I am having a airtel prepaid connection from gurgaon and whenever i am out of city in roaming i am unable to make outgoing calls. I have complained numerous times and they say that problem would be resolved withing few days but by that time i return back to gurgaon and couldn't know whether problem is solved or not and when again i go outside the city the problem countinues. Kindly look into the matter

    Dear airtel,
    I am trying to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g i followed all the process like send new sim details to 121 and replay on that after that i am not getting confirmation call from your end and every time after 2-3 hr i get one sms like could not be processed as we did not receive any confirmation from your side. I call to customer care i went to airtel store same probleam and no solution for this please help me on that.

      Raised complain in month of march about network. I was been informed that there is no tower and till 15th may issue will be resolved. I am still facing the same issue. Everyone i call them i get same reply that our network team is working. I spoke to managers senior managers nobody has the correct explanation.
      After 6 months also they don't have exact time frame that how long it will take.

        My airtel balance got deducted around rs.20 for primezone services without my concern. When i called customer care agent they said i accessed some prime zone services. I have not access any prime zone services.

        Airtel is kept deducting money for those kind of services which actually i didn’t accessed it in my mobile.

        Kindly look into this issue and act accordingly to get my balance refunded

          Airtel has deducted 9, 676.76 from my bank account overnight. I only had 10, 000 in my account and now i am broke.

          I didn't activate auto debit and i need my money back. The customer care guy said it will be refunded but i haven't got any response. I want an immediate refund else i will take a strict action. This is not the way to behave with customers deducting money without intimation and auto debit.

          They have a very bad reputation against money deductions.

          In email ... I kept asking about the refund since I did not authorize this payment and it was automatically deducted from my account even though I removed my card details and deselected the auto mode 2 months back.
          On my every email, they just replying the auto generated thing saying the payment has not been reflected but they haven’t mentioned that they will refund the amount once it gets reflected.
          I am so frustrated, this is unethical... I am only left with 180Rs and am requesting them again and again that I won’t able to survive without my amount but no attention has been paid to my request.
          Unethical practice ... I will report an action against it immediately.

            My airtel no. [protected] stopped working on the morning of 18 august 2018. At first i thought that it's just the network problem and i waited for the network to go live again but it didn't. So i called customer care in the evening regarding my issue. The customer care executive told me the my no. Is working fine, it's just the physical sim card that is not working and i have to get a new sim card from the airtel store. As the sim was not on my id, i had to ask my brother to get the sim for me. He went to airtel store on 21 august and got the duplicate sim, the executive there told my brother that the sim will be activated in next 4 hours. I got the sim in the evening on the same day. I inserted the sim on my mobile phone and the sim was working again, but for only five minutes. After that it's not working again. What should i do. I need my airtel number to work again very urgently. Please help.

              On 21 august 2018, i got a message saying that namkeen pack has been activated without my consent and also 35 rupees has been deducted. I haven't requested for it. I have deactivated the next second itself but yet i didn't get my money back. This is not the first time i am facing such issues with this number. Please look into the issue and provide me with refund.

                On 5th August, 2018, I paid RS.471 bill for Airtel Hotspot no : [protected] from Airtel App via UPI.
                Money was deducted, but still got messages with due payment. Later, I paid via Paytm and messages had stopped.
                I did not get refund of the money deducted from Airtel App.

                  Fraud company give my money back
                  I tried to recharge my mobile with my debit card, it says payment failed but bank balance deducted, I tried several times in different mobiles .

                    Hi,

                    Just to give you a quick background:
                    - Taken MNP from Voda on 28th Jul'2018 for 2 Mobile postpaid connections
                    - Currently 2 other Airtel numbers going on at my location
                    - Experienced ~ zero signals/ network at my location since 28th Jul'2018
                    - Raised SR for Network issue on 29th Jul'2018 ((SR # 86781674, SR#[protected]
                    - After 1 week, Airtel Engineer visited my location, checked Network signals, found no signals, even he is not able to run his test report in his device.
                    - He assured it will be solved by either Network optimization or by installing Internal Booster within 4-5 days.
                    - Airtel network team may be keep on trying to connect me on Phone, but how can they connect...Due to no signals/ connectivity...

