With reference to above subjet hereby i biswajit banerjee, (Mumbai airtel dth customer id - [protected]) registered my complain against the technical support service not to responds after registered my dth tv problem through airtel customer service. Several time my coplain has been registered through customer service but problem is not being solved. Technician attend the call.
Paid service charges. But on invoice copy or bill has been given neither tech log receipt given. My problem not being solved as they have not check any thingh told me to change senser.
Why to change the senser, so me the receiving dth signal. When he checked it was above 11.5 now you connect my senser and clean the cable stud which is rusted. Now problem is solved but he intensionally not tighten the union. And he has asked to pay rs200 instade of rs150 services charge. I asked for bill, didn't give and misbehaved when ask how you were cheating me by replacement of senser without any fault. After few days same problem has been persist due loose connection of cable union. Again i registered complain and briefing technician fault and tell him to take disciplines action. Customer service supervisor not taken any action other than the registered the complain. Again another technician visited. Tel me to change senser and setup box as it more than 1year old. It may make same problem if you are not changing. Replace the same but picture and sound quality is worse condition. He told me your existing setup box model is not with me.
Tomorrow i will replace the setup box with same model. He is nt replaced till date by telling that requisition has been raised, item is not available, when it will come he will replace. Not pickup the phone nither distributor response and misbehaved nor returned my existing senser and setup box. I have no option other than the registered in consumer court and police complain if it is not being replaced immediately.

Please replace the airtel dth setup box with the same hd model on monday inplace of newly installed setup box as it is not having clear picture and sound as you have commited to replace on saturday.
