Mr gurpreet and mr somjit or somnath, these 2 people had rejected my phone call and not given a proper answer to my question, i really disappointed and don’t like the service, i want disconnect my both number and port to other company. Even i given a new address for billing purposes even that also not updated in your system. You people had lot a customer and i will sure update these to my friends and in twitter and facebook and even in instagram for not to use airtel service

    1... I took an international roaming plan from delhi to us for rs 3999 on the 22nd july which i am told expires on 20th august.
    Since i landed after a long flight in india on 21st august at 11am, i did not and could not have used any airtel services after 20th august. But i am being billed twice for rs 3999+ rs 3999.
    2... Besides for very very poor service during my trip too, i complained on the 14th of august, telephonically as well as by email to airtel us number as well as delhi (Gurgaon) numbers. But didn't get any response for the rest of my trip.

      Sub: complaint for harassment against dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise

      Kandivali west, mumbai 400067

      I ranjit ashok gandhi have been working with airtel’s dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise at kandivali west, mumbai 400067 from 5th of january 2018 till 31st july 2018. As per the contractual terms and conditions of my employment with them, i completed minimum working tenure of six months. Since i did not want to continue working with them, i intimated the said dsa one month in advance as “notice period” and left working with them.

      I have been offered employment by m/s. Aspiris kandivali west, mumbai 400067 also dsa for airtel. The terms and conditions for my employment with them are acceptable to me.

      Before allowing me to work for them, dsa aspiris have asked me to get the no objection certificate from m/s. Pratik enterprise, the dsa with whom i have been working previously. But now pratik enterprise is not giving me their noc and consequently dsa aspiris are not able to create a new login id in my name.

      I wish to place on record that despite of my complying with all the terms and conditions of my employment with pratik enterprise, the said dsa is deliberately not issuing its noc in my favour thus creating hindrance for me to join dsa aspiris to work with them. I fail to understand the reason for such harassment meted out to me by pratik enterprise when there is no any issue pending between me and dsa pratik enterprise.

      I therefore most humbly request you to kindly direct the dsa m/s. Pratik enterprise to forthwith issue the relevant “no objection certificate” to me, enabling the dsa aspiris to create new login id in my name and allow me to work with them as per the terms and conditions mutually acceptable by and between myself and m/s. Aspiris.

        A service called namkeenpack was activated without my consent. They charged rs. 15 for 3 days, probably cause i only had rs.15.72 balance in my account. What more, i received a message that said that the service will be renewed after validity expiry. I tried to reach the customer care, some body picked the call and disconnected after about 15 seconds without answering. This is very sad. Hope some body can help resolve this looting of money!!!

          Sir,
          With reference to above subjet hereby i biswajit banerjee, (Mumbai airtel dth customer id - [protected]) registered my complain against the technical support service not to responds after registered my dth tv problem through airtel customer service. Several time my coplain has been registered through customer service but problem is not being solved. Technician attend the call.
          Paid service charges. But on invoice copy or bill has been given neither tech log receipt given. My problem not being solved as they have not check any thingh told me to change senser.
          Why to change the senser, so me the receiving dth signal. When he checked it was above 11.5 now you connect my senser and clean the cable stud which is rusted. Now problem is solved but he intensionally not tighten the union. And he has asked to pay rs200 instade of rs150 services charge. I asked for bill, didn't give and misbehaved when ask how you were cheating me by replacement of senser without any fault. After few days same problem has been persist due loose connection of cable union. Again i registered complain and briefing technician fault and tell him to take disciplines action. Customer service supervisor not taken any action other than the registered the complain. Again another technician visited. Tel me to change senser and setup box as it more than 1year old. It may make same problem if you are not changing. Replace the same but picture and sound quality is worse condition. He told me your existing setup box model is not with me.
          Tomorrow i will replace the setup box with same model. He is nt replaced till date by telling that requisition has been raised, item is not available, when it will come he will replace. Not pickup the phone nither distributor response and misbehaved nor returned my existing senser and setup box. I have no option other than the registered in consumer court and police complain if it is not being replaced immediately.

          However i send all the conversation given below :

          Please replace the airtel dth setup box with the same hd model on monday inplace of newly installed setup box as it is not having clear picture and sound as you have commited to replace on saturday.

          Till now i am not lodge any complain against you and your dealer. I am awaiting for your repnds of call about your feedback for replacement of hd setup box with new one thanks b banerjee

            Actually i have been complaining about my broadband since 12 days and they have been not replying to me since long and delaying my order but they are not even telling to my mails now. There is no call from their side in these 12 days. They don’t even know how to talk and handle customers and they troubling me since long and hey don’t even realise from their mistakes and they have done he same thing previously and they take at least 7 days to resolve a problem and when u file a internet complain they send you message everyday regarding delay in your request. I am fed up of airtel but can’t stop it’s service as there is no better service than airtel in ujjain.

