It was in prepaid sim therefore please sir give me a prepaid or postpaid sim in emergency.

    I got a message from airtel (Airsep) on 23rd aug 2018 mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 1 week and they would be adding rs 35 in my bill for a week and this would be automatically renewed every week.
    When i have not requested for the service how the service provider can take their own decision and activate the services which i am not interested in

    I request to refund the charged amount at the earlest to my account

        Hi,

        I want to bring to your attention an online fraud that has been done by airtel and its representative. I applied for airtel broadband connection online and received a call from airtel representative name "anandan j" and he asked me send documents aadhar, pan and rental agreement as proof of address and photo id proof via watsapp.

        I send him the document and he gave me a caf number to make online payment of 2829 rs toward new connection. Which he said this plan is for 3 months with free router and installation charges.
        When i try to login to airtel portal online

        It was giving some error and so i called him back saying it is not working.
        He provided me with bank of india a/c number and asked me transfer money.

        When i called him for setting up connection he said it will take 2-3 working days and due to some doubt called airtel customer care and now they were telling service is not available in my area.

        Now that representative is not picking up the phone and i have not got the broadband connection.

        When i try to call the representative he is not ready to refund my money back and not answering my calls.

        Note: for airtel this is a bad remarks which makes people not to trust in future. People like this will survive for few days but soon going perish.

          Today at 3:30 am (26th august) i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of rs-35 /- has been deducted from my account.

          I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this??

          Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel.

          I want the amount refunded asap.

            There is a dirty play going on by airtel. When i do my unltd recharge, they reduce the signal strength after 4-5 days. When i call cc, they keep saying that work is going on. Wtf, are you kidding us. You are running a service pan india or a general shop? They takes 5 - 10 days for network restoring. This happens every month. So, we get unltd plan for 20 days only in 199. So, my suggestion to all is to leave airtel.
            I am also giving assurance that there will not be a single user of airtel in my area within a month.

              I have recharged rs 325 to my dish tv from my airtel. Money has been deducted but recharge has not done. I need my money back to my wallet. My no. Is [protected]. Money has been loaded successfully from my bank account to my airtel wallet. But when i recharged my dish tv money got deducded but their appeared no message from airtel for successful recharge. Plzz solve my problem where does the money gone. I need the money back to my wallet as soon as possible.

                I am shiladitya banerjea from greater noida. Airtel has degradated its 4g service in greater noida since oct'17. After complain, an engineer visited in dec'17 & verified poor signals in entire area. A srv req got logged ref no:82866197 dt jan'18 but till date it is yet to be restored. I hv been paying my full bill regularly with 10-20% discounts that too at their will. Airtel is repeatedly blaming it as my indoor issue but declaining to share data supporting the claim. The local airtel store is supporting my claim of poor signal in greater noida.
                Now i may request your good office to direct airtel to restore 4g services in greater immediately or refund all the amounts i have paid till date. They should not charge me till they restore it.

                  I had call many time to 1 to1 cust care.
                  Thr are just doing nothing... Every time thy transfer call to sup
                  But no resolution at all

                      From past 2-3 days, i have been experiencing no signals on my airtel prepaid number. My number is on emergency mode and even after registering with airtel network, it seems to lose all the signal bars and switch back to emergency mode.
                      I checked the airtel towers, but they seem to be having fine strength. Please look into this matter, and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                          I was complaining since last 3 months regarding network issue but still my issue is not resolve till yet. As per airtel team wrriten commitment they didn't rectified my issue now they are clearly denied to resolve my issue. And now saying need approvals and we are doing future planning not giving timeline.

                            Whenever i try to make calls with my old number [protected] they hardly go through even in over 15 attempts while with any of my new numbers the call goes through in 1 dial, why is this so? However, the network is generally poor in pan india and worst in hazaribagh and ranchi. Is the load too much for airtel to handle or there is some other issue with the number itself? Kindly check and resolve. Thanks.

                              Got a message from airtel (Airsep) on 26 august 2018 sept 02:10 am mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 1 week and they would be adding rs 35 in my bill for a week and this would be automatically renewed every week. On calling airtel, to know what the service is all about becuase i never raised this activation request, they are saying that they dont have information about it as it is 3rd party service. But i got the message immediately that they deactivated it. I really dont understand that how come airtel does not information about the service they can activate or deactivate. They say that i would have clicked on an advertisment or something and the service got activated but airtel has no information.

