Myself komal makwana. Airtel representative mr viren patel came to provide me new connection. By mistake he got 30, 003 rs from on 16th aug 2018 and he told me that he will make refund within 15 days. His madam ms. Ekta also told me for refund. But still this moment they aren't responding me. People should be responsible to reply their customers. They are avoiding me.
Pls give me refund as soon as possible.

Myself komal makwana. I have given complaint to get my money refund of rs 30, 003 from airtel. Today someone called me in the name of airtel for refund. His name is rahul sharma ([protected]), calling from airtel. He asked my card number for verification and do fraud of rd 12, 000. Regarding this i have also complaint to my bank. And i will do fir tomorrow.
Again i m telling that airtel is responsible to give my refund as i m asking it from 16th aug 2018. I m harassing by airtel and also this fraud.

    I say to the customer care caller candidate this is wrong number, again they call and sms. It is going above 4-5 years.
    So sir please kindly lookup the matter.

          I have taken one airtel dongle at lucknow against return of tata docomo dongle and received above numbered sim. I have not started at lucknow and brought it to delhi. I am unable to start the dongle as i am not getting any signal. All the time it blinks red. I want to surrender the same kindly let me know the procedure. Without using i am paying its bills.

            Hi this is rajesh from vjayawada, in my phone without my consent namkeen pack is activated and 35rs have been detected in my balance, i want my balance back, but i dont know how it will be return, this is very worst activation pack which was doing by the company. Without customer consent how these companies are activating this type of schemes to the customers. I want to go legally about this fraud activations.

            my mobile is registered with DND with aritel, even it is registered and active still i am receving unwanted calls and sms . could you please take it seriously the complaint. Even i have mailed all the numbers to aitrel customer care but no action has taken .

              Today on 9/4/2018 before 12 pm aritel deducted 99 rupees from my phone, i didn't subscribe to any service, i hate this. Refund my money as soon as possible. This is my phone number [protected], please give me money back or else i am switching to other service provider. I did not activate this service and your customer service sucks, they just hang up on me.

              My balance is reduced without a reason .. please look into this issue otherwise I will change my sim card.in last month also balance was reduced ..today I had recharge of 120 n only 46 rupees came.this is serious problem of reduction hope u will take note of it

                Im getting irritated by this a$-tfarot messages. Can you fix this one. Affter talking to someone getting a vibrat message that 22 days left.. Not showing howmuch time i spoke.. Just showing head 22 days left... No call duration and validity and time. Very bad to hear or see this messages again and again. Such a useless mesaagaes started one month ago. Hoping to get rid of this messages..

                  I had closed airtel landline account in the month of july as the landline could not be transferred to my new location. Airtel was supposed to refund me for balance xtra payment i had put in the account of 1779 rs and they have refunded my only 476rs for account no 14829248 with a neft txn id of [protected] on icici bank credit to me on 27/08/2018. Airtel claims 1779 has been transferred on this txn id and they are not ready to check in their backend as they have recorded this in the system.in my bank it is 476 only is transferred. Its now more than 45 days and i have not received my balance and it their records they claim they have transferred 1779 to me. We have exchanged 25+ emails/calls going nowhere.

                    I am getting spammed from ad-airccf regarding reconnection of broadband as have moved house.
                    Getting 5-6 sms every minute. Please help resolve this. Its not even a valid sms as doesnot mentiin a landline nunber or account number. The mobile i am getting theae sms is [protected]. Please stop this annoyance as the sms is coming non stop since midnight and my phone memory is running full. Its still coming as i write this sms. The broadband number currently disconnected for which this sms is coming is [protected].

                      I have mistakenly recharge wrong airtel number via paytm. Need your help in reverting that amount back in may paytm account.
                      Wrong recharged number-[protected].
                      Recharge amount-448.
                      Paytm transaction number-[protected]
                      Correct number was-[protected].

                      I admit its my mistake but sicne its a great amount really want it back. Please do the helpful. It was pretty urgent so i recharged my correct number as well.

                        I have moved to bangalore two weeks past. And since then my mother whenever try to call me, the call never connects, no bell rings, no computerized information is given that the number is unreachable or switched off nothing and just the call gets ended. Even i never switch off my phone and always in a reachable area and it's been 2 weeks so i want this query to be solved today itself otherwise you guys are going to pay a hell a lot because this is not the first time having an issue with your services.

                          I want to complain about charges being applied everytime i recharge my airtel for musicslate which i never activated doesn't stop even after messaging...!!! All my money is being stolen everytime i recharge i don't know how to sort this problem... I will never be able to recharge my talk time.                             I am using airtel for last 10 months and i am unable to use my internet due to very low speed which is due to poor signal quality. Whenever i complaint about poor signals they always say that work is under progress and once they finish that your network will be good. They are saying this since november 2017. This is a serious issue and i am fedup now. It's so humiliating that such a big organisation has no standard now. I wish i were trai, would have cancelled their license and imposed a huge fine.

                              I have purchased a duplicate sim from airtel store because my old sim was stolen but it's now third day my sim was not activated yet.
                              I already visit more than 10 times to airtel store but they told that your sim was activated but in reality sim is not activated..

                                Hi. I have a airtel sim (Purchased and used in india for over a year) and i am on a vacation in the usa until november 30th 2018.
                                When i arrived on 15th august 2018 i have got the signal of at & t and have been receiving the regular sms for 2 weeks after my arrival in the country.
                                But i haven't been getting the signal (Displays no service) or sms since 27th august 2018.

                                  I am a airtel user for the last 13 years and not a single default in payment till date. I was shocked to get a reminder for payment due on 30th august '2018 with a late fee of rs. 100/-. I have not received the bill and i have made several complaints at the airtel office at chandra layout but of no use.

                                  I have made the full payment of rs. 1075 including rs. 100 late fees....

                                  I have requested to shift my broadband to my new address. I received message that it will completed by 3 days, but after 5 days, no engineer contact me for the same. Also., When I call customer care representative, he said if you want to disconnect they will disconnect my connection. But they won't install broadband in my new address before 10 days, when I asked him that message said it will take 3 days. He raised my disconnection request.

                                    Airtel have activate some "namkeenpack" (I dont know what is this) sms service to my mobile no [protected] and deducting every week rs35/- and automatic renewal every week with out my concern.

                                    I request to look into this and advise to "deactivate" this service with immediate effect as i already loose rs70/- for last two weeks.

                                    I try to send deactivate sms @155223 but it is not going through and bounce back.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and action immediately.

                                    it is very serious matter and pl take necessary action against Airtel. They are activating SMS services without customer concern and renewing the same without permission and we are loosing huge amount from our balance and we dont have enough balance to call in emergency, this is ridiculous and above all deactivation SMS also not responding.

                                    Previously i request to STOP below SMS service.

I raised a complaint and they have given me waiver in previous month and requested to call me again to get the waiver after new bill generation.