                  My bill plans were changed without consent & before costs were informed though requested.

                  What was discussed over the 'phone with an operator was for first advising me bill costs & if the 399/- plan allowed both my numbers under one billing plan like i had before & for costs inclusive of taxes to be advised before any changes were made.

                  However, they went ahead & changed the plans. Now they inform that the bill is rs.470.82/- per phone & that rental paid in advance would be forfeited. Clearly, this is cheating & deficiency of service.

                    I have purchased iphone 7 with airtel postpaid plan with 1 child plan in november, 2017 and from the day 3 i was facing iam getting only 2g internet and calls were dropped frequently. I have complaining about the issue from dec, 2017 to till date. I have tried everything airtel customer care team, backend network team and nearby airtel store persons told to do. But till date no one solved problem/issue faced by me. Iam unnecessarily asked to pay the postpaid bills without proper usage of data/calls. The customer care persons have requested to "please pay the bills for this time next time the problem wont arise" but no use they have been softly betrayed me for 8 months. Please help me legally against airtel for the suffering caused by them mentally.

                      I am a customer of airtel up east circle, there is a problem on my number i. E. O/g call problem during national roaming via my airtel number [protected], when we want to call a number (Say x) not particularly via #airtel, we dial x number & call from my airtel number, after ring, x take the call to answer me, or just after received call for (X) 1second, suddenly call disconnected having error message "call ended". Actually this happens occasionally.

                        This is fourth time i am complaining again signal issue you where are sure me i will get a signal once my query will resolve within 10 days but in my indore the signal is way out please help me answer your better service i was think to do portability but i am your customer last ten year so please think about this and provide police signal even i am not calling through this signal so internet to run is far away from airtel signal

S pjoshi, having airtel prepaid punjab number [protected], was having unlimited plan of 3 months with daily 2 gb internet, on 24/08/2018 i have made i recharge on my airtel of rs49. For xtra 3 gb, but got my other all services stopped, which was having 1 month at least validity o[censored]nlimited plan, now i am having all stopped services on my number, so kindly activate my earlier plan for which i have already paid full soon as possible., or i will complaint in consumer court.,!

                              I have installed Airtel DTH with starting package with HD channels. Later I felt wasting my money without watching tv. I have requested to change my package to normal channels package. After few month Airtel has activated HD channels without my request. Like this way Airtel is taking customer money.. need strong case against Airtel

                                Hi, this is from perandadka, moodabidri place in mangalore. We are facing problems in airtel network here. Specially internet network. Idea works better than your network. Jio came recently and provided 4g not only in urban areas but also in local areas. But airtel you cannot even provide a 3g network properly in this area. Why do you still exists then? Why do you fake saying your network is the fastest one. Provide 4g in this area as soon as possible. Or else your going to lose all the customers from this area.

                                  Dear team, i placed an order to airtel online portal for new dth connection with the 12-month subscription on 19th aug 18 and successfully paid amount 3990.00 rs. But connection not fixed at my home, since 19-aug daily twice calling to call center, mails, twitter support, always they are replying (Tomorrow connection will be done) but still, they are not providing positive support and till now connection not done. When i tell them to cancel my order due to airtel not eligible to provide service they are not canceling my order as well. Please help to sort out this case asap.

                                    I have been using airtel from past 10 years but recently the network coverage is very poor and they are not even bothered to resolve the issue. The area where i stay has very poor indoor connectivity i don't even get 2g or 3g properly forget 4g. I have raised issues many times and also posted on twitter, when i told that if the issue is not resolved will switch to different network, the support executive was happy to say yes go ahead sir we don't have any issues.

                                    Please remove the ads saying india's fastest network.

                                        Sir last 6 moths before i port to airtel... But i am unable to use the internet and voice calls properly in my surroundings... I am completely dissatisfy with the service...
                                        Comparing to this airtel... My other network with other provider is soo better... If the things are going like this...
                                        Please rectify the issue... Because advertise is saying airtel is the biggest one...

                                        12 august ko [protected].. 120 ka recharge online kiya.par balance nahi aaya.aur 11 tarikh ko isi no par 200 ka recharge kiya.wo bhi nahi aaya.plz hamara balance hamko send karo.320 ka balance company ne diya hi nahi.airtel ka is vajahase bad impresson pad raha he.plz send me my money.thank you.
                                        Whatsmob service has been activated on my airtel number without any sort of permission and also deducted my main balance for Rs. 150.00. No response from customer care. Kindly refund the amount deducted for an unwanted services..
                                        Please deactivate fintonza service from mobile no [protected]. I had tried two or three times through sms but I did not get the result and rs.35 had been deducted from my account.
                                        I got. Message tht nankeen pack was activated on my phone and 25 rs were deducted without my consenr. I dont think any service cn be activated without consent. Please take a strict action regrding this.