                              My concerns are
                              1. What is that service all about
                              2. How did the value added service got activated without my consent

                                Mr gurpreet and mr somjit or somnath, these 2 people had rejected my phone call and not given a proper answer to my question, i really disappointed and don’t like the service, i want disconnect my both number and port to other company. Even i given a new address for billing purposes even that also not updated in your system. You people had lot a customer and i will sure update these to my friends and in twitter and facebook and even in instagram for not to use airtel service

                                  1... I took an international roaming plan from delhi to us for rs 3999 on the 22nd july which i am told expires on 20th august.
                                  Since i landed after a long flight in india on 21st august at 11am, i did not and could not have used any airtel services after 20th august. But i am being billed twice for rs 3999+ rs 3999.
                                  2... Besides for very very poor service during my trip too, i complained on the 14th of august, telephonically as well as by email to airtel us number as well as delhi (Gurgaon) numbers. But didn't get any response for the rest of my trip.

                                    Sub: complaint for harassment against dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise

                                    Kandivali west, mumbai 400067

                                    I ranjit ashok gandhi have been working with airtel’s dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise at kandivali west, mumbai 400067 from 5th of january 2018 till 31st july 2018. As per the contractual terms and conditions of my employment with them, i completed minimum working tenure of six months. Since i did not want to continue working with them, i intimated the said dsa one month in advance as “notice period” and left working with them.

                                    I have been offered employment by m/s. Aspiris kandivali west, mumbai 400067 also dsa for airtel. The terms and conditions for my employment with them are acceptable to me.

                                    Before allowing me to work for them, dsa aspiris have asked me to get the no objection certificate from m/s. Pratik enterprise, the dsa with whom i have been working previously. But now pratik enterprise is not giving me their noc and consequently dsa aspiris are not able to create a new login id in my name.

                                    I wish to place on record that despite of my complying with all the terms and conditions of my employment with pratik enterprise, the said dsa is deliberately not issuing its noc in my favour thus creating hindrance for me to join dsa aspiris to work with them. I fail to understand the reason for such harassment meted out to me by pratik enterprise when there is no any issue pending between me and dsa pratik enterprise.

                                    I therefore most humbly request you to kindly direct the dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise to forthwith issue the relevant “no objection certificate” to me, enabling the dsa aspiris to create new login id in my name and allow me to work with them as per the terms and conditions mutually acceptable by and between myself and m/s. Aspiris.

                                      A service called namkeenpack was activated without my consent. They charged rs. 15 for 3 days, probably cause i only had rs.15.72 balance in my account. What more, i received a message that said that the service will be renewed after validity expiry. I tried to reach the customer care, some body picked the call and disconnected after about 15 seconds without answering. This is very sad. Hope some body can help resolve this looting of money!!!

                                        Sir,
                                        With reference to above subjet hereby i biswajit banerjee, (Mumbai airtel dth customer id - [protected]) registered my complain against the technical support service not to responds after registered my dth tv problem through airtel customer service. Several time my coplain has been registered through customer service but problem is not being solved. Technician attend the call.
                                        Paid service charges. But on invoice copy or bill has been given neither tech log receipt given. My problem not being solved as they have not check any thingh told me to change senser.
                                        Why to change the senser, so me the receiving dth signal. When he checked it was above 11.5 now you connect my senser and clean the cable stud which is rusted. Now problem is solved but he intensionally not tighten the union. And he has asked to pay rs200 instade of rs150 services charge. I asked for bill, didn't give and misbehaved when ask how you were cheating me by replacement of senser without any fault. After few days same problem has been persist due loose connection of cable union. Again i registered complain and briefing technician fault and tell him to take disciplines action. Customer service supervisor not taken any action other than the registered the complain. Again another technician visited. Tel me to change senser and setup box as it more than 1year old. It may make same problem if you are not changing. Replace the same but picture and sound quality is worse condition. He told me your existing setup box model is not with me.
                                        Tomorrow i will replace the setup box with same model. He is nt replaced till date by telling that requisition has been raised, item is not available, when it will come he will replace. Not pickup the phone nither distributor response and misbehaved nor returned my existing senser and setup box. I have no option other than the registered in consumer court and police complain if it is not being replaced immediately.

                                        However i send all the conversation given below :

                                        Please replace the airtel dth setup box with the same hd model on monday inplace of newly installed setup box as it is not having clear picture and sound as you have commited to replace on saturday.

                                        I think you are not interested to replace the setup box. More than one week is over you could not do. Neither you have response.                                         Till now i am not lodge any complain against you and your dealer. I am awaiting for your repnds of call about your feedback for replacement of hd setup box with new one thanks b banerjee
