I have recharge the mobile no. [protected] for rs. 2498/- for international roaming on10/08/2018 for netherlands. Please refund my amount in airtel account as my mobile is not updated for international roaming.
If my mobile not updated than you have to refund my money i. E. Rs. 2498/-

I am a subscriber of airtel, 2015 i have added a child sim with my main sim which is rarely used. From the last one and a half year, it is not all used. I am trying to remove this from my main bill plan, every time the concern customer care team assure me to do that but when i do call back again i use to listen to only one sentence that "your request not processed but do not worry i will do it sir and you can sit back without any tension"br...

I am unable to use internet since more than 1 week.
I have tried registering complaint with customer care (On call) multiple times... I have ben given false assurances from them.
I also tried visiting airtel store multiple times but they could also not solve my problem. They even tried replacing my sim!
They all have also tried resetting internet settings, restarting mobile multiple times, changing mobile handset. But...

Earlier i was having 3g mobile, few days before i purchase a 4g mobile but using 3g sim which was working in good condition. Started getting msg from airtel that convert your sim, i denied. Today they shutdown my internet services. When i called to customer care they inform me that there are some network issues and will be resolved shortly. Then after 5 minutes they blocked my sim. Hello, there is an airtel junction box in front of my house. The placement of the junction box is such that it is right infront of the house. It causes a lot inconvenience to me and my family. I can't park my car in front of my house and the neighbors use it as a garbage dumping area.

The airtel has activated a service without my concern. The service is called icon service.
They have charged ₹35 from my account. Its a harasment to the customer by activating different services without our concern. Such a poor service by airtel.
They activate the services without our concern and charge us money. And we are helpless. They dont refund us the money. Only they can do is stop the service.
They are cheating...

I was paying rs 250 more per month for airtel secure. When my phone got damaged accidentally the airtel secure rejected my claim without proper reason and they are saying the accident is improper handling. It is purely airtel fraud. I want airtel to treat the customer fairly. Please do not fall into airtel secure trap from airtel they are looting the money and they are cheating the customers.

I have never ever activated any services called :

2) super store
But every time i recharge my number 35+35=70 rs gets deducted which is completely against my consent.
Today, at 2:44 am 35 rs were deducted for something called supe store. Airtel, is this your another way of earning money?

Also, there will not be any data charges for the app usage on airtel network. Airtel partners can easily get the app from google play store, which earlier available via a link generated to lapu numbers.

I want say that i am using airtel prepaid sim from one year and its performance is very worst. Presently i live in chandigarh before that i lived in the village somewhere in himachal pradesh.in the village the 4g service was very cheap but in the city service must be good. Honestly now i am frustrated by using airtel sim and even i tried to call customer care but this is also wastage of time. They never pick up the call...

They asked me to mail their backhand office abt. The issue.
Their office sends me a mail to remove sim & follow elaborate instructions, which as a senior citizen...

As i am paying my bills promptly before due date mostly i could not be charged the late fee. Sometimes net connection problem occurs and at that time i was unable to pay on due date. I request you not to add up the late payment charges in my next bill. Two months back really i forgot to pay and the next month i paid my bill with late fee only. Hope you will do the needful for me in this case.