                    Even after 1 week of Engineer visit, no result, zero network, not able to receive/ do any calls, Business is suffering.
                    Contacted 121 call center, they said network optimization done, still ticket/ SR is open, and will be worked upon in 120 days.
                    I visited Airtel store on 06th Aug'2018, Priyanka (store executive) mailed to Network team for the issue/ concern.
                    I followed up with Priyanka on 07th Aug'2018 (on phone), she replied ticket/ SR is on hold and still open, Network people can't do anything, and she also said even if i mail to Nodal officer, that will not help me.

                    I have taken MNP from voda with high hopes that i would be getting good quality of network at my location, Even though the rentals are high (as compared to corporate voda plans), However, now can't trust.

                    Moreover i have shifted to Airtel just because i can take all my 4 numbers in a postpaid plan, but now i really donot want to do.

                    I am quite frustrated and seems i can't even change from Airtel for next 3 months (120 days) (even if i wish to do it now). Well since i am using corporate connections, would definitively provide feedback to my concerned Corporate logistics team about Airtel, and to other colleagues.

                    After that, despite my repeated e-mails for the concern to Airtel Nodal and Appellate on 07th Aug'2018. However, they are not giving any clear answer/ resolution since that. They have called me 3-4 times, and every time they said that they will feedback their internal team and confirm. No resolution/ hope yet.

                    Now also, Bill has been generated, but how can i pay if i have not used the services?

                    Still things are in dark and no confirmation of resolution and timelines.

                    I definitely can't recommend Airtel mobile connection to my friends, colleagues, and other people.

                    Pathetic vision to service an honest customer at "Customer care", Nodal, as well as Airtel appellate. No body cares and hear you and don't strive towards satisfying customer. Just in case Airtel wish to make money for 90 days (after 90 days, i definitely have to take MNP again), Pls let me know, i will pay in advance.

                    Not at all Happy with the kind of treatment and poor service!

                    Folks ! i must say i am loosing hope and trust.

                    Requesting again the Airtel authorities to resolve Network issue and confirm.

                      This is to complaint about airtel broadband services in pimple saudagar. Every week or so they have a fiber cut and the internet is down for extended periods like over 7 – 8 hours.

                      It seems this is a never ending issue in india. Fiber cuts are very common and almost all isps face this issue just like older landline telephone days that would suffer from cable cuts during monsoon
                      .
                      If airtel is unable to fix this issue once for all at least going forward it must compensate by extending the billing period by each one day for any continuous downtime beyond 4 hours and also compensate by some data packet e. G. 1gb for loss of one day or so to at least relive the customers.

                      I know airtel is going to ignore such a suggestion and i will neither get relief from fiber cuts nor get anything in compensation but it does not stop me from raising the complaint at least.

                        I have a prepaid airtel connection number since last 5-6 years. I am unable to make or receive any calls last 2-3 days . An early action in this context shall be appreciated.

                        Customer care associate told me that I have to replace my sim card and that would take 4 hours times. Why should I go through this hassle when I am not at fault and couldn't they have told this proactively so that I could have done this over weekend.

                          For the last one week I m unable to send any SMS( mobile no. [protected]). I have lodge a complaint on constumer care 4 times each time they issued one reference no and told it will start working in 4 hrs. Just you have to switch off and on your mobile. I have done this 4 time but the problem not yet resolved. The reference no are attached below. In my last conversation they transfer my call to one higher person she told me that the problem will be resolved in 48hrs, it is due to some technical issues. If they can not resolve the issue then give us the proper feedback.
                          Request you to please look into the matter and resolved my issue.

                            Airtel is not supporting sim card swap of my sime card.

                            My sim card belongs to Chennai.i lost my mobile and requested for new sim by submitting address proof.

                            after new sim request sim is not getting activated from my end, but airtel is not taking action to block my sim card to avoid misusage.

