I am kunal joshi s/o mr. S pjoshi, having airtel prepaid punjab number [protected], was having unlimited plan of 3 months with daily 2 gb internet, on 24/08/2018 i have made i recharge on my airtel of rs49. For xtra 3 gb, but got my other all services stopped, which was having 1 month at least validity o[censored]nlimited plan, now i am having all stopped services on my number, so kindly activate my earlier plan for which i have already paid full soon as possible., or i will complaint in consumer court.,!

      I have installed Airtel DTH with starting package with HD channels. Later I felt wasting my money without watching tv. I have requested to change my package to normal channels package. After few month Airtel has activated HD channels without my request. Like this way Airtel is taking customer money.. need strong case against Airtel

        Hi, this is from perandadka, moodabidri place in mangalore. We are facing problems in airtel network here. Specially internet network. Idea works better than your network. Jio came recently and provided 4g not only in urban areas but also in local areas. But airtel you cannot even provide a 3g network properly in this area. Why do you still exists then? Why do you fake saying your network is the fastest one. Provide 4g in this area as soon as possible. Or else your going to lose all the customers from this area.

          Dear team, i placed an order to airtel online portal for new dth connection with the 12-month subscription on 19th aug 18 and successfully paid amount 3990.00 rs. But connection not fixed at my home, since 19-aug daily twice calling to call center, mails, twitter support, always they are replying (Tomorrow connection will be done) but still, they are not providing positive support and till now connection not done. When i tell them to cancel my order due to airtel not eligible to provide service they are not canceling my order as well. Please help to sort out this case asap.

            I have been using airtel from past 10 years but recently the network coverage is very poor and they are not even bothered to resolve the issue. The area where i stay has very poor indoor connectivity i don't even get 2g or 3g properly forget 4g. I have raised issues many times and also posted on twitter, when i told that if the issue is not resolved will switch to different network, the support executive was happy to say yes go ahead sir we don't have any issues.

            Please remove the ads saying india's fastest network.

                Sir last 6 moths before i port to airtel... But i am unable to use the internet and voice calls properly in my surroundings... I am completely dissatisfy with the service...
                Comparing to this airtel... My other network with other provider is soo better... If the things are going like this...
                Please rectify the issue... Because advertise is saying airtel is the biggest one...

                12 august ko [protected].. 120 ka recharge online kiya.par balance nahi aaya.aur 11 tarikh ko isi no par 200 ka recharge kiya.wo bhi nahi aaya.plz hamara balance hamko send karo.320 ka balance company ne diya hi nahi.airtel ka is vajahase bad impresson pad raha he.plz send me my money.thank you.
                Whatsmob service has been activated on my airtel number without any sort of permission and also deducted my main balance for Rs. 150.00. No response from customer care. Kindly refund the amount deducted for an unwanted services..
                Please deactivate fintonza service from mobile no [protected]. I had tried two or three times through sms but I did not get the result and rs.35 had been deducted from my account.
                I got. Message tht nankeen pack was activated on my phone and 25 rs were deducted without my consenr. I dont think any service cn be activated without consent. Please take a strict action regrding this.

                  My phone number's network is not coming. Till day before yesterday it was working, i was receiving messages also. And now its not coming.

                  My phone is there in international roaming. I just recharged day before yesterday with rs 300. And now its not working. I wanted to know why it is not working. Its having sufficient balance for roaming deduction of rs 99 then why the phone is not working. Please help me out on my issue.

                    I am using prepaid airtel services. They have deducted rs35/-for desi beats on 12th august and rs35/- on 14th august for arena game without my consent. When i contact them, they said they have charged for desi beat and arena game and will not refund it. I have never request them to avail arena game and desi beats. My request is they should refund the amount and never charge without my consent.

                      I was unnecessarily charged rs. 35.0 for musicslate service from airtel which i had not even subscribed. Transaction id for the same is : s[protected] on 23 august 2018 at 01:23 hours. My phone number from which balance is deducted is[protected]. Earlier also i was unnecessarily charged rs. 35.0 for lifestyle service that too i had not even subscribed. Transaction for that service is : n[protected] on 08 april 2018 at 11:45 hours. Do look into the issue seriously, and refund my balance at the earliest.

                        Hi,

                        Today i received the message from vodafone that my port request is approved and by 11:30 pm on 23/08/2018 my number will be ported.

                        When i checked around 12:30 am 24/08/2018 my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                        Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. My problem has doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

                        If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also. All they are saying is give it some time.

                        Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loss that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim.

                        Hoping this time my issue will be resolved

                          Dear sir i have done the mnp from vodafone to airtel. I have taken 399 plan and lost 3 months i have received the bill as 649 rental plan. I have already given the complaint that change the original plan as opted in the application. But still they have not changed rental plan and another bill was generated as 649/- rental plan.                             My name is Dhanshree, unfortunately In an accident my iphone 7 plus screen was damaged then I registered a claim regarding the offer of Airtel secure to get repaired my phone.
                            But the have rejected the claim saying it is under misterious sercumstances
                            Please help me I am very concerned about it
                            Also the customer care team of Airtel doesn’t know how to talk and they were using abusive language on call.
                            What should I do I need to get my phone’s screem repaired.

                            Please help me out it is very very disappointing.

                              I recharged on my airtel no [protected] of rupees 509/- but after 4-5 days SIM card is not showing any network at any type of mobile. In this regarding i have called to customer care they replied me " BAAR BAAR CALL KERNE SE SAMSYA HALL THODA NA HO JAYEGI".for services i have paid 509/- so why i am not able to take the benefit or services of rupees 509/-.
                              Kindy take a note for your reference and solve the problem. If not done i will take necessary legal action.

                                My account no [protected]. I disconnected my no and they told me refund my balance which is around 16, 000. Asked me cross cheque i sent cross cheque then they asked bank statement and said our account department required that i sent and till today no payment arrived. I chased several time and around 50 email chains i have as a evidence that they do not want to give my money back. Now it's 4 months. Could you please let me know how to proceed legal activities.

                                  On 18/07/2018, I was transffered Rs.149 to INB BHARTI AIRTEL, from My SBI /SB Ac.No.[protected] in ONLINE AIRTEL website via internet banking to recharge my mobile no [protected] vide SBI TAX. REF. NO.
                                  [protected] IGADZJDRC8. AS the amount was debited my account & credited to above merchant on same day. But my mobile has not been recharged so far. Further the amount is not reversed back to my account on account of recharge failure. Please settle this amount to me immediatly.

                                      My bill plan Is of Rs. 349 which include Unlimited calls, 10GB data, 100 SMS per day, roaming incoming and outgoing calls free.
                                      This month I have received the bill of 1052 which has the charges of the roaming calls, instead of free roaming calls I have been charged for roaming calls and sms. The customer care executives are not responding properly. They are not telling me what are the charges for.
