I recently applied for porting of my number [protected], but it got rejected on he basis that my connection is less than 90 days old. I recently converted from postpaid to prepaid, but my association with Airtel on same number has been for more than 3 years. This seems to be a violation of TRAI guidelines as my other colleagues were successfully able to port out with similar situation. I contacted nodal office but they didn't help in resolving the issue.

I want to activate my Airtel number
Which I bring from Bangladesh.
How can I activitie this sim..
I want to activate it here.
What is the conditions,
If want to activate roaming how much money will be bedded?????

    I cannot make a from call a specific number since one week ago however i recieve calls from the number. Messages gets delivered instantly but whenever i make a call the company replied "you are not dialling the right number". If i am not dialling the right number, why did it work for the past many years and also messages gets delivered. What is the problem?

    Since one month the internet doesn't work after 8 p.m. The whole day it works but then it suddenly stops working. And the speed is the worst in our locality. Everyday same problem

      I recently got a 4g sim replacement for my mobile number [protected] and since then i am unable to send or receive sms. Also the ussd service *121# and 198 gives error every time i tried using that. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as i was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which i hung up. Now that i can't receive any messages i am unable to complete any online transactions that require otp and any other updates through sms as this is my primary number.

        Dear sir
        My incoming calls has been barred on [protected] since 15th aug.
        I brought to the notice of my service provider airtel but got dates from resolution as 20th, 22nd and at the earliest as the date for resolution.
        With that the executives are very rude and abusive.
        It is making me suffer lot of losses.
        Please help me in getting it resolved and please look into my losses too.

          We are running a hospital (Shanti mukand hospital) at karkardooma, new delhi and our maximum patients & employees are facing airtel network issue in our hospital from last one year. We have completed survey in entire hospital and check airtel mobile network signals strength. There are very weak single found on each floor, in fact ground floor as well. No one can do a single call via airtel mobile network.

            Hi,
            We are residents of Bangalore, Avalahalli main road, 11th main, 6th cross, Raghavendra Block.The area is purely residential area of many houses in a single building throughout the area .Inspite of multiple times opposition by all the residents, almost 30 to 40 houses, the tower installation is still going on stage by stage everyday. The installation is happened when during working hours when nobody is home.Kindly take up the issue on priority as soon as possible to stop the installation .
            Kindly redirect this issue to the management with topmost priority.

                I recently ported my number to Airtel after being influenced with their advertisement for India's fastest network but in reality Airtel doesn't even have range to receive or make calls.
                I tried reaching their customer service but no assistance provided and the respresentative was arrogant. I'll have to vare this useless network services before porting my number to the before one.

                  A fraud conducted by airtel representative. He collected online payment of rs. 4314 on 10/08/2018 against txn no.[protected] and caf no. Given which is already under use 11214847.
                  We exchanged our documents through whatsapp +91 [protected]
                  Till date no refund initiated despite of repeated request.

                  If caf number given is incorrect / already in use by mr. Jain how can i apply online refund…

                      On 22/08/2018 at 3:45pm a caller by the no [protected] claimed himself a an airtel officer and has asked me my personal details like name, acount details and so on, when i refused he started abusing me. When i called back and asked the reason of abuses and his reasons of calling he just reafused and said he wanted to tell me about some rewards and all and then he transferred the call to his supervisor and hanged me for a long.

                      This is not first call earlier on 29/7/18 at 10:00am i received same kind of call asking me for my atm card details and then he abused me harder.

                      This is not the way where i feel secure, such fraud callers must be punished.

                      It's duty of the cellular companies to provide us safe communication medium.

                        Iwas pay the payment of the bill rs. 2712 on dated 9th july 2018, but later airtel company informe that by mistake they refund the amount but still we do not get any refund of the paid amount. Now your company charge a new bill, please clear the transaction refund and provide the detail of refund at our mail id mentioned in the bill. And it is to inform you that the bill you rise will be pay by us after getting the transaction refund.

                        Hope now you will solve the problem soon otherwise i have to take a legal action against airtel broadband.

                          I am having a airtel prepaid connection from gurgaon and whenever i am out of city in roaming i am unable to make outgoing calls. I have complained numerous times and they say that problem would be resolved withing few days but by that time i return back to gurgaon and couldn't know whether problem is solved or not and when again i go outside the city the problem countinues. Kindly look into the matter

                            I am trying to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g i followed all the process like send new sim details to 121 and replay on that after that i am not getting confirmation call from your end and every time after 2-3 hr i get one sms like could not be processed as we did not receive any confirmation from your side. I call to customer care i went to airtel store same probleam and no solution for this please help me on that.

                              Raised complain in month of march about network. I was been informed that there is no tower and till 15th may issue will be resolved. I am still facing the same issue. Everyone i call them i get same reply that our network team is working. I spoke to managers senior managers nobody has the correct explanation.
                              After 6 months also they don't have exact time frame that how long it will take.

                                My airtel balance got deducted around rs.20 for primezone services without my concern. When i called customer care agent they said i accessed some prime zone services. I have not access any prime zone services.

                                Airtel is kept deducting money for those kind of services which actually i didn’t accessed it in my mobile.

                                Kindly look into this issue and act accordingly to get my balance refunded

                                  Airtel has deducted 9, 676.76 from my bank account overnight. I only had 10, 000 in my account and now i am broke.

                                  I didn't activate auto debit and i need my money back. The customer care guy said it will be refunded but i haven't got any response. I want an immediate refund else i will take a strict action. This is not the way to behave with customers deducting money without intimation and auto debit.

                                  They have a very bad reputation against money deductions.

                                  In email ... I kept asking about the refund since I did not authorize this payment and it was automatically deducted from my account even though I removed my card details and deselected the auto mode 2 months back.
                                  On my every email, they just replying the auto generated thing saying the payment has not been reflected but they haven’t mentioned that they will refund the amount once it gets reflected.
                                  I am so frustrated, this is unethical... I am only left with 180Rs and am requesting them again and again that I won’t able to survive without my amount but no attention has been paid to my request.
                                  Unethical practice ... I will report an action against it immediately.

                                    My airtel no. [protected] stopped working on the morning of 18 august 2018. At first i thought that it's just the network problem and i waited for the network to go live again but it didn't. So i called customer care in the evening regarding my issue. The customer care executive told me the my no. Is working fine, it's just the physical sim card that is not working and i have to get a new sim card from the airtel store. As the sim was not on my id, i had to ask my brother to get the sim for me. He went to airtel store on 21 august and got the duplicate sim, the executive there told my brother that the sim will be activated in next 4 hours. I got the sim in the evening on the same day. I inserted the sim on my mobile phone and the sim was working again, but for only five minutes. After that it's not working again. What should i do. I need my airtel number to work again very urgently. Please help.

                                      On 21 august 2018, i got a message saying that namkeen pack has been activated without my consent and also 35 rupees has been deducted. I haven't requested for it. I have deactivated the next second itself but yet i didn't get my money back. This is not the first time i am facing such issues with this number. Please look into the issue and provide me with refund.

                                        On 5th August, 2018, I paid RS.471 bill for Airtel Hotspot no : [protected] from Airtel App via UPI.
                                        Money was deducted, but still got messages with due payment. Later, I paid via Paytm and messages had stopped.
                                        I did not get refund of the money deducted from Airtel App.
