plan i've 16gb data monthly plan is still left and another 20gb is added but now i'm not getting any connectivity i've tried contacting customer care but it's of no use and now i'm fed up with your service.

                    They always tell to wait for two days but how many "two" days is not confirmed.

                      Iplayer has been activated in my prepaid mobile and an amount of rs. 49 has been deducted from my account without my consent.in addition this would automatically activated every month. I am not using this service and i do not want this facility.

                        Airtel campaigning about 4g services.

                        Please give service to just make a call.

                        It's very difficult to get airtel signal.

                        No proper signal available in the main city bangalore.
                        Hebbal kempapura which is part of the main city doesn't have network to make call or use internet.

                        Why can't there be a solution for this.

                        Since, it's a part of bangalore, there should be 4g network. But we don't even have signal to make normal calls.

                        Please check the network connectivity in the area at the earliest.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to remind you that i have made complaint vide id no.2068795 on 5-9-18 for non activation of my 4g sim card (Prepaid). Inspite of passing of almost five days from sending request from patna, bihar, till today neither it was activated nor any communication was made to me. Not only that you have also failed to respond.
                          I may be informed the status of my complaint without any further delay alternatively activate my 4g sim card immediately.

                            Mobile no. [protected]. I have given many complaints about the issue of internet to the network but not getting resolution.. The poorest services provider with lowest customers satisfaction.. Ensure that my connection to the internet works well as they promise on media platforms for the best..
                            Its not like what they advertise.. They have been getting poorest responses by all about network.. And i am also facing the problem and resolution and response to the complaint is not satisfactory..

Baat bhi nhi hoti h...2 line network ki show krti hai.. Aap badi badi baten krte ho.. India's best network na kahkar ye india's worst network banta ja raha hai...                                     Myself sharanagowda i have a a airtel post paid [protected] connection [protected]. For the last few weeks i am facing tremendous network problem in my area. There is either no network or my phone takes the roaming. It can not be excused as a far area or anything as the services were good till few weeks back. But now its horrible airtel is said to be the best mobile service provider. Its sales figures are rising because the customers are satisfied. So in a era where there is tremendous competition and number portability is there airtel is decreasing its services.
