My airtel prepaid number is [protected].

Yesterday, i was charged rs 35 from my prepaid balance for a service called bioscope. This was activated on my mobile at 11:38 pm yesterday (28/08/2018) for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

I have stopped the service today morning after discovering the same. However, this service was activated on my phone without my permission or any type of intimation. I do not need this vas at all.

Request you to look at my complaint and refund the amount charged immediately.

    I had recieved a message from airtel stating that rs. 20 is deducted for primezone from my prepaid mobile account. I was watching youtube on my phone when the notification appeared. I immediately called airtel customer care and after 5 minutes was connected with a lady named cinepriya c who told me that i had opened and played a game and hence the charges.
    When i told her that i hadn't opened any gaming site/ link, she was just rude and told me that the fault was in my phone and that the 20 rs was a one time charge and i won't be charged if i don't play the game in the future. When i asked her what the game was and how i got charged when i did not open anything she was just irresponsible and told me to go to a shop nearby and resolve the issue.
    Airtel has to stop playing its games.
    Investigate the matter.

      I deepak gupta and i have 5 connections of airtel 2 on my name and 3 for my family memebers. We have been facing issues with airtel customer service for a long time, for which i have always registered complaints several times to customer care.

      Due to poor and rude customer service we had requested closure of connection several times thereafter, we started receiving several calls stating that we do not close the connection. Subsequently, airtel customer service repeatedly offered different offers on rental. We still requested closure.
      Please put a stop to this harassment and resolve the issue. I am at loss to understand the reason. This definitely is harassment of a common man by a mnc to fleece us of money, even though we have made the payment every month on time. Please refund my all payment which i have made to you without your service asap. I need to port my number to the other service.

          I have brought a new sim card on june 2018 when used their service that time network was good after june was over now i realize that 4g speed which is committed by airtel that is very bad. Also reach to customer care they said in your area speed is good as i can check. So, i'm requested to airtel and other telecom authorities kindly look on that case

          its been 4 days when i sent this complaint to you airtel but there is no update from their side still they are commiting we best service provider in india but your are wrong this time airtel first thing is that you have to increase speed of internet so no one will issue

            2015 october i instaled airtel dth. That time i gave my name veena m. K. But when i went t do recharge i knew that the name regester was wrong. Id name was in the name of jayanth.               I went for the upgradation to airtel 4g network . Customer Executive took my phone type a sim number and sms it . The confirmation process was done by replying 1 to the message sent by Customer Care and so is the response towards call. When i checked my message the sim number which was sent by Customer executive was wrong and all the confirmation was done. I had a wrong sim with me now and the activation process of other sim has been initiated. Customer Care has no solution, Retailer is not available and now my privacy is at risk.

                I have got a sms from AK-AIRSEP in afternoon 28Aug18 03:45 that is mobistore service has been activated, Rs70.0 has been charged, Txd ID S[protected], i did not activate any service but airtel deduct money from my balance.This is 2nd time airtel doing this to me.Refund my money as soon as possible.worst network & fraud also.

                  I have locked a case in airtel customer care in month of jan 2018 for "no signal in my house", but in last 8 months airtel is not capable to resolve a simple network issue. No one visited to my house to check network feasibility in this duration even after number of reminders though lots of assurance promised by aitel for this.

                  I was not able to use my 4g data which is accumulated in last 8 months.

                  Earlier (In december 2017) when i locked case for same issue it was resolved in their record without taking any action.

                  Please help and suggest..

                    Hi,
                    I am a resident of n block, south city-1, gurgaon. I have recently ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel.
                    The network in my area is very bad. I am not able to receive any call while in this area proximity.
                    Even after repeated complaint to the airtel customer care, there is no resolution on this issue.
                    Since i have to operate from home on few occasions but due to non-availability of network in my area i am not able to do official work.
                    I have no other option to port this number again but due to 3 months pool in period i am badly stuck with such a bad experience.

                    Please help me with any resolution here.

                        I got a message about "primezone" service and got charge 20/-rs for it. I never
                        Use/activate this service. I attach a screenshot with it and that's all i got. Send them mail as well at "[protected]@airtel.com" but they don't know anything about it and refuse to give me refund.
                        They just loot my money for no reason. I want refund.

                          Since this morning 28/08/2018 the outgoing calls from my mobiles are barred. I received an sms on saturday 25/08/2018 at 18h15 saying that you are unable to verify my adress and asking me to contact my dealer to avoid barring / disconnection.

                          However, you did verify my adress on satuday morning 25/08/2018!!!

                          Right now i don't have data and i can't make any calls with my two numbers. Please re-activate them asap.

                          I have been charged for International calls on my Airtel mobile numbers that I did not make on the number[protected] for a few months now.
                          These charges have been made on 3 of my connections.

                            I applied for airtel broadband connection on 2nd week of june 2018.
                            After 1 week airtel team notified me that they don't have network feasibility in my area. I had given 500 rupees cash to agent at the time of booking connection. It's near about 3 months, but i didn't receive my 500 back from airtel. Please help to take correct necessary action.
                            Always think twice, before booking a broadband connection from airtel. Network feasibility check should be done by network team before taking the money. Please don't play with everyone trust.

                                  I;m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.

                                  Complaint was logged on apr 5th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage.
                                  We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning.

                                  Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached).

                                  I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now.

                                  Due to this issue i deactivated my postpaid connection ([protected]).
                                  I have three prepaid active connection right now.

                                  Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement.

                                  Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful.

                                  1. Location where you are facing the issue, do mention if any landmark nearby with pin code.

                                  1 to 2 (Inside the house)

                                  3. Error message:
                                  No message, call with disconnect if picked inside the house. (Data also slows down)

                                  I have been struggling with the same for over 3 years, these guys wont do anything. YOu wont be able to use any of the 4g Services and just to ensure that you have network for emergencies, switch to 2g band once you enter indoors.

                                    My sim card isn't woking. I went to three airtel stores, they asked for aadhar number but my biometrics are locked. For unlocking biometrics i need otp but i cannot receive otp because my sim is damaged. And also i cannot get sim replacement because i am unable to use my aadhar number (Biometrics are locked).
                                    Therefore, i am stuck in a loop.
                                    Customer care executives in airtel store sector 10a gurugram were so rude and unprofessional that they didn't listen to me when i requested them to take other id proofs like voter card, driving license etc.
                                    Pathetic service from airtel

                                      I have installed multi connection with Airtel DTH. Before installation I received commitment from airtel that I will get same primary HD package on secondary for free for month, later on need to pay 175/- to get same package for subsequent months. But after installation I was given SD package on secondary. On inquiring for same package now customer care is demanding extra amount for activation.