                            Airtel customer care not responding for mails or calls aswell.

                            i would like to initiate criminal and legal action of my sime card user as per incoming and outgoing calls- [protected]

                              Sir My self Rajesh kumar Joshi vil-Sosia Dist-Kalahandi odissa i have take a safe custody from airtel digital tv on dt-16/08/2018 for one month and they charged me Rs 30 for that purpose but later on they are automatically activate my account and deduct the daily rental. I am trying to contact customer care but they asked me that i am request them to activate. But this totally fake no call request has been given from my side. My digital tv id is [protected].

                                My airtel wallet ([protected]) was debited by airtel by 1060/- to pay landline bill for [protected] on 18th august.

                                But it is not reflected in my bill.
                                Either sunil mittal is a cheat as millions of indians say that sunil mittal and airtel are cheats.

                                Or airtel wallet is highly inefficient and a failure that it is unsafe to do airtel wallet transactions.

                                This is highly shameful that i have called airtel billing for last 3 days but no help

                                  Facing a network problem from many year. Already gave many complaints. But there is no response. More then 3000+ user r facing same problem. Solve this problem as much as possible. Need new tower.. Till completion of new tower. Upgrade near by tower. We cant face this anymore.. We need a solution or just say u can't.                                     Hi team,

                                    I am using airtel prepaid number since last 13+ years.

                                    As i am using this number internationally and it is linked to all my accounts in india and aadhar as well, i upgraded it into 4g sim yesterday.

                                    My sim is getting activated in 4 hours but since then i am not receiving any messages and otp due to which unable to do any transactions.

                                    So this morning i called to customer care and inquired regarding this but the lady executive is not having proper information and talked with very disrespectfully which is not at all expected from customer care executive.

                                    Her senior gave me required information and apologies for her behavior.

                                    Hope customers like me who sticks with airtel since very long will not experience the same.

                                      I'm a very old consumer of airtel dth, at the time of reinstallation of dth the technician didn't provide me the bill of rs 700 charged by him on 14.08.18.
                                      Despite of several call to customer care they didn't provide me the bill because they know that the amount charged by the technician was totally wrong.
                                      I want to go in consumer court please advise.

                                        Hi Airtel,

                                        This is Hari Prasath, regarding frequent disconnection in my broadband internet connectivity. My number is[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                        It's been 3 times(in 3 months), I've raised complaint regarding the frequent disconnection. Technicians keep visiting my premises and solving the problem temporarily. Even if they resolve, there are frequent disconnection happening and the connection is back online after a minute or 2. I'm not able to use the internet continuously. I'm a frequent Skype caller.

                                        I called the customer care to get help. Whenever I'm calling them, they are just raising the complaint. But no permanent resolution for the issue. And the way the floor supervisor talking to me is not pleasant. Or I can say, they are not trying to helping me out. They say, 'When you get frequent disconnection, how can you use 250GB of data in one month?'.
                                        Here I'm sensing, they are not beveling me that I'm saying, I'm getting service disconnection frequently. I'm not sure, whether the supervisor understanding the problem or not. If the service is getting disconnected once or twice in 3 hours(which is the actual problem), in the remaining hours, is that not possible to consume GBs of data in a month of time? I don't understand what they are talking. And because of so many times interruption in service, I'm not able to use the internet properly. I asked them to close the account(though a customer to Airtel for more than 10 years). They were saying, 'We can give your waive off in the bill.' And they saying, you have raised complaint for 3 times, so we going to waive off 3 days of bill, which comes around 100+. Seriously? Then, whenever there is disconnection happening and coming back online, who gonna calculate for those?

                                        There were 2 people, Mr. Bhaskar and Mr. Karthik. Very unpleasant to customers. Being a 'Airtel Premium member', I'm getting this type of treatment, I'm not sure about the other customers. Or I should be a new customer, so that I may get good treatment?.

                                        I want you to take this complaint seriously and provide me a permanent solution or I need to talk to some higher level officials regarding this issue.
