I am facing the network as well as internet issue from the airtel communication number [protected].
Now, i faced the same issue when i was at delhi, agra from 11th august to 13th august.
Why airtel sending bill even i am unable to use services properly?

I send 30e-mails to appellate and lodged 7-10complaints regarding this but no resolution.

When were a person calls from your end they just give me 1 answer that we will forward to the technical team and then will let us know, but till date none of the technical team nor your call center person calls for the feedback. This is to tell you that on my airtel number [protected], i got rs. 49 recharge for data pack. But first time i got only 500mb instead of 3gb, and when i did it for 2nd also i got only 1gb instead of 3gb. Please dont do this frauds with your customer. There is a network problem many a time it's not working only. And as data packs a of lesser cost of other company's like jio, vodafone, bsnl, etc... I have ported my BSNL number [protected] to Airtel on 09.08.18 and they said my new sim will be active on 13th August. But till today it is not showing any signal. The customer care executive told me to put the sim in slot 1 and restart. But still the same problem no signal.

Someone is harassing and misbehaving through calling from [protected] to my both numbers [protected] & [protected]. So requesting you to please look into it and send a warning message to him or block the services of [protected] and if you can not do anything then revert. I will go with some other way.

We requested our nearer airtel retailer to port my docomo number to airtel prepaid. But he ported to airtel postpaid.
